      The bank has instructed me for Aadhar card online registration When I was visited to bank, as per the bank instructed I had tried twice to register my aadhar card on sbi online bank account but its not linked. But today I withdraw my complaint .because today I go to another ATM and take ministatement it showes my all transections is correct . yesterday I take ministatement from IOB atm .it showes there is 0 balence . so I give a complaint . today in Sbh atm I take ministatement It is correct. so please cancel my complaint

Dear sir, Today evening i went to withdraw some cash from SBI ATM Car Street Mangalore, I just went inside and just saw the board "ATM IS OUT OF SERVICE". i just asked the security gard "ATM is not working..?" He told "Cant you see the board" I Just told "you are sitting no so asked" and i came out. after that he came out and told "Need to dance..?, Where ere you from..? " and many more things. also used some bad words which i cant write here. I just came back. Please take some action. Tell him to behave like human being...                   Hi, On 17 november, 2014, i was submitted two forms of my children for open an account, I was waiting for last 3 months to open an account, on 02/02/2015, i visited to the bank again and they told me u r form is lossed by me, how can they do these. another thing is that my husband submitted his form last months, they always told, pls come after 8 days, 9 days . but nobody is replying. All that happened in SBI ( Gateway of India) Branch.

                    कई बार आया अपना Account खोलवाने की कोशिश किया But no progress till today. Either bank manager absent or form is not available. I filled online form for account opening, then staff of bagaha bazar told me rudely that manager will not come, get out from here. Please do something.

                      i have savings account number [protected] at SBI, Baruipur branch (001490) which is linked with a BSNL LANDLINE bill payment through ECS.I applied to stop this ECS from my account with immediate effect on 26.11.2014 enclosing with the RBI rulings regarding ECS discontinuation at customer's wish.

                      my branch failed to deactivate this service and asked me to provide 7 digit beneficiary code of BSNL for ECS transaction at SBI in KOLKATA.I also provided that code with great difficulty and they informed me over phone that ECS had been stopped.but to my utter surprize at the end of jan 2015 there was regular ECS debit crom my account.On asking about the fact they said they had no clue about it and said they need further tech assisstance from SBI HELP DESK.thus for 3 consecutive months even after my application there was more than RS 2500/- debited my account.
                      How to tackle this lack of service with subsequent financial loss from my branch?

                        Dear Sir/Madam,
                        I have a Max gain home loan with SBI and the corresponding O/D Acc: [protected] in ITPL campus (Bangalore Branch). This loan is there since 1 year.
                        I was forced to buy some insurances from the field executive during the application process for which I intimated them that I already have insurance and I'm not in a position to go for additional ones. After one year, without my consent and without giving my intimation, a sum of 26292/- has been deducted from my account.
                        I kindly request you to please do the needful and help me in this situation. I'm really clueless about to whom I can talk to. When I approached the RACPC, Whitefield branch they are not addressing my concerns. This money I was holding it to pay my daughter's school fees and I was in a state of shock when the money has suddenly disappeared from account in addition to the regular EMIs.
                        Once I again I humbly request the concerned authorities to please take necessary action and do the needful.

Despite of giving all property papers along with registration paper on 9th Jan 2015 they are yet to approve the loan.                             Hi, I am Deepak Tundwal, I have applied for 60L home loan from SBI (Ghatkopar Branch, Mumbai). I had detailed discussion with both sales manager (shilpa.[protected]@sbi.co.in) and (bhavna.[protected]@sbi.co.in) before applying the loan that what's are the documents required from my side and how much time & fee it'll going to take for processing of my home loan application.

                            Now, Despite of giving all property papers which they asked for initially on 9th Jan 2015 they are yet to approve the loan. Every time I called them for my home loan application status, they ask for some new document. They are not even bother to call/mail about the status of home loan application.

                            I dont think this is the problem with SBI process but i strong believe this delay is due to individuals who are working on Ghatkopar branch and unfortunately processing my home loan application (Shilpa Gaikwad & Bhavna Parekh)

                              Unfortunate purpose of this letter is to complain about the rude and irresponsible treatment I received while patronizing of SBI, Haripal. On date 24.01.2015 I went to your bank (Branch-Khanar Chandi) and for asked for the application form to open a new account in the Bank. I have also taken my all Document which are necessary for customer to submitted in Bank for Identity and Residential Proof such as Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Ration Card etc. As per the Bank Guidelines I have all documents, but the Staff of the branch told me that they cannot open my account and I have to move to another Branch-Gopi Nagar without giving me satisfactory reason behind their refusal. Afterwards, they gave me a form that also on making a lot of request where they wrote a dead line of submitting the Form till 30.01.2015. The most interesting part of all the happening was that the Manager of the Bank is giving this dead Line Form to me. Please inform me is there any Dead line of submitting Application Form for opening new Account as well as also state why I was not allowed earlier to open an account in the Branch of Khanar Chandi. Although, I was having all my documents with me. I Also request you to look into the matter and take some necessary action for the misbehaviour of Bank Staff with me so that in future it will not repeat itself.

                                hi myself TARAK SHASTRI and I was a regular user of SBI credit card No.[protected] for making payments. Before a year or so they started adding Fin charges to my bill which i didnt pay and complaint to the Nodal officer through e-mail, to which he assured us to look into the matter.He then said that those charges will be redeemed and we should pay the due amount.but the problem o[censored]ndue charges remained and the undue amount went higher every month. We many a times complained but no proper answer ever came.Now they are not even replying through emails. From their branches also we are not getting any help.so please help us. And if possible also give us the required numbers and addresses where we can take help for the above mentioned matter.

                                  Super Senior citizen of Rly pensioner age 90 Years). So, I have given the seven Passbook to the cash counter, then your staff Mr. Malikhan Balmiki thrown my Passbook and instructed me to go and complain the manager loudly. This type of behavior is 2nd time with me. This fellow is regularly doing rough behave withthe customers.

                                    Hi I am not saying Sbi bank is bad its very good but in chabhal kalan sbi bank customer service very bad even manager also worse than staff he is not able to help at all. Day before (30/01/15) my father trying to get bank account statement and he wait around 3 hour and after he spoke with manager he said we cannot provide today.My father request him and he said Internet not working he is big liar.than after my father get bit upset and he told to manager he will close our account if he cannot get customer service than manager told him go ahead close your account and go. Its very rude wording.We will close our account and all money will transfer to Pnb bank and every month am send around 1 to 2 lakh from overseas into bank. At the moment i don't have manager name but i will find out and let you know .Please my advice is improve your customer service or take action against the manager otherwise many customer will leave you due to manager behaviour Its my email address [protected]@yahoo.com Thanks

                                        Sir yesterday i file a complint for change my internet mobile number with my internet banking. But today i got call from [protected] ask 16 digit card number but i ignor it and again call me that i have required this details for update your mobile number but i ignor again in fisrt complaint i writedowm my account number so he know. I cut phone and try this number on another phone than calltone sbi card welcome you as a customer care number after 10 minuite my amount is debit from account. I ask u that who can do that and u r resposible for that cz i complaint on sbi cutomer service. Please credit my amount in my account otherwise i will do action against you for this act
