Dear sir, There is a huge mistake in one of my SBIcard statements. It costs me approx 11000rs. Since last 6 months, I have been regularly calling and emailing SBI cards for the same. Every time I got automated replies which had nothing to do with my issue. So finally I decided to interact with their team on twitter and FB, I was reverted back quite early and got call from them. I explained them my issue and they promised to get back to me asap. Now it has been almost a month now, still I am waiting for my statement issue to get sorted and the amount getting credited back. Meanwhile their recovery agents are annoying and disturbing my personal life without fail. My question is, if SBI card's recovery is so prompt and repetitive then why their support team is so ignorant? Its very frustrating as a customer, so I finally decided to raise it on your forum.     I ordered for a phone in flipkart. Salesman swiped my card and I entered my pin.But due to some network problem or battery problem, it did not work.But money is debited from my account. Salesman told that money is not credited in to thier account.

      I WAS 10 MINS AGO AT YOUR SBI MINDSPACE MALAD MUMBAI, BRANCH TO WITHDRAW MY OWN MONEY AND WAS TOLD BY THE CASHIER ( A WOMAN ) THAT MY KFC WAS NOT UPDATED & THAT I WOULDNT BE GIVEN CASH. IT TOOK ME 30 MINS TO CONNECT WITH MY BASE BRANCH - AUGUST KRANTI, GOWALIA TANK & WAS FINALLY ASSISTED BY MR GORE THERE. HE WAS PATIENT & ADMITTED TO THE ERROR / DELAY IN UPDATING RECORDS & REQUESTED SOME MRS DESAI OF MINDSPACE BRANCH TO GIVE ME THE CASH. BOTH THE LADIES ( CASHIER & DESAI ) KEPT ON NAGGING ABOUT THE FAVOR THEY WERE DOING & HOW WERE RUDE & NASTY. TO THE EXTENT I WAS ASKED TO LEAVE THE BRANCH & COUNT MY CASH OUT AS I WAS TAKING A CALL WHILE THE CASHIER TOOK OVER 15 MINS TO GIVE ME THE CASH. ITS NO DOUBT THAT TODAY PEOPLE PREFER MNC BANKS AS THE STAFF ARE NOT ONLY MATURE & EFFICIENT BUT VALUE & UNDERSTAND CUSTOMERS. THEY APOLOGIZE AT THE INCONVENIENCE CAUSED TO US WHILE THE 2 WOMEN STAFF AT UR BRANCH WERE TOTALLY UNCULTURED . THEY SEEM MORE INTERESTED IN BICKERING & YELLING!! SHOULD SUCH EMPLOYEES CONTINUE IN UR BRANCH, U MAY NEED TO LOCK / SHUT DOWN THE BRANCH SOON

            Sir, I sent a request for top up of 155/- for my airtel mobile no [protected]. I got the message that the Rs 155 received the topup of MR Transaction successful[protected](00) Tid=[protected] on 28/01/2015. The amount was deducted from my primary account .But I didn't get any balance in my mobile account. So please help me and do the needful. Thanking you.

                  Dear sir, My self Sudhir Kumar pattanayak, is one of the customer of SBI NIMAPARA, ODISHA BRANCH.bearing account number [protected].Whenever i have visited to Branch i have found lack of services.Sir i am also a Bank employee and i know the pre sure of work.But that does not mean that for a single work i have to visit the Branch again and again.There are so many complains against the Dy Manager Nimapara Branch. 1.I have given 2 accounts for opening one is my mothers and another is my Brother in laws account since last 12 days.Still yet the account is not opened.Everyday i am going to Branch for that account. 2.Whenever i have asked for internet Banking kit of my father and sister, Mr.Dy Manager sir is telling that One madam is absent.when she will come you will get the benefit.When i have asked the reason, he is telling that she only knows about Internet Kit. 3.I have assked for green card, the concerned staff has told me that you have ATM, you can not take this. Sir how your staff members are telling that, they have no idea, they can not do?They are subject to know.They are just trying to skip the work. You are the largest PSU Bank.But your sevices are worst.

                    I Arti Jadav with account no. [protected] had filed for change in phone number and for a new debit card at the SVRCET branch SBI on 8th January 2015. I went to the branch twice to enquire about the progress but the officials over there ignored me and did not answer properly and kept me waiting even though there was no customer there at that time. The officials at the branch are rude and ignorant towards their duty. First of all they do not do their work on time and if we go to inquire they just send you from one counter to other. And they do this to the students a lot. I hope to hear frm SBI soon regarding my compliant.

                        .Non-receipt of PIN for the Replacement ATM Card No.[protected].

                        Sir,

                        The above mentioned ATM "Replacement" card has been received by me for nearly a month back. I am in regular contact with my Home Branch i.e; Bhawanipatna Evening Branch, code No.06725 for the relative PIN for the replacement card. I have been told that the PIN has not been received by the Branch.. Even a
                        complaint has been lodged by me to the Branch on 23.01.2015 regarding this There has been no follow-up from the Branch in this regard. My existing ATM Card expires on 31.01.2015.Request immediate despatch of the PIN for the above mentioned ATM Card.Thanks and regards.

                            I'm Aswini from Chennai, working in TCS. I'm holding savings account in SBI Velachery. On 06th Jan 2015 I tried to withdraw 10000 amount from ATM but i got a slip saying that "Invalid Transaction". When i checked the online account its debited with 10000 amount. I raised a complaint. Status is like, " AT[protected] has been attended to and closed after resolution as : CUSTOMER BRANCH A/C HAS BEEN CREDITED ON 07/01/15, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR BRANCH". When i checked with customer care, they're saying like BRANCH account is credited with amount. But I'm not seeing online . Please find the screen shot of the online statement attached. NOTE: I already raised this complaint in the bank, But no action taken for nearly 25 days Acc No : [protected] Branch : Velachery Chennai IFSC Code : 07993 Please assist me to sort this issue. Thanks

                                Dear Sir/Madam, i have account in your valparai SBI branch since two years i had complainted for debit card issue but there is no right response since i had send personally more than 20 times to the branch but still there is no response, there are automatically blocking the card without my knowledge, also calling unnesserly in the untimely hours in the personal mobile number, whether it the bank rule to call in midnight i want the clear explaination regerading and i mentioning the staff name below.                                     I opened an SB account at SBI- Parnashree pally branch, south 24 paraganas dist, kolkata. at the time of opening the account the employees there had delayed it to one week because of various silly matters.which had caused me a lot of Inconvinience. Now I shifted to New kharibaria, south24pg, WB and i want to transfer my account from Kharibaria to new WB(KHARIBARIA- branch). I gave my passbook to KHARIBARIA branch for transfer they have sent the passbook & request letter to Parnashree branch, 1 month has passed & there is no reply from Parnashree even after sending a reminder. This has caused me a lot of problems please do the needful yours sincerly Debasis Roy

                                        I paid my credit card bill via cheque in SBI bank ashok nagar, Now they claim they have not paid my bill and when asked about my cheque where they are not even providing an answer, This bill has to be cleared by november 2014 and still they take no interest on my complaint but keep on sending me a bill. After n number of pushes they asked me to contact a person called prabha, whose contact number is[protected] an unprofessional unethical person who cant even pick the call, also once in a blue moon he picks the call but disconnects the line. Also all of sudden i recieved an sms saying my issue is fixed but i still get the bill with penality. my complaint number with sbi credit card is[protected]. can the person who is concerned to this look at this asap.
