    I, Mrs Santwana Sen, have a SBI Savings Bank Account No. [protected] with the Uttarpara Branch, Hooghly, West Bengal, jointly with my son Gourab Sen. I have also an ATM Card No.[protected] with the Account. On 06/02/2015 my ATM Card have been lost (General Diary have been made to the police) and Rs 33100/- have been fraudulently withdrawn from my account in consecutive five attempts through my ATM card from the ATM (first four from INB ATM S1AS0431 with Txn#8085, 8086, 8087, 8090 and last one from SBG ATM S[protected] Sreerampore with Txn#0314) between 5:33 to 5:41 PM on 06/02/2015 before I lock my ATM Card in the system. I also rushed to the branch and with the help of the officer, then present, able to hold the rest of the balance in my account so that no further withdrawal is possible from the account with the ATM Card. Now I request you to cancel my old ATM Card and issue a fresh ATM card in the account. You are also requested to open the account so that I can operate my account. I also request you to try through your channel (CCTV footage of ATMs) so that the culprit can be traced and I can get my money back. Expecting your co-operation.         Hi, Please be informed, that I have received a call from SBI credit card services (by name Kamini), offering me services and explained about benefits of IRCTC Platinum credit card @ 14:50 PM on 09-Feb-2015 to my mobile number _91-[protected]. Upon listening to benefits I confirmed her that I'm not interested as I have to pay Es:300 annual free. As i'm not accepting SBI credit card she used unparlimentary language towards me and cut thr call. Request you to consider this as high priority and take severe action accordingly. Thank you.             i was withdrawn Rs 400 from my account (a/c no [protected]) in Oriental Bank Of Comers ATM located at Mitrivanam center atm no 070215 transaction no[protected].But atm is not working because of that my transaction is over but amount not received .So please consider my request and credit amount to my account my contact no [protected].

              Dear Sir, I have submitted a cheque of ICICI bank of amt. Rs. 257193/- on 29.01.15 to my car loan account no. [protected]. But till today i.e. 7.2.15 it has not been credited. When I contacted SBI, Viman Nagar branch regarding the same they are not giving any proper expalanation. They are vaguely telling it should have been credited by now and we are not able to track it, etc, etc. They never respond to phone calls. Car loan section is being dealt by Ms. Angelina and Bank is managed by Ms. [censored]akshi.

                  I have made request on 12th Dec 2014 for re-pin of ATM.As I contacted to Customer Care, they told that it is dispatched on 1st Jan 2015.But still it is not available in home branch.Rs.51 has been deducted from my account for re-pin service.So please help me. Thank you

                    It is submitted that I have been granted Personal loan of Rs. 3, 50, 000/- (Three Lakhs fifty thousands) on 04.06.2011 and installment of Rs. 9700/- (nine thousand seven hundred) has been recovering from my account no. [protected] since 02.07.2011. Now I have been transferred from Rangia to Bhopal (MP). Hence I requested two times for statement of my Loan account/closure amount of my loan to SBI Rangia branch to e-mail-sbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in on dated.05.12.2014 & 19.01.215 as I am transferred from that place. But not any reply has yet been received. I also enable to visit Rangia Branch as the place is far away from my posting place as well as my native village. The same number was entered in my internet banking account and now i have to change that number. I know for every transactions a security password msg will be forwarded to that number, but i am not possessing that number.                           I was going to withdraw money from ATM at Bhagyalaxmi Shopping, Samta Road, Subhanpura, Vadodara-390023. I was give command to withdraw Rs. 1500/- from AT ATM machine (ATM id= FFBT[protected] but due to insufficient balance in ATM machine there was only Rs.1000/- came and in my saving account number [protected] Rs.1500/- was deducted. There is excess of Rs.500/- deducted in my saving account number. Please deposit Rs.500/- in my saving account number [protected] as early as possible.                                       Sir yesterday I give a complaint . But today I withdraw my complaint .because today I go to another ATM and take ministatement it showes my all transections is correct . yesterday I take ministatement from IOB atm .it showes there is 0 balence . so I give a complaint . today in Sbh atm I take ministatement It is correct. so please cancel my complaint

Dear sir, Today evening i went to withdraw some cash from SBI ATM Car Street Mangalore, I just went inside and just saw the board "ATM IS OUT OF SERVICE". i just asked the security gard "ATM is not working..?" He told "Cant you see the board" I Just told "you are sitting no so asked" and i came out. after that he came out and told "Need to dance..?, Where ere you from..? " and many more things. also used some bad words which i cant write here. I just came back. Please take some action. Tell him to behave like human being...
