On 4th April, 2015, I ordered a cake to be delivered to Mr.Binoy Cyriac, IIT, Guwahati, Assam
The order was not carried out since they did not receive payment
I did the transaction through internet banking with SBI
An amount of Rs. 1075 was debited from my account with SBI, being the price of the item ordered.
The amount was credited to INB Pvt.Ltd No.[protected]
The amount is not seen credited back to my account, till date
Please ensure that my grievance is redressed

Updated by polackal In my complaint filed just now, I forgot to mention the name of the company. - It is TAJ FLORIST.
The payment gateway is INB Pvt.Ltd.
The date of transaction is 4th April2015 for an amount of Rs 1075, debited from my SBI account
On tracking, TAJ FLORIST reports that payment has not been received.
The amount of Rs.1075 has not yet been credited back
Please redress my grievance
