    On termination of agreement with Motilal Oswal Securities and SBI the migration of trading account was to be done by SBICAP Securities Ltd free of cost. They first refused to open trading account free of cost but after lot of communication they agreed to do so. Now they have refused to process the trading account opening application saying that I was not 1st holder in savings account. I insisted for any guidelines in this connection by any authority, which they could not do so.

    Now I wish to complain the matter to SEBI, but unable to find where and how to complain. Can anyone guide, please

      not able to lo-gin with the username and password provided by the bank
      i have been provided with a username and password to access the online banking at the branch- sitarganj But i am not able to lo-gin even for the first time. Kindly help me..and do let me know if you need any further details. i am facing other problem that i am not able to transect ion from my account.

          inspite of submitting form 15G on fixed deposit accounts, by a retired college professor, a senior citizen, the State Bank Of India, B T Road Branch, Kolkata. West Bengal has deducted TDS on Maturity Proceedings to her Savings Bank Account, in the same branch. On notifying the bank staff, they admit that its an error, but can only return the money after one month, provided she gives a written complaint to the branch manager.
          this is a harrasment and unlawful blockade of money as well as non fulfillment of promises that the bank does on the maturity value of fixed deposits.
          Please show us ways to take action against the bank.

            In april month 18/04/2011 i have contact the customer care of SBI credit cards. They have confirmed that i am elgible for convert my balance to flexi pay.

            I made a transaction on 30/06/2011.

            Then i contact them to convert this amount to flexi pay.

            Now they are telling i m not elgible for flexi pay.

            For me this 40,000 rupees is such a big amount.

            help me regarding this.

              my name is afsar ali, my a/c no is [protected] deduct 10,000 RS. at thekma atm on 27/05/2011. when i used my atm card in atm machine i enter the pin no that is not accepted atm machin. afterthat i gone to in bank i checked from the bank counter he told me amount is proper your account. after three days i gone to bank for withdrawl my money. he told me withdrawl he amount before three days at thekma atm machine. i shocked i was gone to the manager told him everything he replied you withrdrawl the amount. properly. but i told him i am not withdrawl the amount.i complaint the headoffice two to three times but not satisfied answered please do something early as possible. thank you.

              I SURESH KUMAR K C having an account in SBT, mayur vihar branch Delhi, a/c no is [protected] when i tried to withdraw rs.4000/- from my account on 22nd october 2011 from the AXIS bank ATM 97 new delhi, at that time i entered an amount of 4000, bt the machine replyed that" enter multiples of 100" after that i could not get any money from the balance.After one day i checked my account through internet, there was an amount of 4020 deducted.now iam very regreted.4000 is a big amount for me.so kindly take a necessery action .

              My ATM card No[protected].On Dt06/04/2012 i pushed the card to atm machine no-S10B[protected].The machine bacme hanged.I pulled out and withdrew cash from the nearby machine no-510B[protected] correctly.Message came to my cell no-[protected] for both the transactions, I did not typed my atm code to the hanged machine, but message came for withdrawal of Rs10000.I went to the local SBI Branch and lodged complaint.After a few days my complaint was disposed and there was no return of my money to the A/C.The Bank people say that it was a theft, while i pushed the card to the 1st machine they say, my identity remained in the machine.Therefore someone used my PIN at the hanged machine immediately with help of another person at the 2nd machine while i withdrew cash at the 2nd machine.Iam not satiisfied to the explanation.Bank must assume responsibility fof safety of my money in the A/c.Why such a system is given in ATM machines that can not be controled by the bank and used by computer experts to theft money from poor people like me? I want my money returned by bank and want to surrender my ATM card.I want to live in 19th century not in 21st century, the age of gadgets and computers.

                Dear Sir,

                I m using SBI Credit Card since 2005. Due to some service issues they had billed excess in my account as overdue charges and insurance charges. The card has blocked in 2006 and the executives are came and i show all the proofs related to that charges. They have suggested to send a complaint to head of the cards department and they resolve the same.

                After so many phone calls and correspondings with the local authorities we have received a mail from head of the cards that our account has been cancelled. But the same has still showing in the Cibil reports.

                I have prompt customer to HDFC , ICICI since 2005. I have no overdues or settlements in this regard.

                Recently i have approached to topup in HDFC and the concern people says that i my cibil score has been down and the SBI Card is showing as write off... I m enclosing the mail we got from Head Cards of SBI regarding my account on 07/04/2009....

                Plz rectify the same in this regard.

