Hi,

I'm using sbi credit card past 2 yrs. One day i got call from sbi (1yr back), they side you have selected upgrade from gold more to platinum, then i asked what is benefits (Sbi guy told me including balance transfer if you spend 2lack no annual fee). Now they are saying no including balance transfer and they put me on limit cross fee also. If i call to cc also they are helping

Changer mount : 2999+tax (15%)
Over limit mount : 500+tax (15%) total 5000 they charged

O please help me on this - card ending 1108

    I am a housewife, having few fixed deposit in sbi. I opened those a/c in chandigarh 3 brd af stn branch having code-1495. After that i transfer all my a/c to sbi rupnarayanpur branch having code-2114. During opening i filled up all mandatory data including 15g. Again on 03apr2017 again i filled up 15g against those fd.
    Still on the maturity date of one of those a/c on 03apr2017 i came to know that tds has been deducted from all fd a/c. On confirming from local branch they told that pan number was not included in fd account. Though it is written in the fd slip.
    Now sbi telling me that i can get return after filling income tax return only. It is totally negligence of sbi bank. Which harrashed me a lot.
    I want sbi should take initiative and return my money from income tax department.

      This morning i have deposited an amount of rs. 15, 000/- at nallakunta.

      After deposited i have received sms and i am surprising and shocking to note that rs. 57.00 debited to my account and immediately inquired. For the first time i am facing problem... Kindly expedite and why it has happend?


      I request you to kindly waiver off rs. 57/- and reverse to my sb a/c no. [protected] and oblige. Please note that when the branch atm deposit machine is working i wont go to deposit to that branch. Kindly expedite. Please do the needful. Kindly take action to branch if atm deposit is working i wont go to branch nor they will not deduct amount.

      Sorry to say.. Kindly treat this matter as sympathically and reverse as a special case.

        Hello,

        This complaint is about - home loan account transfer from sbi pune main branch to sbi pune local warje branch close to my residence.

        I have transferred my housing loan from axis bank to sbi in mar 2013 - it's a joint home loan account between myself & my wife.
        Sbi housing loan maxgain account no.[protected].

        After home loan transfer approval i was given pune main branch as home branch which is located near collector office, near bund garden police station, ambedkar wellesly road, agarkar nagar, pune - 411001.

        Now, i reside in warje area of pune which is about 17 kms away from this branch.

        While allocating i was neither asked for my preference of home branch location nor discussed/told about the home branch selection option at local racpc office in pune and they assigned this branch on their own discretion without my consent.

        I found it extremely difficult to go to the other corner of the pune city, when i have any work or need any document or need support from housing loan perspective & hence wanted to get this account transferred to closest sbi branch in warje area.

        Me & my wife have back pain issue and we are not at all comfortable going to a branch 17 kms away from house when there is a sbi branch in warje area in close vicinity of my house.

        On 25th jan 2014 - i submitted in writing a letter to sbi main branch manager mr. Vishal saroj (As-3496) requesting to transfer my home loan account from pune main branch to sbi warje branch (Branch code 16847) which is closest to my residence. Letter is attached herewith for reference. Till today there is no action taken on this.

        Warje sbi branch address details -
        Sbi, spandan shop no. 4 & 5 opp mai mangeshkar hospital mumbai bangalore highway popular nagar warje pune 411058.

        I am very much disappointed with sbi attitude on customer request response - i found it extremely unprofessional.

        I would request to help me transfer my sbi home loan account to warje branch.

            I have been worst experience with SBI Online. It behaves strange and sometimes show the messages which is of no use. While doing any activities it showing message that Mobile number is not registered whereas I am getting SMS and alerts of every transactions but all of the sudden that started and unable to do anything. Most frustrating part is for each and every issue customer care ask to visit Home Branch where all the useless person sits. Not sure why customer care is needed only to tell Visit Home Branch. In this Global World its frustrating to go every time to home branch and worst thing even if you are out of City. I have visited Home Branch multiple times without much bigger reason which should be solved by customer care otherwise there is no use of Customer care service. They should either close the customer care or there online service should be better to serve customer but unfortunately none of the case true. Visting home branch also doesn't work.

              Hatsoff to the demonetization process that happened a while back and became a huge suceess in the recent times. The process made way for the use of online payments more in our day to day life. Now the situation is that the banks are charging us, the account holders for each and every transations we do online. The thing happened to me was I had deposited a sum of liquid money to my moms SB account and when I needed cash I added some amount to my Paytm wllet using the SBI atm CARD. I added cash to my wallet a couple of times depending on my needs and the bank had charged for every transations I did and charged my mom for depositing the cash. When you have started a new frontieer of cashless India, These banks are taking advantage of the situation by looting the customers. This incident happened only with SBI rather than other banks.and the worst part is this bank is a public sector bank and still paying the anual fees, Debit card anual fess etc till date without any hasitation

              I humbly request you to make a change to this torchure of banks and provide a helping hand to us the fellow citizen of the naition

                On 27.04.2017 .Time 15:18 pm at the SBI - Gorakhpur Branch Jabalpur
                On that day my money transaction of RS. 50, 000/- has been failed due failure of server than I immediately contact to the Branch Manager and other concerning officials of the band with the copy of the ATM slip. I also filled a complaint form but nothing has been done till than.

