    i was booking a railway ticket on 10/02/2015, when proceeded to pay from my SBI debit card, payment was deducted from it but ticket not booked .It happened twice and shows internal error of SBI account. Next day I went to SBI ATM and found that two times RS--482.49 was deducted from (ACC-[protected]).and it was showing POS-PRCH. So my point is please check and look into my problem and refund me the desired amount (RS-964.98). THANK YOU.

      R/s Bank (SBI Main Branch St.No -4 Abohar(Fazilka) not clearing my cheque saying your Autherised officer Signature are not Scaned in our system altho I personally give the bank hard copy of specimen signature many time latest[protected] but yesterday when I submet my Cheque (thired time) cheque no 911568 dated 12-01-15 counter refused my cheque saying same that "signature not scaned in system" sir my school is far 32 KM from bank And i have grate truble to reach bank to leave the school daily So please sort out my problem. thanks.

          R/s I have submeted my office autherised officer specimene signature copy in respected branch Two Time last Dated[protected] But banks not scane it and refused my chque three time due to signature not scaned in our system. sir i personally met the conserned person for scane the signature & submeted copy of specimene signature to the branch but they not response.

            Sir, this is about two fraud transactions from my sbi account (A/c no.- [protected]) through atm dated 3 feb. 2015 (Tx no.-5796) and on 7 feb. 2015 (Tx no.-6425). Please check and show me the video footage of atm at dehradun where these transcations were made.

            I tried to lodge the complaint on the official website of state bank of india but all failed due to poor response from their website.

                My Fathers SBI account has fraudulent transactions of worth 24000/- Rs. They called him saying they are from RBI bank and told him first 12 numbers of his debit card number. And further enquired about the other details saying banks system is being updated.                   From Neena Merina Asst Professor of Commerce Govt Arts and Science College Kondotty Ph: [protected] To The Manager SBI Sub: Error in disbursement of cash through ATM Sir, I took a Mini Statement of my account no.[protected] on 11 Feb 15 at 12:08 Hrs from Kondotty Brach ATM and it showed a Balance of Rs.12, 957.64. I withdrew Rs.5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) from the same ATM at 12:09 Hrs. The amount got deducted and and SMS alert also came on my mobile no. But only Rs.4, 000/- (Rupees Four thousand only) was disbursed to me in denomination of 1000. The amount was disbursed in a folded condition which shows there is some technical mistake of ATM. Remaining Rs.1, 000/- was not disbursed. Present balance is 7, 957.64/-. Hence, the full amount of Rs.5000/- has been deducted. I tried to withdraw again, but the the message “Cash is not available for disbursement” was displayed. Other customers who tried to withdraw the money were displayed with the same message. Hence, it shows that the money is blocked in the ATM. On contacting the Kondotty Branch Manager, he informed me that the ATM is run by a private agency and the complaint has to be put forward through my branch where I have my account. I have my account at Kalvathy branch, Fort Kochi. Kindly do the needful to get my amount of Rs.1000/- debited back to my account.

Today I visit my branch manager cabin to take his attested on my pass book Xerox copy he told me first you make a voucher of 180 RS. After that I sign on the copy but one week ago when I visit the bank regarding the same issue he does not told me that kind of rule's.                         due to wrong commitment from your executive I am not going to pay in balance amount. As per your executive my card is all time free card if I will purchase more than 20000/- in finical year. but I found your company added 560 last few year why?. instead my credit limit is only 45000/ in a year. Where is my last few year reword point only showing 600 point may I know where all point gone. I will put a case in consumer forum against your bank for wrong commitment with me. I want my return all charges those your company wrongly added for my card and also I want my all reword point. If not possible I will close my credit card and never use and put a case in consumer forum and not paid any balance until consumer forum result. card no 4377 **** **** 9168 Same mail i have forwarded to SBI credit card department but they have closed my complain with informing me and with solving.                           dear sir my atm card not recived yet it was deliverd on 5-1-2015.my previous account was in sbi kusmunda collary, korba chhatisgarh branch. now i transfered to my account in sbi branch ramgarh disst.jaisalmer.state rajasthan i lost my atm i complaint for it.my new atm card deliverd my old adress at kusmunda .but it get return to again at manipal H.q. i did not get it yet now. i submitted document for change my adress at sbi ramgarh branch . my atm pin reached sbi ramgarh jaisalmer branch but atm card deliverd to my old address.my atm card speed post delivery no. is EX[protected]IN .i tracked it by india post .now my atm card delivery no. status is showing at manipal.h.q.on[protected].so please send me my new atm card at my new address. at ramgarh, jaisalmer rajasthan..

                              Dear Sir, On 13/12/2014, I received a message " Your SBI RUPAYDOMDEBITCARD ATM Card Despatched to Branch/LCPC by Speedpost NO.EQ[protected]IN. Please contact your branch for PIN." I tracked the item through online speedpost tracking system by using the consignment no. It shows that Item delivered (to SBI LCPC 22kg) on 15/12/2014. But unfortunately till today I have not received the ATM Card. Please Help.

                              I AM BARUN KUMAR. I HAVE APPLIED FOR ATM CARD ON 13/03/2015 BUT TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED. MY CUSTOMER COMPLAIN NO. IS CS[protected]. PL. DO NEEDFUL.
                              New ATM card not received even after 10 days passed. While I have told, will get within 7days after application submission.Facing money withdrawal problem, since My old ATM card blocked.

THen i enquired about my ATM they told me we don't know ask your postman . Then i asked to our postman he told me that your ATM card has been returend back because of insufficient address Then i went to branch to check my address and it was correct then they told me to re- apply . After re apllying i waited for around 1.5 month but i did not get it. Again i went to offic they again told me we don' t know ask your postman and postman told due to insufficiet address your ATM has been returned back. I have made many complaints on your custmer care centre but still i did not got my ATM. I am really disappointed with your services .Now 7 months have been passed and still i don't have ATM .I am a student i really need SBI ATM thats why i opened my account but it was my biggest mistake to trust on your bank

                                    I, Mrs Santwana Sen, have a SBI Savings Bank Account No. [protected] with the Uttarpara Branch, Hooghly, West Bengal, jointly with my son Gourab Sen. I have also an ATM Card No.[protected] with the Account. On 06/02/2015 my ATM Card have been lost (General Diary have been made to the police) and Rs 33100/- have been fraudulently withdrawn from my account in consecutive five attempts through my ATM card from the ATM (first four from INB ATM S1AS0431 with Txn#8085, 8086, 8087, 8090 and last one from SBG ATM S[protected] Sreerampore with Txn#0314) between 5:33 to 5:41 PM on 06/02/2015 before I lock my ATM Card in the system. I also rushed to the branch and with the help of the officer, then present, able to hold the rest of the balance in my account so that no further withdrawal is possible from the account with the ATM Card. Now I request you to cancel my old ATM Card and issue a fresh ATM card in the account. You are also requested to open the account so that I can operate my account. I also request you to try through your channel (CCTV footage of ATMs) so that the culprit can be traced and I can get my money back. Expecting your co-operation.                                         Hi, Please be informed, that I have received a call from SBI credit card services (by name Kamini), offering me services and explained about benefits of IRCTC Platinum credit card @ 14:50 PM on 09-Feb-2015 to my mobile number _91-[protected]. Upon listening to benefits I confirmed her that I'm not interested as I have to pay Es:300 annual free. As i'm not accepting SBI credit card she used unparlimentary language towards me and cut thr call. Request you to consider this as high priority and take severe action accordingly. Thank you.