                  Since last one month,i am writing mail & attaching proof of refund from CEO air deccan but you people are still not able to resolve my case.I think the working style of SBI is still very poor as compare to private bank,people are not taking the things seriously.
                  I had send hard copy of complaint to gurgaon office(infinity tower)on 7th june-07 but your customer care officer is saying that they didn't get although i have proof of delivery dated 8th june-07 recieved by SBI staff & will send you the scan copy very soon.
                  I have given huge amount of interest & not able to pay regular minimum amount/month as my rs.20000 is stuck with SBI.
                  I have also attached the mail of ceo airdeccan you people can disscuss & resolve my case.This is the last mail before going to media & court.
                  brief details:
                  1.Air deccan tickets booked through sbi card on 17dec-06 & 15 Ian-07.
                  2.Both the tickets cancelled & money rolled back to SBI account as per airdeccan refund dept & they have given proof of refund immediately on mail not like your SBI staff.
                  3.My Rs. 20000 is either somebody has taken in personnel account or not updated the account like above example i have given complaint in return on 7th June-07 & recieved by SBI staff on 8th june-07 & denying that they didn't get.


                  Kindly resolve my case within two days otherwise i have to move court & media ,will also claim the losses since last 6 month.

                    I am holding a SBI Credit card No. [protected]. I had cut my card and sent a letter along to cancel my credit card in the month of January,2011 and the same was dropped at SBI,Sector 10, Panchkula. Till date my card account has not been closed due to which my FD is not being realised. I dont want this card as I have Platinum Cards from other banks with better credit limits. I am unalble to get through the SBI customer care centre despite trying for more then 1000 times.
                    Kindly help close my card and get the FD realised.

                      I am Shailendra Kumar Suman working in The Indian Railway.My Salary account no [protected] in SBI Qila Railway Croccing Branch Bareilly UP.Branch Code 9020 Here the employees in the bank Madem Meera Lal are irresponsible/Missbihabier and Negative Attitude and not doing any help to transfer our money to SBI Panvel Branch A/C no [protected]. We all the Railway employees are struggling a lot because of it. To know about our amount two day delay in transfer, they dont lift up the phone in Branch. So please consider this matter .

                        I had SBI credit card no.[protected]. . On perusal of statements from the months of February onwards,I noticed that they debited my account in respect of transaction of 106.79 dollars on 17.2.11 for an amount of Rs.5078.25 for purchase of a book from amazon.com.Subsequently amazon did not supply the book and refunded the full amount .However, SBI Cards credited only Rs. 906.69 on 10.3.11 & Rs.3719.44 on 17.3.11 i.e total of Rs.4626.13.Why amount of Rs.452.12 had been retained ,was not explained by them nor they furnished relevant details even after 12 reminders. Rather they stated that they have correctly retained the amount

                        2. Likewise an amount of 117.93 dollars (Rs.5608.01) was debited on 16.2.2011 but subsequently amazon did not supply the book and refunded the amount .But SBI Crads credited only Rs.5101.78 on 19.3.2011. Why difference of Rs.506.23 had been retained, no details furnished.
                        3. Similarly they credited an amount of Rs.1103.11 on 24.4.2011 as against debit of Rs.1211.51 on 1.3.2011. The difference of Rs.108.40 had been retained by them
                        4. Again only an amount of Rs.5009.23 has been credited on 24.4.2011 as against debit of Rs.5446.02. The amount of Rs. 436.79 had been retained by them
                        5.I requested them to credit the remaining amount immediately and also furnish complete working and basis of the amount credited to my account.. Again and again I requested them to furnish the complete working of difference and the rates of dollar adopted by them on various dates as aforesaid, but they did not care. Now they have charged more than Rs. 500 also in the latest statementby way of penalty and did not furnish me the basis for levy of this amount.Please help me in this regard.

                              I have sbi account ([protected]) in doda 182202 J&K (IFSC CODE-SBIN0003198). I have activated online banking services through bank. Before 11 days I used online bill payment service and payment bsnl bill (626 rs) online (transaction number is-:1826474) . and is debit on my account but not credit in bsnl account.. I have consult through branch and customer care but no any serious about this problem. He is saying I am not responsible for this problem .please sir resolved this problem.

                                Myself Pradip Mohanty I am holding an account (Bank A/c. No - [protected]) in State Bank of India ,Dehurda branch ,Orissa.
                                I was withdrawing money from a ATM (Digha, Purba Medinipur, W.B) on dated 30/06/2011 at 7.16 pm and 15000.00 Rs. was deducted from my account and I could not get any cash but I was received one ATM slip
                                at the time o[censored]sing the ATM machine and clearly mentioned on slip that “unable to process”. Please find attached the soft copy of slip attached with this complaint request.
                                I have launched a complain against this more than several times in SBI Dehurda branch & SBI Digha Branch as well as complain in SBI customer care in Web & SBI regional Head office Orissa over the phone. But nothing happened from the date of Incident (30/06/2011).
                                I personally met with the Manager Mr. Goutam Sharkar (SBI ,Digha Branch) and Manager Mr. Amulya Ku. Maharana of the Dehurda branch, Orissa. But nothing happened from the date of Incident (30/06/2011).
                                Both manager’s says" Forget that money ....we cannot do anything for you".

