    I hold savings account #[protected] in State Bank of India Market street branch. I have created virtual card for amount of 50000 and cancelled the card on same day i.e. on 5th March 2015 but till date amount has been marked as lien amount. I have raised tickets to technical support team and they said the amount has been released and marked as available but still it shown as lien amount. I have reached to Branch manager and he has been trying to get the amount marked as lien to available but still no luck. Could anyone help me in resolving the issue. Regards, Pradeep

            I dont think that posting the compliaints here on this forum works.Just giving it a try. I have deposited Rs. 15000/- from SBI branch located in Tamilnadu to the SBI branch in Karnataka. Just to deposit it has charged Rs.50/- as intercity charge. and to get Green remit card i paid Rs.20/- . In total, to deposit Rs.15000/- i have been charged Rs.70/-. By the depositing money, there was a huge queue in the bank as machine was not working from 3 days-a bank person told me. Dont you people think this is crazy? SBI is charging out of any limits. Who told them to replace paper work with ATM Deposit Machines? Indian Govt. is encouraging to save light energy by switching off lights when not in use. Why should we save light? should we save so as it is used used by ATM machines even when people dont use it. This system of depositing should be bought only when the Economic system is good in India. Think about middle class people. RBI is ruining the life of common people by squeezing money in all way. In my view, the ultimate solution is - dont have accounts in SBI close all the account if possible. You better open your account in other banks.

              1. I am a retired Army Officer. I have been a practising Advocate in the High Court of Karnataka since 1982. 2. I had issued a State Bank of India crossed cheque bearing No. 217632 on 05 February 2015 out of my SB Account No. [protected] maintained in the State Bank of India Branch in the ASC Centre (South), Bangalore- 560 007 (IFSC Code No. SBIN0004742). 2. I was informed by the payee that the said cheque, when presented, had been returned dishonoured by the Bank on[protected] on the ground shown in the Rejection Slip as: "1. FUNDS INSUFFICIENT" 3. On verification, I had found that my said cheque had been negligently dishonoured and rejected when I had had, in my account, in excess of Rs. 2, 00, 000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs) in credit on that date. 4. I pointed out the said fact in my letter dated 24 February 2015 addressed to the Manager of the said Branch, and had complained that I had stood severely embarrassed by the return of my said cheque dishonoured on such a humiliating, but patently false ground. I had sought an explanation as to why my said cheque had been negligently rejected in that manner for no lawful reason whatsoever. 5. I felt aggrieved that I had not received any response to my said complaint until 13 March 2015. I had therefore requested the authority concerned to take note of my said grievance, investigate the matter, pinpoint responsibility, and, intimate action taken against those found guilty of the said negligence, lest I should be compelled to take recourse to remedy in appropriate forum for the said undeserved insult heaped on me through the said act of callous negligence on the part of the staff concerned in the Bank. 6. My said complaint had been sent to the Bank's office in St Marks Road, Bangalore- 560 001 through 'acknowledgment due' Registered Post. The receipt of my complaint by the said office was duly acknowledged by the said office. 7. I regret to point out that no action has been taken so far on my said complain. I remain aggrieved without even so much as an intimation given to me about any action taken/proposed to be taken on my said complaint against those guilty of such culpable negligence. 8. Please take this as my final effort to move those concerned to urge prompt action on my said complaint in order to make amends for my said grievance. If I do not receive satisfactory and appropriate response within one week from date, I shall initiate action under law, as deemed necessary, for the said act of gross negligence and professional misconduct on the part of the staff of the Bank.                     I HIMANSU KUMAR DUTTA, told by the SBI CARD sales representative that the card is free of cost for CENTRAL GOVT. employee.When received a new card in JAN 15, an amount of RS.568 come with it.When communicated about the problem their representative told me to purchase an amount of RS.2000 and this card will be free.I made a purchase of RS.2700 but the bill again came.ON 10/03/2015 the sales executive told to me pay RS.191. and no amount will come in the next bill.I paid RS 192 on 12/03/2015. but the bill still came.I filed a complain on 16/03/2015, but no reply came.

                        Today I got a call from [protected] and they told that they are calling from RBI. They asked to verify the card number and sent a OTP password. The OTP password was received on my registered mobile number +919XXXXXX. We confirmed the OTP as well. After that they have deducted all my account balance and only INR 200 is left in account. I lost INR 12282.28. I called on this number [protected] again and they seems to making fun of situation. They said that they are calling from “C Bharat Nagar, Kurla. Mumbai”. The worry part is that they can see the whole account information. I suspect if they can harm again. I have already got my card blocked. Please look into this issue and if possible make necessary investigation.

