We have withdraw the payment of ATM booth royal market Bhopal amount is 1100/-, we have not recieved amount of 1100/- at Atm booth by transaction by done.

We would the complaint in sbi customer care complaint no is AT[protected] date 14.01.2015.

it is the mentioned complaint at sbi branch adhikari for action

but abhi tak koi action nahi

so we have request to your's please help for us.

    .Non-receipt of PIN for the Replacement ATM Card No.[protected].

    Sir,

    The above mentioned ATM "Replacement" card has been received by me for nearly a month back. I am in regular contact with my Home Branch i.e; Bhawanipatna Evening Branch, code No.06725 for the relative PIN for the replacement card. I have been told that the PIN has not been received by the Branch.. Even a
    complaint has been lodged by me to the Branch on 23.01.2015 regarding this There has been no follow-up from the Branch in this regard. My existing ATM Card expires on 31.01.2015.Request immediate despatch of the PIN for the above mentioned ATM Card.Thanks and regards.

        I'm Aswini from Chennai, working in TCS. I'm holding savings account in SBI Velachery. On 06th Jan 2015 I tried to withdraw 10000 amount from ATM but i got a slip saying that "Invalid Transaction". When i checked the online account its debited with 10000 amount. I raised a complaint. Status is like, " AT[protected] has been attended to and closed after resolution as : CUSTOMER BRANCH A/C HAS BEEN CREDITED ON 07/01/15, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR BRANCH". When i checked with customer care, they're saying like BRANCH account is credited with amount. But I'm not seeing online . Please find the screen shot of the online statement attached. NOTE: I already raised this complaint in the bank, But no action taken for nearly 25 days Acc No : [protected] Branch : Velachery Chennai IFSC Code : 07993 Please assist me to sort this issue. Thanks

            Dear Sir/Madam, i have account in your valparai SBI branch since two years i had complainted for debit card issue but there is no right response since i had send personally more than 20 times to the branch but still there is no response, there are automatically blocking the card without my knowledge, also calling unnesserly in the untimely hours in the personal mobile number, whether it the bank rule to call in midnight i want the clear explaination regerading and i mentioning the staff name below.                 I opened an SB account at SBI- Parnashree pally branch, south 24 paraganas dist, kolkata. at the time of opening the account the employees there had delayed it to one week because of various silly matters.which had caused me a lot of Inconvinience. Now I shifted to New kharibaria, south24pg, WB and i want to transfer my account from Kharibaria to new WB(KHARIBARIA- branch). I gave my passbook to KHARIBARIA branch for transfer they have sent the passbook & request letter to Parnashree branch, 1 month has passed & there is no reply from Parnashree even after sending a reminder. This has caused me a lot of problems please do the needful yours sincerly Debasis Roy

                    I paid my credit card bill via cheque in SBI bank ashok nagar, Now they claim they have not paid my bill and when asked about my cheque where they are not even providing an answer, This bill has to be cleared by november 2014 and still they take no interest on my complaint but keep on sending me a bill. After n number of pushes they asked me to contact a person called prabha, whose contact number is[protected] an unprofessional unethical person who cant even pick the call, also once in a blue moon he picks the call but disconnects the line. Also all of sudden i recieved an sms saying my issue is fixed but i still get the bill with penality. my complaint number with sbi credit card is[protected]. can the person who is concerned to this look at this asap.                     Some person called and got this sorted. Why there is a min of 120 characters restricted. I cant write stories to create sympathy wave.

                      Sir, my name is PS KEERTHI CHANDAR.I am working as secondary grade teacher in the govt of A.P.my a/c no is [protected].state ANDHRA PRADESH, district Kurnool, sbi branch IFSC code SBIN0002779 PEAPULLY.lam applied for XPRESS credit loan in this branch.loan sanctioned nearly one month ago but manager is not giving money.he is saying LOAN ACCOUNT NUMBER is not creating on LOS and This problem isnt in my circumstances.I complainted to Regional manager but no use.what should i do now.

