Delay in Money Refund

When I am trying to book a bus ticket via online, money is debited wrongly from my account even the ticket is not booked. This is repeated twice. And refunding is also over delaying. When I call customer care, they said that to resolve and refund take 45 days long. But I am middle class family, if they take more time to refund money means we suffer a lot....

REFUND ISSUE

Sir/Madam, I tried to pay Electricity bill of Rs.305 to TNEB through online banking on 17/12/2014, during the transaction bill amount was debited from my account and it was not credited to TNEB account. Then next day I paid my Electricity bill. But the amount Rs.305 which was debited is not credited to my account even after 20 days. So please do the needfull and credit the amount to my SBI account as early as possible....
