my self Praveen Gupta customer of SBI Dewas Motibuglow Branch from last 20 year, i took home loan in April 2012 at int. @10.75% on floating term and subsiquiently it has reduced to 10.5 and 10.45 in July 2013 but from 07.11.2013 it was constantatly charged till date to 10.75% but as per SBI policy it has reduced to even up to 10.15 %. I understand from branch after regualr follow-up of last three month that this 10.15% is not applicable for old account holder and this rate change is not our control which i as customer do'nt understand . I m paying EMI regularly, so pl. let me clear and correct my interest rate and credit the additional amount along with interest . My Home loan A/C no [protected] . Dewas Motibuglow branch ( M. P.)

    I HV deposited a bank drafts in sbi branch I. P. Estate for Credit to DDA HOUSING NEW DELHI on 25.11.13. The payment still not credited to DDA HOUSING NEW DELHI and lying with the parking account of SBI I. P. ESTATE BRANCH. TWO THREE times I met the official of bank.       I had bought a property through public auction under SARFESI ACT2002. This auction conducted by STATE BANK OF INDIA Karur AS ON 11.12.2013. The auctioned property was Shortage of 507.75sq.ft. So many times I was complaint to SBI and Banking Ombudsman. but still I cannot received any response from SBI What can I do for the extent of my land. . I was conducted the municipal Surveyor. He was told me to you the property was purchased from STATE BANK OF INDIA.Karur So you are conduct the SBI. Please help me to proper way for extent of my land. Expectiong your valauable cooperation

      Sub: PURCHASE OF BUILDING FROM SBI KARUR UNDER SARFACI ACT – SHORTAGE OF LAND 507.75 SQ.FT.

      I had purchased the property from State Bank of India, Karur Branch. (Under Public Auction- SARFACI ACT - 2006) In the Bank Sales Certificate and other relevant documents have mentioned the property is 3761.75sq.ft. But the entire building is 3254Sq.ft. only. (The bank was not delivered the Municipal Survey map and Building Plan Approval copy) I was already complaint to you as on 05.12.2013 (Complaint No.[protected]) and I also move to Karur Municipality with (ex-owner letter) and I get the plan approval duplicate copy and this copy was attested by the State Bank of India. Karur.
      I had received the Survey map from Karur Municipality as on 14.03.2014.But I was not understand my exact area.The entire map was different from the Building. The shortage of the area is 507.75 sq.ft.only.I already met the Branch Manager he told me after sales I cannot give any service from SBI and hence I have move the Municipal Serveyor he told me the property was purchsed by you fromState Bank of India under SARFACI ACT and you should conduct the Bank.
      I have complaint to SBI (Complaint No. RO[protected] dated 06.11.2014) but I cannot receive any reply from SBI.
      I request you Please extent the area of my land 507.75 sq.ft. or refund the money with damages.

            POOR SERVICES.               Sir We have a complaint to ICICI Customer Care regarding wrong Neft to account to some other person of Rs 6903 but we didnot received the solution which we expecting from such a reputed bank and our request and their response are mention Below:- To ICICI Bank On 4/22/2015 6:57 PM, With ref. to letter No. 2014-15/AGM/245 dtd. 5/2/2015 to Branch Manager, ICICI Bank, Noida sector 1, U.P. State Bank Of India had transfered the amount of Rs 6903 vide UTR No. SBIN[protected] dated 21.01.2015 to account Of Mr. Bhanu Chauhan on Behalf Of IOCL as they had mentioned wrong account no.[protected] instead of [protected] due to that the amount was credit to Account of MR. Anil Kumar and they had requested you to remit this amount but NO action was taken by you in that regards till date (Three Months). I expect prompt service from reputed bank like ICICI your reply is awaited as soon as possible. Response customer.[protected]@icicibank.com 5:52 PM (22 hours ago)to me Dear Mr. Chauhan, We understand your concern.We tried to call you on XXXXXX6971 on April 23, 2015 at 5.47 pm, however we could not reach you. With reference to your email we inform you that as a banker, we do not have rights to debit customer accounts without his/her authorization. We regret to inform you that, the fund can only be reversed if the beneficiary of the wrong transfer account provides an authorization letter to the nearest Bank branch, stating that the funds were erroneously credited to him/her account and the same can be reversed to the remitter.                 Dear Sir On 23rd April 2015 I got a call from [protected] saying he is from SBI credit card reward point department (Nioda Branch) and dumped me for Rs.9786 and on 2nd April 2015 for Rs.8875 both time he convinced me that he is from SBI credit card employee and due to some busy work I kept trust on him and gave all credit card information, Anyway I deactivated the card but I am worry about my two transaction money how to recover this money from such people and put such people behind bar. His number is still active and he is giving me assurance that it is not fraud transaction. Regards Jitendra

                Hello Useless Fellows...I have been trapped from one of your SBI Credit Card Department staff member on[protected], by Mr.Roshan Kumar and enquired all the details of mine credit card details including PIN, OTP transaction numbers saying that Reward Point Card is going to despatch of Rs.7998/-..But, after that I came to know that he has communicated all my card details to his BADMASH TEAM MATES and done transactions through his mates...On10/3/2015 for Rs.9999/-and purchased through MOBIKWIK...Authorisation number 022567/- and on[protected] for Rs.23212/- through FLIPKART Banglore authorisation number 057402 and same day transaction done for another Rs.23212/-like that some other transactions done on my card...and totally Rs.64421/-have been fradualent transactions done.
                This matter I have been registered complaint with the Inspector of Police, Cyber Crime Department, Hyderabad on6/4/2015 and they are investigating.
                Today, also, I received one phone through cell No.+91-[protected] at 6.57p.m. and saying that (GIRL) Iam from SBI CREDIT CARD department and you are having bonus points and if you are not going to use them they will become invalid...like that she is going on speaking...Iam immediately scolded her and shouted to stop the phone...So again BADMASH TRAM is started operation.

