I have recharge Rs 133 top up voucher of AIRCEL through Internet banking as on 08.05.2017 but I have received a message regarding its failure but my account has been debited of the same amount. Futher when i contact the aircel customer care they said the amount has not been recharged. So i checked my account and found that Rs 133 has been deducted. But i could not get the monney returned back. Hence it is requested to refund the same at an early.

I have placed a request to transfer my saving account from one branch to another branch by post.It is not done since 2 months have passed.
I have followed all the rules of bank.I have filled all forms related to transfer an account.

    Hi SBI Team,

    I borrowed the education loan of 80, 000 in SBI bank (Branch - Srivilliputhur - 626125). I completed my BE on 2013. Now I just want to pay my loan amount of 80, 000 with interest as per the SBI rule. Could you please check and confirm the interest of the loan amount. I asked SBI Srivilliputhur branch about interest for my loan. they advised that they are calculating interest while studying. But in all other banks they are collecting loan amount with interest (after complete the studies). hence could you please confirm the rule about education loan for repayment.

    Transiction failed 500 rs debites my atm card
    Cash wihthrowl for hdfc atm but cash not recevied massage for decline and deducted the account amount 10, 000.
    Complain add for 12.04.2017 ticket no.[protected], yesterday massage recevied has been attended and closed, but i have no money recevied. Still waiting my money, please help the my money recovery.

      My Salary Acct is linked to this branch from 6 years & I have raised my concern from 6 month for one ATM card till now I have not got any feed back
      Alaways bank Manager tells ur card is not processed
      May be 3 times I have visited the branch within 6 months
      No reply alaways same words
      Fed up with the support from the current Manager of this Branch.
      I was so disturbed I told I will close my acct then he asked for last chance last 15 days back ..it more than 150 days this last chance is gng on after gng to branch & applying the card manually .
      I need clear cut information ….wat is the action taken against my complaint from the date of my complaint .

      Every time the manager talks …& tells not processed ….wat is this “NOT PROCESSED” MEAN
      If it is not processed there should be next thing to do for which we need to get the information on this ….

      We are educated people we are not someone u can fool around from 6 months, .in this digital world.
      Nevr seena BRANCH MANAGER SO HAPPY SITTING even after vsisting & complaining abt it ..till now he does not have answer for this …

      When I ask cpmplaint no …he does not have he tells I need to 10 minutes call me back on same number

      I need all the information on this concern …
      I am gng to lodge a complaint on the bank in customer court …Taking money for all my acct for processing & not gvg me wat is required …

Deduction No. is such a large that I don't know...for which reason deduction is made. Please give me refund OR give details of opposite party to whom you have give credit.

            Since my superannuation on 31.01.2016, my pension account is being maintained at Barrackpore Railway Station Branch of SBI, North 24 Pgs, West Bengal, 700120. But now, told by the Branch Service Manager to keep minimum amount of Rs. 5000/- as this is a Savings Account, not Pension account.

            Kindly let me know the minimum mandatory amount to be kept at my pension account. and

            Is there any provision to convert any pension account of a septuagenarian pension holder to savings account without prior intimation to him.

            If the account remains savings account since its opening without the knowledge of the pension holder for over 11 years, why all on a sudden initiative from the concerned branch has surfaced.

            Whether any government order has been issued against this. If so, let me be provided with a copy of the same.

            I shall be highly obliged for kind intervention.

              Hello, my name is subhajit dey. I am an user of sbi bank. My bank a/c no is [protected].. Ifsc:- sbin0012399, panagarh, west bengal branch..
              At 08/05/2017 i withdraw-ed 5k then after that i wanted to withdraw another 8k.. But after that when i wish to withdraw my money the machine says that transaction was unsuccessful. Worst service.. Exp is very bad.. I am unable to withdraw any money, i dont have net banking.. Even the customer care told me to visit my home branch which is approx 180km above from my place...

                I used debit card for rs.8000 withdrawal on 14-3-17, amount did not dispensed by atm, i wrote a complaint on 15-3-17 to sbi shivaji nagar branch, bhopal. Rs.2000 refunded on 27-3-17. After that i wrote 3 complaints and 5 times visited the branch. Till now i do not received amount. Sbi-shivaji nagar, link road 1, branch code 30382, contact:[protected], 2762595.
                Sbi complaint id [protected] dt 18-3-17. No one can response in the branch. Please refund the amount as early as possible.

                  To whom so ever it may concern.

                  This mail is intended for the authoritative person who is able to take
                  An action against this scenario made.

                  I am a usual customer of your bank (All details mentioned below in the
                  End). On the date of 06/05/2017 i was at the bank branch regarding to
                  The multiple calls i've received regarding to the kyc update of my
                  Account. My account is already updated with all of my kyc documents. But
                  Till i was receiving calls regarding the kyc and got a form (New account
                  Opening form) to fill up and submit mentioning to submit as soon as
                  Possible without informing me about the inconvenience. I arrived at the
                  Back branch given the documents toward the kyc update and the person in
                  Front of me said that my account is not active any more its been closed.
                  This is were i thought there should be a mistake in the system hence i
                  Tried to verify this and asked about the concerned person. I went on his
                  Table asking for the same account closure the confirmed that it was
                  Closed and when i asked for the reason and the reply was "its
                  Permanently closed because you haven't submitted your kyc documents.".
                  First thing first no bank has the authority to close anyone's savings
                  Account without any notice or information or acknowledgement. Then i went
                  To the managers cabin asking about the same reason i thought as he is
                  The manager he might be knowing something but he ignored me by saying he
                  Has got a meeting to attend at 4:30 on saturday which i think is a
                  Bank's closing time - there you got a lie - because if he is so
                  Workaholic person he should have attended the question of the most
                  Prominent person to him which is customer. The third phase comes here
                  Where i was about to laugh after so much misery when an office staff guy
                  Told me that they don't close accounts for not submitting their
                  Documents towards kyc update.

