I have received a refund of Rs 349 from amazon but my refund amount is not credited to my bank account why. The reference no from amazon is[protected]. The refund was initiated on 18th April 2017. Please look the matter soon. What is happening this. Why consumers is facing problem. I also contacted sbi Customer service but no result. They refuse to take complain and slovenly the problem of my. Refund path was Net Banking.

    4 months before i brought a new car. Through your bank. When m going to take a loan. They treated like m his father.
    Now last three months they didnt inform anything comapny going to merge.

    Now they treatd very bad talking about extra charges letter.3
    Tell me one thing. Why u people giving this who doesnt hv any talking sense. We u dont have respect then tell me clearly.
    And i think every bank have same information point, they have to inform time to time. But seriously this types of behaviour i[censored] treat. Some one treat extra.

    O i jus want to say.
    Tell them talking like sincere or banking people and give proper information time to time.

        I have saving account with SBI Bank, Erandwane Pune Branch since last 4 years.

        I have requested to close my account on 06/5/2017. I was promised that my request will be done by tomorrow. When I went to bank to collect the cheque, the bank demand me Rs. 586/- as account closure charge. I was informed by bank official that above charge is levied according to circular issued by bank. I requested to provide circular but they unable to provide same till date.

          Has insulted my father and refused to sanction any more money for the study loan I have taken from the bank, just because a wealthy client named " Mr. Bablu"
          Told him to do so and the bank the manager didn't even deny the fact that he is doing this on bablu's saying. I urge you to take strict action and do the right thing, or else I will have no other option than to come to Bangalore myself with all the valid and legal papers proving our innocence and taking this matter to the senior authority.

            Today at noon 3 i go to vadipara sbi @ surendranagar for making passbook entry... The person name ashokbhai who making all entry say me no that entry of wadhwan passbook cant able to done in computer.. Though he speaking lie i say him politely plz do me entry as it is possible here also... Still he say me no.. Than i say him other all staff know me and i m very old customer.. Still he dont like and speak so roughly with me and say me next time never ever come here... Just for entry in passbook he behave so harsh with me... You can see all in cctv camera and also ask nearby staff...

            This much worst service by sbi... You should take such steps towards them..

              I was having a savings account in sbi pimpri town branch, account no : [protected], today i closed the account as bank has started charging minimum balance charges. I was charged 575/- rupees for closing this account. When asked bank manager about the charges he told its uploaded on bank website and also written in bank, but i can't find anywhere account closing charges written. There might be account closing charges but 575/- is too much.
              Both ways bank is charging fees, this is very unfair practice by bank.

                One of the worst banks in india is sbi. Simple generation of otp never works for past one week... How we do internet transaction. Stop dreaming for cashless transaction. Start a pilot project first in a very small scale and see everything works in all usecases... Then deploy. Speeches will not help!!!

                We are still in stone age and please do not compare with developed countries... The middle class and upper class is completely depending on online transactions...

                I may be wrong... It is one of indian it companies that did the software for sbi... Pathethic coding

                Let us do introspection and go step by step... Do not make all digital at one time. Change every year one module. Our's is the only country where we have all sorts of verification cards, aadhaar, pan, uan, dl, passport... May be postcard, inland letter!!

                Sorry to say these gentlemen ; we will improve in another x years

                    I want to close my account.. It wants manager autheication but manager didn't came i have waited for 2 hours.. But he didn't came... Very poor service. For closing account you have been waiting for 2 hours but work didn't done.. And very irresponsive behviour from banking staff there!!! Disgusting experience..                       I took an education loan from SBI when I was in college. Now, I have been paying monthly installments to repay the amount. Even sometimes I paid more than what was required to pay. Even than they deducted from my father's SBI account and used it to repay my loan. He is really in need of that money. Who gave them right to deduct amount from someone's account without even contacting the account holder? Is this what your policy of consumer wellbeing? SBI is in public sector for god's sakes. I can not even believe they are behaving like private banks. Even private banks have the courtesy to inform the account holder what is happening in their accounts. I hate these SBI hypocrites. Please someone look into this issue.