                    Hi,
                    My self suneel and i took a ppf account in sbi 19th jan-17 and deposited 10000/-. After financial year end (31-mar-17) they credited the 133 rupees as interest. Then i gave the return complaint on sbi home branch (Omr road, chennai) and they simple replayed 8% of interest for 10, 000 is 133 rupees only.
                    How they calculated i didn't understand. Can any one help on this issue.

And iam go to 3 to 4 times in mayiladuthurai SBI branch. but i dont get proper responce, and further i dont get leave in my working organistation.                       There will be a easy way to create the Net banking user id & Password without visiting Home branch or any other branch in SBI. For that you need to have the following details. SBI SB account Number, Branch code, CIF Number which is connected with your Bank account, Visa debit card and cvv of the card. The steps are just go to Google.com and type the Onlinesbi and select the link on it. And click the "New user registration" Which is located under personal banking login in that page. After that another window will open and ask the some of the details regarding your account. I[censored] filed all details means just click submit. Next step its ask the card details. after that its ask service charges for creating net banking. It would be Rs.1. After paying service charge it will crate the temporary username and password after log in to net banking by using temporary login you may change it what u want. Just follow this and enjoy

                        Sir. I withdrawed on 12th april/2017an amount of rupees 20, 000/- from sbi atm near guwahati commerce college. But the atm delivered me rs.9500/-insted of 20, 000/-. I immediately informed the matter to sbi, new guwahati branch. Sbi adviced me to lodge a complain on line and written complain to the branch. Accordingly i did so but till date i did not return the money to my account. So i fervently request your honour kindly look into the matter and to receive the due money at an early date. Thanks.

                          Just now I got a call from unknown no. i.e [protected], he is asking me about my ATM by telling me that my ATM has been block, so to reopen my ATM I have to provide 16 digit no. of my ATM card.
                          I knew its a fraud call.
                          When I told him, I ll complain to police, that moment he started abusing me.
                          I request to the authority to take necessary action.

                            The behaviour of staff in the sbi bank is very rude. There is no one available at enquiry counter. And in case of any information, if we ask someone else apart form the enquiry counter, they will behave rudely with the customer.

                            This type of behaviour is unethical and unprofessional. I request you to please take some actions on the staff behaviour.

                              Hello,

                              One sbi marketing executive approached me in big bazar and told me about FBB sbi credit card. I asked him about credit card charges, renewal fee etc and he clearly said that there are no such charges for first year.

                              I signed the document and then SBI agent collected documents via whatsapp, which I feel is not a legitimate process and I confirmed about renewal fee again but Again got same response.

                              Now, when I got the card, SBI has imposed annual fee and on top of it they are levying interest on it too. I havent even used this card, nor even I got any confirmation call, e-statement but just a plain sms specifying due amount of 1037.

                              1. Marketing guy played gimmick
                              2. Documents were collected on whatsapp
                              3. No proper delivery of information.
                              4. Bills before activation of card.
                              5. Interest on annual/joining fee.

                              How good is SBI in playing such large scale marketing gimmick?

                              My account puts on a rs 10000 hold without my knowledge and my available balance is 0 now on in my account. I have not any due loan, credit card loan or any such of this problem. Then why my account is freeze and not on regular status.

                                My mother had been saving account with SBI Bank, Narayan Nagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat Branch since last 12 years.

                                After her death I have requested to close her account on 17/4/2017. I was promised that my request will be done by tomorrow. When I went to bank to collect the cheque, the bank deducted Rs. 575/- as account closure charge. I was informed by bank official that above charge is levied according to circular issued by bank. I requested to provide circular but they unable to provide same till date.

                                  I have a balance of 3700 something.. But now i have a balance of zero and shown lein amount of 12000.. I talk to customer service refer to speak to bank.. When i speak to branch manager they don't give me difinite answer said it might be because of suspicious transection which i withdrawn 6000 before the lein applied but i swap it for 2 times only from atm cook the first atm there is no money said wait for a day but nothing happen he also sd to talk to customer service i got confused. I don't have any debt with them but yes i just recently start using credit card but my first due date is yet to come.. It can be possible is because of credit card please help to remove lein amount

                                        Dear Sir/Madam

                                        I am the user of mobile number [protected] since 2012.

                                        From past 2 to 3 years, I am getting transaction SMS from SBI's customer with A/c number xxxx5510.

                                        I am not responsible for any act or fraud done as I do not know this account.

                                        Please look into my complaint and help to resolve as early as possible.

                                        The SMS that I receive is like-
                                        "Rs 8000 withdrawn at SBI ATM S10A[protected] ONGC COLONY SIBSAGAR, SIBSAGAR from A/c xxxx5510 on 080417. Txn#5223. Avl bal Rs 2436.11."
