      i have taken a Vishwa Yatra card no -[protected] in May 2012 for USD and returned the same in May 2014, to international banking counter at doranda Ranchi, yeterdayI went to SBI doranda branch, Ranchi for A NEW vishwa Yatra card as I have to go USA again but the official at the bank told me that your card is still active and they refused to issue me a new card . Now I am going on 14 May and I am helpless, kindly cancel the above card so that a new card is issued in my name. My a/c no [protected], branch- Morabadi, code-16002

        SIR I HAVE MY SAVING AC AT AMRAVATI BRANCH AND AGRI GOLD LOAN RS 298000 IN TIOSA BRANCH (AGRI GOLD PRODUCT @7% FOR 3 YEARS). THE LOAN WAS SANCTION RS 298000 FOR THREE YEARS @ 7% WHICH IS DUE ON SEP 2015. BUT HOWEVER WITHOUT GIVING ANY INTIMATION OR ANY REASON THE BRANCH HAS MAKE STOP MY SAVING AC TRANSACTIONS. HOW IS IT POSSIBLE THE LOAN WAS SANCTINED ME FOR THREE YEARS.

          I am Panduranga. We have a gold loan in my father's name in SBI, Bandarulanka, East Godavari, Amalapuram Taluck. Branch code 05408. My father expired in September in 2014 and we wanted to pay the loan and release the gold. I have submitted Notary, Application form with all our family members signatures, witnesses signatures and guarantors. Given property related proofs of guarantors also. We have paid the amount also with interest. When my sister today went to bank and contacted manager he is saying the documentation is not correct and also we need the property details of the other guarantor also. When we met him last time he told above 70 yrs aged person guarantors details not valid so bring only the other guarantor details. Today he is saying this way. Also he is saying the documentation also need to be done again. This is creating a lot of problem and as I stay away and my sister and mother are suffering more. We met the manager more than 4 times and each time he is saying new things. Please help in this to resolve my problem.

            I have two numbers HBL loans bearing account nos.[protected]-5 and [protected]-6 maintained at SBI, Burdwan main branch and university branch with existing interest rate of 10.15%. I have already applied to the concern banks on 21.04.2015 for re fixing of my interest rate to 10.10% and 9.9% respectively from the date the rates are in force.Till date no reply received. However I once again request your good office to take care in the matter and inform me at the earliest.

              I was applied for loan in 2016 with all required documents and information. In this scheme government take guarantees and all but when I go to talk with bank manager about my business scheme and loan he said guarantee is required and your ITR returns but government give loans to people who earn 36000 yearly then why banks require all this documents. I think all schemes of government is not working due to not supporting of banks. They not accept applications. Please serious about this and take action. Janta ro rahi hai sahab.

              Agar sarkar nee ye yojnaa sab ke lie nikali hai to loan kyu nahi mil raha ya pher aise yojna na nikale jo jhasaa dekar sarkar vote mangti haii ..me iske khillaf virodh karu gaaa ..sarkar bewkoof bana ke aise loan yojnao ka jhassa deti hai jo ki possible hi nahii ap iske lie action lijiye vernaa mee ispar viroddh karu gaaa

But problem coming from bank side they are denying that they didn't get any application from committee. But committee has send all mail to bank . My application I'd is (7197 ) and branch code is (3390) Almora someshwar .

                I Smt Usha Devi am 83 years old pensioners and drawing the FREEDOM FIGHTER pension from State Bank of India, Birpur Branch(Branch Code 3057), Dehradun Uttarakhand(PPO No.MHAFF 8093812 Saving Bank Account No.[protected]. In this connection it is stated that my pension was stopped by the Bank Authority from September 2014 onwards to date without any notice as I had submitted the life certificate every year in the month of November. Moreover I had submitted the life certificate personally to the Branch Manager, State Bank of India, Birpur Branch, Garhi Cantt Dehradun, Uttarakhand in the month Nov 2014. But the monthly pension from September 2014 onwards has not been released till today. It is therefore reguested to look into the matter and release the monthly pension for the above mentioned period urgently as I am unable to move frequently to the office of State Bank of India Branch where I drawn the pension as I am 83 years old pensioners.                   I Omprakash Pandey have my saving account No:[protected] with Ghosi, U.P branch since 9th December 2013 as it is my home town but I stay in Thane Maharashtra I had deposited Rs.175000/- cash in my account on 24th April 2015 when i was in my home town, but when I issued the cheque of Rs.175000/- on 27th April 2015 it got dishonoured due to in sufficient fund and Rs.393/-was charged to me as dishonour charges I am very upset with such a service of bank which carrys huge reputation Due to Cheque Dishonour my goodwill is on stake I need an explanation of such an pathetic service rendered by your Bank

