MY PMEGP LOAN WAS CLEARED IN SEPT2014 FOR WHICH I RECD. LETTER FRM BANK DATED 18-9-14 REF NO. M-484 TO CONTACT THE BRANCH WITH MENTIONED DOCUMENTS. I DID THE SAME AND WAS ASKED TO PROVIDE WITH MCD LICENCE ON MY PHYSICAL VERIFICATION.I APPLIED FOR MCD LICENCE FOR 7400/- .MY PV WAS DONE BY MR. SONI FRM SBI KRKRDUMA ON 8TH OCT 2014.I SUBMITTED THE MCD LICENCE IN EARLY NOV TO MR. ABHIMANYU OF SBI AS WAS TOLD THAT CASE HAS BEEN TRANSFERRED TO MR. ABHIMANYU.HE SAID HE WILL DO PV AGAIN..THAT AGAIN WASTED LOT OF TIME..I WAS TOLD TO DEPOSIT MEDICAL FITNESS CERTIFICATE AND MY FATHERS SBI ID(MY FATHER IS RETIRED PENSIONER FRM SBI) ..I HAV DULY SUBMITTED MY DOCUMENTS AS I WAS ASKED TO SUBMIT MEDICAL AND FATHERS ID AND NOC WHICH ARE NOT MENTIONED TO SUBMIT IN PMEGP GUIDELINES. A LOT OF TIME HAS BEEN WASTED DONT KNOW WHY AND EVERYDAY GONE WITHOUT LOAN IS A NIGHTMARE FOR ME AS I AM SITTING IDLE AND WAITING FOR LOAN WHICH I APPLIED ON 1ST JAN 2014. I HAV ARRANGED 20000/- AS 10% FRM MY SIDE OF LOAN SINCE LAST ONE MONTH AS TOLD BY MR. ABHIMANYU FOR WHICH I AM PAYING INTREST FRM MY POCKET AND ALSO I SPEND 7400/- ON MCD LICENCE WHICH I HAVE TO PAY BACK.SIR ITS NOT A BIG LOAN ALSO I HAVE PRESIDENT OF INDIA'S APPROVAL LETTER AND PMEGP APPROVAL .MY PARENTS ARE GOVT. PENSIONER AND I CAN PAY MY EMI'S EASILY ONCE I START MY PROJECT. I REQUEST THE AUTHORITIES TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND TAKE NECESSARY ACTION AND GRANT ME MY LOAN OF 2 LAKHS.     Dear sir I have not received PIN in my home branch sbi navyug market ghaziabad, u.p. till to date i.e on 20 Feb 2015 in view of the above it is requested please issue the pin as Early as possible. even though more then 15 days have been over

      On the date 15 I went to Chandrasekharpur petrol pumb and fill Rs.200 petrol. I gave him my debit cart to swap. The man swapped and the card denied. He swap second time and the card again denied. Then I went to atm and the security told me there was no link of sbi today. If there was no link and swap machine denied the card, then why two times rs 200 deducted from my account??

        The SBI manager(Arasarkulam Branch Pudukkottai district) gave irresponsible statement.he didn't respond customers (especially rural area customers) and doesn't know the actual plans in the SBI Bank. e.g, Actually My card is blocked but he told me like 'You can close the account & open the new account', Is this correct solution?. The customer didn't received the ATM card means, he told customers like 'Apply new ATM card' is this correct solution?, i think we should ask customer care right?           Dear Sir, I am the customer of SBI, Ranaghat (00166) branch. My savings account no is [protected]. I had withdrawn Rs 500 from my SBI account on 19.01.2015 from Indian Overseas Bank ATM (Kashipur, Uttarakhand branch). Due to technical problem I get only Rs 100 but my account has been debited with Rs 500 against transaction ID[protected] & ATM ID - IOBD9292. My Debit card no - [protected]. After that I made call to ATM customer care on 21.01.2015 & lodge a complain. The complain no - AT[protected]. On 29.01.2015, they replied me that, "ATM bank has confirmed this transaction is successful". The matter is still pending. I did not get Rs 400 till now.             Dear Sir, I am maintaining a SB Account at SBI-GHUGUMALI Branch located in Siliguri.My account no.is-[protected].When ever I called in the branch for any services the bank officials do not respond properly. Today itself I called for knowing my above mentioned SB balance. The concerned official says he cannot say balance over the phone. I have forgotten my ATM card in Siliguri, hence as a customer of the bank I don't have any right to ask for my SB balance.The concerned official argues with me that he cannot say me the balance, but it is not possible to ask for any information which only Account holder can only provides.Then the bank official has no right to talk to the customer in such manner.Please take appropriate steps.               when i called to customer care of sbi then i got a very bad feedback from customer care and also the process of complaint against any undue deductions is very bad and long. its being intolerate about such inconvinience and there is no way to do complaint against bank.

