Dear all, I had availed Rs. 85, 000 as education loan from SBI bank, Mandya, Karnataka, during the year 2005. I have been paying interest and paid a total interest of Rs. 40, 000 +, till date. But this repayment is not on regular basis. Whenever I get money I have paid. But recently, bank people called me and forced me to clear all the outstanding. But, I said, I can’t repay the full amount which is 1.25 Lakh. So, paid only 10, 000 last month after they called me. But, recently, bank has approached the court and complained that, I have not met them since I took the loan and not paid any amount. (Even though I have paid RS 40, 000 till date) and the court has issued me summons to report to the court. But, I don’t have any idea what to do now? Since, I am lecturer in position and feeling very shy to attend the court. Please somebody help me and guide me to resolve this issue.

    Hi, On Saturday, SBI SCO exam was held. The timing mentioned in the call letter was 1:45pm. But examination was taken on 3:00pm. Many candidates shown there frustration for the same. I missed my train reservation. Complaining to the SBI employee at center, he asked us not to argue. He said exam is conducted by TCS. If SBI blacklist or charge a complaint against a candidate for a providing wrong information in application then, we public should blacklist SBI bank for conducting any exam or we public should boycott such irresponsible bank. Also same for TCS, if TCS blacklist some candidate for misbehave in company then we public should boycott TCS, no candidate should attend interview to TCS.       I am Chander kochhar, having a sbi credit card no [protected], using this card from last 3 years, but now due to some family &
      health issues card is overlimit, due to this I am facing threatning
      calls from your collection agency IMS Jhandewalan and MR DEEPAK SHARMA
      says himself collection manger from pritampura branch mob
      no-[protected], his executive by the name of Mr Satyajit mob no
      [protected], threat me, use abusive language, ask for bribe..CLEARLY
      SAID BY MR DEEPAK SHARMA." TUJHE OR TERE LADKE KO JAIL BHIJWA DUNGA,
      JULUS NILWAUNGA BUDIYA TERA, DEKH TAMASHA "and much more what i cant
      says as as woman
      I want to register a complaint to you on high priority that I m a lady
      of 58 years having serious health issues & bank representive is
      doing a pathetic behave with me, even i shiverd for half n hour after
      his call.Bank like S.B.I have these type of mafia in there department.
      Morever stopping me to deposit payment in branch as i say to him will
      deposit on thursday, but mr DEEPAK SHARMA havung his own commision
      says dont you dare to deposit money in branch..i cant understand it
      I will pay every single penny to bank, its just I m facing a bad time, but it doesnt mean that someone will threaten me, I am planning to
      esclate this harrasment to consumer court, jan lokadhikhari that how
      these person behave with aged woman. I have all the recordings

      listen to my problem .Pease save my life, revert ASAP

          I am an SBI account holder of A/c No. [protected] and the branch code is 00904
          I have received an amount of Rs.2000 from my friend by SBI card to card Transfer on 01/04/2014 around 12.00- 1.30 pm. I had withdrawn Rs.500 from Corporation bank ATM of ATM id CBTW015301.later I found there is no money in my account. I missed Rs.1511/-. I enquired the branch and there is no proper response from them. They explained the day on this transaction happens was the Starting of Financial year. And this transaction will be reflected by 4-5 business days. But 18 days are over. still my amount is not credited back... kindly observe the attachments and please help me in getting my money back.

              I had write twice to SBI CARD to close my credit card account(Interaction Id:[protected] dated 03/04/2014 and Interaction Id[protected] Dated 10/04/2014).But till date I did not get any confirmation regarding closing of my Credit Card Account.At the time of request I did not had any due.But on 17/04/2014 I had received a SMS regarding generation of Statement dated 15/04/2014 and showing billed amount 561.80(which is annual fees).But although I intimated in advance, they did not taken any steps to close the credit card and charged Annual fees for next year.


              This is not expecting from a reputed company.

                I have availed home loan with SBI 3 years back with Kumbakonam Branch but 1 year back im not pay some amount at same time im not working after i got a job and paying promptly in last 6 months still Cheif Manager Mr.Murugan[protected], 2420505, 2430388, 2422565) threatening me and Ordered to collection guy lock our home. yesterday my brother went to State Bank Of India met with Manager he harshly speaking my brother resigned the job because collection torchered. I'm getting a call on daily basis to collection guy, they scolding me on bad words. Am not able to concentrate my work.Kindly take an action against him.

