Hi, This is to inform you that the server down issue is frequent with is branch and most of the time customers are made to wait. Even the staff here is very irresponsible and don't know the process well. Branch code 009712. State bank of india, panchet branch. east medinipur. West bengal.

    I was try to debit 1000 rs from corporation bank atm on 15/02/15 but am not found money then after some time am again go to karnataka bank atm on same day and debit 1000 rs its was sucessfully done.while on next day 16/02/15 am taking mini statement it was show me 1000 rs is debit in 15/01/15 and 1000 rs also debit in 16/02/15 while i was not taking any money in 16/02/15.       I HAVE S.B.ACCOUNT AT S.B.I., NELLORE, NOT COVERED UNDER NEW ATM WITHDRAWAL RESTRICTIONS. S.B PENSION.A/C. NO.[protected], IFSC SBIN0000887. I HAVEBEEN USING MY ATM.CARD AT HYDERABAD TEMPORIRILY. REGULAR MINI STATEMENTS DID NOT MENTION ANY DEDUCTION OF CHARGES. SURPRISINGLY ON 22.2.2015, I RECEIVED A MESSAGE TO MY MOBILE THAT RS.102/- IS DEBITED FOR ' EXCESS DR '., FOR WHAT REASON I CAN'T UNDERSTAND. PRESUMING IT TO BE FOR ATM, THESE CHARGES SHOULD NOT BE APPLIED TO THE ACCOUNT HOLDERS OF NO-NOTIFIED CITIES. WHAT IS THE EXACT REASON FOR THIS DEBIT ? NO PRIOR INTIMATION THOUGH MY MOBILE NUMBER IS REGISTERED FOR ALERTS. PLEASECREDIT BACK THE ILLEGAL DEBIT.

        Sir I want to know the details of my credit card current details my card details as Card no :[protected] Name :Hemant Goyal I was call on 21.02 2015 regarding sbi verification master card from Mr Gaurav Kumar from his number [protected] And fraudulent he misused my information and use my card and my card was debited of rs 8309 from my account... He said it was reward reversal... I Lodge complaint for the above issue So please help in that fraud... I was not able to pay amount... Thanks Hemant

          Account of smart creations. We were having a OD account in this branch. We had clean track record, except for a few check bounces issued by us, DUE TO CARELESSNESS of SBI staff. For our OD renewal, the senior manger was very rude and we decided to close our OD account 6 months back. We continue to do our plain current account banking, but OD account closed by us. We complained about senior manager concerned, but his attitude to run operations.. For last 5 months, we are trying to work with HDFC bank for OD, but HDfC bank is not clearing our OD as the SBI is NOT ISSUING NOC To HDFC BANK, on verifying with the SBI bank, it is been purposely stopped by senior official.. I am not looking forward to any special treatment, but negative treatment(I guess egoistic treatment) is not acceptable. I want my matter resolved. Please send the NOC to HDFC, alternatively please let me know, whom to contact.

            A form for fresh ATM against blocked one(tkt no[protected] was submitted on counter no2 of SBI/5362/ektanagarbareilly/up. Ref a/c no [protected]. Seeing delay in service call centre has been contacted. Call centre informed that there is no input on the site, so pl contact home banch. Even my a/c could not be viewed on line, however loan a/c could be viewed. Pl look into it.

              I have deposited Rs.5000/- on[protected] to my S.B A/c, SBI, Arya Samaja Road branch, Mangalore from SBI, Surathkal Branch, Mangalore Tq.But bank have charges Rs.50/- towards intercity charges. Please note that no such charges are mentioned in SBI website.

                sbi branch shashtri nagar 11857 not fuctional at present branch has only one person as staff from 10-15 days, no manager, clearing are not done, there is always kios in the branch, customer are being unattended, highly unproffesional on behalf of sbi, since long branch has not provided adequate staff.

[protected] of SBI Shakti Nagar branch ( Br. code- 030224) between[protected] to[protected] due to transaction failure through ATM withrawal at New Delhi.The amount Rs. 15000/- was received to my son saving account on dt.[protected] and Rs. 2000/- is still pending.This amount (Rs. 2000/-) is not received in my son saving account till date.Secondly the amount of Rs. 5000/- is showing in LIEN AMOUNT.The available balance is showing Rs.2315.25 in stead of Rs.9317.25.Hence it is requested to arrange to provide amount in my son saving account to Rs. 9317..25 in place of Rs.2315.25 at the earliest please.                     I have purchased ₹8000+/ worth samsung mob. Phone on 29/11/2014 from SNAPDEAL.COM through SBI DEBIT CARD Txn no.[protected] and pos no. 00002301 on dt.[protected] . There was 10% cash back offer with SBI debit/ATM card at that time. But till today on[protected] this amount has not been credited to my a/c [protected] NOIDA sector-19 (UP). kindly look into this and do the needful.                         To whomever its concerned, If you don't know then let me tell you All the SBI customers from Pune are just frustrated with this thing. We are unable to receive OTP on registered mobile no. SBI customer care is nothing but just pain. I have logged complaint one month ago and still its status in under process. This is just . The pathetic service of SBI. I recommend you all not to open any type of account in SBI from now onwards and pass it to further. I am closing the account and suggesting the same to everyone araound me. Thanks SBI for all your support.. Prasad

