    Application number[protected] Recently one of the agents from SBI came to me and He insisted me to apply for SBI credit card. He insisted me two to three times after which I applied for it. I had to go for photocopying my documents and filling the application form. You can guess what I had to do at 3 PM in summers that too half hearted. And after receiving two to three confirmation calls and messages I got to know on my own through your website that my application is rejected. I have talked to your customer care on mail about this and their replies are pathetic that SBI don't want to do business with me. What is so special in the other three friends of mine who are in my college that you have issued them the cards and not me. This is really humiliating for me and I had to receive your calls and messages without getting anything.

        I am working in Indian railways my SBI account no-[protected] sir due to some financial crises at one year ago I have taken personal loan from SBI kharagpur railway station branch while talking loan bank asked for garantor at the Same​ time one of my colleague was also talking personal loan we are cross garantor of each other personal loan my personal loan emi was 8100/- month sir due to my colleague personal problem he has not paid his emi for last three months I am not aware of that suddenly 3rd of April I was open my internet banking I have seen my money was transferred to garantor account rs 26100 without any information or phone call or any email sir my salary was came 23000/ but bank has deducted 26100 to garantor account sir this inhumanity how will I run my family life with out salary sir kindly requesting​ you to take necessary action according to your bank guidelines​ and gave me a Justice from your end

          I have tried to withdraw Rs 2000/- amount from S1BB[protected], Vani Vilas Road, V V Puram, Bengaluru on 10/5/17 around 10.15 AM.
          Cash was not dispensed but i got debit massage on my phone.
          Once again i tried to withdraw Rs 2000/- again cash not recieved but got debit massage on my phone.
          After a while i got amount reverse massage of Rs 2000/-
          In total i got two debit massages but only one reverse massage .

          My account has been debited Rs 2000/- but cash was not dispensed.

            Sir i have got credit card [protected] received by me on 28th march 2017. On 30th march 2017 there were 3 transactions on my card from mumbai
            Having transaction no 052831, 051620, 054037 for 5000 each by ideacash. I have not activated my card still there was transaction in the said card. Please help me to reverse the same and get me my money back as the transaction is not performed by me. Iam resident of chandrapur.

            Dear vhsalphale,

            If you have not activated your card but there was some transactions done means you may raise a complaint to SBI Customer care (If there is specific portal for Credit card means you may do complaint in that portal) against your problem. If not settled down after complaint means you may approach the Bank ombudsman who is available for grievances against any bank.

              Hi Sir,
              This is Srihari, on monday evening i transfered RS:20, 000/- amount from SBI to SBH, but amount is debited in my account and not credited in SBH account. I called customer care and and explained about the incident happened, they said wait for one day money will be transferred. But till now i didn't get any reply and money is not credited.

                I didnt get money while sbi atm has time out issue and my account has deducted 500 rs... Also atm didnt provide me receipt.. When i checked it from my internet banking account it shows 500 rs deducted with transaction id & sbi branch... When i call in sbi care they informed that this is invalid transaction id & they cant do anything. Soooo now what can i do, i checked transaction id is valid & showed in my internet banking account

                I received a SMS with transaction of 705.23 for subscription of Amazon prime membership on 04 May 17, which was not purchased by me.
                Therefore I request you investigate the matter and remove the charges view fraud transaction by firm. It is further requested that necessary action against firm for fraud transaction be taken.

                  My pension is being deposited monthly sice last year by epf ofice aurangabad. But suddenly the sbi bank shivajinagar br closed my sb accont in nov 2017 and opened new acc. Epf office deposited pension for oct, nov 2017 and arrears in the old acc as per their records. Due to closure of the acc the pension is not showing in any acc. Sbi closed the acc without carrying the balance in the new acc. This matter is being followed since nov2017, but its not solved by the br due to negligence.

                    I am having corporate zero balance salary account and bank deduct rs. 116 from my account without any information to customers. When we ask my branch bank executive they reply we have these circulars (Which amend almost 5 times in 2 month) and according to that we deduct this charges.
                    2)
                    Quarterly rs. 15 for sms charges which we never received (Accept otp), then why they charges users for rs. 15.

