I did not create any virtual card on 18/1/2015 as shows in my a/c details.it shows that I have paid to somewhere (reference no: IG00FIRQH5) using virtual card (card no. :[protected]). I am sure that there was no such transaction occurred in my a/c as because there no details is shown in ' "Virtual card details" tab of my net banking a/c. i provide the photo proof of my recent a/c statement as well as of the "virtual card details tab".     Hi myself Rekha Mehta, i applied online for fresh passport on 15/1/15, but till i completed the fromalities of online payment the page session was expired, but the amout of Rs. 1512.75 has been deducted from my Bank Of Baroda account. After consuting from the bank they told me to registered complaint on the online passport seva kendra, after so many follow ups finally i told to mail the complain regarding the same throught email. After checking the payment status online the status has been showing failed. So kindly check and inform how do i get back the deducted amount. Hoping for ur prompt action.       Respected Sir, My name is Sana Sayyed.My complaint is regarding the bank manager of State Bank of India having its branch address at Int Air Cargo Complex (Mumbai), New Satellite Building, Air Cargo Complex, Branch Code-5937. On 22nd january i went to bank to open my savings bank account but wasn't able to make, as the bank manager had decided that if a person doesn't have a room number in their address she will not open the bank account.We are residing at the address from last 22years if this is the case that a person not having a room number in their address than he is not able to open their bank account with government banks then i think i should had not able to make my voter id and aadhar card but i had both the proofs with me including ration card and electricity bill.The manager itself is telling me to open account with private banks but not here.Being a citizen of India if we are not able to open a bank account in our state bank then what is our right in being Indian. I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE SEE IN THIS MATTER..

        Dear sir I took education loan in 2009 for b.pharm while at that time govt. 0% education loan scheme were running and i am eligible for that. I submitted income certificate more than 2 times in branch but i have not getting benefit on interest till date while i pay my EMI regularly. Bank personnels are not working in responsible manner.             Sir I was using sbi card [protected] Since 6 Years and have good Payment History never defaulted, In Oct month I have errorly paid 11081 against 13080 bill hence 2000 short payment errorly made. But for this 2000 short payment they have levied charges of 1050 as finance chages in Nov14 and also charged int on the same for Dec 14 and Jan 15 Aounting to 2200+(Approx). Below is the reply i have received from them: 13/1/2015 Dear Mr. Akash Shrivastava, Thank you for writing to SBI Cards. Charges Related: We would like to inform you that for the month of October statement dated 20.10.2014 the total outstanding amount to be paid is Rs.13, 080.34 but we have received only the partial payment of Rs.11, 081 and aslo for the month November statement dated 20.11.2014 the total outstanding amount to be paid is Rs.25, 070.71 but we have received only the partial payment of Rs.24, 000 so we have charged for the finance charges. And aslo we regret to inform you that we are unable to reverse any charges towards your card account. Finance Charges Related : We would like to inform you that in case the payments are missed or outstanding on the card is received less than the total amount due/ total outstanding amount, then interest charges are applied on the balance amount, thus the payment starts revolving on the account, this is also applicable on all the fresh purchases incurred, in the same month by the cardholder. The finance charge will be levied at 3.35% per month plus government service tax @ as per applicable charges. Please note that the finance charges will be calculated on opening balance as well as fresh purchases. This process continues till the complete outstanding on your card account is paid in full. GST (Government Service Tax) Related : We would like to inform that the GST is applicable for all the charges debited to your card account at the rate of 12.36%.                       On, 16th Jan, 2015, I had applied for Fresh Passport . At the time of online payment, It was showing a error. So, I thought, due to network error, payment was not made. So, I again applied and made online payment that time online payment made successful and generated Appointment Receipt also. But When, I checked in my bank I observed that money has been deducted for my first transaction also. Now I observed, two different ARN no and two Payment receipt with different Ref. Road, Secunderabad. when i Login my internet banking on 08/01/2015, then i saw my account is NIL and show transaction of amount Rs. 11, 000 (Eleven Thousand Rupees) withdrawl from my SBI account on 06/01/2015, and doesn't received any message on my mobile regarding this transaction. Finally, i go to police station and registered FIR at Ashok Nagar Police Station, Jaipur, Rajasthan on 10/01/2015. Please help me to recover my Rs. 11000 (Eleven Thousand Rupees).