                  This matter is in connection with my application dated 09 Jan 2015 for issue of new ATM card as my old card stopped working .Accordingly I have received classic debit card no [protected] and [protected] on 27 Jan 2015 issued by your good office. Dear sir I have not received PIN in my home branch 01629 khadki Pune till to date i.e on19 Feb 2015 in view of the above it is requested please issue the pin as Early as possible. even though more then twenty days have been over

                    Dear Sir / Madam,

                    I have SBI Credit Card, I received a call from this Mob no.([protected] / [protected] ) from Master and Visa Verification Department at MONARCH_EPAYKerela on 18-Feb-2015. He (executive) told me that SBI Bank will Issue a new master Discount Card on behalf of my existing Credit card. So first Bank Debit the charge of Rs.-8304 (Same is already been debited) but Your bonus point is 8000 that the same amount will be credited in your account before generating your bill. But still I can't received . So I Can't Liable to Pay this amount. So please Solve My Problem and Save me from This Fraud.

                    As soon as possible I will put in media too.

                      i should have 4082 in my account but its showing -0 rs in it and 4000 in lien amount.. so plz let me know how to get back my amount?

Then he asked me for the details of the card which I gave random numbers.. The he hold my pin has been rest.. My mobile number is [protected] and name is Anup Bhandary. I am from Bangalore

                            My card no - [protected]

                            I did a transaction on 1st October 2014 of Rs.3750 ( on the bill shown on 3rd October 2014). It showed failed/declined in the last process.
                            I had attached the snapshot of the declined transaction. Also I had attached merchant copy whwere there were no records & shared with the company,

                            I had raised the complaint request on 13th October, 2014.
                            After constant follow ups, their team mailed me that they are giving me temporary credit limit of the declined amount.

                            However they told me maximum time for closure of such disputes is 120 days from date of receipt of dispute form but now 120 days are already gone. The amount is still shown in my statement with all the interest applied to it.

                            I am fed up now. Please help!!

                              I have paid my utility bill on 19th August 2014. The payment was unsuccessful and the money was detucted from my account and money dint credited to my account back. I gave complaint to the sbi compliants bearing ticket no : OB[protected] But it says that it will be addressed as soon as possible.But till now my money dint credited in my account.

                                Hi, I want to cancel my TATA SBI Credit Card, because the services of credit card is extremly poor. Response from the customer support is really very bad. Previously i was holding the card which having the validity until oct.2014 after that i received a new credit card. I have successfully activated and generated the pin for the card. But still my card is not working. I am trying to contact to customer care from last 1 week, but i was not able to contact. My card number is [protected]. Please tell me how to cancel this card.                                   My SBI SB Account no. is [protected] with SBI Mukundarayapuram branch (Code 07013). I have applied for a new VISA debit card and received the same on 19th of January. But till now I have not got my PIN number from bank. I visited several times but they are telling that it has not yet come. One month is already over after receiving card. I am facing a lot of difficulties without using ATM card. Hence I request the authorities to kindly look into my grievance and do the needful to receive my PIN number at the earliest.
