State Bank of India — Complaint for refund of money.

I have salary account with gulmohar branch of SBI.

On 02-June-2009, i have withdrawn Rs 20000 using SBI ATM Card from the Bank of Baroda's ATM (ATM ID 1FDBH003). But i received only Rs 18500. I waited for some time to get rest of the money but it didn't came out of the machine.

I have register a complaint in the gulmohar branch of SBI on 03-June-2009. Also i have remind them 3 times. They use to tell me that they are not getting resolution from bank of baroda.

I have not get the solution even after 3 months.

Please suggest what should i do to get my money back?

i was studying in chennai so last year on aug 30th 2010 i withdraw 2000 rs from thiruvanmiyur branch atm .
which never came out and when i asked the bank ,they said i have to concerned the bank where my account belong to i.e.(budhi vihar ,moradabad).i did a complaint in dec 2010 in budhi vihar branch they asked for application and receipts of the atm of that date . i submitted all these things and still money din't deposited in my account .then in june again i asked them when i came home .they are saying your application is lost give and there is no such entry of 2000 rs on aug 30th .for which even they said that money will come into your account .n till date its not done so please help me out because i can't go to these banks very often because i am residing in chennai now a daysand its very careless of the bank .

Sir, I withdraw an amount of Rs. 1000/- by using ATM cum Debit Card at Corporation Bank ATM stationed at Chhawla village, New Delhi on 09/08/2011 at about 0830 Hrs. But very sadly the withdrawal amount not dispense with ATM Machine, however the amount deducted from the A/c. Therefore, you are requested to inquire the matter and do the needful at the earliest please.

State Bank of India — Refund Of Money

I have cancelled the tickets on 14th february from nizammudin to jammu tawi which i was scheduled to leave on 20th march (PNR no : [protected]) .The Money against the cancellation has not been refunded back to me,I called and register the complan with the IRCTC they have told that they have refunded the money back on 16th feb 2012 nd the recipt number for the same is 1X13 801868 ,I waited for 6 working days for the money to be refunded back to me but SBI didnt refunded back ,I made a complain on 22nd feb 2012 and complain no for the same is ib[protected]

So I would like to complain against State Bank Of India Prafulla kanan branch kolkata west bengal ,I would like my money refunded to my account no [protected] .Account Name is Gyan Shankar Chaudhary..

hello, I am holding an account of State bank of india from Sirohi Rajasthan.
I had done a withdral from atm on 2-may-2012 of 3000/- Rs, but the amount is debited from my account and i cant get.
Regarding this i make a complaint to my branch but till now they did not resolve my problem.

So i request to do me a favour in resolving this problem.

I had the same problem. The process that sbi follows is give a written complaint at your home branch with all the necessary details like transaction ID, atm code and amount requested alongwith date and time of transaction. After that call sbi customer care and log a complaint and get a ticket number. If you don't get money within 14 working days and no one is helping you ; then send email to the general manager -atm operations of sbi. His email ID is gm.[protected]@sbi.co.in

I DID the same and got my case resolved. It took more than 2 weeks but I got my money.

Subject: Refund of money. Due to fault in ATM machine (ATM 67812. Parul institution Baroda) ATM ID: F 04 N148601

With respect to the above said subject, I Manojkumar Raval, Account no: [protected] in State Bank of India Manek Baugh branch at (Ahmadabad) (8052). I would like to draw your attention that , I have dropped Rs 40,000 (Forty Thousands,) by using ATM of Central Bank of India, at Parul Institution Baroda, On dated 4th September,2012,(04/09/2012) . But unfortunately, Rs 50,000(Fifty Thousands) has been deducted from my Account. That means Rs 10,000 (Ten Thousand) more deducted from My account. Regarding this, I have complained in written in my home Branch i.e. SBI Manek Baugh, Ahmadabad on dated 13/10/2012. I have also complained on S.B.I Bank help line on 13/10/2012. They have booked my Complain by Giving me the Ticket No AT [protected]. And closed it without solution. I have contact my home branch many times periodically too. But no concrete Result, I have got. Till date.
Regarding this matter, I have also enquired in Region State Bank of India, at Ahmadabad also. There I have visited Mr. Khatri, who is one of the officers in Region State Bank of India. Mr. Khatri has advised me to go at Central Bank of India at Panigate Branch at Baroda, for further enquiry regarding this matter. I have visited at Central Bank of India at Panigate branch, but there, I have not given the satisfactory response. So I was going to Region Central Bank of India at Dandiya Bazaar in Baroda, for further enquiry at there, I have visited Mr. Mayank Desai, Who is one of the officer in Central Bank of India. They have clearly told me that, at single season, No one can drop more than Rs 40,000 By ATM. But in your account Rs 50,000(Fifty Thousands) has been deducted. So it is clear that Rs 10,000(Ten Thousands) is more deducted more from your account.
So I again complaint on S.B. I Help line on dated 19/12/12. But till date no concrete result I have got.
So you are requested to do needful to me and oblige me. I hope you will give a positive response as early as possible.

