I opted ECS for my Home loan. Home loan is with HDFC bank BBS, and ECS from SBI bank Jajpur road. I have submit ECS mandate 13DEC14 and the same has to be update in SBI also After completion of loan processing still ECS process is not done by SBI. Its happen two times ie EMI for JAN2015 and FEB2015.I used to go to SBI bank all time they are returning back and HDFC has written a letter to me in which they have mentioned that ECS mandate not received from customer.     Dear Sir, I am Manoj Kumar Dibedi having sbi account and having EXCESS FEE DRS issue on 22nd Feb, 2015 and surrounding my locality from above 10 sbi accounts different amounts deducted on this particular narration.I consulted BRANCHES OF SBI and asked sbi helpline and they told me that amount will be reversed within 4days.Please cooperate.I will be waiting for your reply.I am also helpless now.

      Hello Sir, This is Ritik Raj Singh holding a saving account in SBI Vijay Nagar Branch, Kanpur I am so much upset with the behavior of the branch manager and the staff of SBI VIJAY NAGAR BRANCH, Kanpur. I went there to open a new account for my mother on 20.02.15 They asked for the adhaar card but I said that I don't have adhaar card but I have Voter ID card & PAN card and other SBI branches are accepting those for identity proof and address proof and clearly it is written in the form that with these ID proofs an account can be open. But Branch Manager said to me, "Don't Argue". He was so rude. He don't know how to talk with the costumers. First of all they pretend that they are the top authorities of SBI and they do all the work for all branches in India of SBI and they can say anything to the costumer whatever they want to say. Branch Manager behaves like a big Gunda so that nobody can harm him like he says "if you want to complaint then just make a complaint against me, that's what I want but nobody is complaining against me" Now I was looking to make complain in SBI costumer care but there is no topic regarding behavior of branch manager or staff. So I'm complaining here with a hope that here somebody will take initiative against him.         My SBI Account no. is [protected] with SBI Motihari Bazar branch (Bihar). I have applied for a new VISA debit card on 1 feb and received the same on 23rd feb. But till now I have not got my PIN number from bank. I visited but they are telling that it has not yet come. I am facing a lot of difficulties without using ATM card. Hence I request the authorities to kindly look into my grievance and do the needful to receive my PIN number at the earliest. Thanking you.

Model no: 42292RLTL-Platinum Silver @ 25, 000 Rs.; Invoice no: R-2014L4IND0392 from Royal Electronics, Dewas (M.P.) on 14th May 2014 through SBI maestro debit card @ 5% cash back offer which Transaction id no: 7776409.               I have house building loan having account number [protected] in Santiniketan branch, west bengal( branch code is 2121 and IFSC code is SBIN0002121) since June-2009 with 9.25% rate of interest. But from 01/06/2014 SBI increased rate of interest to 12.50%. The branch manger tried to switch over the rate of interest from 12.50% to 10.15%(present rate) w.e.f from 01/06/2014 but Mumbai office is not allowing it. I am paying too much interest in every month. I need switch over as early as possible. pl do needful. I am ready to pay the required money for this switch over purpose. Thanking you.

                i call more than 50 times on sbi help line numbers
                numbers are[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],
                [protected],[protected]
                i spend more than 3 weeks in opening account procedure.
                there is no normal bank account form, or PMJDY form at Bank branch sirsi, 16003
                every time i visit bank branch sirsi, they ask me why we open your account in PMJDY while we have other options. i told all the misbehave with me to the sirsi branch manager mr. ram babu bhatnagar. i submitted 3copies of my id proof(ration card, voter id card, aadhar card, matriculation certificate)

                  I had made a payment of Rs.621.24 and 621.24 ( POS[protected], POS[protected] dated 13th February2015) for fees to Dyal Singh College using my SBI debit card. Saving Account no. [protected]. But the payment has not been credited to Dyal Singh College account. My pass book shows that the amount has been debited. ( Reference No. is POS[protected], POS[protected]. Please look into the matters as soon as possible.