                  Please take a look into this and i hope a proper action will be taken
                  For this scenario.

                    Hi,

                    I have opened a sukanya samriddi yogana account on 2016 October for my baby girl. We opened this in sbi, Hyderabad, nizampet branch. For this it is mandatory to have an sbi account any where for alteast one of the parents. We opened and I found there are very major mistakes they made. Below are thing valid points I would brought up to your concern

                    1) Purpose of the sukanya account is to save the girl child by giving some amount to her when she is ready to fight in her life. Here they made mistakes with entry in name of the parents. Our names are misplaced and they have a typo.

                    2) They have linked the account number of my child to mine. How can be very careless while taking data from customer when we submit everything very carefully.
                    I have taken a photo of the application before I submit them to personal.

                    Please take action on this and alteast this will stop the carelessness on customer information.

                        My mother has pension account in state bank of patiala, Rama Market, Pitam Pura, New Delhi branch code 50403. Last friday I went there to update her passbook, as she is not able to go.

                        The pass book is bit old so machine did not read the bar code and it had happen earlier also. Then I went to the counter to get it updated. The lady there was rude. I told her that I have faced this problem earlier also so please update the passbook.She said get it updated from machine, as earlier entry was done by the machine.

                        I told her that now it is not accepting as passbook is old. She refused to update it.Its hardly 2 mints job.

                        My mother is not happy with all this. We have complaint earlier also when the printer was not working for 3 months.

                          I have my account in SBI of Tadapatri, Anantapur Dist, Andhra pradesh State. i am here in yeshwanthapur Banglore Karntaka State now.and am unable to go to Tadapatri for three months This happened on May--3. i did some purchasing on Sangham jewelary shop for amount of Rupres 3200/- and decided to pay through my SBI ATM and DEBIT Card but transaction failed twise.so i paid by cash.after that i observed that Rupees 3200/- was deducted from my account.i immediately went to Sangham jewelary shop and informed them .They advised wait for two days .So i request please look above complaint and kindly do needful sir.

                            i have a corporate banking (Saral) account. since i received i have faced lot of issues with this. i will have to say this is such a irritating service from SBI. If i get a chance i will never come back to SBI. None of your service is good, Neither bank service nor internet. Now my issue is i couldn't able log in. If i do login it will automatically close and says that YOUR SEESIONHAS EXPIRED PLEASE LOGIN AGAIN. If i try again it says YOU HAVE ALREADY LOGGED IN PLEASE TRY LATER.

                            And i am trying for a long time?

                            SBI is with service charges, I have a question will you give a compensation for me??? Local branch Staffs knows me very well. Because i used to visit there intermittently.

                                I m kirti kashyap from baraut dist baghpat.
                                I want educational loan for my further studies but every time he misbehave with me and my father. He deny to give any information about loan. I need a loan i have no more time to take admission. We visited at bank branch several time and every time he shouted on us. He is a sub manager of state bank of india branch baraut. There is no use of bank and this type of employees if they do not provide service to their customers.

                                    SBI, Up-to last month it was known as State Bank of Travancore grabbed me Rs. 575/- as closure charge when I wanted to close my account yesterday, at that time my account has an amount of Rs.1443/-

                                      I have saving account [protected] in sbi ramnagar. Recently i have to closed my account due to non maintenance of minimum amount balance. But i have been charge rs 575. I opened my account in 2015 and generally after 1 year there will be no charges in account closure. Sbi charges it. Now the question is can banks slap a fee for account closure considering that you are asking for your own money? And i also want my money refunded...

                                      Yesterday i deposit Rs.3000...my account is debited Rs.57..for inert city charges...its very bad...i don't like SBI...
                                      I, chandan goswami, savings account holder of your KAIKHALI branch since 3 years . My account number is [protected] and Ifsc code is SBIN0016773. I wanted to close my account and since last 10 th july i was going your branch with my closing application . Today only my closing is done but they had deducted 590 rs as account closing charge . It is very bad after 3 years old customer first you change minimum balance 1000 rs to 5000 rs. When someone have not maintain the limit and want to close his account . Now you deducted 590 rs . How the poor people will survive .

                                      We need to know that the minimum balance of SBI was Zero, not 1000.
                                      Incteasing minimum balance from 0 to5000 and imposing 590 account closer charge is a BOOBY TRAP of SBI. It is a cheap decision to makeup their 6000 crore loss from poor customer..

                                        Plz check it once... I am trying from 24 apr 2017
                                        I paid to passport but due to non availability of appointment it failed. I already paid the appointment fee that is deducted in 7 working days but from now also it can't.
                                        State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I tranferred 3000 rs through sbi freedom on 17th march. But it was not debitted and transferred due to network problem. But it was kept in lien. I visited my branch but there was no proper response from them. Kindly help to get back my amount
