Lollipop software [5.0.5 version] has been upgraded in LG phone successfully. But, after updating the software, SBI mobile banking application [SBI any where] is not able to install in the phone and shown that "Unknown application error code while installing the application 505". In view of the above, kindly issue updated version immediately so that we can install the SBI mobile banking apps.

Sir, my complaint dated 01.05.2015 has not yet resolved. But, unfortunately the compliant status as shown as Resolved, which is not correct. My compliant is still pending. Kindly upgrade SBI any where software for 5.0.2 android version smart phones please.

    I have made a card to card transfer in SBI ATM.And 12500 Rs was debited from my account and I get the correct conformation slip from ATM.But money was not credited to the another account.And I raised a complaint to SBI but it shows the status CLOSED. But my issue is not resolved. Please resolve my issue ASAP. Complaint No : AT[protected] I have attached a ATM Slip also.

          Dear sir, As per Complaint With Ticket No. CB[protected] I checked up in my home branch, but they didn't have any information on cheque book. I have maintained my account in SBI LAGGERE BRANCH, BANGALORE. It's very serious because in home branch, these irresponsible people are saying we are not received any cheque books and told me to check where you booked for cheque book. I don't know how you people are working, those people are talking like we don't have any connections with online booking. But in online it's showing cheque number with details of cheque book, but i haven't received. On to this i haven't getting any reply from customers service for my mail. So please do something on this issue and clarify.

            Dear Sir / Ma'am, This was to make you aware about your staff. I am having an account in your Jogeshwari west branch. Today I want to deposit a amount of rs. two lac and the note was of 1500 × 100 =150000 n 500 ×100= 50000. They told me that I have to pay the charge just because the note which I am giving is of rs. 100. I agreed for the same but they were not ready to count the note just because they were busy doing there other work, I was there till one n half hr., but the money was kept at side. I reached bank 1n 1/2hr. early because I have to pick my daughter from school I told them to do it fast but they were only telling it will take time n u have to pay charge for it, from the other side the man who was counting the money was mumering in Marathi Y this people bring like this amt. we don't have time. Just tell me u have arranged a machine in bank for show purpose, n not only that much but after waiting also the work was not done. This is the second complaint from my side.                 our all grievance raised were closed with irrelevant/unanswered the case of cheating the own bank employee in the name of wrongful wages and claiming rights on employee property(ie personnel account balance) for which saying it internal issue, it is not internal/external it is the issue o[censored]nauthorized entry in to our property(ie bank balance) where are the documents till date show irrelevant answers closing as per time bound limit without resolve the practice of suppressing/ taking revenge on its employee when a grievance of more then years old pending and unanswered till date in the internal staff grievance which is not even reflected in this, it is understood. salary/wages are payroll elements. it is concerned with employer/employee, wrongful wages paid to employee, due to negligence/error of authority to a group of people, after two years suddenly entry without prior intimation into my property(ie account balance) and withdraw a bulk amount without consent from any of the joint account holders.(N NAVA NEETHA, N NAGA RAJU, N RAMA DEVI) as if we were saving for them, the guidelines regarding wrongful wages/salary paid to employee given by ministry of personnel violated, number of complaints raised by all the three account holders were being unattended/unanswered/closed with irrelevant . IT IS OUR PERSONNEL ACCOUNT HOW CAN WITHDRAW MONEY WITHOUT ALL ACCOUNT HOLDERS CONSENT. it seems bank claims rights on employee property(ie account balance) why wrongful thing happen, for howmany years wrongful things continued, board of personnel checked for months to give a wrong practice

                  Dear Sir, I am very much frustrated with the customer care service of SBI Card. I have tried many time to reach SBI card customer care for unblocking of my SBI card number -[protected]. But even after so many times complain 'CaseID=[protected]' SBI card re-activation and talk with customer care my issue was not resolved. I have even mailed to nodal officer also but all try was invain. Please look in to this matter.

                          THATS NOT DONE SIR. I WENT TO THE SBI BRANCH NITHARI SECTOR 31. I HAVE TO DEPOSIT THE MONEY URGENTLY IN MY ELDER'S BROTHER SBI ACCOUNT BUT HE'S ACCOUNT WAS IN SECTOR 26 SBI BRANCH. AND IT WAS GET SIFTED IN SECTOR 52 AND IT IS NOT EASY FOR ME TO GO THERE AND DEPOSIT SO I THOUGHT TO DEPOSIT FROM THERE. AND WHEN I WENT THERE I FILLED THE DEPOSITION SLIP AND WENT TO THE CASH COUNTER BUT THERE IS NOBODY. I TOLD THE OTHER PERSON TO DO THAT WORK BUT HE TOLD ME THAT THERE IS SHORTAGE OF STAFF. AND HE IS FREE AT THAT TIME. IF THERE IS SHORTAGE OF STAFF THAT'S NOT OUR PROBLEM IT'S YOUR PROBLEM. YOU HAVE TO MANAGE THAT. I FACE A LOT OF PROBLEMS THAT DAY. THAT'S IT.

