Dear Sir,
I am the customer of SBI, Ranaghat (00166) branch. My savings account no is [protected]. I had withdrawn Rs 500 from my SBI account on 19.01.2015 from Indian Overseas Bank ATM (Kashipur, Uttarakhand branch). Due to technical problem I get only Rs 100 but my account has been debited with Rs 500 against transaction ID[protected] & ATM ID - IOBD9292. My Debit card no - [protected].
After that I made call to ATM customer care on 21.01.2015 & lodge a complain. The complain no - AT[protected].
On 29.01.2015, they replied me that, "ATM bank has confirmed this transaction is successful".
The matter is still pending. I did not get Rs 400 till now.
In this regards, may I request to you kindly solve the matter & credited Rs 400 on my SBI account as soon as possible
