We (Mrs. Rupali and Dr. Amolkumar Hule) have applied for home equity loan (20 Lacs) through Byculla branch to RACPC Mumbai South on 11 May 2015. We had submitted all the required documents too. On 23 May I visited the RACPC Mumbai South (Chinchpokli) office and got to know that additonal document is required (which I was not asked to submit till date. If I would not have visited the office in person, it would have been further delayed). On the same day (23 May), I submitted the additional required document. I was told that the loan sanction & account opening will be completed by 27 May and I was given appointment of 28 May (5 to 6 pm by Bhavna Shah). During my visit, the processing office Ms. Bhavna Shah was casual in her approch, saying that (in Hindi) "aapne pahale bhi loan liya hai, aapko to malum hi hoga ki SBI mein time to lagta hai". I requested her to process the loan sooner as the requirements are all met. She was very casual in her approach and said that "we will work as per our speed and not based on customer's requests". I got the impression that this officer is pretending that she is loaded with work and she don't want to do her work swiftly. As of now I didnot receive any call for appointment confirmation. Kindly look into the matter and improve SBI services by - making the staff customer friendly by giving up the attitude of "customer is in need and we can take our sweet time to process their requests". Practically, other competative banks (especially Pvt. banks) as providing much better services (and faster) to their customers. I am a patriotic person, wish to see India further flourishing...SBI being PSU is doing well but can do much much better if it's employees get the right attitude of doing their duties ON OR BEFORE TIME TO DELIGHT THE CUSTOMER and to avoid delay in processing!     Sir, 1. Pl refer my loan acct No[protected]. Out of the loan amount of 18.35 Lacs, a sum of Rs 13.98 lacs has been disbursed in two instalments of Rs 7.99 lacs and 5.99 lacs. 2. The remainder loan amount of Rs 4.37 is required to be sent for payment of my final instalment as per the details given below:- (i) Beneficiary Account Name - Army Welfare Housing Organisation (ii) Beneficiary Account No. - SB A/C No[protected] (iii) Beneficiary Bank ICICI Bank Ltd., IFSC ICIC0000007 9A Phelps Building, Connaught Place, New Delhi - 110001 3. Even after a lapse of 15 days, the manager SBI Wakadewadi Pune, has NOT disbursed my last instalment of loan . This has resulted in loss to me.       Sir My son studying at US has Viswa yatra card taken from SBI, NPOL branch, kakkanad, Kochi-682021, Kerala. For the last two times when I(father) submitted application for topping up the card with money with SBI, CEPZ branch, Kakkanad, Kochi 682030, Kerala (by money debited from my account), it took 2 days for the same. Recently, yesterday(27/5/15 at 1430 hours) I submitted application with SBI, CEPZ branch, Kakkanad, Kochi 682030 (with request to debit the equivalent INR from my a/c in SBI, NPOL branch, kakkanad, Kochi-682021, Kerala ) for topping up 2500 US $in the Viswa yatra card of my son, the transaction has not happened till now(28/5 at 1700 hours). As my son is studying in a University at US & has no other source of income the delay by SBI, CEPZ branch, Kakkanad, Kochi 682030 Kerala in making the transaction may be treated as a serious offence. It is requested to take necessary action for the same.

        On 17 April 2015, I tried to draw Rs 9000/- from SBI ATM, Hauz Khas. Money was deducted from account but I didn't get cash. I had to complain... It was seen that 9000 had been deducted, reversed and deducted again on same day. After complaining, Rs 6500/- was deposited back in my acc on 27 April and I was told in mail that at times the money is reversed in phases !!! I complained again but everytime complaint was closed without being solved.. When I call customer care centre, they redirect me to home branch; when I tried mailing home branch, they hardly reply or just say it'll be done... I wonder how long it takes for a bank of this repute to reverse an error in my account due to fault in their ATM system !!!

          Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that i lodged complain on 26th april 2015 about cash being wrongly debited. Its been more than 1 month and my issue is still not resolved.Firstly i made written complain, they took 10 days and then replied to visit the branch where my account is.When i went to branch they asked me which i gave.After few weeks they told me that my transaction is successful and cash has been withdrawn.

              Hello,
              I had accompanied along with my cousin to this Branch SBI MICO layout BTM 2nd Stage, Bangalore for updating Pass Book, it was a horrible experience from the Staff & Sub-Staff working there. The person who makes pass book entry and gives token no behaves as if he owns the entire bank and all o[censored]s are at his mercy, should hear to him and he screams and uses bad words at aged people, i complained to the Operations manager, who just didn`t hear anything and was sitting like a SOLID ROCK, That person was scolding with foul words at aged people and i felt very bad looking at it.

              I hope strict action should be taken against the Sub-staff for screaming at their valuable customer and action against Branch Manager also for not bringing things to control. I asked the customers and they say it a daily routine they hear from the SUB-Staff.

              They are spoiling the Bank Name, for a second i thought i entered a place filled with Local Rowdies.Shame SBI for recruiting and not giving proper customer service training.

