Credit card Owner name: Shakir Bakali Credit card Card type: SBI GOLD I would like to bring your notice that the day I had got sbi credit card I had not at all used. Reason: My DOB is incorrect in their system which does not allow me to log in. I had escalated the matter [protected]@sbicard.com which is top in escalltion matrix. They asked me submit below details scan copy of pan card proof for changing your DOB in our record. Mothers Maiden Name Date of Birth Residential Address Office Address Contact Number (Mobile Number) All the above I had submitted Apr 14, 2015 at 9:07 AM, from <[protected]@gmail.com> Though submitting all the details no revert I had got yet + every month I'am getting sms for montly statement amount from Rs. 500 to it has gone upto Rs.2000. From day 1 I'am not able to log in SBI net banking due to incorrect record how will I honoured the payment and card is also expired. Since they are not solving the Issue montly statement amount (obe time charges) every months they keeps on Increasing. Please help to get this Issue resolved as I had sent three reminder email on [protected]@sbicard.com then also no revert!!

While doing online shopping I am not receiving OTP while paying by my debit card. Till 20 April I was receiving OTP but now I am not receiving OTP. Please resolve my matter so that I can do online shopping with my debit card.

      Dear Sir Mam I have an Credit card Ending No. 3462 and I maked a Emi on Shoping as on date 29.06.14 and the Company charge me Interest but it was ok. But company charged extra Rs. 1997.51 I called on Customer care but he said me that i cant see before 6 month data and i mailed the saame but not any reply You are kind reqeuest look into mater Thanks Mukesh [protected]

          Cheque book issued by GPO/kolkata against my savings bank a/c.one cheque 'being payee myself as RANENDRA LAL RAKSHIT and signed BY myself as RANENDRA LAL RAKSHIT deposited in state bank, Barrackpore It is seen in my a/c that credit of Rs 21000/- entered on 20/04/2015 and on the same date debit the same amount which is rested some question.In practice I have endorsed my savings bank a/c no.as well as my mobile no on the reverse of nthe cheque.While depositing cheque personally a staff on the counter insisted me to sign on the reverse on the cheque.I tried to convinced but failed saying only the cheque issued by Govt.need signature of depositor.I think this lead to revengeful act.I am a senior citizen of 78 years old.

            State Bank of India, MKB Nagar Branch, Chennai-39 is not accepting Ration Card Xerox issued by Tamil Nadu Government as a valid address proof for change of address. I was asked to get a postal ID card paying Rs.200 from Post office or to get a proof of residence from taluk office which will only serve as the proof of address. Ration card proof with updated address/Rental agreement xerox was not accepted.

              sir in uthukottai sbi branch is going favourate to very known people the counter person name mr asshakoti is treating the customers very badly in token system is there but he is giving preverence to well known person his working experience is worst i apply for net banking past three months but not activated for tht ireach bank more than ten times no use for that so please provide equal rights . i hope you take a correct action thank you

                I arunabai w/basavaraj accountholder [protected] in sbi humnabad branch.i taken agree gold loan since last two years.and renewal in time .but this year not given loan because minor mistake in pahani.in pahani arunabai w/basappa is there .we are also submitting court offdavite but manager and field officer is not accepted.both names are same and i taking the loan in same document since last two years.this year not given .please suggest sir

                  I sent my son and daughter to open a account in sbi Vepery branch for second time today. First time the manager did not have time to verify. Today the system was down and no proper reply. My kids do not want to go to this bank again and hence opting for a private bank where the services are better. My contact mail is [protected]@gmail.com

                    My Application reference no. is [protected]. On 26th april at 12.56 pm I did online payment of Rs.1008.50/from bank Oriental Bank of Commerce transaction id no. is 00005872 to take appointment from Passport seva kendra . I got the message on my mobile also that above payment is debited from bank but I got the message failure on Passport Seva Kendra site. Next day again I had to pay Rs.1000/ from state bank of patiala to take appointment for renewal of passport . I checked from OBC bank also but still now didnt receive money. Pls check into the matter and send back my money in OBC bank. with thanks lata arora

                      Lollipop software [5.0.5 version] has been upgraded in LG phone successfully. But, after updating the software, SBI mobile banking application [SBI any where] is not able to install in the phone and shown that "Unknown application error code while installing the application 505". In view of the above, kindly issue updated version immediately so that we can install the SBI mobile banking apps.

