Dear Sir, Morning received a fraud call from [protected]. Please trace this no and block the call from this number. they are asking the details of card and please trace out the number and take the action on the persons. Thanks User don't provide the details in online. Please be aware on this number [protected] Thanks
State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
There are many such numbers they call from. This looks like a racket run by someone who has access to SBI cards data.

My father received similar call and they told him the first 12 digits of the SBI debit card he is holding for Savings account.

    Dear Sir,
    My name is Chaitanya Kumar Guttikonda, I recently opened new saving account in SBI on[protected], Below are the details of my saving account.
    Account No. : [protected]
    Card No. : [protected]
    Mobile No. : [protected]
    I regret to inform you that the service is not satisfactory. I am facing issue with SMS Alerts and One Time Password to my mobile not able to purchase anything online with my Debit Card. I tried to register my card at Verified By Visa / Master Card Secure-Code Registration. But it showing the below error." Step 2 of 3: Enter following details for confirming your identity.Mobile number is not registered for your card.Kindly contact your home branch." I went to the branch and explained with screen shots. They check from there end and says everything OK from our end. I contacted Customer Care they are telling kindly check with branch and logged a complaint. Up to now I went to bank every day till from account opening day on wards and spend around the whole working hours in bank and check with branch manager and all operators, but my problem not yet solved by them. Also contact customer care about my ticket status they told go to branch and call from there I done the same today. Some of the customer care person attend my call today when am at branch I told the same "please help the branch manger regarding my issue", but that person disconnect my call with irresponsible answer. I am to upset on this issue with the bank services so i bring this to your notice..I check with my friends who have accounts in other bank they get this 3d secure OTP debit card service by registered online with in 2 to 3 minutes.

          sir, my account number is [protected] and aadhaar number is[protected].I submitted aadhaar linking form to my home branch a month ago for two times and also i register my aadhaar number to my account through net banking. But i have no response from my home branch and i am unable to join dbtl scheme and i already loose my one month subsidy for not linking my aadhaar number to my bank account.so, i request you to solve my problem as soon as possible. Thank you.

          i have got a message in my phone that i have linked aadhaar number with my account on 2nd febrauary.after three days i check my account but it is connected with my aadhaar number.thanks for your help.

            SIR I AM Going to our cash deposit in branch, cash Subhash chandra rai to sitting on cash deposit counter.i am saying to deposit my cash so he say (mere hath me jab tak cash nahi a jata tab tak main cash nahi jama kar sakta sir phir maine kaha ki ap cash jama kar sakte hai .to wo batmeeji se bat karne lage or kahne lage ki jao nahi jama karenge jo karna ho kar lo . sir maine kai bar dekha jab nahi mane to main complain karne per majboor hu.

                I HAVE A/C IN SBI WUSC BRANCH 2288 CHENNAI. I ASKED TO CLOSE MY TDR A/C THEY SAID THER IS LIEN AGAINST MY DEPOSIT I TOLD TO CLOSE THE TDR AND LOAN A/C NO[protected]. THEY CLOSED THE TDR AND GAVE CREDIT TO LOAN A/C WITHOUT CLOSING KEEPING THE MINIMUM BALANCE. NOW YOU ARE APPLING INTEREST FOR THE LOAN A/C INSPITE OF MY REPEATED VISIT TO THE BRANCH TO CLOSE THE LOAN A/C THERE IS NO ONE TO HEAR. STILL IT IS NOT CLOSED PLEASE CLOSE THE LOAN A/C I ALREADY MADE REQUEST AND FILED COMPLAINT NO FD[protected] PLEASE DEBIT MY SB A/C [protected] AND CLSOE THE LOAN A/C

                  I had submitted the form to link my aadhar number with my back account to the Kalpakkam branch (code no 2219) of SBI on 18.12.2014. My SB a/c no. is [protected] and aadhar no. is[protected]. When contacted the branch has informed that the aadhar is linked with my a/c but I have not received any message in this regard and the status in LPG transparency portal also shows that aadhar is not linked with my account. Subsequently I had submitted online application also but no change in status. Kindly do the needful.