Sir/Madam, I FAIL TO UNDERSTAND that SBI CARDS insists on making online payment TWO-THREE DAYS before the due date so that the online payment can get credited into your account. This IS A WRONG PRACTICE. SBI Cards customers can pay even until 2359 hrs on the due date and be considered as having fulfilled their obligation of making payment. Why should the customers be worried about the time frame in which the money gets transferred into YOUR ACCOUNT. None of MY business or the CUSTOMER'S BUSINESS. The customer should have a verifiable proof of having transacted due payment before the due date. Isn't that simple? WHEN I make online payments to VODAFONE or RELIANCE GROUP (Infra, Communications, Digital TV, etc), my payments are almost instantaneously credited to their accounts. THEY DON'T insist on making payments TWO DAYS or two months in advance to get credited. WHAT the HELL is this NONSENSENSE with SBI CARDS PLEASE??? IT SIMPLY MEANS SBI CARDS is following the backward culture of SBI. It needs to shape-up. Don't ask ME or the CUSTOMERS to shape-up or suffer. THAT we are patronising a chutiya organisation that is not organised is a far greater favour WE are doing the third-rate SBI GROUP. Please IMPROVE. Or shut down. Privatisation is always better than the impotent Government enterprise. Online payment and cheque payments are different na re be. Tank you how much? Tell tell! VENKATESH NAIDU

                            The website onlinesbi.com has gone completely erraneous.Whenever I put in the password and username, it says invalid.Only a month before the account was working with the same password and I HAVEN'T changed it.The error is there since 15/03/15.The customer care knows nothing and I am UNABLE to operate my account. I have done the forgot password procedure but the new password has not arrived at my address rather. If the bank can see this please checkyour site and servers for this BIG error. Also the same issue has been seen by many of my relatives and friends too, thus it is not a problem with only my account.

                                good morning.


                                i have applied for a replacement of my debit card as i was using
                                maestro card and was facing some issues, i have walked up to my branch
                                and have spoken to one of the executive there she suggested me to go
                                for a scholar debit card i agreed to her and have completed all the
                                formalities with the manager of the branch manager also asked to to
                                write down an application for the same i have done that too and
                                submitted the application to tha same lady who suggested me to go for
                                the scholar debit card after going to everyone in the brach as nobody
                                was ready to do the work as if they are just there to take there
                                salaries home without doing nothing.
                                anyways accordin to the information i was provided with the card was
                                supposed to be delivered at my doorstep within 7 working days but it
                                was not.
                                i tried following up with the sbi customer services after 15 days were
                                being passed they checked my account and informed me your docket
                                no EKO92264638IN. and iam trying to track but i cant. i can not walk
                                up to my home branch as
                                i&#039;m currently based in delhi and can not go to my home town frequently
                                as this affects my studies.
                                the cherry on the cake is that they have not delivered the new card
                                but they were fast enough to discontinue my previous card and i&#039;m not
                                being able to do any transaction now.
                                every time i need to perfom a transaction i have to walk up to the
                                branch where i get pathetic services which screw my head up and blow
                                my mind.

Sir i got three sms that debit os some money is from my account. These are the sms date and deduction of money. 1st dated-22 feb 2015 debited INDR 42 reson -EXCESS DR IN SB 2ND- DATED-8/2/15 debited INR 12 reson -EXCESS DR IN SB 3RD- debited INR 49 reson -ECS RET CHARGES And it is a funny thingh is that i have balance of rs 32128 in my account and there is any ECS running these days. i dont know why its happens to me only.                                     I'm Pradeep SP, holding SBI credit card. On 24th Nov 2014, I received a call, the caller claimed that he is calling from SBI Credit card division and said they were more than 4000 odd credit card reward points which got expired. Those will be converted to cash and credited back to Credit number, name, mobile number, expiry date. I doubted and asked them why are they providing such a service, they said its a one time offer from SBI card. Whenever, I asked any question, they kept the call on hold during which I could here the SBI waiting caller tune. They told me that in order to complete the transaction, they bank will send an OTP which need to be shared to them over the IVR. I shared the OTP over the IVR while on call. Once the call was disconnected, I received a message stating that an amount 4951/- has been transacted from my credit card on for AIRTEL MONEY Bill desk payment I was shocked & tried calling SBI card customer care immediately but I was made to wait on IVR for more than 20mintes. After 2 unsuccessful attempts, third time I could speak to customer care. I raised the concern over the transaction & requested to block as well as close the card. Reference number[protected]. I was informed that it will be taken care. I thought the issue will be taken care but later I received an SMS saying amount Rs.4951 is billed on my account. Not sure why there was no action taken on my first compliant! I called up customer again. Waited for 7minutes for the first time & 28minutes for the second time to discuss on this issue. Ref number[protected]. Then I was told that I should send dispute form to fix this issue. I sent the duly filled 'Dispute Form' but the response received was 'nothing can be done & I should make the payment'. This is not acceptable. I have been raising complaints in SBI cards department to reverse the transaction instead of harassing me for payment but I continue to receive calls for payment & nothing being done by SBI cards Please support Regards Pradeep

                                      On 18/3/15 I went to the home branch ATM to withdraw cash but after entering the details screen was disappeared. After some time i got the massage that 6000 debited from the account. but i did not recieved any cash from the ATM .                                         sir i forgot my password and i went to home branch and received new kit, , now i used to login into account .first i given user name and password and it asked conformation password now i am unable to ascess into my account, what should i do????
