    My parents were forcibly given credit card which they closes couple of months back with no payment due (fully settled). However, the hold on fixed deposit is still not removed. in spite of asking multiple times, they just ask to wait since last two months. I am here to register complaint and take your expert opinion on how to get this resolved as soon as possible as I need the fixed deposit money badly.

    I have requested for closing below mentioned credit card details and removal of lien fixed amount from SBM - MYSORE.however, the hold on fixed deposit is still not removed. in spite of asking multiple times, they just ask to wait since last two months. I am here to register complaint and take your expert opinion on how to get this resolved as soon as possible as I need the fixed deposit money badly.

Unfortunately i got my ATM Debit card back. so i went to my branch, and given a letter to unblock my Debit Card before 1 month. and i called them more than 15 times. but no use. Please take action on these.

          This is with the reference of my DDA application form no. 730500 where I was surrender the flat with my application to DDA before due date 19.12.2014 due to some financial problem and notify to you with surrender letter. As per you told me after 15 days when you had not refund the finance amount from DDA and told me, you may go now and confirm why amount was not refund after surrender then I was meeting with DDA Deputy Director and confirm him I was surrender the flat and this is my surrender letter but bank was not getting refund the finance amount 100000/- (One Lakh rupees) as of now and DDA officer told me you will go now to bank and told bank manager send a COUNTER FIOL to DDA then I will refund that amount and again I was intimate to you same thing whatever update from deputy director but you told me I am not sending that counter foil to DDA. You will pay that amount whenever it is possible but my question to you, DDA is ready to refund that initial amount why you are not sending counter foil. You already know that if I have one lakh rupees why I was financed that amount for applying DDA application. I already paid interest Rs. 3500/- for that initial financed amount. Why you are doing this type of issue with me. I have no money to deposit to bank as per financed with loan a/c [protected]. If I have one lakh rupees I was earlier closed the loan then I will do the surrender procedure. I was financed with you and you should be paid that amount to DDA. Why you are not taking that amount from DDA when as per DDA they need a COUNTER FOIL from my bank to process the payment of initial amount further to my bank (SBI) which will later close the Loan (Loan a/c [protected]). I need a reply ASAP from your side as per below mention questions: Why you are not sending the counter foil to DDA? Why you are still charging interest for the financed amount? Who will pay for that interest which is still charging now? Why you are putting hold my a/c [protected] and taking my entire amount under you? When you are removing the hold code and refund my amount in my a/c [protected]? Who is responsible for this issue? When you will close my loan a/c? Why you are doing this type of pressure with me? Request you to please look into this matter ASAP and provide a best resolution. Again I told you I have no money to deposit to bank. Please find attached the surrender letter again for reference.                   i had rs9000 in my sbi account no-[protected], on 12 feb 2015.after that i withdrawn rs5000 on 16 feb 2015 through yes bank atm in new delhi and remains rs4019 in my account.then on 18th feb they put rs5022 hold on my account.i was registered complaint against this hold in sbi toll free complaint no. they always told to contact to your homebranch.i went to my home branch 10 times.firstly they told me to deposit rs 5022 and when i told why you put my account on hold, they told only the region is wrong transaction.afterthat they told to deposited rs1100 to cancel the hold.i did the same they told me but afterward they cut my whole money rs 5000 from my account.dear sir i am a student, i went home two times for this matter from delhi to siwan, but still they cant resolve my problem.they are trying to cheat me and i am feeling to much hopeless.sbi customer service is too poor in my home branch ander, siwan, bihar.branch code-012561, account no-[protected]

                    on 2/4/15 at 1200 hrs FOR Urgently required money of my brother treatment as a blood cancer patient, i am giving an application for personal loan to my branch manager but without any check he refuse to me with very rough behaviour. My account is salary account and also PMSP account. for personal loan all codal formalities i had done like DDO signed, salary certificate, form 16, 6 month salary slip, but bank manager not checked my document he directly denied to my for loan with very rough behaviour. this type of negligence and irresponsible is punishable offence of govt. servant. in this regarding i had complaint lodge to SBI customer care on 2/4/15 VIDE NO. CS[protected] BUT without resolution, on 04/04/15 given sms that your complaint attend and closed with resolution. it is clear that State Bank of India executive very irresponsible as well as deficiency of service. i request to you resolved my complaint urgently basis with regards SAHADEB PARAMANIK BRANCH- M.T.P.S (06608) Mobile no.                           Sir, I, Shanti Prakash retiered form dehradun in railway department post electrician Grad 1 in 31 December 2013, and my pension were start in 1 Jan 2014 but there is some paper problem who is not start my pension and now my paper was also rectify but my pension is not recive till now, sbi dehradun said they recive the paper and now waiting to sbi delhi branch was delay for this matter, Sir please rectify the issue asap.

Whereas I wasdeposited my life certificate & all the necessary documentations to SBI Main Br.Katni.as on 07.10.2014, . 2 In this regard I called up to aforesaid Branch Manager, he told me, that my all the essential documents along with 9 other pension cases have been send to the SBI CPPC Cell govindpura Bhopal vide speed post receipt No EI[protected]in dt 20.11.2014.But only my pension is not reporting upto till date.(& other 9 pensions are receiving their pension regularly, whome pension cases have been send with same speed post packet) 3 In this regard I also called up to manager, SBI CPPc Cell govindpura Bhopal as on 7.02.2015 he told me that your pension case have not received by him up to till date.It means postal Speed Post packet No EI[protected]in dt 20.11.2014 were consisting only 9 other pension cases, & My pension case were not sended by SBI Main Br.Katni in this speed post packet. RSir How it is possible that SBI Main Branch Katni have dispatched 10 no of pension cases in a packet & send to SBI CPPC Cell, govindpura Bhopal vide speed post on 20.11.2014, But same speed post packet will delivered only 9 other pension cases to SBI CPPC Cell Bhopal, only my pension case is not Delivered to Bhopal SBI CPPC Cell. 4 In this connection, as per instruction by SBI Main Br Katni I am regulary reporting to them after 2nd16th of every Month.& requesting them, But my pension case have not solved up to till date. 5 Myself & My family is mentally disturbed due to this problem and my family is surviving since Aug 2014.without pension. In case of any Unfortunate seen, the SBI organization & Manager SBI Main Branch Katni will responsibe for the incident .                                   I HAVE PAID MY CREDIT CARD DUES THROUGH PAYNET ONLINE FOR AN AMOUNT RS.33, 176.13/- THROUGH SBI BANK. TRANSACTION REF NO. IS BSMP[protected] dtd 31.03.2015 time 15:08:48 I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED AN E-MAIL FROM PAYNET NOR THE SAME IS REFELECTED IN THE PAYMENT HISTORY. MOREOVER, THE AMOUNT HAS BEEN DEBITED FROM MY SAVING BANK A/C OF ICICI BANK AND THE ONLINE CONFIRMATION RECEIPT INDICATES “TRANSACTION FAILURE” WHEREAS ON SCREEN IT WAS DISPLAYED AS “SUCCESSFUL” IT IS REQUESTED TO PLEASE CLARIFY THE ABOVE ANAMOLY AND STREAM LINE THE SYSTEM SO AS TO AVOID CONFUSIONS/MISTRANSACTIONS IN FUTURE.
