State Bank of India:- Deducted Money Not even Reverted after 4 months. I Esha Abhishek Rajpopat, A/c no [protected]. On 15th Feb 2015, I tried to withdraw cash Rs 3000/- from my Sbi card from HDFC Atm machine, Junagadh (Gujrat) but could nt, so tried Again for same... but money nt received. But later 6000/- from my A/c was deducted, i received no cash. I tried complaining to my Ahmedabad SBI branch (Gurukul Road, near sankalp square) where my current a/c is their. ;later after a day 3000/- came to my a/c, then agein reversed deducted.. I tried complaining no, of times everytime they say one or other...then they said money wl be deposited from Junagadh & Kanpur (3000/-) each..i contacted to both the managers n they said no... now what to do... I am mother of 4 years old child daily going to bank is nt possible 6000/- Rs matter is nt resolving also further money is deducting i want to continue my a/c for further saving purposes but all my financial work is stuck.. one Request kindly Train the employees who are in customer service to respect the customer, we are educated people... we can ask for our rights but abt the poor illiterate men n women...     I have knew that sbi is giving accidential insurance of 10 lacs rupees in amt 1000 so i had gone to sbi branch gurudwara chowk Shivpuri mp and also i had discussion about it with Mr. Mahesh Chandra Garg (Chief Manager ) but they had told me that here is not sufficient staff for it. so Kindly request you to please do the same as per my required with request.       I done NEFT of Rs 3k on 06.05.15 but transaction not completed due to invalid OTP but amt deducted from my a/c. I am chasing SBI from last one month to refund the amt but every time complaint under process. Same case happned with me earlier when I withdrawal Rs. 5k from ATM and transactimn not comleted but amt deducted from my account. I had chaised SBI for 15 days to got the refund of 5k. Please help.           I am an SBI account holder A/c No [protected] ( Shivajinagar Branch Bangalore). I have been receiving my pension in this account since 2011. For the past two months I have not received my pension. ( for April and May 2015. Shivajinagar Branch has not replied satisfactorily to my telephonic enquiry. The pension is transferred to Shivajinagar branch from Ansarinagar Branch. SBI Ansarinagar has stated that they have already transfered the necessary documents by April 20, 2015. Till now the pension for two months has not been released. We are not sure where the problem lies. The same may be sorted out as early as possible.

            I had done a purchase of INR 2744 in lifestyle store gurgaon .During bill payment my first pos unsuccessful and second was successful. On 23rd may itself the unsuccessful transactions of 2744 was reversed but again on 25 th may account was debited for INR 2744 against the same old transactions which failed on 23 rd may .               Respected Sir, As for your information myself MD. WAZID ALI son of MR. MUHAMMED ALI beg to say that, an education loan of Rs. 2, 20, 000 has been sanctioned to me by SBI bayron bazar Raipur (c.g). After completing the course period I have contacted the bank for repayment of the residual amount. The bank statement given to me by SBI has some fault which are as follows:- 1) The first cheque given to me dated 6 dec 2010 of Rs. 59, 000/- but the bank statement shows the debit amount of Rs. 61, 652.00 2) The EMI of Rs. 590/- dated 10/07/2011 not withdrawn by the bank(having sufficient amount in the account) 3) The bank statement shows no entry of the EMI dated 14/11/2011 of Rs. 1180/-, 12/02/2013 of Rs. 1180/- and 11/03/2014 of Rs. 1900/- where as the account book shows the withdrawl of the following E.M.I.s by SBI. 4) the bank has fixed the EMI of Rs. 1180/- for 12 month but withdrawned 19 EMIs after informing, the bank stoped the EMI of Rs. 1180/- and refixed the EMI of Rs. 1900/- for 2 years (24 EMIs) in the new mandate form. These irregularites increases the preiod intrest and also the residual amount. Therefore all the copys of the doccuments forwarded for your kind decision. thanking you.