Iam very glad to contact you. why Iam here is, I have taken a golden at your SBI branch, kadiri. Today, 20/01/2015, Iam visited there to deposit some amount into my gold loan account. Clerks are not taken deposit amount and guided me to go and ask for deposit form to the assis. manager. when I approached him and asked for deposit form he replied very harshly "there is no need to pay just go". And after I questioned him, ATM deposit machine not accepting gold loan deposit and online machinery's which are kept in showfi type, they are not working properly. How can I pay the gold loan? Is there any other possiblity? As a responsible person, he must answer politely and have to be help to clear this situation. If anyone want to deposit amount, after a long awaiting of 2 hrs., it is possible. These problems which are facing civilians and senior citizens and students. These are not visible to any higher official to solve the problems which are facing people. In before, SBI is a foremost important, good will bank which serve people with a good passion. Now why the quality of service is fallen? Is there not any supervision ? if any one died by standing on que then only these problems will visible to you. sorry for any mistake or any hatred speech within this Iam apologise to you.                                   State Bank of India=> Sikandara branch (Jamui (Bihar) (PIN (811315) and respective mangers are , irresponsible, stupid and highly nonprofessional )) Hello India, Please take action against them if we want to see India as a developed country in future. Actually I have taken an educational loan from this bank. Now my employer is asking a document from sbi which proves that I have taken this much amount and some xyz amount should be getting paid by me per month as an EMI. So I have dropped a mail to SBI Sikandara Branch (SBI.[protected]@sbi.co.in, ashok.[protected]@sbi.co.in ) for requesting this small document. I have dropped them multiple reminder even still have been dropping them reminder mail but no response at all. My Employer has given fixed date, I need to submit on or before otherwise I will be considered wrong. Multiple times I have called them but I think Phone[protected] itself is dead. Is SBI does not have phone facilities as well. Do they know English? It’s a really a matter of shame for Indian government that they are keeping illiterate and such an irresponsible employee. How will our country will grow? How can we even expect that I our country will be a developed country in future? Please remove these all staffs from service as earliest as possible. All the customer of SBI is treated as an animal at this branch. Staff behaves like dictator to all villagers in that area. We are their customer. We are their client directly or indirectly they are getting paid because o[censored]s. But they don’t know how to provide service to customer at all. Leave about service and good behavior they don’t know how to respond even single mail at all. Who has given Job to these stupid fellow in SBI Bank I don’t understand.

No. [protected] (Neha Sharma) on 19-Jan-2015, after getting all my information she had changed my password on sbicard.com web site. She was trying to deduct amount Rs. 8299/- but i was not shared opt. she was calling me so many times for opt. i m stuck. what to do? i have blocked my credit card but how to prevent this type of fraud. Should i do police report ? Proof has been attached. i have recorded call.

                                        I want to withdraw Rs.5000/- from ATM, VIth PAC Roorkee Road, Meerut on 31.12.2014, I have completed all the activity with ATM but no amount has been dispensed by ATM and money has been debited to my account No, [protected] . I have make a complaint on toll free No.[protected] and submitted a complaint to this effect the Branch Manager, SBI Meerut Cantt(Through Branch Manager SBI, Palhera) on 10.01.2015 and 13.1.2015 but I was informed that the transaction has been sucessfully. After it, I have contact to Mr.Manoj Singh at CMS agency bachcha park Meerut and he has informed that complained for rupees 5.22 lakhs has been received for not dispencing the amount by Said ATM machine. and it is a totally fault of ATM machine. Today on[protected] I have make a tell phone call to Mr. Vidyarthi (SBI meerut, Cant) who is dealing with ATM complaints Cases and he replied that no excess amount has been found in the machine.
