Sir on 12th dec 2016 i was paying for purchase of lenovo vibe k5 mobile of rs7499 from amazon through internet banking from my ac no-[protected] (Mamatarani giri) account of sbi main branch balasore. Then due to some problem the transaction couldn't be completed and the amount deducted from my ac. I haven't got the refund yet. So i am requesting you to refund my money back to my account. My account is being debited of Rs.110.00 with detail of POS PRCH
POS 716800 Paytm Noida where as i cant mistake to enter pin number for payment. I have already made a online complaint to SBI but so far not resolved the issue. Kindly suggest me for suitable help or action in this regard.