                      Sir, my complaint dated 01.05.2015 has not yet resolved. But, unfortunately the compliant status as shown as Resolved, which is not correct. My compliant is still pending. Kindly upgrade SBI any where software for 5.0.2 android version smart phones please.

                        I have made a card to card transfer in SBI ATM.And 12500 Rs was debited from my account and I get the correct conformation slip from ATM.But money was not credited to the another account.And I raised a complaint to SBI but it shows the status CLOSED. But my issue is not resolved. Please resolve my issue ASAP. Complaint No : AT[protected] I have attached a ATM Slip also.

                              Dear sir, As per Complaint With Ticket No. CB[protected] I checked up in my home branch, but they didn't have any information on cheque book. I have maintained my account in SBI LAGGERE BRANCH, BANGALORE. It's very serious because in home branch, these irresponsible people are saying we are not received any cheque books and told me to check where you booked for cheque book. I don't know how you people are working, those people are talking like we don't have any connections with online booking. But in online it's showing cheque number with details of cheque book, but i haven't received. On to this i haven't getting any reply from customers service for my mail. So please do something on this issue and clarify.

                                Dear Sir / Ma'am, This was to make you aware about your staff. I am having an account in your Jogeshwari west branch. Today I want to deposit a amount of rs. two lac and the note was of 1500 × 100 =150000 n 500 ×100= 50000. They told me that I have to pay the charge just because the note which I am giving is of rs. 100. I agreed for the same but they were not ready to count the note just because they were busy doing there other work, I was there till one n half hr., but the money was kept at side. I reached bank 1n 1/2hr. early because I have to pick my daughter from school I told them to do it fast but they were only telling it will take time n u have to pay charge for it, from the other side the man who was counting the money was mumering in Marathi Y this people bring like this amt. we don't have time. Just tell me u have arranged a machine in bank for show purpose, n not only that much but after waiting also the work was not done. This is the second complaint from my side. Now I don't know how much problems I am going to face here. your service is very poor even the people sitting our there is having no manners at all. Sima Sharma [protected]

                                    our all grievance raised were closed with irrelevant/unanswered the case of cheating the own bank employee in the name of wrongful wages and claiming rights on employee property(ie personnel account balance) for which saying it internal issue, it is not internal/external it is the issue o[censored]nauthorized entry in to our property(ie bank balance) where are the documents till date show irrelevant answers closing as per time bound limit without resolve the practice of suppressing/ taking revenge on its employee when a grievance of more then years old pending and unanswered till date in the internal staff grievance which is not even reflected in this, it is understood. salary/wages are payroll elements. it is concerned with employer/employee, wrongful wages paid to employee, due to negligence/error of authority to a group of people, after two years suddenly entry without prior intimation into my property(ie account balance) and withdraw a bulk amount without consent from any of the joint account holders.(N NAVA NEETHA, N NAGA RAJU, N RAMA DEVI) as if we were saving for them, the guidelines regarding wrongful wages/salary paid to employee given by ministry of personnel violated, number of complaints raised by all the three account holders were being unattended/unanswered/closed with irrelevant . IT IS OUR PERSONNEL ACCOUNT HOW CAN WITHDRAW MONEY WITHOUT ALL ACCOUNT HOLDERS CONSENT. it seems bank claims rights on employee property(ie account balance) why wrongful thing happen, for howmany years wrongful things continued, board of personnel checked for months to give a wrong practice

                                      Dear Sir, I am very much frustrated with the customer care service of SBI Card. I have tried many time to reach SBI card customer care for unblocking of my SBI card number -[protected]. But even after so many times complain 'CaseID=[protected]' SBI card re-activation and talk with customer care my issue was not resolved. I have even mailed to nodal officer also but all try was invain. Please look in to this matter.