      Dear, Am taken home loan on SBI file no [protected]. Without my permission they debit amount 5175 RS against Premium Insurance.Am really depressed and bank peoples saying its an Mandatory. While am checking in Internet banking only i came to know they debited 5175 rs without my permission. The branch people not responding properly.             I am widow of No 216811 late MWO Veeresh Kumar Verma who was drawing his service pension through State Bank of Aligarh Samad Road Branch . Now i Have open my account No after death of my husband bearing Account No [protected] with SBI Aligarh Samad Road Branch and requesting to them to release my family pension wef 21 Jul 2013. In this regard i written a letter to Records office Air Force Records Office subroto Park New Delh and they Reply that Your pension is already sanction vide PPO No 08/14/B/21850/1988 and the same is held with SBI Aligarh Samad Road but they ar5e not ready to listen me and always giving reply that your pension is not released by SBI Chandni chowk CPPC . therefore i request your kind honour please instruct SBI Aligarh to release my family pension at the earliest please . I am anable to come personnaly due to being alone and presently residing at chandigarh . I shall be greatful to you if do some thing for release my family pension please

            SBI — Non release of family pension

            sir, I have submitted all the documents to our head office nagaon branch, nagaon.but due to my mother's account close, my mother's could not receive pension last 8 months.

            so I request you to kindly look into this matter and do the needful action as soon as possible.
            Sub:- Non Release of Family Pension of Smt.Savitri Sinha-A/C No. [protected] having PPO No. F/100940.
            Sir,
            I was getting family pension from Treasury Hilsa, Bihar. From where authority letter for arrear amount & regular family pension has been sent to SBI Hilsa, Which has been forwarded to Central Pension Processing cell, State Bank of India, Anta ghat, J.C.Road, Patna, Bihar on dated[protected] bearing no. P/377/11 & P/378/11. The same has been received by Central Pension Processing cell, State Bank of India, Anta ghat, J.C,Road, Patna on dated[protected] at sl. no. 4630 & 4631.
            More than 08 months has passed but my family pension has not been credited in my A/C.
            It is needless to mention that as a widow I am dependent only on family pension and I am presently badly in need of money due to illness and hence it may kindly be treated as urgent and the concerned authorities be instructed to expedite the release of my family pension.

                I have an housing loan account number [protected]. I have given the application and paid the fees for changing it into max gain housing loan ( savings max) . My account is in Kandivali branch, Mumbai! It has been more than six months now, but they refuse to tell me the status of the same, or even work on it! I have spoken to the concerned people in RACPC too, but all in vain! The housing loan is of a huge amount! Plz help, I'm paying a lot of Intrest every month!

                  i was trying to withdraw Rs 300 at non HDFC ATM with following details NWD [protected] - IMPHAL and checque no 4576 on 12/10/2013 by using my HDFC debit card .unfortunately there was an error message flash on screen but an amount Rs 300 has already been deducted from my account .please investigate and revert back into my account.

                      Respected sir Name:sreegandh Email:sreegandh.[protected]@gmail.com I am sbi customer and I am using sbi yuva atm cum debit card I have been facing tje similar problem as its menioned by othere here the registration process on the sbi website after more than 50 atempts and calling the customer care over 10 times they dont even understand your problem pure idiotic incompetent people the sbi customer service is all these started when the verified by visa I.e. that 3d secure system stopped giving forgot password option on the verfied by visa website when making online payment everytime I make online transactions I compulsorily change my password and this time I have forgot my password and I unable to chane it because the forgot password option isnt there I called up the customer care 5 times about this issue finally one person says u have to register your card on the VBV(verfied by visa) then it will give you option of password change!!! All this while online transaction was happening normally I asked him why is this been done he said its rbi regulation!!! Then more of misery started after nearly 50 atempts to register on SBI VBV website I am complain now sir. again 5 times I have called the sbi customer care service and they told nonsense procedures which dont exist on thier website. then they told to register complaint on the website which doesnt work as mentioned by many people above. finally they changed the tone to server is down!!! 3 days sbi server is down??? India'S largest bank server going down is ridiculous that to for 3 days and height of ridiculousness is that they havent fixed it yet passed 15 days I am not able to make any online transaction of the pure incompetentness of these sbi. sincere request please take action asap!!!

                      It has been 9 days since I complained here and the problem is still not been solved!!!
                      Yes i am facing this problem too please fix this. now the verified by visa site is opening but it is asking for OTP during registration process. there is no information provided to get the OTP to mobile.