                    I have sent an email to sbi hal branch 'sbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in' to change the home branch address to the SBI pune branch. I am getting no response from them. This was suggested by other SBI branch offices, to send an email and the address will be changed. Accnt #:[protected].                       I had swapped my SBI debit card at an ATM in Bhandup, Mumbai February 15th 2015 around 05:00 pm -06:30 pm. for a withdrawal of 10300 from my account no.[protected].. The amount was debited from my account but the cash was not dispensed. It's been a week now, and I am yet to receive a refund in my account. When contacted with the Customer service, they told me that the amount would be credited within 48 hrs Request no AT[protected], if not them I will have to write a request to ATM Manager. I have done all these process and am really worried about my money. It's been more than a week and I am yet to receive the amount. I request you to kindly check/investigate the matter immediately and refund the amount to my account at the earliest. Contact no [protected]

                          We the people of jetport - 360370 Gujarat . In our city there are two Sib branches. In our city there are 1500 textile factories on working but the common man can not do east communication with because only one window open at a same ton we stand long time in a que but a business person work with bank inside if the bank. Early time there are no more private bank in our city there 7 private bank. I hope yup will arrange fast banking service for the common people . Several employ and labour stand in one window in long que i[censored] think I am wrong check cctv footeg of the bank of both branche all tha bank staff ready to take divali bonas from the factories holders so they do first their work

                            Hello,

                            I wish to file an official complaint against SBI - Main Branch Collectors Compound (Pune). Branch Code 454.

                            Its been almost 1 month and I am still waiting for the PIN associated with my SBI Platinum Debit Card. Is this how long one must wait ?. All information I get from the SBI Branch Manager is "We are looking into it. The problem is not with us. We have escalated the matter". Essentially passing the buck. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable on all counts to expect this service from a reputed bank like SBI.

Sindhuja Policy No. [protected] Customer id 26252190 I couldn't login with my customer id and know the current status of my policy eventhough i am logging in with the correct number, it is giving a message as DOB or Customer id is wrong. I did not receive the intimation letter for payment for current year[protected]. I want to know the current status of my policy immediately

                                Hi, This is to inform you that the server down issue is frequent with is branch and most of the time customers are made to wait. Even the staff here is very irresponsible and don't know the process well. Branch code 009712. State bank of india, panchet branch. east medinipur. West bengal.

                                  I was try to debit 1000 rs from corporation bank atm on 15/02/15 but am not found money then after some time am again go to karnataka bank atm on same day and debit 1000 rs its was sucessfully done.while on next day 16/02/15 am taking mini statement it was show me 1000 rs is debit in 15/01/15 and 1000 rs also debit in 16/02/15 while i was not taking any money in 16/02/15. I HAVEBEEN USING MY ATM.CARD AT HYDERABAD TEMPORIRILY. REGULAR MINI STATEMENTS DID NOT MENTION ANY DEDUCTION OF CHARGES. SURPRISINGLY ON 22.2.2015, I RECEIVED A MESSAGE TO MY MOBILE THAT RS.102/- IS DEBITED FOR ' EXCESS DR '., FOR WHAT REASON I CAN'T UNDERSTAND. PRESUMING IT TO BE FOR ATM, THESE CHARGES SHOULD NOT BE APPLIED TO THE ACCOUNT HOLDERS OF NO-NOTIFIED CITIES. WHAT IS THE EXACT REASON FOR THIS DEBIT ? NO PRIOR INTIMATION THOUGH MY MOBILE NUMBER IS REGISTERED FOR ALERTS. PLEASECREDIT BACK THE ILLEGAL DEBIT.

                                      Sir I want to know the details of my credit card current details my card details as Card no :[protected] Name :Hemant Goyal I was call on 21.02 2015 regarding sbi verification master card from Mr Gaurav Kumar from his number [protected] And fraudulent he misused my information and use my card and my card was debited of rs 8309 from my account... He said it was reward reversal... I Lodge complaint for the above issue So please help in that fraud... I was not able to pay amount... Thanks Hemant

He (executive) told me that SBI Bank will Issue a new master Discount Card on behalf of my existing Credit card. So first Bank Debit the charge of Rs.-5304 (Same is already been debited) but Your bonus point is 5000 that the same amount will be credited in your account before generating your bill. But still I can't received . So I Can't Liable to Pay this amount. So please Solve My Problem.

                                        Account of smart creations. We were having a OD account in this branch. We had clean track record, except for a few check bounces issued by us, DUE TO CARELESSNESS of SBI staff. For our OD renewal, the senior manger was very rude and we decided to close our OD account 6 months back. We continue to do our plain current account banking, but OD account closed by us. We complained about senior manager concerned, but his attitude to run operations.. For last 5 months, we are trying to work with HDFC bank for OD, but HDfC bank is not clearing our OD as the SBI is NOT ISSUING NOC To HDFC BANK, on verifying with the SBI bank, it is been purposely stopped by senior official.. I am not looking forward to any special treatment, but negative treatment(I guess egoistic treatment) is not acceptable. I want my matter resolved. Please send the NOC to HDFC, alternatively please let me know, whom to contact.