                        I have been issued a Credit Card from SBI. Though I have not purchased or not withdrawn direct cash using this card, however I have been billed Rs. 3, 600/- for this card. I want to know the reason for this amount and further also I want to deactivate my Credit Card. The helpline No. is not responding.                           Dear Sir, With respect to above, i want to inform you about the misbehaviour of one of employee (Assistant Clerk, Age Around 50) of SBI (Link Road Branch Bharuch Region Gujarat). Today[protected] I am waiting for submitting the challan in front of Entry Gate of SBI Link Road Branch before opening of branch in morning, starting timing of branch is 10:30. At 10:30 I see in my watch I knock the door because Door Is locked from inside, he opened the door and start insulting me for knocking the door. Then when door opened i want to counter for submitting challan at that time I am not talking to him still he is insulting me for knocking the door and telling the rules etc. When I say something he starts in loud voice. After completing my work I try to giving the answer still he misbehave and tell me to go out. In between Manager also supporting him for that and I am in hurry I am not complaining his branch manager for him and I also not knowing the name of that employee. So my complain is about behaviour of an employee who is responsible for giving services to the customers in this very bad conditions of summer. Customer visits the branch for support instead he misbehaving to the customer in this summer where already temperature is already high, whether giving satisfying answer and calm behaviour to the customer he start giving rules and regulation. Due to all this thing when I came back I skipped from one very bad accident on my way I am on bike. Am I correct to ask, Is it the right direction for doing Banking. If Yes, then I never allowed anyone to open account in your bank. Ghanshyam [protected]

                            The above deposit got matured on 28th may.I have already given my instruction to the bank branch through two separate letters, one handed over though New Delhi branch Dwarka sector 5, and another through speed post dated 23rd May to transfer the funds to my savings bank account no. [protected] in SBI linked to the same CIF NO. [protected]. l have sent e mail to Jayanagar 2nd block branch on 26th May as well as 2 mails on 28th May.Tried to speak to the bank through contact numbers 26563632 and[protected] with no success. I am a senior citizen presently in Delhi, and not possible to visit the Jayanagar 2nd block branch in Bangalore. Request to transfer the funds immediately to my savings bank account.

                                  We (Mrs. Rupali and Dr. Amolkumar Hule) have applied for home equity loan (20 Lacs) through Byculla branch to RACPC Mumbai South on 11 May 2015. We had submitted all the required documents too. On 23 May I visited the RACPC Mumbai South (Chinchpokli) office and got to know that additonal document is required (which I was not asked to submit till date. If I would not have visited the office in person, it would have been further delayed). On the same day (23 May), I submitted the additional required document. I was told that the loan sanction & account opening will be completed by 27 May and I was given appointment of 28 May (5 to 6 pm by Bhavna Shah). During my visit, the processing office Ms. Bhavna Shah was casual in her approch, saying that (in Hindi) "aapne pahale bhi loan liya hai, aapko to malum hi hoga ki SBI mein time to lagta hai". I requested her to process the loan sooner as the requirements are all met. She was very casual in her approach and said that "we will work as per our speed and not based on customer's requests". I got the impression that this officer is pretending that she is loaded with work and she don't want to do her work swiftly. As of now I didnot receive any call for appointment confirmation. Kindly look into the matter and improve SBI services by - making the staff customer friendly by giving up the attitude of "customer is in need and we can take our sweet time to process their requests". Practically, other competative banks (especially Pvt. banks) as providing much better services (and faster) to their customers. I am a patriotic person, wish to see India further flourishing...SBI being PSU is doing well but can do much much better if it's employees get the right attitude of doing their duties ON OR BEFORE TIME TO DELIGHT THE CUSTOMER and to avoid delay in processing! Out of the loan amount of 18.35 Lacs, a sum of Rs 13.98 lacs has been disbursed in two instalments of Rs 7.99 lacs and 5.99 lacs. 2.                                       Sir My son studying at US has Viswa yatra card taken from SBI, NPOL branch, kakkanad, Kochi-682021, Kerala. For the last two times when I(father) submitted application for topping up the card with money with SBI, CEPZ branch, Kakkanad, Kochi 682030, Kerala (by money debited from my account), it took 2 days for the same. Recently, yesterday(27/5/15 at 1430 hours) I submitted application with SBI, CEPZ branch, Kakkanad, Kochi 682030 (with request to debit the equivalent INR from my a/c in SBI, NPOL branch, kakkanad, Kochi-682021, Kerala ) for topping up 2500 US $in the Viswa yatra card of my son, the transaction has not happened till now(28/5 at 1700 hours). As my son is studying in a University at US & has no other source of income the delay by SBI, CEPZ branch, Kakkanad, Kochi 682030 Kerala in making the transaction may be treated as a serious offence. It is requested to take necessary action for the same.

                                        On 17 April 2015, I tried to draw Rs 9000/- from SBI ATM, Hauz Khas. Money was deducted from account but I didn't get cash. I had to complain... It was seen that 9000 had been deducted, reversed and deducted again on same day. After complaining, Rs 6500/- was deposited back in my acc on 27 April and I was told in mail that at times the money is reversed in phases !!! I complained again but everytime complaint was closed without being solved.. When I call customer care centre, they redirect me to home branch; when I tried mailing home branch, they hardly reply or just say it'll be done... I wonder how long it takes for a bank of this repute to reverse an error in my account due to fault in their ATM system !!!
