After providing details of card the amount the following message was recieved even without subscribing for the service. I request for refund of amount

I took fastag from paras, there were 2 fastags one for tata hexa and one for maruti wagonr.
As per customer care the charges for each fastag were 400 rs. Where as paras charges 500 rs from me for each, and never gave me any receipt of the bill.

Also, i did a recharge of 1000 rs. From billdesk (Snapshot attached) the recharge status is still un "confirmation awaited" status, i have tried doing the complaint multiple times...

So requested sbi and mailed them about the same and requested them to convert my full outstanding into emi. I was not using my credit card from last five days. But suddenly on 24 jan 18 evening after 7 pm, i received a message that says
Transaction of rs 496.0made on sbi credit card xx6140 without effecting additional factor of authentication mandated by rbi, at royal sundaram alliance on 24 jan 18.
While i did not use my card anywhere.
Why bank is allowing transaction which i did not initiated. And i tried to complain at...

I am a new customer of the SBI. i opened a new account 2 weeks ago. After getting my cheque book and atm/debit card by post. i went to the bank and filled a form for internet banking. On the date 23.07.2015 i had updated my single passbook, but bank dr. as an paasbook updation charges of Rs. 798/-.

I already submit complained 2 time in writing in to the branch, but bank doesn't taking to the seriously also not giving satisfactory answer. there is huge blunder from bank because Rs. 798/- is not the charges for single paas book.

and updation of pass book is the compulsory services from bank....
