    Sir, i have done a transaction of Rs. 563.50 TO LPG BOOKING with Internet banking The amount got debited from my bank account but the Indian Oil Corporation showed transaction Failed. It has been more than a month and the amount is still not reversed in my account. Kindly look into the matter asap.

        Debit card transaction declined at Pos

        Sir, i have done a transaction of Rs. 1000 at Pos with my SBI atm debit card. The amount got debitedfrom my bank account but the pos machine showed transaction declined. It has been more than a week and the amount is still not reversed in my account. Kindly look into the matter asap.

        I am holding a TATASBI CARD since 2007 ([protected])
        I am frustrated with services of this card.
        Yesterday (on 16.12.2016) I booked railway ticket and Rs 1410.00 was debited to my card .IRCTC did not booked the tickets for want of payments from SBI CARD .When contacted on 16.12.2016 and 17.12.2016 the SBI helpline told that refund will be made in 21 days .What is benefit of payments by SBI CARD .My money is blocked this means that TATASBI CARD is not proper in doing transaction and one should shift to other card .What is my fault and SBICRAD people is not responding .Suppose I have limited amount at one's disposal and that too is blocked by CARD Provider what one will do .Govt is emphasizing for more and more cash less transaction but Card Provider is doing these non sense thing .It can be a mistake of SBI or IRCTC but I am the sufferer.

        "on 16.12.2016 I booked 3 railway tickets Transaction ID no [protected]

        for Train no 12265 DEE to Jammu date of journey 03.02.2017. I made the payment through SBI Card [protected] and they debited Rs 1410.00.But the tickets has not been booked .Only Transaction ID is appearing and status is payment requested . Please let me know whether my tickets has been booked if not please let me know my fault .Payment has been made by SBI CARD as above

            It is to inform you that i used my debit card for payment on 10 December.2016 for an amount of 1633/- every time the message of transection cancle is shown, However, the amount was two time deducted from my account. Shopkeeper has shown me the statement of his account where only one transection is shown completed but the other transection which has been debited from my account is not shown in his bank statement. my account statement detail with account no is attached herewith for immediate necessary action.

              On 10th dec 2016, i purchase goods from spencers. Kolkatta and pos no is pos[protected] and amount is rs.3902 and same date from paytm i transaction amount rs 100 and pos no is pos[protected]. But both transactions are failed and amount deduct from account. But till now i am not getting refund my amount at my account.

              And also i complain through https://cms.onlinesbi.com/CMS/ and then generate a complain no op[protected].
              After some days i got a phone no to contact at bank and no is [protected].
              I contact with the person but he not provide any solution.

              Kindly see the mater

                Someone has used my SBI credit card and done fraud transaction of amount 40, 000 Rs on 3rd Nov 2017 from Merchant "Amazon.in" . I tried to investigate individually and asked address details of culprit from amazon where they have courier products to culprit but they are not ready to share with me as it is confidential .
                Culprit had already card details, exp date based on this information done transaction .
                Merchant is ready to share details with Bank but bank is not interested to investigate this issue in deep even don't want to catch culprit .

                Please take action against SBI credit card department and help to resolve this issue.

                I was using this sbi credit card no: "[protected]" and I got a fraud call from this no " [protected]" on 3r nov 2016 who herself introduced her as Deepti Sharma an SBI employee and she did transaction of total Rs. 40, 000 to Payu.in and woohoo.com.

                Culprit had used my credit card in PAYU then after purchased electronic gift card from woohoo.com and redeemed this amount in Amazon.in but woohoo does not want to share Egift card number with me as they told me it is confidential and they can share with the SBI bank directly an bank is not interested to take address of culprit from merchant .

                I had already sent mails to Cyber Crime branch and informed the same fraud transaction to police station Gurgaon.

                Woohoo has shared below details of culprit who made this fraud transaction and below address looks like fake address.

                I am holding this credit card from more than 1.6 years and paying all my dues timely, also I avail your services considering SBI a Prestigious brand whom one can trust, but this incident had forced me to think how easily some outsider avail confidential information of your customer and do such fraudulent transaction where in instead of tracking the culprit bank is asking me to Pay back the amount.

                Reconsider this entire incident for resolving this issue for justice .Please enquire this from your end to resolve this issue.