                          When i opened SB account with SBI, i was provided with ATM card, but however i was not told about the AMC charges etc, However there are few friends who have Debit cards & Credit cards, for them no charges have been debited Pls let me know the charges & in case if i want to surrender can i surrender and avoid such hidden charges which many of the banks are not charging . Please help

I DID THE SAME AND WAS ASKED TO PROVIDE WITH MCD LICENCE ON MY PHYSICAL VERIFICATION.I APPLIED FOR MCD LICENCE FOR 7400/- .MY PV WAS DONE BY MR. SONI FRM SBI KRKRDUMA ON 8TH OCT 2014.I SUBMITTED THE MCD LICENCE IN EARLY NOV TO MR. ABHIMANYU OF SBI AS WAS TOLD THAT CASE HAS BEEN TRANSFERRED TO MR. ABHIMANYU.HE SAID HE WILL DO PV AGAIN..THAT AGAIN WASTED LOT OF TIME..I WAS TOLD TO DEPOSIT MEDICAL FITNESS CERTIFICATE AND MY FATHERS SBI ID(MY FATHER IS RETIRED PENSIONER FRM SBI) ..I HAV DULY SUBMITTED MY DOCUMENTS AS I WAS ASKED TO SUBMIT MEDICAL AND FATHERS ID AND NOC WHICH ARE NOT MENTIONED TO SUBMIT IN PMEGP GUIDELINES. A LOT OF TIME HAS BEEN WASTED DONT KNOW WHY AND EVERYDAY GONE WITHOUT LOAN IS A NIGHTMARE FOR ME AS I AM SITTING IDLE AND WAITING FOR LOAN WHICH I APPLIED ON 1ST JAN 2014. I HAV ARRANGED 20000/- AS 10% FRM MY SIDE OF LOAN SINCE LAST ONE MONTH AS TOLD BY MR.                                 On the date 15 I went to Chandrasekharpur petrol pumb and fill Rs.200 petrol. I gave him my debit cart to swap. The man swapped and the card denied. He swap second time and the card again denied. Then I went to atm and the security told me there was no link of sbi today. If there was no link and swap machine denied the card, then why two times rs 200 deducted from my account??

                                  The SBI manager(Arasarkulam Branch Pudukkottai district) gave irresponsible statement.he didn't respond customers (especially rural area customers) and doesn't know the actual plans in the SBI Bank. e.g, Actually My card is blocked but he told me like 'You can close the account & open the new account', Is this correct solution?. The customer didn't received the ATM card means, he told customers like 'Apply new ATM card' is this correct solution?, i think we should ask customer care right?                                     Dear Sir, I am the customer of SBI, Ranaghat (00166) branch. My savings account no is [protected]. I had withdrawn Rs 500 from my SBI account on 19.01.2015 from Indian Overseas Bank ATM (Kashipur, Uttarakhand branch). Due to technical problem I get only Rs 100 but my account has been debited with Rs 500 against transaction ID[protected] & ATM ID - IOBD9292. My Debit card no - [protected]. After that I made call to ATM customer care on 21.01.2015 & lodge a complain. The complain no - AT[protected]. On 29.01.2015, they replied me that, "ATM bank has confirmed this transaction is successful". The matter is still pending. I did not get Rs 400 till now.                                       Dear Sir, I am maintaining a SB Account at SBI-GHUGUMALI Branch located in Siliguri.My account no.is-[protected].When ever I called in the branch for any services the bank officials do not respond properly. Today itself I called for knowing my above mentioned SB balance. The concerned official says he cannot say balance over the phone. I have forgotten my ATM card in Siliguri, hence as a customer of the bank I don't have any right to ask for my SB balance.The concerned official argues with me that he cannot say me the balance, but it is not possible to ask for any information which only Account holder can only provides.Then the bank official has no right to talk to the customer in such manner.Please take appropriate steps.                                         when i called to customer care of sbi then i got a very bad feedback from customer care and also the process of complaint against any undue deductions is very bad and long. its being intolerate about such inconvinience and there is no way to do complaint against bank.
