    I have done a transaction of amount 14650 on the date of 04.12.16.The amount was not credited to the merchant account still the amount has not been refunded back to my account also.Initially sbi customer cares were not lodging any complaint about it.But after 3 days they lodged the complaint but still it is unresolved.Please help me to get the amount back into my account.

        Recently i got the internet banking kit. I was told that it takes 24 hours to access internet banking with the user ID and password provided in the kit. But it's more than 7 months that i got the kit. Still it says invalid username or password.

        Pls help me in this regard

        when i was payment of mobile no: [protected] bill, i did a misteck by selecting free vouchers i selected a BEFIKRE movie voucher of 300 rupee. iwant refund it.
        On 10.12.2016 at arround 4:21pm I tried to make the payment of my mother's medical bill through my SBI DEBIT CARD([protected]) at Calcutta Medical Research Centre (CMRI) and Rs.20000/- have been debited from my sb account inspite of showing transaction failed(txn#[protected]. Kindly look after the matter and do the needful at your earliest.

          Dear Sir
          I have deposited a cheque of ruprees 6000 with date 27 January 2017 in my account in SBI with the belief that it will be deposited to my account in january when the cheque time comes but i got a message where written dishonoured cheque charges Rs 172.50
          Infact you have not cheked the cheque date and process it further.
          Could please explain why you have cut this much and what about the cheque?
          Should i get that amount in january because i did not get the cheque returned to my home not even they have called me.

It is accepted but I am not getting any SMS(high security passwords) for my third party transfers. Without this how can I transfer funds. I called to toll free number, they said they cant rectify this problem... such a irresponsible answers I got from SBI call center

              I am Using my ATM debit card AXIS Bank ATM withdrawal amount 2000 Rs but i am not receive the Amount, again i am using same ATM to take the cash then also i am not receive the money, in this during i did not receive any message related balance.
              same day i am using Andhra Bank ATM using to take money and receive the money at that same time i have receive the massage related account money debited in my account 6000 rs but i have receive 2000 only
              Please i am requesting you where was gone my 4000/- till i am not credited
              in my account please look into this mater high priority.

              My debit card number is[protected]
              Rs 4495 has been deducted over 3 transactions without money actually being transferred to desired account. the transaction details are in the pictures sent. the transaction amount has been deducted from my account but did not reach the reciever. and i would like to have my money recovered in my account as soon as possible.
              I can not purchase anything with my debit card, though I can withdraw money from ATM. Swipe machines show error.
              I have tried to book a ticket from chennai to bangalore today[protected] for journey on[protected].An amount 0f rs675 was debited vide irctc txn #[protected] but ticket was not issed.Request to take up the matter with sbi and give me credit in my account . I will be grateful if you can take up with the authorities and get the issue settled, .

                But still it is not reflecting to my aforsaid SBI account number, which pushes me in difficulties.

                I am from FIROZABAD and have account in sbi main branch FIROZABAD when I withdrawal money by chaque of 20000 rs. Then staff didn't accepted it and said me that only 2000 rs can withdrawal in a day
                What is happening it until government provide right to withdrawal 24000 in a week

                    Sir, I have requested for a Rupay Chip card for my SB account with Changanacherry Branch. But I was issued a Visa Card. As the officer Suggested I wrote "Rupay Debit Card" at the top of the request. Still they send me Visa Card.

                    Why SBI is supporting an American Company? When we have Rupay Card. Service Charges are high for them also.

                    I am deeply disappointed by their irresponsible behaviour.

                      Sir I have made two IMPS transactions of Rs. 100000 & 47000 respectively on 10th Dec 2016. Transaction stood pending till 16 Dec 16 and on 16 Dec both transactions failed but my balance did not refunded still. It was a loan repayment transaction now I have to pay an interest for this period of Rs. 147000 . Please entertain the matter so that it can be solved on priority.

                        I am being harassed by your collection team by continuous calls on a card bill of some rs 3000.00 odd. I have submitted that I have already made payments on due amount about an year ago. I had also written to SBI asking that I do not want the credit card and requesting them to cancel the same. Subsequently the bank has added some annual fees etc and then have compounded the same by late charges and interests. After some six months of this the bank has started harassing me for this payment. As an honest user I had paid my dues but the bank continuous to harass me for this collection. Please look into this and have this sorted out. SBI has fallen largely in my eyes due to this irresponsible behaviour. I am harassed to no extent unnecessarily.

                          I Aneri Shah paid ammount Rs 1512.75 x 2 = 3024 through online on 10/12/2016 bearing application registration number 16-[protected]. But payment deducted from my account and I received message from bank also but track payment showing failed. Now I have to know the status of payment.                               I made a pos transaction of rs.42000/- on 10-dec-2016 from my sbi debit card ending with 0631 which was declined at the shop counter of (Silk puri store, karol bagh). After the sbi debit card was declined, i completed that transaction with another credit card of mine for same amount.

                              However even though the sbi debit card was declined, my account had been debited for that amount (It is really a huge amount and i need it on urgent basis). Till date (19-dec-2016) my amount has not been credited back into my account.

                              I have already raised a complaint with sbi customer care but the status still not changing. The ticket number raised for this incident is : po[protected]. The account which is debited is : [protected]

                              I would request you to please expedite the process and help in getting the amount credit back.