                        I Lost my card and requested a duplicate Atm card which was delivered to my home. Previously the Atm card Pin number shall be deliverd to my home. But now the system has been changed it seems that The account holder himself has to get his atm password from the bank. I received a message that my atm password has been generated and i can get from the bank on 8th of jan 2015. when I asked on 20th jan they said it still has not been received by them and asked to come back later in a non customer friendly way. well I accepted that and went today on 29th jan and again they are saying the same. I wonder If a Atm Repin process for after the pin has been generated would take a month to arrive at home branch. I was so raged to close my account but since all my online services links to this account I couldn't .                           I am cutomer of SBI branch Sonpur, Saran Bihar.My account no is [protected] and branch code is 04446.My atm card no is[protected]. I went to ATM booth 7406 SBIGandhi Chowk Hajipur, Bihar to withdraw the money on dated 07/01/ 2015 by 7.20 AM.When I inserted my debit card as above mentioned atm machine, the machine disordered before the coming of PIN option. So i left the atm without the withdrawal the money. After some time I got message in my registered mobile from the bank regarding the withdrawal of RS.20000(TWEENTY THOUSAND).I was surprised to see the above message that ATM machine was disordered before the PIN option, i did not press the PIN but above mentioned amount deducted from my account. I came to my branch office SBI SONPUR SARAN (BIHAR) along with application regarding the mentioned of the problem but my concern branch did not take action to solve my problem. I also gave application to the Main Branch SBI Hajipur (Vaishali) where ATM booth GANDHI CHOWK has shown withdrawal Rs 20000/. I am very sad with both branch one my account branch sonpur and other sbi branch Hajipur where ATM booth shown withdrawal Rs 20000/ . I have given written application to the both branch but my problem is standing as it is. I expect that you will take prompt action to solve my problem. SINCE IF ANYBODY IS TAKING THE SBI NAME BY MAKING CALL AND GOT THE INFORMATION AND DONE THE TRANSACTION FOR WHICH YOU CAN REFUND THE SAME AMOUNT FROM THAT COMPANY OF THE PRIMEFASHION WHICH MIGHT HAVE DONE THIS TYPE OF FRAUD WITH MANY OTHER CUSTOMER AND THEN ALSO YOU ARE NOT TAKING ANY ACTION AGAINST THAT COMPANY IS NOT GOOD AT ALL. WE HAVE FILLED ONLINE CONSUMER FORUM COMPLAIN FOR THIS TYPE OF FRAUD HAPPEN BY TAKING SBI'S NAME AND SBI IS NOT TAKING ANY ACTION AGAINST THAT COMPANY. YOU CAN CHECK MY RECORDS AND SEE MY ACCOUNT WITH PAYMENT AND FINANCE I HAVE USED AND PAID YOU IN TIME. YOU HAVE TO CO-OPERATE TO ME AND FILLED COMPLAIN AGAINST COMPANY ALSO.                                       ALSO YOU ARE NOT TAKING ANY ACTION AGAINST THAT COMPANY IS NOT GOOD AT ALL.

                                      WE HAVE FILLED ONLINE CONSUMER FORUM COMPLAIN FOR THIS TYPE OF FRAUD HAPPEN BY TAKING
                                      SBI'S NAME AND SBI IS NOT TAKING ANY ACTION AGAINST THAT COMPANY.

                                      YOU CAN CHECK MY RECORDS AND SEE MY ACCOUNT WITH PAYMENT AND FINANCE I HAVE USED AND
                                      PAID YOU IN TIME.

                                      YOU HAVE TO CO-OPERATE TO ME AND FILLED COMPLAIN AGAINST COMPANY ALSO.

                                      SO KINDLY TAKE ACTION AGAINST THAT COMPANY AND INFORM ME. I WILL NOT KEEP SILENT FOR THIS MATTER
                                      AND I WILL ALSO TAKE LEGAL ACTION FOR THIS TYPE OF TRANSACTION.

                                      EVEN WE DONOT KNOW THAT MR. ANURAG SHARMA & YOUR SBI'S STAFF HAVE MAKE THIS TYPE OF FRAUD WITH
                                      ME & OTHER CLIENTS. FOR WHICH I WOULD LIKE TO SHOW PROOF OF SMS FROM ANURAG SHARM FROM SBI CARD
                                      SNAPSHOT THAT HE WAS CALLING FROM SBI CARD ONLY.

                                      HE HAD EXPLAIN TO CONVERT TOTAL EARNED POINT INTO AMOUNT AFTERTHAT I HAVE GIVEN DETAILS TO HIM
                                      WHEN HE TOLD ME THAT HE IS CALLING FROM SBI CARD AND NOT FROM THE PRIME FASHION.

                                      I WOULD EXPECT YOUR QUICK REPLY ON THIS MATTER URGENTLY.

                                      WITH REF. TO YOUR EMAIL I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR ANSWER SINCE I HAVE BEEN CHASING THIS COMPANY SINCE MY INCEPTION OF COMPLAIN AND AT THAT TIME THE PHONE NOS. WERE WORKING WHICH ARE IN THE NAME OF SBI THEY
                                      ARE CREATING FRAUD WITH CUSTOMERS.

                                      YOUR COMPANY HAS NOT TAKEN PROPER STEPS AT THE TIME OF MY COMPLAIN AND SBI HAS NOT TAKEN ANY LEGAL STEPS AGAINST THAT COMPANY WHO IS MAKING PHONE CALLS TO CUSTOMER IN THE NAME OF SBI CARD.

                                      SO PLEASE TAKE THIS AMOUNT FROM THAT COMPANY ONLY SINCE HE HAD DONE TRANSACTION IN THE NAME OF SBI CARD AND NOT THE PRIME FASHION WHEN WE HAVE TAKEN STRICT FOLLOW UP THEN I CAME TO KNOW FOR THIS FRAUD SO THAT IS WHY I HAVE BEEN IN TOUCH WITH SBI CARD SINCE LONG TIME.

                                      KINDLY TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THAT COMPANY.