                                Please note:- Mr. Goutam Sharkar (SBI Digha Branch, W.B) has told me that money transaction has been drawn from the account and your matter is closed But transaction time and ATM machine has mismatch with my proof (ATM Slip) & Bank proof. I have already requested him for camera checking. But they are saying camera has problem.
                                Now if I try to call the manager of this branch he says” We cannot do anything for you & close this issue immediately.
                                So please suggest me what to do???

                                Hope I will get the justice from you and you will take some actions as early as possible.

                                Myself Govardhan Dwarika Gupta. I am holding an account (Bank A/c. No - [protected]) in State Bank of India, Kandivli west, Mumbai, Maharashtra.
                                On 04th june 2012, I tried to withdraw 500 rupees four times. But on the second time, I did not get the money. Transaction no.: 1259, ATM ID: S1OA[protected]. However there was debit of 500 rupees from my account, I got SMS alert also. Response at the end of this transaction was "TRANSACTION TIME OUT". There was problem with ATM (IT WAS SLOW)
                                For first & third transactions done in morning and fourth transaction done in evening I got money. I got SMSs for these particular transactions. There was no credit for the second failed transaction till the evening of 04th june. I called customer care. They assured me that I would get the money back within 2-3 days.
                                On 07th june, I saw my net baking account, on which it is being shown that there were five transactions (WITHDRAWALS) in spite of only four (three successful and one failed). For the fifth withdrawal I neither got SMS nor there is a transaction number for the same on online banking account. There is a credit of 500 rupees back shown in my online banking account, with no transaction number. On 07th, June, I lodged a complaint to customer care, with ticket number AT[protected]. But I did not get my 500 rupees till now. On 10th, when I called customer care, they are not listening to me.
                                Now I do not have any hope from customer care people as usual.
                                Please look into matter and kindly solve the same problem.

                                i am dhivya prabha and my account number is[protected]. 3 months before i got my new ATM card. i didnt make any transaction after getting that. two days before i tried to withdraw some amount from y account but i couldnt get that. but i can check the balance with the receipt from ATM machine. when i tried to withdraw amount, i got message for inconvenience and i am asked to report to the bank regarding this problem. as i am out of my city, i could not go to the branch in which i opened the account. i expect the solution for my problem as soon as possible. my mobile number is [protected]. my email id is dhatcha.[protected]@gmail.com. i tried to get customer care helpline which i got from ATM slip. but i did not get any response from those numbers. i was put on waiting for more than 10 minutes. i strongly demand the reason for this also.

                                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                                  My parent has joint savings bank account in your branch. My account has transferred from Rajbanshinagar Branch to Patelnager Branch two years back. This account had associated with my locker account. Which had already closed and surrendered in the last year dated [2-DEC/ 2010 THURSDAY AT 12 NOON - 2 PM] with all due payment. Hence no amount should be charged by your Rajbanshinagar Branch.

                                  Whereas SBI, Patelnager Branch has deducted the rental charge on 29/6/2011 for this current year too. How they can, if charges has already paid and surrendered by us last year only.

                                  This is very much clear that this is a problem in your update of savings bank account.
                                  So kindly disassociate my ex-locker account and my REFUND the charges in my savings bank account.

                                      I have an saving account in SBI Rasra Branch- 00168 and i making online request for cheque book from 2 years but they dont issue cheque book. when i went to branch they said they dont know about any online request and when i submit the written application they take whole day for formalities and after that still nothing happen they dont issue cheque book. They not reply in manner. They go vulgar also. When ever i meet manager he also dont take any action and say HE DONT KNOW ANYTHING.

                                        I am Lalit Gera (R/O 274/4, Raja Park, Jaipur). I want to complain against SBI Bank Employee Named Laxman Prasad Keyal, Branch Nirman Nagar, Jaipur. I visited this branch for opening new bank a/c but this employee denied me from opening bank a/c in this branch and misbehaved with me. He told me we are not here to open new bank a/c's, just go to other bank. No customer will tolerate this kind of behaviour in today's scenario. Please take proper action against these kind of employees.Address of L.P.Keyal is C-200, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur. He is having lot of blacj money in his kittey. His mobile no. is [protected].

                                        I am doubtful that he is only a cash officer in SBI bank and having such a huge wealth.
                                        Proper investigation needs to be done.
                                        He is having big house in Vaishali nagar, one big shop in Vaishali nagar , two big plots in hanuman nagar and lots of agriculture land in Jhunjhnu Distt.
                                        Please terminate him from job as he is currept employee in this bank.
