    Dear Sir, I have applied for a NRI housing loan in a branch in Tamil Nadu cuddalore district, and have submitted all the required documents. Since the manager was on leave, I was asked to submit the documents and leave. It's been 2.5 months and still there is no processing has been carried out, and the reply is, the manager is yet to join the duty. Only if i know when he will join, and I can come back to India to execute the further formalities. I'm afraid to tell the exact branch and place, as i think it would further delay the process in turn. Please let me know, if there is a manager on leave for 2 or more months, will all the process will be put on hold, until he joins back. Waiting for a favorable response.

      Sir/madam, my sbi saving bank account no [protected] is being maintained at sbi kavas branch (7215) since 2006. Now i have requested through sbi, nap narora (4602) vide my application during the month of may 2013 as well as on 19.11.2013. But even after lapse of about 7 months my account has not yet been transferred.

      In order to further continuation of account, it is requested to look into the matter and arrange transfer the account immediately,

          1. Orders for revision of service pension of Pre-2006 retirees has been issued by PCDA (P) Allahabad vide various circulars from time to time as per details given below :-

          (a) Circular No 430 dated 10 Mar 2010.

          (b) Circular No 501 dt 17 Jan 2013.

          2. No 9408892 Ex Hav & Hony Nb Sub Bir Bahadur Thapa is drawing his service pension from SBI, Birpur Branch, Garhi Cantt, Dehradun (UK) under A/C No [protected]. The above pensioner represented vide his application dated 16 Dec 13 that his service pension has not been revised as per fitment table No 4 to PCDA (P), Allahabad Circular No 501.

          2. In view of the above, you are requested to issue suitable instructions to your above mentioned Branch to revise the service pension of Ex Hav & Hony Nb Sub Bir Bahadur Thapa wef 24 Sep 2012 as per fitment table of PCDA(P), Allahabad Circular No 501 and confirm please.

                      Dear Concerned, My name is Mr. G.Singh and I am an NRI. I used to use credit cards issued to me by ICICI and SBI back then in[protected] when I was in India. in 2007 my Bag was stolen and all my credit and Debit cards were stolen along with it. As soon as I lodged a complaint I called up all the Banks and blocked my Credit / Debit cards. However the missuse was done on 2 of my cards ICICI and SBI wherein a few transactions were online which could not be traced and found. I was following up regularly with both the banks to get a resolution to this issue. I visited ICICI bank's Andheri branch and discussed this issue with a officer in May 2007. He assured that the Credit card given from their bank has an Insurance cover o[censored]pto 50, 000 rupees and in such cases the Insurance will take care of the usage whatever it was. I filled the due forms and did all the formalities and was given an assurance that everything will be OK and the very same moment I asked them to cancel the card. I followed up for 10-12 months with ICICI and everytime I called they informed that they will get back to me . Once I moved abroad I still tried to contact these officers who were unable to help me or give any information about my case. I came back to India for 2 weeks in December and now tried to get in touch with ICICI when to my surprise they mentioned that they never updated the complaints and that the due has now turned to be 30, 000 odd amount compared to the Principle amount which was 15, 000 Rupees ( The card Limit was 15, 000). I spoke to the Credit Card's team and they now forced me to make the payment and settle the account. They have also reporsted to CIBIL that this has been a default done by me and is refelcting bad on my credit. Please advise what am I supposed to do. I want to remove all these negative marks from my CIBIL. Whereas SBI being a Government Bank I expected worse and even they have not done any thing since 6 years and were just sitting over the amount. Finally I had to bow down and make the payment of the principle amount in full as they threat to hamper the CIBIL scores. This I feel is a wrong thing and Banks are now taking an advantage to collect dues which are not justified. All the customers and now bound to be blackmailed of the threat that Banks will update and spoil the Credit reports and History. This has been a very bitter experience for me. I know for every transactions a security password msg will be forwarded to that number, but i am not possessing that number.                           I have dispute one of the transactions made from my SBI credit card and asked SBI credit card team not to process the payment but as yet didn't received any response from them. In the meanwhile I have blocked my card as well. It's really a tough task to have a word with customer care team as there is waiting of 30mins. on an average every time.                               I hold a SBI RAILWAY Credit Card and I'm an active member as well. I am unable to redeem my points ( close to 900 points) on the IRCTC website. Inspite of numerous complaints and follow ups, the SBI customer care has still not resolved my issue and give me false promises that it will be resolved on month end. This is now happening for last 4 months. The worst part is that I have not been contacted regarding my complaint for the last one month. Request you to please rsolve this on priority.                                 I am an army pensioner retired on 30.09.2013 from BEG Kirkee, Pune and drawing my pension from Saving Bank A/C No.[protected] from SBI High Court branch, Jodhpur, Rajasthan. I am not getting my pension since retirement.

                                    I am Dipali D. residence of kharbandhi(721507), Jhargram, I have a savings account ([protected] )with sbi bank Jhargram branch. Details of the branch are as below:

                                    I have used sbi, Jhargram branch ATM center for withdrawal amount Rs 18000/-(Eighteen thousand rupees only).

                                    I have not received any money from the SBI atm. But, my account showing that Rs 18000/- has been debited for the transaction. I have submitted written document to my home branch and mailed to SBI ATM customer care against this issue. With no response, I called the Kolkata Head office of SBI for this. They asked bank-manager of Jhargarm branch to deposit the deducted money to my account. But when I talked to the bank-manager, they deny paying 18, 000.00. They agreed to return 16, 000 to my bank account. I am not a very rich person and spouse is a retired school teacher. I am constructing a new house and have to pay money to the contractor. So it's very urgent to get back the full amount (18, 000) as soon as possible. I have visited the bank many times but it's just a joke for them. I am become hopeless.
                                    I demand the full refund of the money with proper interest and charges for my harassment by the BANK / BANK associative. I am personally raising this complain against the Jhrargram branch Manager, Jhargram ATM manager and ATM service team for unnecessarily harassing people, like this way.

                                    So I request you to please take this letter seriously and do my need.

                                        ir, We had submitted a written request to CAMS Kolkata Office at Park Street on 13/11/2013 for recording of e-mail Id in respect of Folio No Folio No. 10893879 of SBI MF Tax Savings scheme. Initially they denied to have received our request. We submitted their receipt copy . Still they were denying to have received the same. Thereafter after constant persuasion they contemplated that Folio No is incorrect and the request is rejected. In fact the request letter was their account statement where the Folio No is pre-printed and there cannot be mistake in folio No as contemplated by them When we called back the rejected request letter they have now contemplated that depositor's signature differs. Kindly go through the trail mails in support of our complain. You will find that they are creating new stories during about last one month which are baseless to harass us. They are not returning the rejected request letter for our verification. Kindly look into the matter and help us .