                    Dear Sir, The security guard at the SBI ATM was enjoying his smart phone ignoring who is entering into to ATM. I was withdrawing cash from ATM and while cash is dispensed, suddenly i found a person standing right behind me, I asked him to leave not sure when he entered whether he was watching my pin. He moved back but the other person accompanying him was commenting saying you cannot do two transactions and trying give hard looks to create fight situation. As soon as I'm done with it came out and asked the guard how come your allowed another person when someone is withdrawing cash, but the another person was tried to argue and giving serious look and creating a fight situation, I realized it could be a trick to steal money and without arguing moved out from that place. But the security was just sitting with no action not he is ready help by calling police.                       Dear sir, There is a huge mistake in one of my SBIcard statements. It costs me approx 11000rs. Since last 6 months, I have been regularly calling and emailing SBI cards for the same. Every time I got automated replies which had nothing to do with my issue. So finally I decided to interact with their team on twitter and FB, I was reverted back quite early and got call from them. I explained them my issue and they promised to get back to me asap. Now it has been almost a month now, still I am waiting for my statement issue to get sorted and the amount getting credited back. Meanwhile their recovery agents are annoying and disturbing my personal life without fail. My question is, if SBI card's recovery is so prompt and repetitive then why their support team is so ignorant? Its very frustrating as a customer, so I finally decided to raise it on your forum. Out of many of my interactions, My recent complaint number with them is:[protected] SBI card number: [protected] Name: Manish Amberkar Contact: [protected]/ [protected] (Dear SBI, I really don’t want your reply, “We are looking into your concerns and will revert to you soon.                         I ordered for a phone in flipkart. Salesman swiped my card and I entered my pin.But due to some network problem or battery problem, it did not work.But money is debited from my account. Salesman told that money is not credited in to thier account.

                          I WAS 10 MINS AGO AT YOUR SBI MINDSPACE MALAD MUMBAI, BRANCH TO WITHDRAW MY OWN MONEY AND WAS TOLD BY THE CASHIER ( A WOMAN ) THAT MY KFC WAS NOT UPDATED & THAT I WOULDNT BE GIVEN CASH. IT TOOK ME 30 MINS TO CONNECT WITH MY BASE BRANCH - AUGUST KRANTI, GOWALIA TANK & WAS FINALLY ASSISTED BY MR GORE THERE. HE WAS PATIENT & ADMITTED TO THE ERROR / DELAY IN UPDATING RECORDS & REQUESTED SOME MRS DESAI OF MINDSPACE BRANCH TO GIVE ME THE CASH. BOTH THE LADIES ( CASHIER & DESAI ) KEPT ON NAGGING ABOUT THE FAVOR THEY WERE DOING & HOW WERE RUDE & NASTY. TO THE EXTENT I WAS ASKED TO LEAVE THE BRANCH & COUNT MY CASH OUT AS I WAS TAKING A CALL WHILE THE CASHIER TOOK OVER 15 MINS TO GIVE ME THE CASH. ITS NO DOUBT THAT TODAY PEOPLE PREFER MNC BANKS AS THE STAFF ARE NOT ONLY MATURE & EFFICIENT BUT VALUE & UNDERSTAND CUSTOMERS. THEY APOLOGIZE AT THE INCONVENIENCE CAUSED TO US WHILE THE 2 WOMEN STAFF AT UR BRANCH WERE TOTALLY UNCULTURED . THEY SEEM MORE INTERESTED IN BICKERING & YELLING!! SHOULD SUCH EMPLOYEES CONTINUE IN UR BRANCH, U MAY NEED TO LOCK / SHUT DOWN THE BRANCH SOON

                                Sir, I sent a request for top up of 155/- for my airtel mobile no [protected]. I got the message that the Rs 155 received the topup of MR Transaction successful[protected](00) Tid=[protected] on 28/01/2015. The amount was deducted from my primary account .But I didn't get any balance in my mobile account. So please help me and do the needful. Thanking you.

                                      Dear sir, My self Sudhir Kumar pattanayak, is one of the customer of SBI NIMAPARA, ODISHA BRANCH.bearing account number [protected].Whenever i have visited to Branch i have found lack of services.Sir i am also a Bank employee and i know the pre sure of work.But that does not mean that for a single work i have to visit the Branch again and again.There are so many complains against the Dy Manager Nimapara Branch. 1.I have given 2 accounts for opening one is my mothers and another is my Brother in laws account since last 12 days.Still yet the account is not opened.Everyday i am going to Branch for that account. 2.Whenever i have asked for internet Banking kit of my father and sister, Mr.Dy Manager sir is telling that One madam is absent.when she will come you will get the benefit.When i have asked the reason, he is telling that she only knows about Internet Kit. 3.I have assked for green card, the concerned staff has told me that you have ATM, you can not take this. Sir how your staff members are telling that, they have no idea, they can not do?They are subject to know.They are just trying to skip the work. You are the largest PSU Bank.But your sevices are worst.

                                        I Arti Jadav with account no. [protected] had filed for change in phone number and for a new debit card at the SVRCET branch SBI on 8th January 2015. I went to the branch twice to enquire about the progress but the officials over there ignored me and did not answer properly and kept me waiting even though there was no customer there at that time. The officials at the branch are rude and ignorant towards their duty. First of all they do not do their work on time and if we go to inquire they just send you from one counter to other. And they do this to the students a lot. I hope to hear frm SBI soon regarding my compliant.
