    My last date of bill payment is 29 of every month. and i have activated auto debit feature for bill payment. But last month on 29 april 2015 i have sufficient balance in my account and also on 30 april 2015 on morning i have recieved massage from sbi that we have recieved your payment on 29 april 2015, but after few days i had recieved one call from sbi credit card customer care and they told me we have not recieved any payment from your side and now you have to pay late fee payment. I am attaching statement of my saving account from 29 april to 30 april 2015. Kindly resolve my problem.       i am vinothkumar.m my SB account number is [protected] in avaniapuram branch, madurai. i have transferred the amount from my account Rs.15, 614/- to TANGEDGO (TNEB) bill payment in the date of (12.05.2015). but that amount has not appear in that account/ bill payment till now. but amount has taken from my account immediately. so i want that amount into my account. so kindly find out that amount and transferred that amount Rs.15, 614/- into my account.

        I have a joint Saving/Salary/PMSP Account No.[protected] in SBI KAMAP CODE NO. 15958 . I intend to register my Mobile No.[protected] for SMS alert and in this effect I have submitted a approval form to the staff concerned but the SBI staff concerned refused to register my Mobile Number and asked to submit signature of both Joint Account Holder on the form. As per rules (either or survivor) any one of the Joint Account holder can operate the Account. Kindly look into the matter and direct to the concerned Branch/staff of SBI KAMPA CODE-15958 for this type of non response activity to the customers.

          I am Azhar Raza Syed. I have a SBI Gold credit card, which was issued in Jan 2013. But after one year my card has been deactivated by SBI Card office. When i contacted the customer care, their executive said please pay all the outstanding. After clearance of full due amount your card will be activated. But after paying full due amount it was not activated. After contacting they say your card has been permanently blocked due to bounce of due amount several times. They say you have to apply for a new card after six months. But every time i have paid the minimum due amount before due date. Is there any provision to do the same, as I always paid the minimum due amount. Kindly help.

            Dear Sir, I have opened my Savings Bank account with R.T. Nagar Branch, Bangalore, two weeks back (approx). I have requested for Cheque Book and ATM/ Debit card as well. I have received only my Cheque Book but not the Debit card from Bank. While calling the my branch, they gave me the India Post EMS number "eq[protected]in". You can check the number online in India Post corporate website. It reflects that the shipment is lying at "Jalahalli HO". Please be noted that, in your corporate website you have mentioned that "we will get the the Debit card within 7 working days after submitting the application, directly by sped post at your address". You are not complying to this. Kindly address it. Q. When will I receive my ATM-cum-Debit Card and PIN? A. You will receive your card within 7 working days after submitting the application, directly by Speed post at your recorded address. Kindly collect your PIN from the card issuing branch after receipt of the card and carry your card / passbook as identity proof. Also please be noted that, this is Branch responsibility to take care if the ATM/DEBIT card safely reach at the recipient's address or not. The recipient should not run after the post offices to collect the shipment. The communication address already registered with your system and I have already received the cheque book from the respective branch.i.e. R.T.Nagar Branch.               Dear Sir I have sb a/c no.[protected], my bank is in Delhi Naraiana Vihar, branch code-01703, on 08/04/2015, bank has charged Rs.197/-, as speed clearing charges, in which I have not mentioned for speed clearing, but why bank is charging such type of huge charges, bank is giving 4% as sb interest and charging huge, I have opted for sms alert sms is not coming to my mobile no.                 Sir I have applied loan from sbi dantiwada. For this sbi dantiwada sent address verification ny e-mail as well as dak to sbi pakri ara branch code 06552 on 11 may. My father went to sbi pakri for verification but the branch manager denied to receive email I again went to sbi dantiwada and say above problem he show me sending emial and and again he sent email in front of me. But thr sbi pakri say that branch manager has gone leave of 15 days and after comimg they will be able to verify my address . Sir i have job in BSF and i very necessary loan sir plz help me in this work for quickly

                          Hi, We had bought a refrigerator in the month of October from LG Showroom. They were having offer saying if we use State Bank Debit card, then we would get 5% cash back after 90 days. Now it is more than 180 days, still we have not received the cash back. When we contacted the dealers of LG, they said it was an offer given by State Bank so we would need to contact State Bank for further details. Kindly advise on how to get back the cash back. Thank You.

                            dear sir, I NishanthPhaneendra Rimmanapudi the account holder of SBI bearing account no:[protected] have forgotten pin number for my ATM.so i requested the sbi customer care several times to take my request and generate a new pin for my ATM but there is no quick response still now. i request them to generate a new pin and send it through my mail or to my home branch.

                              Hi my name is Prabhu Ganpathy and i'm from chennai. I'm using SBI advantage plus credit card, i got this card against Fixed Deposit(Rs. 25000) which i've been paying a EMI of Rs.2500 every month. Now that my last EMI payment has been charged, i tried to reach the customer care to guide me on releasing it but couldn't get through, CALL 1 - waited for 10 minutes, someone attended when i started to talk about my issue the call has been transferred to feedback CALL 2 - waited for 12 minutes again after giving all the details to the stimulated voice, finally a women named 'Prashanti' took the call and i told her my issue, she said that i need to cancel my card in order to get my FD (which wasn't told to me while getting the card) she said that the total amount due of the card will be deducted and the remains will be given to me, and i accepted. My card's Total Amount Due is Rs.19157.58 but the Total Outstanding is Rs. 21971.58, when asked the executive about this she questioned me whether i got any loan? I replied saying nothing and how is the total outstanding showing more compared the total amount due? She had put me on hold and vanished, I was waiting for about 20 minutes but no one has cared to clear my doubt. She or the previous person who had took my call didn't even listen to me properly. I know that getting a line to SBI customer care executive is tough but never expected them to treat their customers this way. Here, i've attached my call log screenshot.

                                    Dear Team, I have been trying to make payments, transfer money from my SBI account but all in vain. OTP is not generated on my mobile. And when I complained about the same, customer care asked me to visit home branch. I stay in Mumbai and my home branch is in Pune. Just to submit a form, you cannot expect me to and visit the branch. Rather it should be done online if it is an online banking problem. Kindly adopt some good practices from Banks like HDFC and ICICI who provide assistance online. Your call centre executive was of no help. Kindly resolve the issue. Regards Prajakta [protected]

                                    Very bad customer service.
                                    How can a company close a complaint without providing a solution. What the SBI team did was telling how big bank they are and how they are called a reputed bank.
                                    Listen folks, you dont have to shout and tell how good you are that shows your fear..just a peice of advice.

                                    And do let me know if you are capable of solving my problem. Or you can also tell me directly that your are incapable of it.
                                    It is sometimes good to accept flaws too.

                                      Dear, We are face the same problem with registration o[censored]PSSSC form after pay the fee My Transaction ID/Journal No DU19332404 and Registration no. [protected] Arvind Kumar SAINI when we enter data Journal no. Than show Your entered bank name, transaction id/journal no. And date either not matched or your bank details are not available on the website. And we are calling several time bank officer but not received call and either not response. Kindly Help Me.

                                        I am Shanmugam residing in address 12/899, TB.Road Gudalur, Nilgiri Dt., Tamilnadu pin 643212. I am customer of SBi Gudalur Branch for the past 10 years. My family had great relationship with SBI Gudalur. last week I approached bank and asked for a car loan. the Manager (advances) did not respond properly and refused to give loan and advised me to approach Ooty branch. I again approached branch manager. he too behaved in the same manner and advised me to approach ooty branch.
