Dear Sir/medam,
I have my account in SBI of Tadapatri, Anantapur Dist, Andhra pradesh State. i am here in yeshwanthapur Banglore Karntaka State now.and am unable to go to Tadapatri for three months This happened on May--3. i did some purchasing on Sangham jewelary shop for amount of Rupres 3200/- and decided to pay through my SBI ATM and DEBIT Card but transaction failed twise.so i paid by cash.after that i observed that Rupees 3200/- was deducted from my account.i immediately went to Sangham jewelary shop and informed them .They advised wait for two days .So i request please look above complaint and kindly do needful sir.

    Need your attention,
    i have a corporate banking (Saral) account. since i received i have faced lot of issues with this. i will have to say this is such a irritating service from SBI. If i get a chance i will never come back to SBI. None of your service is good, Neither bank service nor internet. Now my issue is i couldn't able log in. If i do login it will automatically close and says that YOUR SEESIONHAS EXPIRED PLEASE LOGIN AGAIN. If i try again it says YOU HAVE ALREADY LOGGED IN PLEASE TRY LATER.

    And i am trying for a long time?

    SBI is with service charges, I have a question will you give a compensation for me??? Local branch Staffs knows me very well. Because i used to visit there intermittently.

        Hello sir,
        I m kirti kashyap from baraut dist baghpat.
        I want educational loan for my further studies but every time he misbehave with me and my father. He deny to give any information about loan. I need a loan i have no more time to take admission. We visited at bank branch several time and every time he shouted on us. He is a sub manager of state bank of india branch baraut. There is no use of bank and this type of employees if they do not provide service to their customers.

          I have an account in State Bank of India. Account number is [protected]. I transferred Rs 5000 to this account through Madan Money Transfer Sector 45, near Som Bazar, ITI Road, Noida, Mobile number [protected], code 3A941977 on 20 February 2017. He charged me 2% for this service. However, the money has not been credited to my account till date. I also complained to SBI reference ticket number [protected] dated 17 April 2017 &
          I was informed that the complaint is resolved but the oney has not yet been received.
          I have authorized Dr Shivani Kalhan, in whose house I work as a gardener, to lodge this complaint on my behalf.

            SBI, Up-to last month it was known as State Bank of Travancore grabbed me Rs. 575/- as closure charge when I wanted to close my account yesterday, at that time my account has an amount of Rs.1443/-
            They already collected all their service charges last month. My name is Sanil Kumar P D, my account no. was [protected].I am financially not good, in my opinion this practice by the bank is not at all smooth and it is illegal, so please provide me justice.

              I have saving account [protected] in sbi ramnagar. Recently i have to closed my account due to non maintenance of minimum amount balance. But i have been charge rs 575. I opened my account in 2015 and generally after 1 year there will be no charges in account closure. Sbi charges it. Now the question is can banks slap a fee for account closure considering that you are asking for your own money? And i also want my money refunded...

              Yesterday i deposit Rs.3000...my account is debited Rs.57..for inert city charges...its very bad...i don't like SBI...
              I, chandan goswami, savings account holder of your KAIKHALI branch since 3 years . My account number is [protected] and Ifsc code is SBIN0016773. I wanted to close my account and since last 10 th july i was going your branch with my closing application . Today only my closing is done but they had deducted 590 rs as account closing charge . It is very bad after 3 years old customer first you change minimum balance 1000 rs to 5000 rs. When someone have not maintain the limit and want to close his account . Now you deducted 590 rs . How the poor people will survive .

              We need to know that the minimum balance of SBI was Zero, not 1000.
              Incteasing minimum balance from 0 to5000 and imposing 590 account closer charge is a BOOBY TRAP of SBI. It is a cheap decision to makeup their 6000 crore loss from poor customer..

                  Sir mera naam kritika chaudhary hai mera account state bank of india k sawnghat branch jo ki basti, UP, me padta hai, mere account ki net banking mere bade bhai jinhone mera account khulwaya tha wo use kr rhe hain aur mangne pr bhi user id aur password nhi de rhe hain, wo illegal tareeke se mere account se paise transfer kr rhe hain, mai unke khilaf police case nhi krna chahti, isliye maine SBI k branch me last year July 2016 me net banking band krni ki application diya tha jiska receiving mjhe nhi diya gya, fir maine kal 05/05/2017 ko mobile no. change krne ki application diya tha jispr branch manager ne saaf mana kr diya, fir maine lucknow jaha pr mai iss samay jinke yahan rahti hu unse bat ki wo lucknow sbi me hain to unhone branch manager ko call kiya fir uske bad mjhe branch manager jo ki ladies hain unhone bulaya aur application liya aur net banking ki form bharwaya, jispr maine new no. diya, iske bad branch manager ne mjhe ek net banking ki kit di aur kaha ki ab tmhara net banking fir se 16 ghante bad chalu ho jayega ye kal dopahar 2:00 PM ki bat hai, aaj mere husband ne jb net banking ka kit opne kiya aur login krne k liye user id password dala to ac dinbhar k liye block bata rha tha aur forget login password pr jb click kiya to jo number maine kal form me diya tha wo no. invalid bata rha tha fir maine pata kiya to pta chala ki mere bhai ka hi number hai, jiska matlab hai ki branch manager ne kit to de diya lekin no. mere bhai ka hi rhne diya,

