To The State Bank Of India I Mr.Soumen Adhikari i have an account in your bank, my account number is [protected] ruby park branch. I am facing a problem in my internet banking for a long time and the problem is that my mobile number is not registered in my internet banking.I complained to my home branch with the mobile number approval form but they didn't solve it.So i want to register my mobile number & the mobile number is [protected] in my internet banking.My internet banking id or sbi login id is soumen786.I have been to the branch several times but they are not ready to update my mobile number for internet banking.Please help me out.     Hi We are working with State bank of India Poranki Branch Manager and we are trying to reach her past 09/18/2014 and she is speaking rudely for changing the phone number in my account and not giving proper response to the customer. My fixed deposits were sitting in that bank and paying 34%.

      I am Ramesh From Ammapet Bhavani, Erode Dt, I am working in Chennai, I last my ATM card so i apply for new ATM card in my home branch SBI, i give you a request letter for two times in SBI-AMMA PET BRANCH but no proper response.. And i called to bank number asst manager talk to me finally he said after a week surely we will give u a new ATM, but until now am not received any response for the branch, 10 Months over now...am so upset with these responce from SBI employees..how many time we are called and explain our details.they are heard the problem and finally simply they said okay sir we will issue a new card really the worst Branch in Erode dt, i hope you action for this issue ...           Actually I have a account in SBI bank, and bank also provide a ATM facility after an age of 18 . Now in previous year I m 18 year old, and I request the bank to provide me the ATM facility, Bank provide me the ATM card via post after one week of KYC updation process. Now after one ad half month i did not get the ATM pin yet. Bank have a policy to give the ATM pin after 10 Days of providing the card, now bank do not give me the satisfactory Answere

            I forgot my online sbi banking username & password by mistake there why i can't use my onlinesbi banking services.               Kindly refer to the above mentioned complaint number. It pertains to the fact that my Loan Account has not been transferred from SBI Bangalore to SBI Pune, although necessary consent has been sent by the branch Manager in Pune. I did not receive any feedback for the mails sent as a follow-up in this regard. Furthermore the above mentioned complaint has been closed without a resolution, however I received an sms saying the issue has been resolved.

                Dear Sir, I have a saving accounts in SBI COEL ESTATE branch Nagpur. Few months back, Magnetic strip of my debit card was damaged and i have applied for a new debit card which was delivered to me. In my application to SBI it was clearly mentioned that the card was damaged and need to deactivate the same after getting a new card from bank. During handover of new card by official at Branch no one instructed that we have to call the customer care and deactivate the old card else there will be a maintenance charges. Now there was ATM charges deducted from my account 2 times, 1 for the old card which i have not used for past months from the day i got new card and maintenance change for the new card separately. After calling the Call Centre they are telling they cannot do anything and i have to check with branch as it there fault and after calling branch they are telling me to call at Call Centre number and nothing can be done at branch level.                     Dear Executive, I am having a bank account in your bank, Branch-Sector-55, Noida, U.P-201301 Branch Code-13484 The staff is your bank is not cooperative at all and they are very lazy kind of people. I have to deposit a cheque for SBI credit card payment and they did not accept the same. I wait for 2 hours for deposit the cheque, but they didn't accept the same and showing themselves the most busiest person of the universe and also behaving like that, they are having their time precious while the other person is free or don't have any other work so he comes to the bank. I complained the same to your branch manager but she also behaves in a same manner and did not solve my problem. So its a humble request to you, please trained your staff how to deal with the people and how to do their job in appropriate manner and in a stipulated time period.                         We have deposited a cheque bearing no. 277503 dated[protected] of citi bank n.A. Lucknow branch.

                        Deposited on dated[protected] in state bank of india nbri lucknow branch.

                        My account no. Is [protected] of state bank of india daliganj lucknow branch.

                        A female official of state bank of india nbri brach called me via phone[protected] on[protected] saturday, told me that we have to take back my cheque and deposited at my home branch and if we not take back my cheque then she hold my cheque at there branch and not sent further for clearance.

                        We just want to know that, is there any provisions or any instruction about that we have to deposit my cheque only on my home branch???
                        If not then why this nbri brach has not sent my cheque for clearance???

                              SIR, I am anantharam from vijayawada. We have a sbi [protected] account of my mother. i have register the mobile number [protected] for sms alerts. Every time depositing money we didn't get the sms alert message of my mother's account. This number is also register in my account [protected]. Money is deduct from my mother account for sms alerts but we don't get that one. So, could u plz verify and activate that service as early as possible.

                                Respected Sir, Myself is Bharani Kumar from Chennai, INDIA. I have applied home loan takeover from HDFC bank to SBI on first week of Jan-2015. I have submitted all my required documents along with application on first week of January 2015 to Mr.Sivashankar, employee of SBI home loan at his Ambattur office. I got a call from SBI home loan processing centre after one week and confirmed that they are processing the same. After that I didn't get any call from processing centre. Then i tried to reach Mr.Sivashankar through his mobile but unfortunately i couldn't reach him. I was keep on trieng his mobile to reach for more that 200 times but he didn't attend my call(though he gets my call in waiting list he never called me). Due to my busy schedule i went to Ambattur SBI office to meet his personally but he didn't responded me. He said you speak to manager for the status. Whe i approach his manager Mr.Arulananthan, he said that office verification report is negative. I didn't get any call during office address. Then on 7-Feb-2015, i submitted the HR letter by mentioning my clear office address to Mr.Arulanandhan. I waited for one week but i didn't get any reply from SBI then i went to Ambattur SBI office to meet Mr.Arulananthan, he said he is busy he will send the letter to Ayyappanthangal SBI branch for further process. I waited for one more week no response then i went to office and met Mr.Mahan(Senior Manager) he said he will take care. I waited for more than two weeks (twice in a week i met Mr.Arulananthan and Mr.Mahan) but no response. Then finally Arulananthan asked me to go and check with Ayyappanthangal SBI office, then i went twice to that office, they said they didn't receive any documents from Ambattur. Then i met the senior Branch manager and explained the situation he said he will speak to Ambattur branch manager and update the status. Again i went to Ayyappanthangal SBI branch to know the status he said not received the documents from Ambattur. Last visit to Ayyappanthangal SBI branch was on 14-Mar-2015. Note: I spent around 10, 000/- to process the home loan but till now there is no response at all from the bank. I sincerely request you to help me on this regards. On 9.01.2015 My father died, on that day I informed the concerned officer in this regard and he immediately Blocked his Account. Now I am the Nominee to my father's account as he entered my Name as Nominee it is in the Bank Branch record. Now I met the concerned officers in your Bank with My Father's Death Certificate, Varisu certificate, a month ago, with this met the concerned officer 3 to 4 times . But nothing materialised.. November'2014, December'2014 Pension amount Total around Rs.46000/- remain in my Father's account for the past four months, Now my family needed the amount for my Mother's Medical expenses. .
