Dear Sir,

I booked my ticket on IRCTC using SBI net banking successfully, meanwhile I found one debit entry of Rs. 100.00 with narration "POS PRCH - POS[protected] Billdesk.com SBIPG". I don't remember any transaction I made using Billdesk except booking ticket on IRCTC.com

I like to know what for this amount has been debited and who is beneficiary of the amount and how beneficiary able to...

Haven’t received cash back from SBI. The offer was given from SnapDeal and after calling the SnapDeal customer care I was told I need to get in touch with the SBI customer care. And they can’t do anything. Already have complaint twice with SBI customer care. The Cash Back should have taken place by 31st of Jan 2015.