                        Like others i too used sbi anywhere app's mvisa facility to pay my idea mobile bill payment and manually entered the data (MVISA Merchant id[protected] using qr code in this process the money got deducted but my idea mobile bill payment did not get it., This transaction of Rs.847 was tried by me on 16th Feb 2017 to my idea mobile bill (MVISA Merchant id[protected] five times. Total Rs.4235 deducted from my bank account.one time payment of Rs.847 has been recd ref no.[protected] Please return the money as it is not recd by idea mobile bill payment. i have attached my bank statement for your reference, and please try to sort this problem out asap.                           It seems that SBI is aiming at closing down its business .In this era of consumer oriented businesses it is exploiting consumers for no reason.Although it is a public sector bank but is acting as if it is a private bank made for rich peoples. If this would be so no one will promote digitisation as going digital will be costlier than cash economy.

                            State bank of india credit card fraud:

                            This is in reference with my state bank of india credit card no. 4726 4268 xxxx xxxx. Please refer the detailed history given below.

                            Detailed history:

                            On april 27, 2017, 11.30 a. M., i received a call from the no. +91 [protected] stating that the person was calling from sbi and further discussed on the procedure to redeem the reward points of my existing card. The person confirmed me my credit card no, dob details, my personal address, my official address, my designation, my last transaction amount as well.

                            Since all the details mentioned by the person were all perfectly right, i somehow was convinced with the call to be a genuine one. Further, the person stated to share the otp and cvv details (Which i mistakenly provided). And there, i receive messages for three transactions being done using my credit card for;

                            - transaction of rs. 5000/- made on sbi credit card at idea cell bill desk, mumbai;
                            - transaction of rs. 10, 000/- made on sbi credit card www olacabs com, gurgaon;
                            - transaction of rs. 10, 000/- made on sbi credit card www olacabs com, gurgaon;

                            I reached out to the sbi customer care immediately and got my credit card blocked. On asking what could be possibly done further, the customer executive asked me to lodge a complaint with the police, which i did the same day. Post i received the fir late evening, i visited the sbi home branch next morning and explained them the whole scenario. The feedback i got from the bank manager and executives stated that the bank won’t be of any help and i have to bear the expenses for the transaction which i never did. This is very disturbing as the amount involved is huge being rs. 25, 000/-.
                            Also, now sbi representatives instead of helping me out are asking to pay the amount that has been done on the card. I also requested sbi to hold this billing to avoid any penalty or additional charges, till the case is with police resolved but in vain.

                            The point is customer’s data is being leaked out to some third party.

                            If sbi's data bank is secured, how can a third party know all the information of customer including the last transaction that was made on my card and what was the mode of the payment.

                            I wish to lodge an official complaint against this fraud transaction on my above credit card.

                            On doing further research on internet, i came across that this kind of fraud is very common and happens to ‘n’ number of customers on a daily basis. Today, it is me, tomorrow it could be anyone. This way, the pace of fraudulent cyber activity is increasing on a day to day basis.

                            The police asks us to wait for three months to get a further update on this. But seriously? Three months? Also, i was told that it is almost impossible to track the person who has done the fraud. Meanwhile, i will receive the credit card bill of this month which will bear the amount that was never utilized by me.
                            In such an instance, what will the customer actually do? Who should the customer ask help from? I completely understand that the initial mistake done was by me to share the details, but there definitely has to be a solution to this. Also, there has to be an initiative to stop all this kind of crime. This scam is being carried out by an individual or a large group or whatsoever, co-operation is definitely expected out of a customer, after all, i have been a genuine customer to sbi. The bank is not ready to help; the police gives a wait time. What is a full stop to this? Kindly help me out in this tough situation and assist me what further action i could take to come out of this without bearing the dues that i never made use of.

I was submited kyc form with adhar and pan card photocopy in the month of feb 2017 but today on 5/5/2017 when i check status of aadhar update to account it shows not linked yet. When i call on coustomer care he says tha provide aadhar and pan again to branch. I provide twice but no update provided. When i visit to branch they said they dont received any kyc.                                   Please increase cash limits now we gate only 25 thousand rupees in 2 hours waiting. Not cash counter only one counter and ladies and gents have lot of time to que. We suffer a lot at district palace of devbhumi dwarka at jam-khambhaliya. I live in jam khambhaliya and sbi main branch have many difficulties to suffer a lot. All government salaries account and most of people account here.

                                      Dear sir, my sister wants to open an a/c at branch code 01707. But every time when she go for submiting the application each time they said they are busy or having no staff. This was happening 6-7 times. And when they toh different branch other branch said due to address problem account will open only at 01707 branch. I thought it may be some problem with lower staff so, i have submit a online application for account opening and gave her a print out of submitting the so thag they can through tran no automatically fill the details but still they refused to open.
