      SBI Credit Card giving me threating over phone please find issue as under:- Please refer to this case about 8-9 year back and my Mobile No is remain the same last 10 Years correspondence e mail also and entire documents still we have. Please refer to discussion over phone on 6th May-2015 in evening regarding cancelled Cards No-[protected] some dispute for the same. Please find our point as under:- First :- Statement date[protected] Due date[protected] Amount Rs. 159.15 paid by us on or before due date realized by you on[protected] 2nd :-Statement date[protected] Due date [protected] Amount Rs. 2006.53 paid by us on [protected] or before due date and also realized by You. Than After Five Month we had received bill of Rs.2419.19 including late fee etc on[protected] of my Block Credit card, statement date was[protected] and the same statement our SBI Credit Card was Blocked. It means could not be further transaction. Finally I paid Last bill according to your outstanding Balance Rs.2419.19 vide Ch. No-147237 dated[protected] of ICICI Bank. Further that I was disagreed to your wrong billing finally we have cancelled/ Returned the same I.e SBI Credit Card through proper written application and scraped Card on[protected] submitted to your drop box copy of the same with us. Further Acknowledgement letter issued by you on dated 4th Sept-2007 with reference to SBI CC account Closure and requested on letter to Re-Consider my decision along with some opportunity. But I was disagreed so not interested to re consider. on[protected] after seven month You Had send Bill of Rs.225/- it was very surprised for me and wants to know the details about how come bill of Rs. 225/- we have many times try to reached you but there was no response by your side than we had fed-up and still you are not able to explain why came bill of Rs. 225/- after Blocked Card and canceled Card.No. of times we have discussed regarding the same but there was no any response regarding out standing. Finally I wants to settle this matter through legal Court Justice. You are not believable organization because of already issued ack letter and your guys always threating me in between 10 Years 100 times continuing after in a gap of 4-5 Month your representative called me and given threating. I am drawing pension vide PPO No. 09/97/B/S/1250/1994 through S B Account No. [protected] and PPO Unique No. R02824068 from Main Branch of State Bank of India, Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh. I have applied for stoppage of medical allowance from pension for joining Exserviceman Contributory Health Scheme (ECHS) and for endorsing the same on the application form in Apr 2015. However, the bank has not yet received the clearence for endorsing the same. Once again, on 20.05.2015 I applied again for the same.                             My last date of bill payment is 29 of every month. and i have activated auto debit feature for bill payment. But last month on 29 april 2015 i have sufficient balance in my account and also on 30 april 2015 on morning i have recieved massage from sbi that we have recieved your payment on 29 april 2015, but after few days i had recieved one call from sbi credit card customer care and they told me we have not recieved any payment from your side and now you have to pay late fee payment. I am attaching statement of my saving account from 29 april to 30 april 2015. Kindly resolve my problem.                                 I have a joint Saving/Salary/PMSP Account No.[protected] in SBI KAMAP CODE NO. 15958 . I intend to register my Mobile No.[protected] for SMS alert and in this effect I have submitted a approval form to the staff concerned but the SBI staff concerned refused to register my Mobile Number and asked to submit signature of both Joint Account Holder on the form. As per rules (either or survivor) any one of the Joint Account holder can operate the Account. Kindly look into the matter and direct to the concerned Branch/staff of SBI KAMPA CODE-15958 for this type of non response activity to the customers.

                                  I am Azhar Raza Syed. I have a SBI Gold credit card, which was issued in Jan 2013. But after one year my card has been deactivated by SBI Card office. When i contacted the customer care, their executive said please pay all the outstanding. After clearance of full due amount your card will be activated. But after paying full due amount it was not activated. After contacting they say your card has been permanently blocked due to bounce of due amount several times. They say you have to apply for a new card after six months. But every time i have paid the minimum due amount before due date. Is there any provision to do the same, as I always paid the minimum due amount. Kindly help.

                                    Dear Sir, I have opened my Savings Bank account with R.T. Nagar Branch, Bangalore, two weeks back (approx). I have requested for Cheque Book and ATM/ Debit card as well. I have received only my Cheque Book but not the Debit card from Bank. While calling the my branch, they gave me the India Post EMS number "eq[protected]in". You can check the number online in India Post corporate website. It reflects that the shipment is lying at "Jalahalli HO". Please be noted that, in your corporate website you have mentioned that "we will get the the Debit card within 7 working days after submitting the application, directly by sped post at your address". You are not complying to this. Kindly address it. Q. When will I receive my ATM-cum-Debit Card and PIN? A. You will receive your card within 7 working days after submitting the application, directly by Speed post at your recorded address. Kindly collect your PIN from the card issuing branch after receipt of the card and carry your card / passbook as identity proof. Also please be noted that, this is Branch responsibility to take care if the ATM/DEBIT card safely reach at the recipient's address or not. The recipient should not run after the post offices to collect the shipment. The communication address already registered with your system and I have already received the cheque book from the respective branch.i.e. R.T.Nagar Branch. If the bank is unable to provide services than why you are charging the charges which are not happening in pvt. banks, if these will bee happen in your bank how we belive to govt.banks. so please revert my clearing charges which is not geninue.                                         Sir I have applied loan from sbi dantiwada. For this sbi dantiwada sent address verification ny e-mail as well as dak to sbi pakri ara branch code 06552 on 11 may. My father went to sbi pakri for verification but the branch manager denied to receive email I again went to sbi dantiwada and say above problem he show me sending emial and and again he sent email in front of me. But thr sbi pakri say that branch manager has gone leave of 15 days and after comimg they will be able to verify my address . Sir i have job in BSF and i very necessary loan sir plz help me in this work for quickly
