The transcation of Rs. 206.60 was made to pay the water bill of the HUDA at Karnal (Haryana) with Transaction REf IGAAXCSYV4 on 04.03.2017 as received on my mobile. The amount was deducted from my account in SBI, Karnal but it is not credited in HUDA water department against the bill consumer number 6405. The Transaction failed message was received at the end of the transaction. The amount deducted has so far not been credited bacccount to my av

    Dear sir,
    I Mohd Sohail Ahamad deshpande was applied through online mode and initiated a payment using indian overseas bank rupay debit card the amount 1512.75 got debited from the bank account, but the payment status in the passport application portal was failed it's been 18 days payment has not been refunded to the bank account. kindly look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible.

I was filling passport form i decided to pay the fees by internet banking first time when i pay the fee it was deducted from my ac but it shows some technical error and i decided to pay it again and it was paid. When i checked my account money was deducted towice please refund my money thanks

An amount of rs.3869/- debited on 8th mar, 2017 for the reason - different in gold loan interest amount. But there is no gold loan existing in my account presently. Please clarify and credit the amount in my account immediately as i am facing financial problems

          Now this msg is related with my query about not issuing the ATM now I have requested to sbi branch and fulfilled their data as per related with my account so they told that as per my request we have confirmed that we will despatch the ATM with in few days and I updated my Kyc details as per my current records so from my Side I have no any issues about sbi bank Now... 😁

          The manager of SBI hadadi road branch, davangere was very rude with us. He neither has patience nor courtesy of how to speak to customers. Experienced this while opening account and again while getting the pass book.. Pathetic!! I demand an apology!

            I have blocked my atm card.

            But till the sbi is charging for atm yearly charges.

            I have used the atm for only 10months in the year[protected] but sbi has charged the atm charges for 12months .

            I made complaints more than 6 times but not a single time i get justice either by s.b.i.or reserve bank of india.s.b.i.bank employees are every time in that mood that do whatever you want to do.we are confident that no body will listen your complain because most of works are done by us of r.b.i..where will customers go?

            My account debited twice on 26/11/2016 for Rs.940/- but I have done only one transaction

            I complained to Sbi Customer Care but there is no correct response from customer care.

            Customer care is not at all responding properly.

            From past 3.months Customer care is saying that the case under investigation

            See first time my friend refered SBI card i applied for shopping card but i got IRTC card which is not at all useful for me. and i did not login that IRTC card then how come i got the e statement telling that pay the bill.                 There are not providing information and there are not doing there duty properly I have paid a challan to in income tax they didn't have me counter foil even after 30 days also still I am waiting for the counter foil the staff didn't come for half an hour the staff didn't came
                My user id is deactivated. I used my account for online transactions several times, however it got deactivated automatically and i have not been able to use it since long. Every time i try to use the account, i am not able use it online as user id is deactivated...

                Sbi is debiting intercity charges above 50 even for small amount of deposit. This is not good. There was no information about this on sbi site. Middle class family can't afford this. Sbi should reconsider about these charges as most of the customers are using non home branch for deposit.
                I tried changingmy password and it charged some cost to me but now it is showing wrong password...I m not getting why this is happening...Very bad experience

                          I am a customer of state bank of India for the last 15 years and maintaining two saving bank accounts at each one of the branch of Podanur, Coimbatore dist, Tamil Nadu (Ac No.[protected]) and Althara Junction Branch, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala (Ac No.[protected]). I am a central government employee working in AMD/ Department of Atomic energy and drawing Pay band IV salary which is credited in SBI, Podanur Branch Coimbatore dist, Tamil Nadu.
                          Sir, about ten years back I was using SBI credit card, after few years due to some personal problems I closed credit card account. Now, as per the government policy (minimum utilization of currency) I need credit card very urgently. In this connection, I have approached SBI credit card executive Mr. Praven (Mobile No [protected]) at Coimbatore Main Branch (adjacent to Coimbatore railway station) and submitted all necessary documents in couple of time. During document verification he assured that you will get credit card within 15 days. While processing, I have received application code no. 900856 on 25 Feb, 2017. No further information received by me till date.
                          Therefore it is requested to you that, kindly consider my requisition and issue credit card as early as possible to come over day today problem.

                              I wanted to open my brother's account in SBI Phadnis colony branch, Indore. For this i visited branch on 10.03.17 and i saw low efficiency management and not responsive at all. They told me that "if you want to open account right now then you have to buy an accidental insurance / medical insurance / start SIP". when i rejected to open any of these policies then they told that, " it will take 20 to 25 days to open an account".

                              I have taken an accidental policy of Rs.500/- just to open his account but i feel sad for these terms & conditions they apply for the opening an account. I request you to check these problems & correct it as soon as possible. so that any other person do not face these troubles.

                                Very Good afternoon!!

                                My self M. Raju had state bank account and A/C no is [protected].in yousufguda, Hyderabad branch.

                                1) I have deposited Rs 18000 through CDM on 7th Dec 2016 (all 1000 notes) at Yellareddyguda branch.But machine has taken Rs13000 and return back Rs 5000
                                .
                                2)Again deposited Rs 12000 (5-thousand notes and 14-five hundred notes).

                                Then i got error message like "Last transaction was cancelled". Rs 12000 was not been credited n my account.

                                Given complaint at yellareddyguda branch.But they are not responding.

                                Kindly consider this complaint and do needful.

                                  I made a card payment at Bademiya Mumbai in December and the transaction was successful but they debited the same amount from my a/c after 2 months on 28th of Feb.I was in Pune that time so it's not possible that I made that transaction. Money is not the point but charging from someone for the services that they didn't availed is completely unfair.

                                    Sir, i have done my passport payment application on 1st march, 2017 two times but both the time amount has been deducted from my account and the payment status is still "failed" .It had been 10 day i haven't got my money back. They have deducted 1512+1512 two time and the customer service is not responding to call and mail i have send they .Please help

                                    State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    Always it is better to generate a challan & pay the cash at sbi cash counter & amount will be credited within 1 day so that you can opt for appointment this is my experience had while applying for pp instead of on line payment some times system may be failed, it may take some time to get corrected & you should not have made 2nd payment.