                            Dear Sir, I am a defence (Indian Navy) pensioner with PPO.No.09/97/B/S002588/2009, and pension account No.[protected] in State Bank of India BARHAJ(3622) Branch, Dist : Deoria(UP) 274601. I have forwarded my life certificate duly verified by SBI Manager of Majiwade Thane branch by registered post during Nov 2014. There was no action taken by my home branch, so my pension was stopped from Dec2014. I complained on SBI pension section Toll Free number in Mar 2015, They said please go to your home branch in Uttar Pradesh which was very difficult for me as I am staying in Mumbai(Thane). But I went to my home branch Barhaj on 06 Apr 2015 and submitted all the documents to Branch Manager and he assured me twice that my pension will start from this month. Today again I called SBI pension toll free number, they said my Life Certificate is not submitted thats why my pension is not being credited. In view of the above kindly guide me what to do next?                               Dear sir, Am Shihabudeen (salvage buyer) Coimbatore. Last year i had got the wreck of the vehicle amaze TN48AB6246 from royal Sundaram insurance... for Rs.142000 . The insured name is k. Paranthaman who is a owner of that vehicle he got loan for that vehicle Rs.675000 . from state bank of india trichy town branch. Loan a/c no is [protected]. And then he is the SB account holder in state bank of india trichy thillai nagar branch.. I had paid amount for that vehicle as 2 dd's and cash...details as follows Sbi dd of Rs.30000 dd number 309641 dated 21.06.14 Sbi DD of Rs.90000 dd number 309769 dated 25.06.14 (These two dd's are named loan account ) And Rs.22000 as cash given to Mr.paranthaman The insurance company given Rs.482000 cheque details HDFC cheque Rs.482000 no. 926481 dated 7.7.14 named as state bank of india.. (Not mentioned as customer name). Total amount given Rs. 624000 . loan account holder already paid some due for loan account... As per this calculation that loan account has been closed .. Am waiting for that NOC nearly one year... But no response from Mr.Paranthaman.. Now mr. Paranthaman is escaped to somewhere else... So now am go to the bank and asking about noc... Am getting shocked. Mr. Paranthaman deposits that insurance cheque which is named as state bank of india to his own SB account in Trichy Thillai nagar branch...with the help of that bank manager ... he dropped amount and got escaped. Please kindly take action for this activity

                              That cheque named as STATE BANK OF INDIA .. But the bank manager helped him to deposit his own account... Thats y am not yet receive the noc till now.

                              There is no response from the customer and the bank.

                                  I had purchased a land under public auction SARFACI ACT 2002.This auction conducted by STATE BANK OF INDIA KARUR BRANCH. This documents mentioned 3761.75 sq ft. but the area of the land was3254 sq ft.I was complaint to STATE BANK OF INDIA So many times. but I cannot received any reply from SBI. ( SBI was not to give the proper documents- Municipal Survey map and Building Plan Approval copy) I sent the lawyer notice to bank but I cannot received any resonse from bank. and I also approach the municipality with previous owner letter and get the plan approval copy.. How can recover the property or the land value of money Rs.10.00.000

                                    Dear sir, Iam a Savings A/C holder of SBI branch at Sainik School Kunjpura, Karnal, Haryana (bank code - 2400) My A/C No. is [protected]. I have net banking ac also. On 11 April 2015, I made two payments through net banking a) one of Rs/ 150 to BSNL online recharge of mobile phone ( Transaction Ref No - IG00WBVQW6) b) second of Rs/- 98 to Bharti Airtel for renewal of my internet pack (Transaction Ref no. - IG00WBWO17) Both the transactions failed . When I enquired from BSNL and Bharti Airtel They responded that money did not reach their accounts hence no transaction was made. When I asked about the same to the Manager of above mentioned branch, he told me that the money is deducted from my account and transactions are completed from Bank's side.                                       This is Mr. Rajendra Mohile, I have a savings bank account in SBI, BKC branch. I have availed Education loan from SBI, BKC in the name of my daughter Ms Ashita Mohile. Loan account no [protected]. I visited the bank on 28/04/15, at around 02.30pm and asked for Loan account statement and interest certificate for the financial year. The attending person told me that i will be issued only one of the two. I was given only account statement for the financial year. I would like to make a complaint about this matter of not issuing the demanded documents which i am entitled to.
