Mr vishal sharma, a count no.[protected], my card was stolen last December, I blocked it myself and give them all the papers, as I met with an accident, I myself talk with the manager and assured me, but till date, I have not received any thing.     Sir I opened my new saving account 4 months ago approximately with demand of ATM card. But I didn't receive it. After 2 months I visited my Branch office Gurdaspur, Punjabi but not any satisfied response.Then I reaplied New ATM card on branch manager Mr. Dalip Singh's instructions. For some strange reason, the credit card bill for May 2015 is not getting opened even after entering the correct password(16 digit primary card number) multiple times.         Gift Voucher Not Received

        Worst Credit Card Service Provider ( SBI Card ) I am a PLATINUM CREDIT CARD HOLDER of SBI CARD I don't know how SBI Card system are working, they are mentioning on their website that card holder will get their Gift Voucher after 28 days of receiving the card, which i still don't receive as on 23/04/2015 . I am mentioning here what i actually faced with SBI CARD : When i receive credit card from SBI CARD after more than 45 days...

        Respected Sir,

        I have a complaint on Karnataka Bijapur Treasury branch Staff, The reason is My brother wants to pursue post graduation studies in Bangalore alliance university . Also we paid Rs.50000 as a Pre- admission fee. from past 1 week my younger brother roaming to this branch for Edu loan. 1st reason they told Loan officer went for other branch so come tomorrow, 2nd time reason, Loan officer on leave for two days, Then i went to Branch Manager and spoke with him he told fine i will help you come after two days.After todays we went to Branch they told . They will start Edu Loan in August 2nd week. Last date to submit the fee is 13th july. We are really frustrated, Also they made some rules like this area people will go to DCB BANK, SBM ETC... Request you to do the needful .Awating for your kind response.

I request to close my account to Bank Manger and I deposite full amount of KCC. I pray to manger for issed do dues certificate but not issued no dues certificate to me. At that time, the transaction status was Issuer Unavailable (Response Code - 091). So I didn’t get the amount from that transaction. But the amount of Rs.5500/- was debited from my account.                         Sir/Mami want to complaint about SBI branch manager o[censored]rban Estate 2, Hissar, Haryana. He uses bad language talking with the customers like 'tu" and i have complained that i am not recieving OTP while doing transaction with debit card and it has been 15 days yet there is no solution to my problem and he today he said that have some patience . Even he said that he has no acoountability in case of failure . So, i request you take a strict towards misbehaviour of your employees who are creating a negative image of SBI in our mind and please take steps to solve my problem .                             SBI cc team called me many times until i submit my documents to apply for card on card. Once i submit the documents it is since 20 days, i have no update on that. Even the numbers which they called from are not connecting cc team also the executive who collected the documents from me. please do the needful.

                                    Hi Team, I am Vineel Nirogi. Today I met an incident where SBI branch, Punganur, Chittoor(dist) Andhra Pradesh. Accountant, Branch Manager is saying Personal Accident Insurance Mandatory while opening the account. Below is the conversation happened. Entered into the bank and asked for new account opening form. Accountant demanded for Rs.1000/- for giving the form. Paid it and collected the form. Filled in all the fields in application. I have seen a form for "Personal Accident Insurance". And went to accountant and asked if it is mandatory. Accountant said it is mandatory and it costs me Rs.500/- Later I asked it is available at Rs.100/-, 200/-, 500/- and I would like to go with Rs.100/-, Accountant replied Rs.100/- was only for last year and now it is not available and minimum is Rs.200/- I replied to accountant "It is not mandatory" in any branch, I dont want to apply for that. She asked me to contact Cheif Manager. Below is the conversation Me: Good Afternoon Sir, Branch Manager: Yes Me: "I came for opening the account for my Mother-in-law and for that, Accountant is saying "Personal Accident Insurance" is Mandatory. But I don't want that. We are already paying LIC to my Mother-in-law.Is it Mandatory to pay for insurance to open the account?" Branch Manager(Angry and started shouting): Yes, this is not of my interest. This is been proposed by PM Narendra Modi and as per the SBI It will be good if you pay it. Me: But, I don't want it Sir, we are already paying LIC premium to Mother-In-Law Branch Manager(With increasing voice): They why do you need account? I have been seeing you from morning 10:00AM fighting for just Rs.100/-.(Village people around started telling, we are also paying it.. It is just Rs.100/-) Me: Its not about Rs.100/-. It is not required for us. Why should we pay. Branch Manager: "SO YOU DONT WANT IT" Me: yes. Immediately he started tearing off the "Personal Accident Insurance Form" and asked me "Do you really need the account?" Me: Yes Branch Manager wrote on top of my application "No insurance" and have put it aside WHAT IS THE CRIME HERE? This branch serves many villages nearby and many illiterates. They doesn't even know meaning of insurance. If they ask at accountant level Rs.500/- is mandatory and If you ask again the same person Rs.200/- is mandatory. If you ask the Bank's Chief Manager Rs.100/- is Mandatory. If you fight with him then it is not mandatory.If there are 1 lakh applications and if it is mandatory to Rs.200 in avaerage. Total amount will be Rs.2, 00, 00, 000/- If this is their calculation Isn't it a fraud? This is my complaint.
