Dear sir

I have blocked my atm card.

But till the sbi is charging for atm yearly charges.

I have used the atm for only 10months in the year[protected] but sbi has charged the atm charges for 12months .

I put a mail to [protected]@sbi.co.in

But there is no proper response

Please guide

dashah's response I made complaints more than 6 times but not a single time i get justice either by s.b.i.or reserve bank of india.s.b.i.bank employees are every time in that mood that do whatever you want to do.we are confident that no body will listen your complain because most of works are done by us of r.b.i..where will customers go?

Aishaa Chung's response Just now at around 1:00 pn, i called customer care to solve my problem of generating new pin, she was very impatient to listen to my problems n was rude too.

My account debited twice on 26/11/2016 for Rs.940/- but I have done only one transaction

I complained to Sbi Customer Care but there is no correct response from customer care.

Customer care is not at all responding properly.

From past 3.months Customer care is saying that the case under investigation

Please solve the issue

I have 12, 000 rs. in my sbi account at last sunday on 05.03.2017. When I have gone to withdraw the cash 6, 000rs. But it was declined my transaction. and after then i was checking the bal. It was showing Nil in my account. On next day I was gone to my branch to entry in passbook. Then it did wrong entry.

See first time my friend refered SBI card i applied for shopping card but i got IRTC card which is not at all useful for me. and i did not login that IRTC card then how come i got the e statement telling that pay the bill. SBI i had good impression but now no please rectify my problem ASAP.

Customer care lady named Aisha or something was very impatient to listen to my problem and was rude. Kindly keep employees who are patient enough to listen to problems of the customers.

I throw my cheques in s.b.i.khamasa branch on 07/02/17 in drop box.i got amount of these cheques on 7/3/17.is it fair?

Its going to be 1 year I am unable to generate the SBI DEBIT CARD PIN. Followed the method as told by the Branch Manager still I didn't receive the PIN. Neither I get proper response from the Branch.

Please change my sif no from mongrol motamiya 530 branch to defence colony branch 8025 as my account no. [protected] is opened at defence colony branch - Secunderabad, suddenly the sif no changed to another branch.