                  both accounts . The conserning person in the bank told me only one account can get such rights. I feel it is not correct . can any person tell me how can I do this?

                    I am 68 years, adar card submitted. I want to deposit rs. Up to 15 lakhs under senior citizen fixed deposit scheme @ 8.6% scheme in sbi, kulur ferry road alke, mangalore 575 003 branch.
                    But since a month they can't accept the deposit under the pretext that the computer is not accepting. May be computer is not updated. Also tds amount is not showing in the accounts. As the branch is nearest to our house, i prefer this bank. Can you please help.

                      I have received a refund of Rs 349 from amazon but my refund amount is not credited to my bank account why. The reference no from amazon is[protected]. The refund was initiated on 18th April 2017. Please look the matter soon. What is happening this. Why consumers is facing problem. I also contacted sbi Customer service but no result. They refuse to take complain and slovenly the problem of my. Refund path was Net Banking.

                        4 months before i brought a new car. Through your bank. When m going to take a loan. They treated like m his father.
                        Now last three months they didnt inform anything comapny going to merge.

                            I have saving account with SBI Bank, Erandwane Pune Branch since last 4 years.

                            I have requested to close my account on 06/5/2017. I was promised that my request will be done by tomorrow. When I went to bank to collect the cheque, the bank demand me Rs. 586/- as account closure charge. I was informed by bank official that above charge is levied according to circular issued by bank. I requested to provide circular but they unable to provide same till date.

                              The branch manager of state bank of Mysore

                              Has insulted my father and refused to sanction any more money for the study loan I have taken from the bank, just because a wealthy client named " Mr. Bablu"
                              Told him to do so and the bank the manager didn't even deny the fact that he is doing this on bablu's saying. I urge you to take strict action and do the right thing, or else I will have no other option than to come to Bangalore myself with all the valid and legal papers proving our innocence and taking this matter to the senior authority.

                                Today at noon 3 i go to vadipara sbi @ surendranagar for making passbook entry... The person name ashokbhai who making all entry say me no that entry of wadhwan passbook cant able to done in computer.. Though he speaking lie i say him politely plz do me entry as it is possible here also... Still he say me no.. Than i say him other all staff know me and i m very old customer.. Still he dont like and speak so roughly with me and say me next time never ever come here... Just for entry in passbook he behave so harsh with me... You can see all in cctv camera and also ask nearby staff...

                                This much worst service by sbi... You should take such steps towards them..

                                  I was having a savings account in sbi pimpri town branch, account no : [protected], today i closed the account as bank has started charging minimum balance charges. I was charged 575/- rupees for closing this account. When asked bank manager about the charges he told its uploaded on bank website and also written in bank, but i can't find anywhere account closing charges written. There might be account closing charges but 575/- is too much.
                                  Both ways bank is charging fees, this is very unfair practice by bank.

                                    One of the worst banks in india is sbi. Simple generation of otp never works for past one week... How we do internet transaction. Stop dreaming for cashless transaction. Start a pilot project first in a very small scale and see everything works in all usecases... Then deploy. Speeches will not help!!!

                                    We are still in stone age and please do not compare with developed countries... The middle class and upper class is completely depending on online transactions...

                                    I may be wrong... It is one of indian it companies that did the software for sbi... Pathethic coding

                                    Let us do introspection and go step by step... Do not make all digital at one time. Change every year one module. Our's is the only country where we have all sorts of verification cards, aadhaar, pan, uan, dl, passport... May be postcard, inland letter!!

                                    Sorry to say these gentlemen ; we will improve in another x years

                                        I want to close my account.. It wants manager autheication but manager didn't came i have waited for 2 hours.. But he didn't came... Very poor service. For closing account you have been waiting for 2 hours but work didn't done.. And very irresponsive behviour from banking staff there!!! Disgusting experience.. Before asking maintain balance give services first
