    Respected sir, The above noted subject matter, I.E. DOM surcharge/ tips dot. 18.09.[protected] a sum of Rs. 14.05, deducted from my saving bank account number [protected], on 23.09.2014, till date similar kind of deduction made through my saving bank account. I had given a written complaint to my branch manager, but no response has yet been received from the branch. please look into the matter and stop the above mention...

    Dear Sir, My credit card no.[protected] last bill not meet me on timely, so I chek on line my due amount, then I paid 1 day late on 31/1/2015. My next bill debit 750/ for late fee. I request to you please above amount creadit on next bill.

      I Rajeshwari Prasad Singh, Sr. Citizen applied for cheque book and wrote a letter dated 02.02.2015 to Branch Manager SBI Makhdumpur Phunha Branch, Dist. Bhojpur, Bihar, which is duly served to the bank. I am presently residing with my son in Mumbai. As the earliesr cheque book issued to me is non CTS and without bar code i am not able to withdraw money from these. Therefore i had applied for new cheque book with request to send it to my present address i.e. Flat No. 501, Bldg. No. 15C, MHADA, Income Tax Colony, Powai, Mumbai -400076. But i have not received the cheque book till date due to which i am facing great difficulties in getting transaction from my account. You are therefore requested to do the needful at the earliest.           t because of SBI I almost feel like killing my life. 1)
          2007 or 2008 I dont even remember properly some body frm SBI called and
          asked me to take SBI Credit card I said I already have ICICI I do not
          require it. But they forced me saying if you take we shall give free
          gift worth Rs.5000 I said ok fine. The concerned person told me that if I
          do not require card and I have to return it I can do so within one
          month.2) After I receive the card they call me and
          tell me you have got free accidental policy I said if its free fine but
          they never told me that it costs me Rs.999/- later on when the SBI
          person wanted to confirm with me about the accidently policy I
          re-confirmed if its free then they said its just Rs.999/- I said I do
          not require it but again they forced and I said OK. 3)
          I was shocked to see and receive TWO POLICIES then I immeidiately
          called them and confirmed to them I do not require this policy at
          alllllll...they said they have cancelled one and retain another
          but I called back to reconfirm it was not done then I called SBI and
          told to cancel SBI card...I yelled I screamed...the
          person who was listening to me just kept quiet and told me that CARD HAS
          BEEN CANCELLED and also the IINSURANCE POLICY and that I do not have to
          bother for anything. As instructed by your SBI person I did it within a
          month. AFTER ALL THESE...2009
          onwards I start getting calls from SBI CREDIT CARD that I have to pay
          6000...8000...10000...12000...it keeps on increasing every time
          you people call mE.. Please tell me now when I have got cancelled
          everything when I did not accept your card or when I have not used a
          singe pie from the card why is that still SBI people chasing me. SBI
          Credit card team are giving me mental torture by eveRy time calling me
          to check abt the payment and I have shared the above stories with 100
          SBI people 100 times and till now nobody is bothered to help me out and
          resolve the problem. I CANNOT DO THIS ANY MORE. I require some body to
          get into this issue and resolve it...please do not ask me anything
          to pay because its been more than a year since I quit my job and I am
          jobless because of my baby...and the best part of SBI was it
          did not spare me even when I was pregnant and was advised to be on bed
          rest...I have really gone through hell even during my pregnancy
          because of such calls from SBI...when I dont have to pay anything
          why is that SBI is not leaving to live a peaceful life. SUCH
          AN UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE OF THE CUSTOMER CARE AND THE AGENTS HAVE
          RUINED MY LIFE. I request to plssssssss plsssssssssss HELP ME from

            Dear Sir

            I am having an account in SBI Ranchi ( Jharkhand), Account no is: [protected].
            on 12th Feb 2015 there was an auto deduction of Rs17 from my account 6 times.The narration column said " Insuf bal ATM Charge decline". To my surprise I had not used my ATM on 12th Feb 2015. Moreover I had never tried to withdraw more than my current account balance.

            When I had talked with the SBI representative regarding this, they had advised me to visit my home branch. Since I live in west bengal I cant go and visit their just for this. Kindly address my problem as soon as possible.

              Hello Sir, I have closed my fdr at the branch on[protected] at 11am but branch deny to pay my whole money to me.he says sufficient money not in the branch.and he told me to take money afternoon but he also deny the money.he could not arrange money from other branch .Now today means[protected] i am waiting for my withdrawls since 11am now the time is 3.30pm .

                I submitted sbi pmjdy form september-2014. Till now i could not get any document from sbi. Even i went csp center. He gave me kiosk banking id card and said you have to contact post office. I went post office. Postman says we dont have any sbi document when i receved immidiately we sent the csp. Post man & csp play games with me & misguide. What am i do?

