Sir, my name is PS KEERTHI CHANDAR.I am working as secondary grade teacher in the govt of A.P.my a/c no is [protected].state ANDHRA PRADESH, district Kurnool, sbi branch IFSC code SBIN0002779 PEAPULLY.lam applied for XPRESS credit loan in this branch.loan sanctioned nearly one month ago but manager is not giving money.he is saying LOAN ACCOUNT NUMBER is not creating on LOS and This problem isnt in my circumstances.I complainted to Regional manager but no use.what should i do now.

    I Lost my card and requested a duplicate Atm card which was delivered to my home. Previously the Atm card Pin number shall be deliverd to my home. But now the system has been changed it seems that The account holder himself has to get his atm password from the bank. I received a message that my atm password has been generated and i can get from the bank on 8th of jan 2015. when I asked on 20th jan they said it still has not been received by them and asked to come back later in a non customer friendly way. well I accepted that and went today on 29th jan and again they are saying the same. I wonder If a Atm Repin process for after the pin has been generated would take a month to arrive at home branch. I was so raged to close my account but since all my online services links to this account I couldn't .       I am cutomer of SBI branch Sonpur, Saran Bihar.My account no is [protected] and branch code is 04446.My atm card no is[protected]. I went to ATM booth 7406 SBIGandhi Chowk Hajipur, Bihar to withdraw the money on dated 07/01/ 2015 by 7.20 AM.When I inserted my debit card as above mentioned atm machine, the machine disordered before the coming of PIN option. So i left the atm without the withdrawal the money. After some time I got message in my registered mobile from the bank regarding the withdrawal of RS.20000(TWEENTY THOUSAND).I was surprised to see the above message that ATM machine was disordered before the PIN option, i did not press the PIN but above mentioned amount deducted from my account. I came to my branch office SBI SONPUR SARAN (BIHAR) along with application regarding the mentioned of the problem but my concern branch did not take action to solve my problem. I also gave application to the Main Branch SBI Hajipur (Vaishali) where ATM booth GANDHI CHOWK has shown withdrawal Rs 20000/. I am very sad with both branch one my account branch sonpur and other sbi branch Hajipur where ATM booth shown withdrawal Rs 20000/ . I have given written application to the both branch but my problem is standing as it is. I expect that you will take prompt action to solve my problem.                       I have applied for passport and have choose for online payment through my Syndicate Bank Debit Card and even got the text message to my mobile number as the amount of RS.1512.75/- is deducted but I didn't receive any confirmation of appointment for the Passport. Please guide me and help to get my passport.

                        THERE HAS BEEN DEBIT IN MY SBI SAVINGS BANK ACCOUNT NO [protected] FOR OVER RS.40000/- ON 23.1.2015 .THE PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE TO PAY EBAY BILL AND PAYTIME.MY SBI SAVINGS BANK IS MAINTAINED AT SBI GURDASPUR HANUMAN CHAWK BRANCH IN GURDASPUR .THIS FRAUD TXN TOOK PLACE AFTER I got repeated calls from unknown person (Mob. [protected]) posing as speaking from SBI Branch, to know my account details to update records. I refused and did not give any details.
                        2. Thereafter I got multiple SMS’s on my mobile No. [protected] regarding multiple purchases done from e-bay.com and various other sites to my great surprise. All there transactions were done today on 23rd of Jan 2015 from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm.

                            This is to your kind attention that STATE BANK OF INDIA, GUDIYATTAM BRANCH, TAMIL NADU, Bank staffs misbehaving and not responding.
                            My father and Me went to the gudiyattam branch to withdraw 2 lakhs. we are having our account in chennai and we do not know the maximum withdrawal limit is 50, 000 Rs for other branches.[ for multi city cheques ].
                            we have waited in the queue for long and one particular staff telling this is not your counter and go there.we moved here and there and the staffs not responding properly.
                            one of the staffs, he do not responsed properly and used abusive words to my father and me. we went to the branch manager to complain and Said he will take action and he clarified that you can withdraw only 50, 000 maximum in this branch because you have account in chennai branch.
                            bank manager was polite but staffs dont know how to behave.
                            Please take action against staffs or atleast train them how to behave to the public. we are stressed and disaapointed the way they behaved.

                                Hello Sir, I am having a SB Ac# [protected] with SBI Kidwai Nagar Kanpur . I was accessing this account on Internet banking and had got registered mobile number, but recently i have lost my Sim and now i need to update the new number . My New number is [protected] i have already submitted the written request with the Bank but it is not changing and even the bank person is saying that they have saved in the system. I am helpless please help me what should i do ?

                                    I, U. Viswanadham, Customer of SBI at Musheerabad Branch, Hyderabad with S/B account No. [protected]. On 10.1.15 balance is Rs.8.23 lakh.Then, on 10.1.2015 &11.1.2015 (Saturday evening & Sunday) i received 3 messages that my ATM card ([protected]) was used for Rs. 20000 each, even though i haven't used card. When i checked Mini statement, there was no such transactions. Safe side, i changed my pin on 11.1.15. But card operated with old & new PIN. then I changed PIN once more. Surpisingly, card operatable with all the 3 PINs. I suspected something fishy and blocked the card by SMS.On 12.12.2014 (Monday) I approched BM with all happenings in a letter form requesting to: i) Verify the messages/ said transactions ii) let me know how a card can be operatable wit 3 PINs simultaneously. iii) unblock card. Before that transfer the balance into a FDR. BM entrusted work of FDR to one officer, who completed the job. When i asked for acknowledgement, she asked me to approach Manager (operatios), where i waited for long time. In total it took 1 hr 30 min. by the time i came out of bank with acknowledgement. As there was no info from the bank even after 9 days w.r.t. happenings on 10th, 11th, i prepared reminder letter dt. 21.1.15 and approached BM. He directed me to Manager (operatios). He disposed of 3 customers before me and left his seat (may be on some other work). After waiting for 25 min in total i again went to BM, informed the position with a hope that he will receive the letter. But he asked me to wait till Mangr (op) comes to seat. I left the bank in dismay and posted the letter from my work place, Bowenpally. The above shows very casual and callous approach to an issue which has to be attended on priority. since withdrawal messages received and card operatable with 3 PINs and account has sizeable amount of Rs. 8 lakh+, the issue should have been enquired immediately. surprisingly so far no info this regard. I don't know whether they are taking steps to unblock card or issue new card.

                                      Sir, I am Goutam Mondal. I had a SB account in Gobardanga brace A/C no is [protected]. Which pass book is lost on 10-12-13. Then I have GD on Gobardanga PS. which GD no is 260/13 date 10-12-13. GD, s original coppy and all documents for KYC are submited on bank on 10-12-13. But till date is not upto date for KYC and I have not any transaction in this account.I have contact in brance maneger in many times but they have not any entertain in this matter. So I requisting you please solve the matter as soon as possible in your end. Thanking you, Goutam Mondal.

                                        Dear Sir, My SB a/c no is [protected], on 20/01/15 me booked the ticket through my debit card but due to some network problem my ticket was not booked but amount of Rs.492.84 was deducted fomr my account and it show txn #[protected] and POS 00005078 in the sms that i was received after deduction so pleaselook this matter and take the action as soon as possible.
