On dated 02.02.2011 at 11.28 A.M. at satna sbi atm (ID S10F[protected]I withdrawal amount Rs.5000 but i have not received Rs.5000 and this amount has deducted from my account , I have checked my balance and found that Rs.5000 has been deducted from my account no.[protected].Then i have talked at sbi bank manager satna and narsingarh immediately. And on dated 04.02.2011 I have posted(REGD.) photocopy of all ATM receipt of dated 02.02.2011 and application to Bank Manager, SBI Narsingarh, Damoh (M.P.). And discussed many times with Mr.Sushil Bajpayee but not getting positive response yet.After 42 days necessary action has been not taken by sbi narsingarh,damoh (M.P.).
Discussed with Mr. Ashok Chhabda sbi narsingarh on dated 16.03.2011
I am requesting that kindly take necessary action and such deducted amount Rs. 5000 should be deposit in my account No.[protected].

    I got a wrong entry in SBI Credit Card statement in the month of October 2010. The entry is for Rs. 556.05 in favour of INDIAIDEAS-PUNJAB MUMBAI. I never made any payment as no such amount was due to my mobile account. But the SBI people say that it was a secure payment made by the credit card holder. I argued with them that I never make payment in paisa part but only is round figures. But they never paid heed to my requests. They have also refused me to give any detaisl like to which and to whom the credit has been made. The mobile company has also said that no payment has been received at their end and they have not given any credit to my mobile account.

      My complaint pending from last 1 month and 6 day total 36 days have been wasted still state bank of india not giving my money refund. Giving detail again

      I am yogesh choudhari my sbi account no. Is [protected]. My contact is [protected] i am using mobile banking from last year. On 15 feb i tried recharge my airtel mobile by 150 rs. Sbi has debited 150 to my account but not paid to airtel. And because of this airtel has not recharged my mobile. Now state bank representative not taking my complaint. And airtel not agree to recharge. I have used sbi mobile banking and therefore sbi is responsible. Troubling me very much. Please do needful for me

        Dear Sir
        Please find below particulars of two cases where the money of account holders is looted by some of your employees engaged in handling cash at the below mentioned ATM.
        This is a racket where many of your employees are involved. They take away the un disbursed cash and fabricate the record showing transaction was successful.
        I CHALLENGE SBI TO PROVE THAT I RECEIVED THE MONEY.
        I fail to understand that when I did not receive the money then how your records can show that the money was disbursed.
        This has happened with two persons.

              I'm Manoj Kumar Srivastava having saving bank account wide account number- [protected] with Greater Kailash-I, New Delhi-110048 branch located in Community Centre Jamrudpur. I had issued a cheque to HDFC Bank Credit Card for Rs.8,376/- wide cheque number 780285. Cheque in que for clearing on 18.03.2011 were cleared and after some hour it is bounced narrated by CAS CORR PR CHQ. What is this mean? Could I find out any way that what is this banking means & how act I don't have to do in future for not facing such type of problems. HDFC Bank Card chrging some extra money for is a also matter.

                Sir, I have submitted my application for transfer of PDA from State Bank of india, Ramnagar Dist- Nainital to Punjab National Bank Digolikhal Dist- Pauri Garhwal on 02 Aug 2010. According to PCDA(Pension) Allahabad directives, the time period for transfer of PDA is three months. However, in my case SBI Ramnagar has taken more than 7 months. In this concern when I have requested the Manager SBI Ramnagar he has simply answer that he cannot do anything. The attitude of SBI towards their customer is very rude.

                  I have submitted ECS form in Mumbai branch 8075 but till date its not activated.Now I am being told by your Gurgaon call centre, why did you submit local branch you should send directly to us, I approached to local branch they are saying that they have send it to Mahim branch and it will be done form there. I spoke with Mahim brach but they are saying they have lost the document and you have to resubmit again that to a fter 45 days only after constant follow from my end.

                  How can one submit all documents to Gurgaon if the local branch has not told any such thing, and if local branch has approached for card why should one submit to Gurgaon.
                  Now its still not clear which is the correct branch who will be doing all this? What if I submit it again gets lost ? There is no document given by the bank. Above all there are threatning call from customer care regarding blacklisting, interest rates on the due amount and penalty.

                      Sir , I am having a credit card no.[protected].To clear the Feb'11 payment,I dropped a cheque no.290633 for Rs.16,000/-dated[protected] and this was encashed by the card section on 3-3-2011 ,but was not credited to my card account,instead I am getting calls for payment.As per the advise of one call person I have even sent a copy of letter on which the SBI,ASP br,Durgapur manager has certified in writing about this payment with Br.Manager stamp.The card section instead of taking up this case with thier own SBI bank is pestering me to send another certificate on Bank's letter head.I am a Dy.General Manager and I have to do all these jobs repeatedly means a lot of my time and tension.Hence I request you to please take up this matter with your bank's manager and give the credit immediately and request you for no further harassment.Thanks and regards-- Bitra Venkateswarlu.

                        I wish to lodged a complaint against SBI & their DSA's who have been continuously calling me on my mobile and trying to sell SBI credit card offers. Inspite of been assured by a senior representative from SBI that these calls would stop and you would put me on your "Do Not disturb List", there is no such action is been taken from the concerned authorities.

