This complaint is about - home loan account transfer from sbi pune main branch to sbi pune local warje branch close to my residence.
I have transferred my housing loan from axis bank to sbi in mar 2013 - it's a joint home loan account between myself & my wife.
Sbi housing loan maxgain account no.[protected].
After home loan transfer approval i was given pune main branch as home branch which is located near collector office, near bund garden police station, ambedkar wellesly road, agarkar nagar, pune - 411001.
Now, i reside in warje area of pune which is about 17 kms away from this branch.
While allocating i was neither asked for my preference of home branch location nor discussed/told about the home branch selection option at local racpc office in pune and they assigned this branch on their own discretion without my consent.
I found it extremely difficult to go to the other corner of the pune city, when i have any work or need any document or need support from housing loan perspective & hence wanted to get this account transferred to closest sbi branch in warje area.
Me & my wife have back pain issue and we are not at all comfortable going to a branch 17 kms away from house when there is a sbi branch in warje area in close vicinity of my house.
On 25th jan 2014 - i submitted in writing a letter to sbi main branch manager mr. Vishal saroj (As-3496) requesting to transfer my home loan account from pune main branch to sbi warje branch (Branch code 16847) which is closest to my residence. Letter is attached herewith for reference. Till today there is no action taken on this.

I am very much disappointed with sbi attitude on customer request response - i found it extremely unprofessional.

There will be a easy way to create the Net banking user id & Password without visiting Home branch or any other branch in SBI. For that you need to have the following details. SBI SB account Number, Branch code, CIF Number which is connected with your Bank account, Visa debit card and cvv of the card. The steps are just go to Google.com and type the Onlinesbi and select the link on it. And click the "New user registration" Which is located under personal banking login in that page. After that another window will open and ask the some of the details regarding your account. I[censored] filed all details means just click submit. Next step its ask the card details. after that its ask service charges for creating net banking. It would be Rs.1. After paying service charge it will crate the temporary username and password after log in to net banking by using temporary login you may change it what u want. Just follow this and enjoy

I have enter New User Registration form after filled and completed i got the message was (the You are already registered for internet banking facility. To get username and duplicate password, please contact your home branch. )I have retrive my username but i forget my password then after i will try to retrive my password i got the meaasge was( you have contact your home brance to get duplicate username and password) and also i got the net banking kit through my home branch its also not working. no one can help from my home branch. what can i do please help me.