                This is very sad that this people are looting credit card users and We are finding difficult to do anything...I also put complaints to cyber crime department, Mumbai...Here local police are not at all showing any interest to resolve the issue.Can we raise voice as a team to fight against such people.

                  pension payment of mrs shanteri narasimha kamath sb a/c[protected] with alkapuri branch baroda gujarat. no reply to my letter dt 17.02.2014 & 3 reminders - last given on 04.02.2015. from pension payment slip it appears that excess payment is being made. i have asked for details of pension being paid from 19.02.2003 to 31.01.2014 ie.. date of commencement of familypension & also asked for amount of excess pension paid & whether 20% old age addl amt is being paid from Jan 2014 & onwards i.e. month I attaind 80 yrs of age. No reponse from the branch. Officials are n interested to look into the matter. It is more than one year & have got no reply.

                        Worst Credit Card Service Provider ( SBI Card ) I am a PLATINUM CREDIT CARD HOLDER of SBI CARD I don't know how SBI Card system are working, they are mentioning on their website that card holder will get their Gift Voucher after 28 days of receiving the card, which i still don't receive as on 23/04/2015 . I am mentioning here what i actually faced with SBI CARD : When i receive credit card from SBI CARD after more than 45 days i received the message which is asking for my wish that which Company's voucher i want. After selecting the option of Jabong.com i replied it to the mentioned number, for which i again get the confirmation . Then again they take more than 45 days to deliver it i.e. 20 March but they deliver Raymonds Voucher, when i see the voucher of Raymond i called the customer care and they assure me that they send me Jabong.com Voucher, but on 18th April i received the message from SBI Card that " We wish to inform you that your complaint Ref.[protected] has been resolved " i am getting excited that finally i receive my Jabong.com voucher, so today 23/04/2015 when i called the cc executive to know the status of my Voucher they said u asked for Raymond's voucher hence your complain has been resolved, but i never asked for Raymonds Voucher. So Finally i am here with my situation, i hope i may get some help from Consumer Complaints . M. but after the transaction the machine shows 'last transaction canceled' and mony did not come back, even reciept also not came out.However money was not deposited in my account till 23.04.2015. I deposited a cheque at SBI, Mangaldeep, Siliguri Branch on 17/4/15 vide cheque no. is 024257 dt. 31/3/15 on Central Bank of India, Siliguri Branch. Today is 22/4/15 the time is 9.45p.m. but yet not clear the above mentioned cheque. Please note that the both the branch at Siliguri.                                     This is in reference to my above Saving Account, I would like to inform you that this Account was open in the year 1993 in my name i.e. SHIV DAYAL SINGH. In the year 1995 after I get married, it has been converted into a joint account with my wife MUNNI DESHWAL. Last year in March 2014 we both visit the bank branch and submit our documents i.e. copies of ID and address proofs. Apart from that a SBI Insurance namely SBI Life - Saral Swadhan + has been taken by me in my name @5000/- annual premium, 2nd Premium has been debited from the said account on 31.03.2015. My Policy no. is. 1J00639960, original documents not received as the address has been not correct. I would like to draw your kind attention that we both lives in New Delhi, my mother had visited twice but Pass Book entry not being done. What is the reason I don’t know. As stated above I am having this account since 1993 more than 22 years period, you should treat us as a privilege customer not like this. It’s very shocking to see this type of behavior or act on the banks part, I hereby request you to kindly clarify the same otherwise as per the circumstances only one option is left for us that is whenever we visit our hometown we will close the said account and go for another bank for better service.                                       Some days prior to 19/04/2015, I received SMS requesting for instruction re renewal of the TD which was due to mature on 19/04/2015.I met the Branch official handling TD/STD matters before 19/04/2015 and pointed out that I did not hold a TD with Ac.No.[protected].This was dismissed by him as an error.I have now obtained the Interest Certificate for F/Y 2014-15(Customer No,[protected] on 21/04/2015 and find the following entry therein:-Ac.No.[protected];Ac.Description-TDR-Overdue-PUB IND-zero;Status-OP;Int.paid-0.00;Int.accrual-0.00.I may be informed why an unknown TDR ac.is being shown against my name and request for immediate rectification under intimation to me at my email address, namely, [protected]@gmail.com.My SB ac.with the concerned SBI Branch is [protected].

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        I booked my ticket on IRCTC using SBI net banking successfully, meanwhile I found one debit entry of Rs. 100.00 with narration "POS PRCH - POS[protected] Billdesk.com SBIPG". I don't remember any transaction I made using Billdesk except booking ticket on IRCTC.com

                                        I like to know what for this amount has been debited and who is beneficiary of the amount and how beneficiary able to debit my account