                        I am 658399-L Ex-JWO Ram Charitar Singh ws fit (c) retired on 31 Aug 2013. My pension for the month of Seo 2013 and pensionary benefits are not being credited so far.                           have opened new SBI Saving account on 28th August 2013 and branch Mini Sectt Rewari Haryana, confirmed that ATM and cheque book will be recieved in 15 days but not recieved yet On visiting the branch the officers say to contact post office I contacted post office too but no response No body is responding and behaving in the way that we have done...                             I have opened new SBI Saving account on 21st September 2013 and branch Sector 13/17 Panipat, confirmed that ATM and cheque book will be recieved in 15 days but not recieved yet On visiting the branch the officers say to contact post office I contacted post office too but no response No body is responding and behaving in the way that we have done some thing wrong by opening SBI saving account Is this type of service SBI banks provides to its customers Its complete responsibility of branch and bank to provide its customers with ATM card and cheque book without any delay Its Speed post no. is EK[protected]IN

                              "Response code 070."

                              And when I call customer care, the response I get is I have to visit the home branch. What stupidity? I needed cash urgently. The branches are closed! And Today as it is Saturday. I have no other option other than waiting till Monday. So, atleast I thought I will transfer the amount to my son's A/C via online transfer, and guess what after I add and approve a beneficiary I have to submit a form at the home branch. So my overall conclusion

                              Question: What is the Point of having online service or customer care???
                              Answer: Just for show. Both these services are made available to fool the customers. Its just a gimmick. For anything and everything the customer has to and must visit the branch at the STATE BANK OF INDIA 's convenience.

                                Complaint Details: Sir, On 6 June 2013 around 5 pm, I went to ATM of state bank of India, at Bangalore bus stand Karnataka India for withdrawing Rs. 20000/- by using my SBI ATM Card of my account no [protected], SBI Bank, sandur branch code-13352 (Karnataka). I draw an amount of 20000/-from my ATM cord, but I receive only 17500/-, in mini statement it shows 20000/- After that I met with my home branch sandur branch manager, he told that you logged the complaint throw toll free no, than I complained this matter to your toll free no [protected] and [protected] on 01/07/13. my complaint no is AT[protected]. After ten days I contact your GM office Bangalore throw your land line no-[protected]/[protected], after that your officers give my home branch manager mobile no [protected], then I telephone to my branch manager, he told that my transaction was completed. but that amount not credit to my account, then again I telephone to your GM office, then your officers told that give the complaint in return. Request you to please look in to this matter and credit my balance hard earned money to my account as early as possible. THANKING YOU, SRINIVASA REDDY [protected]

                                  I deposited Cheque No. 111642 (drawn on Bank of Baroda, Mehsana) at the Statebank of India, Meghaninagar Branch, The Bank sent the cheque for Clearing at the BOB, Ahmedabad and the Due to mistake by Bank the cheque reurtned and CHeque return charge Rs. 102/- debited from my Saving A/C No.[protected]. I applied for the refund of the same amount on 11/04/2013 but still today no reply from the Bank. The Branch Manager did respond for the same and not giving the proper answer. Said that " aapko jahan Jano ho Vahan Jao" refund nahi Milega"

                                    My sav A/C [protected];Cust ID-[protected], When I last updated my passbook, I was shocked to see 7 transctions on 29/6/2013 for Rs 9998 and 6 transctions on dated 13/7/2013 for Rs6000, all of them from online transctions from Gurgaon(Fraud).My only claim to SBI that they have not sent single SMS for above 13 transctions and lastly SBI sent SMS for bal Rs57 on 27/9/2013.So that means my mobile No-[protected] is enrolled with them and inspite of all my E-mail ID is enrolled and I've never applied for Netbanking.My request you to claim on SBI for Non-responsibility for not sending SMS for any 13 times fraud transctions.Otherwise on the first instance, I should stop payments through Debit Card.My debt card is me and even not used except 01/10/2013 in SBI branch at the time of complaining.

                                      I have taken the SBI internet banking Kit on 28.09.2013. Whenever I tried to login into my account with the kit's username and password it says invalid. My Bank's account number is [protected]. Branch is Delhi, C.R. Park IFSC code :SBIN0015281. The bank's assistant manager is very inefficient. I have called him several times. He is just following the old methods not accustomed with the updated internet options. These are very much humiliating I want to open a ppf account and previously they told me to shift my account from West Bengal IIT KGP's SBI to this branch but now they are reluctant to do it. I have submitted all necessary documents like Pan card, Local address proof, Adhar copy etc. The Branch assistant manager Mr. Balraj is really inefficient. I have asked him to verify from my Office my address and all but he is delaying. I really need a PPF account. Do take necessary actions ASAP. Thanks Ananya

                                        i tried to book one air ticket for hyd cochin flight for[protected] of spice jet flight...booking was not success due to nonpayment through debit card that is sbi debit card...then i cancelled the attempt...evening when i went to atm for cash with drawl the mini statement shows a deduction of 7426 that is the rate of air ticket...please look in to the matter...an early action in this regard will highly solicited atm details...sbi bherampur orissa branch...ac no [protected]...name of card holder santhosh patra -- jayshree
