    I have opened an e-tdr on 24/3/2025 @ Rs 800/p.m. for 12 months. The installments to be debited from saving account [protected]. Only one installment debited till date. Te is no option for closure of account or issue of instructions.This is embarrassing.       I am Elangovan K, using SBI credit card. Every month my credit will be paid from bank account using direct debit method. What ever is the bill amount that will be directly debited from my account. This month remaining balance of 15900 which i have to pay is directly debited from my account(on 31/05/2015) but not yet credited into the credit card account till now (02/06/2015).

      But I got a mail from SBIcard stating that i have not paid the money and asking me to pay atleast the minimum due orelse it will affect my cibil rating. I having called the customer care which is chargeable(not even a toll free for customer) which took 15 minutes to get connected to an executive. After explaining all the above line to him, the call got disconnected(might be intentionally done). I was charged by 25 rupees for keeping the phone for 15 minutes in my ear.

      Damn service ... i want the justice.

        Sir my name is RAJESH R, I am an account holder of State Bank of India Airforce Station Yelahanka branch, Bangalore. I have applied for a credit card and the authorities rejectted that due to some reason. When I further make query about it to one of its staff, his attitude against me was so pathetic.his way of talking was not fair. He used to use abuse word also on me. What is going on here..is this the value of a coustomer..? Is this the rights of a coustomer to know..? Plz do need full and take action against these kind of staff..otherwise your reputation will go down very fastly. Name of the staff is RAJORSHI and his mob num is [protected]. This is for your further action

          I have tried to log complaints against IMPS transaction fee & TDS being cut multiple times for every transaction from their internet banking and complaint never gets registered. I Then tried to register the complaint through call center after frustering number of re-routing to person told me that I need to put TPIN and he will access my acc information and once he validates only will he take the complaint. I asked him to help reset the TPIN after 4-5 attempts on their IVR their system doesnt recognise that I have entered something. After wasting 30-40 mins the person says his system is not responding please call after 1-2 hrs to log a request again for TPIN. This is highly frustrating and not helpful at all

          The Complaint is still not resolved and the call center doesn't help at all The status on site from 2-Jun is still under process.. Keep calling them they keep saying it will be resolved in 2-3 days. Their TAT for resolution is 10 days as per what they say but that doesn't seem to having any impact on them...

                  Dear Sir, I am Swami premnidhi try to open new account in SBI since 3-4 months in SBI sector- 4 bhilai nagar, chhattisgarh, every time i approach to bank member for new account and they always tell me that they are busy and i should come after 15 days or 10 days and when I approached their recommended date than they again repeat the same sentence, I really don't accept this unprofessional by top bank who has good name in india, please look into the matter, I really disappointed by SBI service.                       My SBI Saving Account No.[protected] I had filled my companints last two days before regading some amount deduction means amount has been debited from my account against PMJBY & PMSBY Schemes. But till date I yet not received my amount not procsing for the same.

                        worst branch in our area the staffs are thinking that they are owner of the bank, if we ask something from any of the bank staff they were not giving any answer and scolding everytime to the customer, on other hand the branch manager is doing same .                                   Sir, I have received a massage from DZ- CBSSBI on 31/05/2015, at 03. 08. 23. A.M., as "Your a/c xxxxx408004 debited INR 27000.00 on 30/05/15 - sweep TFRDR. Avl Bal INR 25, 811.00" I have made no transaction against my a/c no. [protected] at paikpara Branch. I can't understand the matter. please arrange to get back the amount and reply through Telephone no. [protected] or registered telephone no. of account.

The currently, the rate of interest is being charged as 11.6 %. This rate was changed unilaterally without informing me. It has been charged for a long time. Appreciate if someone look at my account. I am Major Shantanu Singh account holder of sbi savings a/c no [protected].My home branch in SBI cinema road, hardoi branch(04012) . 2. i received an sms on my registered mobile no that amount of Rs 23, 731.[protected] at around 1730 hrs. on checking my account statement through internet banking amount of Rs 23, 779.26 was withdrawn through an atm at London.if you notice both the amount are different.I am attaching a copy of my account statement. 3. I have been contacting both my home branch and sbi customer care but both seem to be helpless.I would like to draw your attention sir i haven't lost my atm card nor have i shared the card no or atm pin with anyone. 4. In view of the above i request you to kindly investigate the matter, reimburse the amount into my account and appropriate actions may please be taken to avoid such cases in future. 5. i had contacted sbi, my complaint no is OP[protected]. the reply received from them was unsatisfactory.when i asked them details of transaction no reply was given to me neither has anyone contacted me.                                         i am a student 2 day before i filled an online sbi saving account form for sbi bhura branch in trivenigunj (pin 852139) supaul in bihar. & when i reach to the branch office to submit my form to branch manager in initial conversation he talk to me properly & guided me to complete the mistakes in the form. & named an introducer in form which is necessery. i do the same, & it's take 2 hrs. after that when i tried to meet manager he just denied to receive my form & say he will not open my account when i ask the reason he just say "meri marji" & when i further ask he pointed me his finger & after scolding says just to go out of the bank oterwise he will call his stafs. form other costumers i got that my mistake was that, that i won't approch him through his broker . each & every work of that bank were done through broker no boody is there to do justice i just request to ur team to do justice with me all the evediences you will get from the footeg of cctv cam of bank thanku
