I've been receiving harassment calls continuously from SBI, The agent who called claims to be from SBI and denied mentioning his name. He states that he is calling from SBI kandhanchavadi branch chennai. I got about 30 calls from different numbers starting with +[protected]xx.

He denies to provide me enough information and states that he is calling for a CC amount recovery of one of my Cousin who is now in United States. He claims that my cousin has taken credit card in 2009 and didn't pay the outstanding amount. My number was given as a reference is what the SBI guy says.

I am not aware of any such reference and I was actually 17 years old when this credit card was given. I haven't received any confirmation call regarding this reference.

I've share the US number of my cousin and the executive keeps calling asking for other numbers. He keeps asking me to connect call to my Cousin.( I contact him through whatsApp and my mobile is not enabled with ISD calling). I've tried to explain the same to the executive and he doesn't listen to me. He keeps harassing me in an abusive manner and asks me to repay the amount.

He also called my work place(Not sure how they found out, they must have been stalking my facebook account) and disturbed my work.

I had to file a harassment complaint against this unnamed guy in Madhapur PS. This guy initially shared a number [protected](Murugan). When I try to call this number, each time a random guy answers the phone. They keep addressing themselves as watchman, executive and branch manager.

I have asked them to provide proofs that they are from SBI for which they denies and keeps asking female contacts of our family.

STATE BANK OF INDIA IS THE WORST BANK TO EVER EXIST.

    I here by informing you that, myself Kiran N, from Bangalore. i have visited Big Bazaar on 23/12/17 at banaswadi branch bangalore, pin 560063.
    The SBI credit card executive has requested me to provide few documents so that i can get credit card which provides various discounts and benefits with Big bazaar store. i agreed and accepted after knowing the terms and conditions and provided the required documents.
    Till now the card has not reached me and unknowingly without my permission they are frequently collecting the documents more than 3times. when i track online status it shows it will be delivered soon to mailing adress.
    Today without my permission they are applying new credit card and generating otp and asking for otp and saying something unrelated.
    Please solve this issue as soon as possible and make me ease in this process.

        Sending incorrect bill to me in the every month. I sent email to the sbi card bank concern department: ([protected]@sbicard.com, [protected]@gov.in, [protected]@sbicard.com) in this regards for the reversal the said amount but i am not getting any response from the bank. I am great surprise i have
        Again received bill for the month of January -2018 with LATE FeeRs-500+Tax-51, it is indicating
        Of customer harassment and financial violence.

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        This is with reference to your email regarding sbi credit card no #[protected] reversal of amount Rs-1776/- i wish to share that issue are pending since long time, now it is requesting you to please resolve the same on before date of 07-02-18, you should aware that billing payment date is 08-02-18, if you do not resolve before the payment date, the late fee again charged in next billing cycle then i will have to again made a request for reversal, due to the reason the same dispute are coming from last long months, i think you will be able to understand better the situation and do the needful. for your kind information, several time before i talked with your nodal officer and customer care in this regards and he has insure that the same would be reverse on 01.02.2018 and reflect in your account, but now your are telling this for 09.02.18.

            3 but not received amount to party JIo who inform tome by email ( I have checked the records and I can confirm that we have not received the recharge request on this number- [protected] on the 22nd January 2018 as there are no transactions on that date.)

              atm card not delivered

              Hi. I have applied for Debit card. I got a message saying that it has been dispatched through speed post(No. EB[protected]IN). But when i tracked it again it said that it has returned back to Mumbai without having delivered due to insufficient address. Please try to send my card again to the given address.
              Or else please let me know some alternative way to get my ATM card back....

              Hi,

              I opened sbi jan dhan yojana account stating that there wont be any charges. It is fine in the starting. Now for almost all transaction beyond threshold of 5, for almost all transaction it seems they are charging some where around 17.70. I transferred rs1 to other sbi account through sbi mingle, even for re1/- they charged around 17.70 which is ridiculous. For profit making they are charging customers without their knowledge. Unless we checked in statement, we do not know why amount getting deducted. Please provide awareness at banks only 5 transactions in online or through atm at sbi branches. We are losing our hardearned money as financial inclusion charges. Please think about people in villages who are illiterates trust nastionalised banks like sbi and do transactions.

              If sbi banks do not place banners etc at the branches, some one will launch online campaign to close the accounts of sbi for sure.

                Today morning (30/1/2018) tuesday, i stepped into sbi, ottapalam atm to withdraw money around 9.55 am. When i entered the amount it showed "transaction process". But after that it showed "transaction time d out". And i didn't get any money.
                I am not able to digest this sudden trap of my much hard earned money without serving my purpose.
                Mày i assume this wrong transaction occured due to some technical problem or due to any other problem in the bank.
                I am 100% sure that the cash has not come out from the machine as i was waiting there for sometime.

                I earnestly request the sbt officials to look into this matter immediately and help me out to get back my money.

