I , Mrs. Parul, has current ac no [protected] at SBI CV Raman Nagar (Bangalore) Branch.
After opening this account, Jan 2011, I approached the Branch Manager for installation of a swipe machine for her small business. I was asked to contact the other person (Mr Umair). Umair advised me that some paper formalities have to be completed from the branch side and the request has to be forwarded through concerned branch only.
Other banks charge 2% on commission on transactions, SBI has asked me to agree for 3% commission and even after this also the machine is not installed.
It is brought to your kind notice that, apart from the above account, my husband’s Defense pension account, my sb account, both sons sb accounts and some FDs are existing at the branch since I stepped into bangalore 10 years back being in IAF. Inspite of a due respect as an old customer, till now the machine has not been installed yet after a period of 6 months.
As I pay for every service from the bank I am supposed to get the quality service from the bank being the purspose of the business.
Inspite of the repeated reminders, several efforts, requests, meeting the branch, calling people whomsoever is the responsible, the machine has not been installed. Sometimes the person is on leave, meaning the nation will stop working if a person from bank who is responsible for same takes leave.
Also the bank is not efficient enough to provide me this service.