                  Acct No [protected] Product:T L Educational LoanPER Customer Name:Ramesh Hazari I am repaying the above loan after the specified moratorium period(Loan Start date:15/06/2007) i.e 28/06/2012(after one year of completion of course) on the regular basis.The rate of interest is being charged as 14.75% per annum.Simply to robe more money no communication was made regarding payment of interest incurred during the moratorium period.When I started to repay the loan, bank officials started to telling about the incurred interest.They created great deal of inconveniece.They demanded twenty five thousand five hundred rupees first.When I deposited the amount, they demanded another forty two thousand five hundred.It was shocking and inconvenient.Anyhow I paid this, they asked to pay another six thousand rupees(approx).I was not expecting such unprofessional behaviour from SBI officials. But this was not the worst.When I started to repay, I was told that emi is rupees five thousand hundred(approx, exact value was lower than 5800).With the start of year 2014, I am getting sms that my emi is rupess seven thousand four hundred twenty only.Add to this my saving bank account [protected] has been obstructed.I don't have any transaction right on my account(since feb 2014 or so).Though I don't have any legal binding to repay the loan related to account [protected]. So I want the possible explanation on charging higher rate of interest 14.75% as against 13.5%(existing sbi edu loan rate).Even in one account statement I can see 14.45% and others one having 14.75%.I can tell you that I am really losing my patience on this issue.                     Dear Sir, My Credit Card No.[protected] Name- Mrs. Leena Kumari I wish to state that i am holding SBI CARD with no.[protected]. On 12th Feb 2013 at 03.27 a.m. i got message at my mobile that 3 times transactions have been made as follows 1. Rs.8019.73 at CVS PHARMACY 2.Rs.6521.82 at CVS PHARMACY 3.Rs.6521.82 at CVS PHARMACY Since these transactions have not made by me I have filed complain with the company regarding such and asked them to block the card. I have filed the complain and received acknowledgement. I have talked over phone various times to the company representatives and always they have advised to look into the matter. However the same never happens. My complain no.MQ[protected] dt. 12.02.2013(Company ack received on 12/02/2013). Disputed transaction form sent on 20/02/2013 ( Ack received on 27/02/2013) Reminder sent on 23/08/2013 (Ack. received on 23/08/2013 both from Nodal officer & feedback desk). Last E-mail sent on 25.02.2014. Now the company is telling the following. "We wish to share with you that in the event of non-receipt of the communication within 70 days from the date of transaction we were unable to take up the matter further since this is a time bound activity as per VISA." When I have told that I am having all the proof of making complain within the stipulated time, now the company is silent and not responding my e-mail. My humble request is to look in to the matter and instruct the company for reversal of all the interest and charges debited by the company on account of these transactions. Regards.                       Hi, I got 5 torn notes of 100 from SBI ATM on 9th April 2014, in Mhaswad branch( Satara district, Maharashtra). It was an emergency and when I approached Bank persons to get this replaced, they simply said I have to travel to Vaduj ( Another city almost 40 KM away from ATM) to get them exchanged. Is this the way they are providing service to the customer. No once including branch manager helped and I was helpless at the time of emergency. How can they put damaged notes into ATM, to get rid of them?? Not acceptable!!! Hanumant

                        Employees of SBI Borivali west branch don't have much knowledge of products & services offered by SBI. On one side they are promoting SBI freedom Plus and on other side branch employee don't have any idea how to handle simple queries on the same. It has happened with me multiple times where they had no idea how to deal with my queries and didn't even guide me to a responsible person who could help. I don't think any one would like to work with such irresponsible people.

                          I want to draw your kind attention that I am having an account in the State Bank of India & my account No. [protected], in the SBI Bardar Branch, On dated 13.04.2014 I was trying to withdrawal an amount of Rs.5000/- Rupees five thousand only from the ATM but after completion of all processed response code displayed 72 and the above said money was not depend by ATM but when today I came to know about the above said money it is told by SBI Bardar Branch that above said amount have been withdrawal my me. which is totally wrong and brash.

                          Henc, it is requested you kindly take immediat strong Action on SBI so that I can get my money back.

                              I am one of the customer of SBI Amalapuram for about 7 years.When ever I go to the branch for enabling the Internet Banking Facility, I was provided with a KIT and asked to log in with the credentials after 2 days In the past 2 years I went to the branch for about 6 times and for 3 times I was told that he/she is on leave and the remaining 3 times, they gave me that Valuable KIT and asked to log in after two days Every time I log in, it warns me that provided credentials are invalid. The following are the answers I got when I call to the branch 1. I was sitting in the cash counter, so unable to process your details, will do that by evening(for 3 to 4 times) 2. Our manager has been transferred. All the passwords are with him, so there is a delay in some accounts 3. May be something happened.You better come tomorrow and apply again, we will process ASAP I am not staying beside the branch to go every time they call and if someone go on behalf of me to ask this, they got the only response that, unless the account holder is here we are not supposed to do this.

                                  We wish to you inform that, most of the ATM counter did not working properly. It will be put a complaint also. But, few days are working properly and later as usually not working. THE ERROR MESSAGE SHOWN THE ATM COUNTERS "OUT OFF SERVICE, NO CASH". Ex specially week ends or holidays NO sufficient cash in ATM counters. ATM CHARGES WILL BE COLLECTED REGULARLY. BUT, services provided at very poor. So, we please rectify this issues and maximum provided to all our customers best and good as soon as possible.

                                  Respected Sir/Madam, We wish to you inform that, most of the ATM counter did not working properly. It will be put a complaint also. But, few days are working properly and later as usually not working. THE ERROR MESSAGE SHOWN THE ATM COUNTERS "OUT OFF SERVICE, NO CASH". Ex specially week ends or holidays NO sufficient cash in ATM counters. ATM CHARGES WILL BE COLLECTED REGULARLY. BUT, services provided at very poor. So, we please rectify this issues and maximum provided to all our customers best and good as soon as possible. Thanking You.                                     Address: Bangalore, Karnataka

                                    An amount of Rs 699/- was deducted from my account today but the payment was not made to flipkart.com and so they have not placed my order. I tried submitting the complaint to SBI through the online portal but failed with that. Please help me. my email id is [protected]@yahoo.co.in number [protected]