                  Dear sir, i sr joshobanta deb laskar aged 62 years visited your tpa posted at zonal office nearly five times in total in respect of submission of my medical bill related to my treatment for shoulder impingement and another bill related to my wifes treatment for thyroid problem and less count of blood platelet and resultant giddiness offs and on, etc. After five days visit i submitted my bill to the deputy manager at the zonal office guwahati and after some time i got mobile message about my one bill paid in full, and another paid partially and there is no information for the third one. Again i visited the tpa at the zonal office guwahati and when inquired he told me that my one bill is rejected. I requested him to give me the email address of the higher authority he gave me the e mail address as : [protected]@sbi.co.in and there i did not find any such e mail adress. I have sent detalis of the complaint to my cm, zonal office, guwahati with a prayer for review and reconsideration of my genuine bill which is not prohibited by the exclusion list of the uiic mediclaim floater scheme. The very authoritative behaviour of the tpa is not helpful at all. Once the tpa very authoritatively told me to come '"and submit the bill on one thursday i. E. 24/11/2016 and wh3n i visited on that date it was found that he was not present and i have to submit my bill to the dy manager, hrd zonal opffice guwahati. I also request your good office to see that my bill is given due scrutiny.in all my bills, there is no misrepresentation or non-disclosure of facts and therefore should not have rejected. I pray for your kind intervention in this matter and let me get justice from your end. Thanking you sir - j deb laskar (Sbi[protected] policy: [protected]p[protected].

                      Sir, I am saving account holder of jail road branch LUCKNOW, a/c no. [protected], I have used my debit card for shopping on 10/12/2016for worth Rs.1543/ on pos-[protected] at Vishal Mega Mart txn#[protected] but card got declined but latter I got message that Rs.1543/ is deducted from my a/c.                         I have used debit card on atm ID 1FDBHU16 Located near old bus stand khordha on 16/12/2016 at 19:48 pm for withdrawal of Rs.2000/-but no transaction was made and shown as transaction declined . Failing to that i have gone for online mini statement through my mobile & found that a sum of Rs.2000/- has been debited from my account. Therefore I request to please make an arrangement to refund me the debited money of Rs2000/- & oblige.

                          My self Ajay Kumar consumer of sbi A/C NO.- [protected]. I have payment through SBI debit cart to pous machine on date 11/12/2016.1 time transaction RS 1440 but slip not exits 2nd time same amount transaction slip received but amount transaction in my account two times but till date no money refund in my account. please resolve this issues.

                              I Md.Daut Ali would like to inform you that my daughter Noureen Akhtar Sukanya Samriddhi Account ( SSA ) bearing Number [protected] have already closed from Post Office Illambazar and transferred to SBI Sukhbazar, Illambazar, Birbhum-731214 (W.B) ( Branch Code-11380 ) . In this regarding post office Illambazar above mentioned account postal cheque with old Passbook, SB10 (B ) Form, KYC document already sent to SBI Sukhbazar Branch near about 2nd week of November for further action at SBI Sukhbazar kind end but after few weeks passed and much time is wasted SBI Sukhbazar branch not completing the formalities to transfer process and when I telephonecally conversation with SBI Sukhbazar Branch Manager he state that it is a new process of transfer account from post office to SBI and he is not concerned about the process thoroughly. However, he also state that our all the bank staffs busy for demonetization process now a days and he will intimate me after knowing the transfer process.
                              In this connection I am e-mail to SBI Sukhbazar on 30/11/2016 but no response / replies yet to received from there. Sir, how long I wait or how I do for complete transfer process and to activate the transferred SSA account and create a new Passbook with carried forward balance from previous SSA account.
                              Your kind assistance in this regard is being solicited and I look forward in much anticipation to hearing from you .

                                Whole over Bangalore I can give so many complaints like this. Whichever may party is ruling in Karnataka, facing the same problem in Bangalore. I am not aware of the cases of other people in Bangalore. If other people are also facing the same problem, it is regret to say that at the time of my favorites party’s rule in Karnataka and the same situation is continuing in Bangalore, for preventing these types of incidents only solution is call for a military rule in Karnataka. People will oppose my suggestion for many reasons, mainly n the name of freedom. In Bangalore people are misusing their freedom. So as per my suggestion military rule is better than any other rule in Karnataka.

                                At the work place of Bangalore, higher qualified person’s behavior is as same as BST Ceramic person. We will surprised, how they earned a higher qualified degree? We will thik, is there any value for qualification? If we are saying anything against their argument, we will became a problamatic person. Meanwhile, robber’s are also waiting to exploit that situation. That is Bangalore.

                                  I want to take an account in S. B. I then I went to the bank of S. B. I near to commissionerat branch in siddipet then I am asked to the branch manager to open an account the manager has to to me there is not giving any accounts in the banks then I sad that in the andhra bank there are giving the account then why you don't then the manager has to that then you go to andhrabank why you come to S. B. I . Then I said sir this not the right manner to talk the public please to properly then he said go and complaint any were .were do you want and using vulgar language so please take the action about it

Pos [protected], txn# 853300... Payzapp admin replied that the said transaction was declined and advised to contact the bank. Hence this complaint.. Please restore the debited amount to sbi ac.