                When i come the time is 11.20AM and when i go back 3.59PM and my work is not dun. Next day i come back again.and still waiting still mot dun.plz help me plz

                  I have sb acct in sbi, secretariat branch (Ifsc sbin0020077) bearing no [protected]. My hp gas consumer no 50798 at sri balaji gas company (Distributor no[protected], tadepalli, guntur district, andhra pradesh.
                  My aadhaar no[protected] has been linked to both gas consumer no and bank acct no. But, the gas subsidy is being kept on hold. On a complaint to hpcl, i was informed that my aadhar no is not mapped to npci. On verification with the bank, i was informed that the aadhar no has been linked to acct no [protected], sbi (Ifsc sbin007315) and is inactive. If fact this bank acct was closed by me in sept 2017 and later the new account has been linked to my lpg and aadhaar. Therefore, please update the data in the npci and see that my lpg subsidy is credited to my sb acct no [protected].

                      I tried to register my UK mobile no. through on line banking, but there is no provision for overseas mobile no. to register, only register Indian mobile no. if I'm living aboard trying to use on line banking from aboard and OTP sent to Indian no. which is not working aboard. I tried to register through my SBI Branch in Indian by post my email and mobile no. but they so useless never answer my letters or email or no response to my phone calls even. I'm so fed up with SBI. Branch in India that I'm going to change to another bank.

                          Today at 10:15AM after standing in row, staff person Mr. Satbir Singh not done entries in my PPF pass book. Also he told that he will never do any entry for other branch customer in any cost. I requested him that my home branch is 250 KM away and I need this for tax rebate, but he is still saying that you may talk to anybody but I will never do it. I also informed 3 staff member about this and Bank manager was not there. Although he told me to transfer my account to this branch then he will do it. I am depositing money in every month in SBI but I am not getting the entries in my pass book.

                          This is very shamefull.

                              I am having only S.B account with Anantapur main branch.
                              I want to get immediate response from concerned to my mail so as to avoid further complaints from my side to higher officials.

                              I availed home loan in the 2012 for the amount Rs.6400000. A tripartite agreement was made between me, builder an SBI, Chennai. I ve paid the the builder 90 % of the amount through loan and then closed the loan account. Now my question is the builder is charging me delay payment interest of 24%. I ve intimated the bank to disburse the amount at appropriate stages there was delay in disbursement by the bank. So now who is responsible for the delay? Is it me or the bank or the builder? Does the builder has any obligation to send any documents to the bank to ask for the loan disbursement?

                                My name is anoop chand jain.

                                I have an account (Pension) in sbi bank branch gangapur city, distt.- sawai madhopur (Rajasthan) sbi account #[protected]. I made a transaction of amount rs. 10, 000 on 12/11/2017 from axis bank atm, rajendra park, gurugram (Haryana), atm id is a15739. The amount did not disburse from the atm & same has been debited from my account.

                                I made a complaint to sbi customer care on 12/11/2017 the complaint with ticket no. [protected]. I got the following response from them:

                                Your complaint with ticket no. [protected] has been attended to and closed after resolution as under.

                                Atm bank has confirmed this transaction as successful. Relevant documents sent to your branch.

                                I visited to my home branch on 08/12/2017 to know the furter details about the above said complaint. I got a reply letter from banking lokpal on 11/01/2018 with complaint number 4074, they also said that the transaction was successful.

                                But there was no detail about the cctv footage that who actually took that money, because i did not get that money.

                                Please help me in this matter. It's been more than 2 months.

                                  I have opened a current account in sbi for the second time with so many issues. No one cares or help. Got the account number but unable to do online transaction, no atm card and when tried to withdraw money using the check they say that the signature doesn't exist. The system doesn't show the signature. Asked me to apply again for online signature, atm and online transaction kit gone through everything and nothing happened again, the branch manager asked for reference id for online registration, provided it and she says it is not showing and to do it again tomorrow. Having been doing it for the last one week. Asked for atm status, she is saying their is no request for atm. Have applied it when opening the account, applied it last week and now there is no request for atm card, crap. She is asking me again to wait for 10-15 days and will process the request within 1-2 days. This is insane can't take it anymore. Wrost customer service. Asked i'll cancel the account, she said need to fill the cancellation form. Went to the counter waited for 30 minute no one is there and asked a person and he said he is new and don't have the cancellation form too. Fed up the the sbi.

                                    I have applied for sbi account on 10/01/2018. Debit card of which is to be delivered within 7 days as told by bank officials. But till date i have not received my debit card. On 19/01/2018 i got a messate that your debit card ending with 0847 dispatched on 16012018 thru speed post no. Aq[protected]in. Please follow instruction on welcome letter to generate your pin.
                                    I have given my address as no.11/6, nehru street, choolaimedu, chennai - 600094.
                                    Please provide me the information about when i will receive my debit card.

                                    I had applied for 50 grams of Gold Bonds on 14 Jul 2017. The amount of Rs.139000/- was deducted from my account on 14 jul2017 vide transaction no SBISG[protected] SGBS 50. TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE BONDS NOR ANY INTIMATION OF ISSUE.
