      Dear Sir, I was retired from Army with the rank of Subedar Major Honorary Lieutenant on 31 Mar 2004 vide subject PPO. As per the Govt Order my persion scale has been revised from Rs 13, 500/- to Rs 15, 465 since 24 September 2012. But till date I am getting my pension on old scale i.e.13, 500/- pm. I requested bank authority who ultimately directed my request to your office on 04 July 2014. Ten months have been elapse but no action so far been taken from your office.         Date: 20 april 2015 Time b/w 11.00 to 11.30 am I approached the staff at Bellandur gate, Sarjapur at the counter no:5 who is issuing the SBI green remit card.I don't have an account at SBI, and want to transfer an amount of 6000/- from Bangalore to an account at Pune .First she told to get a copy of id proof and photograph which I did for SBI green remit card.When I approached her for the second time with application form, photo and id proof, she without looking the a/c details told that such a/c is not existing. SBI has very good reputation all over India but the behaviour of such staffs is disgusting.

                There is one fraud bank account in sbi bashita branch in the name of Ali Hasan who work for fraud company name shine vacancies services noida uttar pradesh who has cheated me for rs.183000/- twds job placement service. Out of rs.183000/-, i have deposited rs.34020/- in this bank account Dated04/03/2015 rs 14020 & dated 05/03/2015 rs 20000/-.

                    SIR, I am State Bank of India Customer, I have my account in SBI, gandhinagar, Dharwad and my account number is [protected], I have applied for my Duplicate debit/atm card and i have received my debit/atm card one month ago. but, I havent till date received my ATM Pin from Bank. And when asked to the Bank Officials they do say that they have not received any atm pin letter from the authorities and most of time they rudely behave with us on this issue. So kindly help me on this issue and provide me my atm pin as early as possible.

                      My SBI savings account number is [protected] at SBI, Shillong (main) branch, IFSC Code SBIN0000181. On[protected] the bank has deducted an amount of Rs.160/- from my account for an ATM Card No.[protected], which I do not hold, nor was applied for, nor was issued to me at any time. So, I want that the bank rectify their mistake and return the amount to me.

Rs.20000 but the ATM accepted cash but provided a slip rejected the transaction.I have also raised a complaint on 4.4.2015 the bank has denied acknowledgement and also they have not credited the amount to my accout Account no [protected] / SBI, Ambattur / Shifa Medicals

                          It is quite sickening to know that even after my loan was sanctioned in month of feb 2015. I have still not got my disbursement. It makes me think why did in first place I had applied for hl from sbi. Would expect a call back on [protected] and a speedy resolution .

                              Haven’t received cash back from SBI. The offer was given from SnapDeal and after calling the SnapDeal customer care I was told I need to get in touch with the SBI customer care. And they can’t do anything. Already have complaint twice with SBI customer care. The Cash Back should have taken place by 31st of Jan 2015. The complaint is still in progress and has crossed the limit of days taken for resolving the complaint. Till now have complained thrice with the SBI customer care, called customer care 5 times at least and visited the home branch twice as suggested by the customer care executive saying the complaint has been resolved and transfer has been made. Also when asked Customer care executive how am I supposed to check the status of my complaint as they have lodged in for me they reply saying I have to call back the customer care number itself and that there is no other way. Which is utter rubbish, one can easily check the status via SBI’s complaint portal itself. All that is required is the complaint number which is sent as SMS on your mobile when complaint is lodged. And there is absolutely no need to call back the customer care and waste minimum 15-20 minutes for the executive to come on call. Although after visiting the branch the first time, the lady noted down the bank account number and said she will call back. But obviously did not get a call and so again I visited the bank. This time they bluntly refused to attain to what I have to say and said they have nothing to do with cash back offers and that, they do not deal with it and that I have to again lodge a complaint with the customer care. I did that too and the same response was sent to me that merchant has successfully transferred please visit the home branch for details. So this time I again went to the branch and showed the SMS received and as always they were clueless and asked me to submit a written application as I don’t need to wait there. Till now there is no response whatsoever from Customer Care / SBI Branch. Do not buy using the SBI cash back offer as they do not pay the cash back and do not attend to your complaints too. And SnapDeal should take care of this as we buy from their website and they are promoting the cash back offer. Complaint Details: Complaint No 1: OP[protected] The Customer care executive lodged complaint in wrong category. Complaint No 2: PG[protected] Complaint No 3: PG[protected] I am not sure whether complaining here would work or no. Just trying my luck.

                              Just wanted to post an Update. More than a year now, still no refund. Absolutely useless SBI & Snapdeal. NEVER buying in Snapdeal. You have much better websites available than SnapDeal for sure!! And what to say about SBI they won't even bother. They don't care as long as they are paid with their salary. This shows why private banks are so much better. Even now in places I have seen SBI credit card offers. Feeling sorry for those who tried and just a warning to all those getting lured to such fake and fraud offers.

                                  Sir, I we are Mahamaya bit & Anupam bit joint a/c holder of your bank, sure kalna branch, a/c no- [protected].Sir i have blocked my atm card on 27 may, 13 calling [protected], and then cancelled by written application to branch maneger.but still i was charged rs-112 for atm on date 10.2.14 & 26.2.15.why i was charged after cancelling my atm service? Now your customar care officer misbehave and says my ticket no [protected] was false.what type of joke is [protected] ?chaque call from [protected] to your complain helpline on 18.4.15 on aprox 9.30pm. Thank you PLEASE REFUND MY BALANCE AND CANCEL MY ATM SERVICE.

                                        Team, I got a call on 13/april/2015 from LL/Mobile no. +91-[protected] from Mr. Shyam, representative of Gateway(I think its a fake organization) to return that money which I spent on CVBuzz online.He told me that all the money will be refund within 24 hours from the date of calling, but for that I've to pay Rs. 4800 as service tax and after that, procedure will complete for refund.So I deposited Rs. 4800 to that guy's account having account name: Tarun Kumar, account no. [protected], IFSC code: BKID0006038, BRANCH: Friends colony, Delhi.After submission of that amount of 4800, he told me to send all the orderIDs of CVBuzz amount so I mailed him on email ID: [protected]@gmail.com, then he told that one order ID is not matching with that order ID so I've to pay That order IDs amount of Rs. 5500 so I deposited that amount too in the above mentioned bank account.So, totally I paid him Rs. 10300 but still I didnot get my money back.Im trapped now.Now, no one is receiving call in that number, receiving but not replying. Request you to kindly help me to get my money back asap. As I'm in trouble now.
