    My card no - [protected]

    I did a transaction on 1st October 2014 of Rs.3750 ( on the bill shown on 3rd October 2014). It showed failed/declined in the last process.
    I had attached the snapshot of the declined transaction. Also I had attached merchant copy whwere there were no records & shared with the company,

    I had raised the complaint request on 13th October, 2014.
    After constant follow ups, their team mailed me that they are giving me temporary credit limit of the declined amount.

    However they told me maximum time for closure of such disputes is 120 days from date of receipt of dispute form but now 120 days are already gone. The amount is still shown in my statement with all the interest applied to it.

    I am fed up now. Please help!!

      I have paid my utility bill on 19th August 2014. The payment was unsuccessful and the money was detucted from my account and money dint credited to my account back. I gave complaint to the sbi compliants bearing ticket no : OB[protected] But it says that it will be addressed as soon as possible.But till now my money dint credited in my account.

        Hi, I want to cancel my TATA SBI Credit Card, because the services of credit card is extremly poor. Response from the customer support is really very bad. Previously i was holding the card which having the validity until oct.2014 after that i received a new credit card. I have successfully activated and generated the pin for the card. But still my card is not working. I am trying to contact to customer care from last 1 week, but i was not able to contact. My card number is [protected]. Please tell me how to cancel this card.           My SBI SB Account no. is [protected] with SBI Mukundarayapuram branch (Code 07013). I have applied for a new VISA debit card and received the same on 19th of January. But till now I have not got my PIN number from bank. I visited several times but they are telling that it has not yet come. One month is already over after receiving card. I am facing a lot of difficulties without using ATM card. Hence I request the authorities to kindly look into my grievance and do the needful to receive my PIN number at the earliest.

                  sir i am Rohini having an a/c in the sbi account i Srivilliputtur, Tamilnadu a/c no [protected] when i tried to withdraw rs 500 from my a/c[protected] on 15th Feb around 05.00 pm from the Canara bank Atm near Avadi Railway station at the time atm machine shows invalid transaction so that i could not received any money . but when i checked the balance from the other atm the next day the balance was deducted from my a/c. sir, i am from my place so its .tough to give complaint in the Srivilliputtur branch so iam requesting you to take necessary action my mobile no .                       I have availed education loan from the SBI nagalapuram(4724) AP, in 2009. I have got notice from the head office Tirupati in november 2014 to repay the amount with in 60 days. I went and contacted my branch manager regarding this, to extend the time limit so that i can pay the amount, but the branch manager is not all listening to my words, so i wrote a letter and gave . After few days i got call from the Tirupati branch to repay the amount and i asked them, its not possible to pay the full amount so they asked us to pay sum of 47, 000. So we went to pay the amount in the branch, but our branch manger is not accepting the money, she is demanding me to pay full amount. but i payed the 50000 amount in the bank and came. But later she has issued the court notice, the thing is from tirupati branch they asked me to Rs. 50, 000, but why did they issue the court notice. But my branch is not all giving any explanation regarding this so please kindly help. Now what i should do with the court notice. I have to re pay Rs.3, 95, 000, in that i paid Rs.50, 000 as per the instruction received from the tirupati branch. I need some time so that i can repay in installments . please do the needful.

                          I have two housing loans from SBI one in Ahmedabad and the other in Bangalore, I have an SBI AC with a third branch i.e. not from where I took the loan. I have been asking for certificate from SBI and their response is to go to the respective branches and collect the same. Am I supposed to travel to Ahmedabad and Bangalore (since I have reloacted) to get a certificate. Please advise how can i get these certificates. Regards, Arun Prasad [protected]

                            Dear Sir / Madam, My name is Chandrashekar S from Hyderabad. I used my ATM card on Sunday 15-Feb-2015 to withdraw Rs. 5000 and received a message (printed receipt) stating that the transaction is not processed as the server seemed to have been down. Within no time I received an SMS and also when I checked my account on the net, I was shocked to see that the amount has been debited from my account. I have raised the complaint twice and even written to the AGM of SBI and they seem to be not only rude (as if it is their money) but also seem to be not really concerned about these kinds of issues. I have lodged a complaint where I have my account and yet the amount is not reverted/ credited to my account as yet. As a customer can I withdraw the amount 1. without having the correct balance 2. in any other way that is not legal I feel that this is a fraud/ illegal method that SBI is following and that too being a nationalized bank seems to give a feeling that no action can be taken against this bank, and that is how the bank officials talked when I tried to explain to them. On 15th Feb 2015, I.e; Sunday, I tried to withdraw some cash from different ATM's in different transactions. The messages received are given below. 1. Rs 500 withdrawn from A/c ...9364 on 150215 at CAN ATM 08881916. TXN # 5911. Available Balance Rs 7603.92. Time [3.31 pm]. 2. Rs 500 withdrawn from A/c ...9364 on 150215 at CAN ATM 08881916. TXN # 5912. Available Balance Rs 7081.92. Time [3.32 pm]. 3. Rs 500 withdrawn from A/c ...9364 on 150215 at COR ATM 20210069. TXN #[protected]. Available Balance Rs 6559.92. Time [3.36 pm]. 4. Rs 1000 withdrawn from A/c ...9364 on 150215 at COR ATM 20210069. TXN #[protected]. Available Balance Rs 5537.92. Time [3.38 pm]. Under all the transactions I did not receive any cash because the SBI Server was down at the moment. Kindly, help me with this issue.                                 My(SUJIT KABIRAJ) balance has been deducted from my account -[protected], when i was purchasing something from a shopping mall dated-15/02/2015, using my debit card.At the time of transaction it shows the transaction has been declined but balance has been deducted 2 times from my account, amount[580.4*2]=1160.8 INR.                                   I got my internet banking kit from my branch 10 days ago. But till now i am not able to login. It says "Invalid username and passowrd". And it also says "Enter valid account no. and branch name" whenever i try to lodge an online complaint in the "Trouble logging in" section..
                                  Plz activate my online banking account as soon as possible because i am working in a remote village in Andhra Pradesh the only way to access my sbi account quickly is through gprs, which i luckily manage to get there...

                                  it has been observed from last week that while using internet banking on onlinesbi, the bar is not showing green anymore and when it is clicked it shows the site is using outdated security settings that may prevent future version of chrome from being able to safely access it.

                                  so the site is not safe anymore and that may affect lot of sbi customers from being cheated by the internet hackers.

                                  it is requested to kindly do the needful.
                                  I have forgotten my sign on password for Net banking and hence submitted form at branch on 30/04/2015 for new password...they have given me a new kit and asked to activate after 24 hrs...I have tried it yesterday and today but of no use...it was displaying as invalid username or paspassword.

                                    We are fed up with sakchi branch sbi we have an current account with them since 5 years but since few months there services has detoriated like anything.No manager avaialble and even he is available he shifts job to service manager and service manager is so reckless he sends back to manager.No body takes responsiblity at branch and shifts work to other.local same bank cheque clearance takes hours just because the staff is busy chating around or busy on phone.Manager says "hum kya karein" wow such words from sbi manager.The branch returned d.d after 10 days of deposit saying cannot be accepted. Every other bank branch got ready to accept.Please help or else need to close account.We never had problem earlier but since this new manager things detoriated.We have account in name of dua honda- we are authrized honda dealer at jamshedpur.
