Dear sir my self S. V. SREENATH. Ihave Deposited INR 1700(100*17=1700) cash deposited on 21.4.2015 at 6:35 pm in a/c no. [protected] at S.B.I Main branch Hindupur through C. D. M. but after the transaction the machine shows 'last transaction canceled' and mony did not come back, even reciept also not came out.However money was not deposited in my account till 23.04.2015. But iam very needful to the money. pls help me sir and resolve this problem. Sreenath SV

    I have a savings bank A/c. in SBI the no. is [protected]. I deposited a cheque at SBI, Mangaldeep, Siliguri Branch on 17/4/15 vide cheque no. is 024257 dt. 31/3/15 on Central Bank of India, Siliguri Branch. Today is 22/4/15 the time is 9.45p.m. but yet not clear the above mentioned cheque. Please note that the both the branch at Siliguri. Please look into this matter seriously because I am facing lot of financial problem. MANISH BISWAS

        This is in reference to my above Saving Account, I would like to inform you that this Account was open in the year 1993 in my name i.e. SHIV DAYAL SINGH. In the year 1995 after I get married, it has been converted into a joint account with my wife MUNNI DESHWAL. Last year in March 2014 we both visit the bank branch and submit our documents i.e. copies of ID and address proofs. Apart from that a SBI Insurance namely SBI Life - Saral Swadhan + has been taken by me in my name @5000/- annual premium, 2nd Premium has been debited from the said account on 31.03.2015. My Policy no. is. 1J00639960, original documents not received as the address has been not correct. I would like to draw your kind attention that we both lives in New Delhi, my mother had visited twice but Pass Book entry not being done. What is the reason I don’t know. As stated above I am having this account since 1993 more than 22 years period, you should treat us as a privilege customer not like this. It’s very shocking to see this type of behavior or act on the banks part, I hereby request you to kindly clarify the same otherwise as per the circumstances only one option is left for us that is whenever we visit our hometown we will close the said account and go for another bank for better service.           Some days prior to 19/04/2015, I received SMS requesting for instruction re renewal of the TD which was due to mature on 19/04/2015.I met the Branch official handling TD/STD matters before 19/04/2015 and pointed out that I did not hold a TD with Ac.No.[protected].This was dismissed by him as an error.I have now obtained the Interest Certificate for F/Y 2014-15(Customer No,[protected] on 21/04/2015 and find the following entry therein:-Ac.No.[protected];Ac.Description-TDR-Overdue-PUB IND-zero;Status-OP;Int.paid-0.00;Int.accrual-0.00.I may be informed why an unknown TDR ac.is being shown against my name and request for immediate rectification under intimation to me at my email address, namely, [protected]@gmail.com.My SB ac.with the concerned SBI Branch is [protected].

            Dear Sir,

            I booked my ticket on IRCTC using SBI net banking successfully, meanwhile I found one debit entry of Rs. 100.00 with narration "POS PRCH - POS[protected] Billdesk.com SBIPG". I don't remember any transaction I made using Billdesk except booking ticket on IRCTC.com

            I like to know what for this amount has been debited and who is beneficiary of the amount and how beneficiary able to debit my account

                SBI bank took 3 days to clear my cheque issued from Karnatka bank's SB account which caused my earlier issued cheque to get bounced for my car's EMI.                   Dear Sir/Madam, I was withdraw 5000 Rs.from SBI ATM on Dated 17/04/2015 near 8 pm to 8:30 pm. 4 notes was 1000 Rs. and 1 note of 500 and 5 notes of 100 rs. in which 1 note of 1000 rs.is duplicate. As per the Govt Order my persion scale has been revised from Rs 13, 500/- to Rs 15, 465 since 24 September 2012. But till date I am getting my pension on old scale i.e.13, 500/- pm.                             Date: 20 april 2015 Time b/w 11.00 to 11.30 am I approached the staff at Bellandur gate, Sarjapur at the counter no:5 who is issuing the SBI green remit card.I don't have an account at SBI, and want to transfer an amount of 6000/- from Bangalore to an account at Pune .First she told to get a copy of id proof and photograph which I did for SBI green remit card.When I approached her for the second time with application form, photo and id proof, she without looking the a/c details told that such a/c is not existing. SBI has very good reputation all over India but the behaviour of such staffs is disgusting.

                                    There is one fraud bank account in sbi bashita branch in the name of Ali Hasan who work for fraud company name shine vacancies services noida uttar pradesh who has cheated me for rs.183000/- twds job placement service. Out of rs.183000/-, i have deposited rs.34020/- in this bank account Dated04/03/2015 rs 14020 & dated 05/03/2015 rs 20000/-.

                                        SIR, I am State Bank of India Customer, I have my account in SBI, gandhinagar, Dharwad and my account number is [protected], I have applied for my Duplicate debit/atm card and i have received my debit/atm card one month ago. but, I havent till date received my ATM Pin from Bank. And when asked to the Bank Officials they do say that they have not received any atm pin letter from the authorities and most of time they rudely behave with us on this issue. So kindly help me on this issue and provide me my atm pin as early as possible.