                  Sir, I Rajiv Kashyap my Saving Account no is [protected] and branch name SECL Head Quarts Bilaspur Chhattisgarh. SMS Alert is activited on my this [protected]. Sir i had transfer my Saving Account no is [protected] to Khairagarh Branch, Distt- Rajnandgaon on Nov 2013. After that i had registered to activited SMS Alert to my new mobile no [protected]. Form that day sbi has unable to stop my SMS Alert Service from the previous no( [protected]) which i already requested to stop the SMS Alert Service and SBI has failed to start the SMS Alert Service on my new Mobile no ([protected]). Last 1 year SBI has not solved my problem. Sir i contact my Branch manager but he was also failed to solved my problem. After that i told the branch manage to stop my sms alert service permanently. But still now i got sms Alert on my old mobile no. Sir i so many time i contact my branch manager as well as contact on customer service and also send UNHAPPY SMS but till now sbi has failed to solved my problem. I requested you to please solved my problem and i deeply request you to start my SMS SERVICE ON MY NEW MOBILE NO THAT IS +91 [protected]. I don't know that how the sbi engineer are unable to stop sms alert service from my old moble no and start sms alert to my new no. What the reason i want to know please mail me other wise i have no choice to contact the Consumer Court and for this SBI WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS. THANKS & REGARD MR.                     upto Rs.54000/- from my account No.[protected] SBI, PBB Model Town, Jalandhar. Kindly do the needful and
                    not to supply any purchase material to the fraudsters. In this connection I have lodge and complaint with
                    commissioner of police Jalandhar vide EOW/207/DCP/Jalandhar/Punjab dated 13/02/2015. Kindly do the needful
                    and oblige.

                        I opted ECS for my Home loan. Home loan is with HDFC bank BBS, and ECS from SBI bank Jajpur road. I have submit ECS mandate 13DEC14 and the same has to be update in SBI also After completion of loan processing still ECS process is not done by SBI. Its happen two times ie EMI for JAN2015 and FEB2015.I used to go to SBI bank all time they are returning back and HDFC has written a letter to me in which they have mentioned that ECS mandate not received from customer.                           Dear Sir, I am Manoj Kumar Dibedi having sbi account and having EXCESS FEE DRS issue on 22nd Feb, 2015 and surrounding my locality from above 10 sbi accounts different amounts deducted on this particular narration.I consulted BRANCHES OF SBI and asked sbi helpline and they told me that amount will be reversed within 4days.Please cooperate.I will be waiting for your reply.I am also helpless now.

                            Hello Sir, This is Ritik Raj Singh holding a saving account in SBI Vijay Nagar Branch, Kanpur I am so much upset with the behavior of the branch manager and the staff of SBI VIJAY NAGAR BRANCH, Kanpur. I went there to open a new account for my mother on 20.02.15 They asked for the adhaar card but I said that I don't have adhaar card but I have Voter ID card & PAN card and other SBI branches are accepting those for identity proof and address proof and clearly it is written in the form that with these ID proofs an account can be open. But Branch Manager said to me, "Don't Argue". He was so rude. He don't know how to talk with the costumers. First of all they pretend that they are the top authorities of SBI and they do all the work for all branches in India of SBI and they can say anything to the costumer whatever they want to say. Branch Manager behaves like a big Gunda so that nobody can harm him like he says "if you want to complaint then just make a complaint against me, that's what I want but nobody is complaining against me" Now I was looking to make complain in SBI costumer care but there is no topic regarding behavior of branch manager or staff. So I'm complaining here with a hope that here somebody will take initiative against him.                               My SBI Account no. is [protected] with SBI Motihari Bazar branch (Bihar). I have applied for a new VISA debit card on 1 feb and received the same on 23rd feb. But till now I have not got my PIN number from bank. I visited but they are telling that it has not yet come. I am facing a lot of difficulties without using ATM card. Hence I request the authorities to kindly look into my grievance and do the needful to receive my PIN number at the earliest. Thanking you.

                                    I have house building loan having account number [protected] in Santiniketan branch, west bengal( branch code is 2121 and IFSC code is SBIN0002121) since June-2009 with 9.25% rate of interest. But from 01/06/2014 SBI increased rate of interest to 12.50%. The branch manger tried to switch over the rate of interest from 12.50% to 10.15%(present rate) w.e.f from 01/06/2014 but Mumbai office is not allowing it. I am paying too much interest in every month. I need switch over as early as possible. pl do needful. I am ready to pay the required money for this switch over purpose. Thanking you.

                                      i call more than 50 times on sbi help line numbers
                                      numbers are[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],
                                      [protected],[protected]
                                      i spend more than 3 weeks in opening account procedure.
                                      there is no normal bank account form, or PMJDY form at Bank branch sirsi, 16003
                                      every time i visit bank branch sirsi, they ask me why we open your account in PMJDY while we have other options. i told all the misbehave with me to the sirsi branch manager mr. ram babu bhatnagar. i submitted 3copies of my id proof(ration card, voter id card, aadhar card, matriculation certificate)