                      Dear Sir/ madam, I, Ritu Miglani, have opened a jan-dhan a/c ([protected] - HEMA KANDPAL) of my helper at SBI, Kavinagar, B-Block, Ghaziabad branch last year. First they opened the a/c after 2 months and so many reminders with a very rude behaviour. Now she went to the branch for NEFT transaction to make payment of her son's medicine. She waited there almost 1:30 hr, but after that the staff denied to do NEFT. Second thing, my parent's a/c's are also there and they are sen. citizen. whenever we visit the branch for any purpose, everybody used to say that there is a staff shortage or server not working, whoever is the customer whether sen. cit or female or anybody. They dont cooperate. I have, even so many customers have made complains to the Br. Mang. regarding this but no result. U please reply that something can improve this system or not. we have to bear their rudness or should we close our a/c's in this branch. And if they cannot manage then why dont they close the branch.                         Although 15G form was submitted on 20.4.2014 for the year[protected] but it is a matter of astonishment that TDS has been applied on SB plus account of Kusum Kapoor . On SB plus account of Kusum Kapoor the automatic TDRS are being prepared on available balance on 25 of every month on same CIFDI. The 15G form was neither posted in concerned account and nor Q was given by the concerned staff. Therefore TDS has been applied on all the FDR's automatically generated on SB plus account of Kusum Kapoor. The matter was highlighted to the concerned BM to refund the TDS deducted for the year[protected] but he is not in the position to give satisfactory response moreover when bank's complaint authority ask him about the complaint he has given an irrelevant response to the authority concerned which is not acceptable. Therefore it is requested that matter should be enquired by the third person in the presence of account holder, so that facts could come in light. Thanking you in advance [protected]

                          I request not to take housing loan from SBI. They are cheating like anything. Only at SBI, you will see two different interest rate - for new customers and old customers. To get the business SBI keeps low interest rate for new customers, and people trusts SBI being nationalised bank. However, within 3 months SBI increases your interest equivalent to old customers. SBI had provisionally sanctioned me housing loan @ 9.95 % (at base rate) on 7.5.13. When I took the loan, they gave me @ 9.25% (Base rate + 0.25% ) on 30.11.15 However, SBI was issuing loan to new customers at 10.1 %. When I put up the complaint, SBI officer asked me to pay Rs 12500 and reduce the interest rate to 10.1 % (BR+0.1 %). I had no option, and hence aid Rs 12500/- to SBI and reduced the interest rate 10.1%. But at that time SBI had already reduced the interest rate for all the old customers at 9.95% and for new customers 9.9%. My payment of Rs 12500/- has been wasted and even though rate of interest is higher than the new customers. SBI officers are not addressing my complaints, and cheating the public openly.

                            I (Swanandi G.) am experiencing this second time when getting a phishing call for SBI/BOM ATM cards. A couple of weeks back my husband has also got a call asking for card details for verification which was issued in collaboration with SBI & BOM. Today I have received a phishing call in the afternoon from this no. +91 [protected] saying his name is Rajiv Ranjanwal & he is calling from head office of SBI card. He claims this call is regarding the verification of card details & if the details are not provided & are not verified then my card will be blocked. When I said I have not procure any new card that time he said it’s for the old card claiming that from 2015 its mandatory of verification of card to keep it working & not getting blocked. He was asking the details of card such as 16 digit no. visible on the card, valid to date & CVV no. on the back side of card. When I said I don’t have the card right now he was asking when he can get the details. As of my knowledge there is no verification required to continue using your old card. He also said that this verification is required to banks such as SBI, BOM, BOI, BOB etc. It shows that the account holders details are licked outside the bank & people are misusing it & creating a phishing calls. I request to SBI & BOM to take care of it & let the important information not leaked outside else it will be hard to trust such reputed banks.                                       Hi This Kumar, I have made two vodafone bill payment different different account (account id 1.[protected]@gmail.com 2.[protected]@gmail.com )on 27th of April in citrus cube, but Not received payment from vodafone Side till now my number also barred . Payment Details 1.Transaction id:CCSUD[protected]rs payment) 27th april 2.Transaction id :CCABA[protected]RS PAYMENT ON SAME DAY). Try to resolve this problem as soon as possible this is long back payment issue, i am satisfied citrus service . regards Kumar.K

                                        I am the son of the deceased late Smt. Appu Ambika S. bearing a/c no.[protected] at kurar village, malad east branch, Mumbai. PPO No. WR/41118/185915, As she has been expired on 03/03/2007 at native trivandrum, kerala. All the papers and passbook has been submitted in the said branch for settlement, duo papers for settlement has been send from said branch on 07/03/15 to Pensioner settlement section but till date not received any information from branch as they always tell i had send to the branch it will do the rest of the settlement. pls do the settment at the earliest. satish kumar appu 41/3, sabir estate kurar village, malad east mumbai contact : [protected] / [protected]
