State Bank of India [SBI] Complaints & Reviews

I was offered a SBI credit card 5 years back. I was not using that card as their payment methods were inconvenient. Even then I was charged anual fees, I kept on paying anual outstanding every year. I tried canceling the CARD several times but cutsomer care always use to reject my card number. There was no one who could address my concern. Now the card is expired but still receiving statement with annual fees for this year. When I tried to pay the amount, I could not do it as my card was expired. I recived 1 more sms few months back saying new card will be issued and will be dispatched. I did not recieve any new card, I dont want that as well. Please help me in cancelling my CARD and help me overcome from this scam.

Dear, i m vaishali rathore from sehore i have an SBI account in neemuch and i just try to withdrawal 10000 Rs. but the server have problem then money is not getting by me but after the tranjection i knew the 10000 Rs. Deducted from my account... plz sir help me how can i get my 10000 RS...

I am a customer of SBI Jiaganj branch, west Bengal. SBI is not cooperative with its customers. For a little reason they harrashed customers such as on 14/2/15 they kept me on wait for more than 3 hours. Why should we harrashed ??? Is there no value for our time?

Hi I am Thanigaivel (working for Private sector) having SBI credit card number xxxxxx, which is SBI, credit card using since last 3 years. I received my card statement on 11.02.2015 and came to know that has been charged the following charges: Transactions for the account: 11/02/2015 TOTAL GST DEBIT FOR CURRENT STMT 105.55 Dr. 11/02/2015 FIN CHARGE ON CASH (EXCL GST 16.59) 134.24 Dr. 11/02/2015 FIN CHARGE ON RETAIL (EXCL GST 28.97) 234.42 Dr. I am not happy with the above charges.same thing happened last two months.Like me lot of other fellows(freinds) got the same issue, its nit yet resolved. i paid 7000/- for a tkt to Spicejet on 24 Jan. SBI didn't pay them. i had to take the tkt next day by 14000/-. i paid 572/- by my debit card to Reliance Retail...SBI didn't pay. I had to pay in cash. their complaint registration format is nonsensical.

I have made three times requst for transfer of my PPF account No. [protected] which is mapped to my Saving A/C No. [protected] from SBI Digboi Branch to Beltola Branch. When my Saving A/c is transferred my PPF account was not transferred along with it.So, I wrote letter to transferred my PPF account as my transaction account has already been transferred. However, "no valid solution was given", and now my PPF account was not mapped since one month. After making online complain on the SBI website... i was responded "omplaint Status/Resolution : SB account could not be trasferred due to unavoidable reasons. Please contact branch for details at telephone number.[protected] " same sms always received, but no solutions. Please do the needful.

I had booked rail ticket from IRCTC worth rs. 712 on[protected] from my SBI debit card from saving account no. [protected].Rs. 712 deducted from account, But the ticket was not booked. The IRCTC txn no is[protected]. Date[protected]. The refund of rs. 712 is requested.