              Are you some freedom fighter or mother teresa to make you sit and speak to you in kind words? You have gone to the bank for some work. Get your work done and get lost. Do you think bank people don't have any work except greeting people? If they speak politely to each and everyone, then the que will go one kilometer. For that also people like you will complain saying bank people are lazy and not doing any work except talking to people politely. BY the way, what is the use of getting passbook updated in the era of Internet banking age. Sit in the house, log in and you get everything infront of you. I have an account in Mico layout branch and hats off to the staff for managing such a huge crowd. Whenever I go and whatever time I go, I see minimum 50 people sitting inside the branch all the time even while closing time. With such a huge crowd and with some crooked customers like you, they are managing well unlike other banks. Thumbs up to them.

                I have communicated with the company several times earlier through emails, by phone regarding the withdrawal of my fixed deposit. In the last communication, I was informed that ''We wish to inform you that the Lien which was marked on your FD is already invoked and payment is already credited on your SBI Card Account and remaining amount has been refunded if any. Further we would request you to kindly visit to your Branch with fixed diposit certificate for further details. So, I went to my home branch which is located at Moodbidri, Karnataka to withdraw the money and to my surprise, the bank people informed me that the fixed deposit is made not in their branch but at GE Capital, Gurgaon. So, I requested them to transfer the money to my home branch, there was no email response even from nodal officer. All phone agents are like, we will send an email and resolve it within 72 hours but everytime i called they will say the same thing.To be very honest, SBI credit cards doesn't care much about their customers. I have complained many times, here is one of the request no.1-[protected].Hopefully, I will get my money back.

I have been contacting the branch manager for personal loan since 01 May 2015 but no response is being given by branch manager. I have also lodge complain to customer care of SBI three times (my complain ticket No are CS[protected], PL[protected] & CS[protected] but no action has been taken.                     Dear SBI team, I have my car loan with SBI bank Anaj Mandi for my car loan, my account No is [protected] for which every month ECS is taken from my axis bank account [protected] approx amount 6200 Rs. there has been two instances when this amount was not taken from my axis bank account and i have recieved acll and letter from SBI regarding this payment, when i checked with axis bank there was balance in my account . i checked with SBI they told me that axis bank disnot gave them the amount and said no ECS, i reached axis bank with request letter, they said this is SBI team fault . will you pls look tnto the matter and get this resolved, otherwise i will take this to senior management .                         I want bought a new car so i have apply a loan in state bank of India, Tinbati chowk, jetpur, i have applied loan on[protected]. My loan is rs 345000.00 sanctioned on 19/05/2015. after 4 days bankers says you are submit a down payment receipt and i gave a DP receipt of rs. 63250.00 and after so loan executive (Murarisaheb) said i will not gave a loan and reject my file. this is not only my experience, this is so many customer's problem for tinbati branch on SBI

                              I am an SBI credit card holder, In the month of Nov 2014 I recd a call that my card has been upgraded to SIGNATURE CARD and I donot have tto pay for the entire year and based on my usage they will noy charge any thing. However in the month of Feb 2015 they had levied a charge of Rs 5000 + GST and on my complaint they have told me that they will downgrade my card to earlier one. for which they had done and charge Rs 500/- in APRIL 2015. After that i made a repeated call to the consumer no. for reversing the amount of Rs 5000+GST which they had till date not reverse since Feb 2015. Daily I am making calls and mails with no solution. Pl. help

                                SIR, I HAVE SAVINGS BANK ACCOUNT IN STATE BANK OF INDIA NO.[protected]. I DEPOSITED CHEQUE IN NANGANALLUR ATM (NEAR TO MY HOME) ON 22.5.2015. BUT TILL DATE IT HAS NOT CREDITED. I ASKED THE SECURITY HE SAID "THERE IS NO PROVISION TO DEPOSIT CHEQUE IN ATM AND YOU CONTACT BRANCH". BUT IN ATM, IT HAS NOT MENTIONED THAT CHEQUE DROPING FACILITY NOT AVAILABLE. TODAY I WENT TO SBI, NANGANALLUR BRANCH ONE PERSON TOLD ME YOU WILL GET THE AMOUNT WITHIN TWO DAYS. ANOTHER PERSON TOLD ME TO CONTACT SBI, GUINDY HEAD OFFICE. THEY TOLD ME TO GO SBI, MEENAMBAKKAM BRANCH. THEN I WENT THERE AGAIN THEY TOLD ME TO GO TAMBARAM SBI. BUT STILL MY PROBLEM WAS NOT SOLVED. I done a mobile recharge througe your Mobile Banking Service, due to some technical reason my transaction failed and I got a message "The amount credited back to your account" but till now, I did'nt get my money back. so please make it possible ASAP. Three time I done a recharge of rs178 an three time I done a recharge of rs 197 in all transaction I got the same message that your amount credited back.                                       Sir I am Shyam Sunder Yadav having SBI account at MG Road Porbandar . I submitted an application of new atm card which was forwarded by my branch with item number EQ[protected]IN on 16 Apr 2015 and after 05 day i received ATM Card but pin code not received todate . I visit my home branch once in every two days regularly but always get unsatisfied reply and i gave complain to customer care on 14 May and complain have closed on 20 May giving a speed post no EA[protected]IN . BUT This number cant be tracked on post office and home branch. It is requested that to provide guidelines to my branch and help to issue ATM Pin number and reply on my Email ID and my contact number at the earliest.Really fed up by the response of SBI.Regards