                      Why you are depredating my acc with out any reason. If you are cutting transaction charges then you may also responsible for your atm and all your facilities.
                      1. If your atm have no cash you may pay same transaction charges to me
                      2. If your balance checking number is not working you may pay charges to me also.
                      3. And also sbi bank is handling customer's in very rudely manner.
                      4. If you are cutting extra charges unnessassary, you may keep atleast basic standard to your customers.

                          I have recharge Rs 133 top up voucher of AIRCEL through Internet banking as on 08.05.2017 but I have received a message regarding its failure but my account has been debited of the same amount. Futher when i contact the aircel customer care they said the amount has not been recharged. So i checked my account and found that Rs 133 has been deducted. But i could not get the monney returned back. Hence it is requested to refund the same at an early.

                            I borrowed the education loan of 80, 000 in SBI bank (Branch - Srivilliputhur - 626125). I completed my BE on 2013. Now I just want to pay my loan amount of 80, 000 with interest as per the SBI rule. Could you please check and confirm the interest of the loan amount. I asked SBI Srivilliputhur branch about interest for my loan. they advised that they are calculating interest while studying. But in all other banks they are collecting loan amount with interest (after complete the studies). hence could you please confirm the rule about education loan for repayment.

                              My Salary Acct is linked to this branch from 6 years & I have raised my concern from 6 month for one ATM card till now I have not got any feed back
                              Alaways bank Manager tells ur card is not processed
                              May be 3 times I have visited the branch within 6 months
                              No reply alaways same words
                              Fed up with the support from the current Manager of this Branch.
                              I was so disturbed I told I will close my acct then he asked for last chance last 15 days back ..it more than 150 days this last chance is gng on after gng to branch & applying the card manually .
                              I need clear cut information ….wat is the action taken against my complaint from the date of my complaint .

                              Every time the manager talks …& tells not processed ….wat is this “NOT PROCESSED” MEAN
                              If it is not processed there should be next thing to do for which we need to get the information on this ….

                              We are educated people we are not someone u can fool around from 6 months, .in this digital world.
                              Nevr seena BRANCH MANAGER SO HAPPY SITTING even after vsisting & complaining abt it ..till now he does not have answer for this …

                              When I ask cpmplaint no …he does not have he tells I need to 10 minutes call me back on same number

                              I need all the information on this concern …

                                My Ticket Complaint No. is [protected]. No proper reply is given. On 11th April, 2017 SBI, Kaladarshan Branch, Code No.13481 Vadodara has deducted Rs.1149/-. Deduction No. is such a large that I don't know...for which reason deduction is made. Please give me refund OR give details of opposite party to whom you have give credit.

                                    Since my superannuation on 31.01.2016, my pension account is being maintained at Barrackpore Railway Station Branch of SBI, North 24 Pgs, West Bengal, 700120. But now, told by the Branch Service Manager to keep minimum amount of Rs. 5000/- as this is a Savings Account, not Pension account.

                                    Kindly let me know the minimum mandatory amount to be kept at my pension account. and

                                    Is there any provision to convert any pension account of a septuagenarian pension holder to savings account without prior intimation to him.

                                    If the account remains savings account since its opening without the knowledge of the pension holder for over 11 years, why all on a sudden initiative from the concerned branch has surfaced.

                                    Whether any government order has been issued against this. If so, let me be provided with a copy of the same.

                                    I shall be highly obliged for kind intervention.

                                      Hello, my name is subhajit dey. I am an user of sbi bank. My bank a/c no is [protected].. Ifsc:- sbin0012399, panagarh, west bengal branch..
                                      At 08/05/2017 i withdraw-ed 5k then after that i wanted to withdraw another 8k.. But after that when i wish to withdraw my money the machine says that transaction was unsuccessful. Worst service.. Exp is very bad.. I am unable to withdraw any money, i dont have net banking.. Even the customer care told me to visit my home branch which is approx 180km above from my place...

                                        I used debit card for rs.8000 withdrawal on 14-3-17, amount did not dispensed by atm, i wrote a complaint on 15-3-17 to sbi shivaji nagar branch, bhopal. Rs.2000 refunded on 27-3-17. After that i wrote 3 complaints and 5 times visited the branch. Till now i do not received amount. Sbi-shivaji nagar, link road 1, branch code 30382, contact:[protected], 2762595.
                                        Sbi complaint id [protected] dt 18-3-17. No one can response in the branch. Please refund the amount as early as possible.