                        This particular DSA of their, called, Bank Card solutions bearing landline no:[protected], 43344177,43683992 is been calling me since 15th Feb 2011 till date, even after repeatedly requesting them not to call henceforth. The names of the people who are calling from there are, Pratik, Abhimanyu, Suhas. Besides another person by the name Rahul Kadam, alsothreatened and spoke rudely over the phone, upon questioning about the call.

                        My fear is that SBI is making my private financial details public, as these agencies who call, claim to have my complete data. I have alreadt written two distress mails to SBI on this issue, but there is been no response or action from their end.Therefore i'm forced to approach your autority to complain against the parties involved for causing me mental harassment, threatening, as well as illegally acquiring my financial and private data without my consent.

                        Kindly take necessary action.

                          Dear Sir,
                          I have got a education loan in the year 2008 from SBI MAin branch Rewa ,loan no[protected],.My father also have a personal loan with the same bank & he has repaid it totally in the month of jan 2011.Also he has been terminated of his service since one and half year but still we have repaid it.
                          From few months some of recovery agents are coming in numbers of 5-7 to my house and introducing themselves as branch staff(One of the name is Mr.Arya of the same branch).They are not only misbehaving in my house but also using rude languages.Since my father is also a mental patient so he has been getting irritated & harrased from all this.
                          I have also said to them that I will repay all the loan in installments but they are not convinced and starts torturing to my parents every now & then.
                          So please look into the matter as I am also a banker working in ICICI Bank & knows the rules & regulations very well.Don't put me in a situation that i Will go to RBI for this type of issue

                            Dear Sir,

                            I have submitted for redepmtion invested in SBI multicap fund - dividend option. She has also submitted all the supporting documents related to change in the bank details along with the redemption form. Only one direct credit has been done in new account no.

                            Second has been credited directely in HDFC account no [protected] (Hdfc bank ltd) and for third one a chq was issued by SBI mutual fund chq no 121897 amt 36833 in the name of Sarita jain special crossed to Sarita jain Hdfc bank account no [protected].

                            I wants to know why direct credit and a chq is issued instead of credit in the new account when all the documents has been submitted in CAMS Gwalior.

                            There is also no response from CAMS gwalior regarding this matter after a long time and daily basis confirmation

                            Request you to please look in this matter and solve the problem on urgent.

                                I visited state bank of India to take stamp on my online bank statement but when i reached there the concerned person was not available on his seat for about 20 minutes. When he returned i filled the challan of Rs. 100 & he gave stamp only on 1st & last page of the statement. I asked him to stamp on middle two pages & he ignored saying i will have to pay Rs.400 for the two pages.
                                I went to branch manager Mr. Kajbaje & he sent back me to the same person. But the person again ask for Rs.400 I again approached branch manager. He said pay Rs.400 & get the stamp.
                                I went back to the person but he was not available on his seat. I enquired & came to know that he is gone for lunch during office hours. I was held up there for another 45 minutes.
                                I want to know whether SBI charges so high for attestation purpose?

                                No answer yet. The Worst Bank ever.
                                I also had bad experience with SBI. They wanted to charge Rs177 (150+GST) for attesting my LIC life certificate even though I have pension account in that branch. It is atrocious and I refused to find other alternatives.

                                Error in for 26as has not been corrected in spite of reporting in writing one month back. Such is the efficiency.

                                    I'm a State Bank Of India account holder since 2008.In my Account No : [protected] and i' ve Rs.1393/- is a account balance at 15-March-2011. In th emonth of Feburary 2011 i put Rs.1000/- in my account at the same time i applied for one ATM Card because i missed my old ATM Card. And i got the new ATM Card(Card No:[protected]) approximately in March 1st week. After that 10-March-2011 i went to my bank & i put one cheque of HDFC bank in my account worth of Rs.4130/- And also i got the password & activation of my ATM Card From the Bankers. But 14-March-2011 night i went to the ATM center for took some amount for some requirement. But amount didn't came & i checked my balance the account balance is sufficent (Rs.1393/-) to take the money from the ATM Center.My ATM Card is still not working.So please make needful arrangement to solve this problem.

                                      Dear sir,
                                      With reference to above please note the following facts:-

                                      1. I was SBI card holder up to Aug.2005.
                                      2. I used card only once i.e. Balance transferred for Rs.5000/-to HDFC Card(photo copy of bill attached for the same).
                                      3. Due date of payment was 08th Aug.2005.
                                      4. I had dropped the cheque (no.499102 of ING Vysa Bank Indore dated 06thAug.2005) on 06th Aug.2005 in SBI cheque collection box i.e. 2 days before due date.
                                      5. Credit of above payment is given by bank on 16th Aug.2005.
                                      6. I had never used credit card for any purchased or loans other than above transaction.
                                      7. The bank has debited late payment charges for Rs.377.25 on bill dated 19thAug.2005.
                                      8. Customers are not responsible for late presentation of cheque in the bank for clearing .
                                      9. Amount for late payment charges debited by Bank, due to mistake of SBI card, customer is not responsible for pay such amount.
                                      10. Total bill amount on today is become near about Rs.13000.00.
                                      11. The Bank pressurized forcefully for make payment of such bills & used to hard & unlike language by the bank.
                                      12. since I like to live peaceful life & not like to make any dispute, so have ignore all foolishness & irresponsible act of the Bank since a long time. So I have ignored their calls through disconnect or telling wrong no. on my mobile no. [protected] since one year.
                                      13. Their calls are continued 3 to 5 times daily.
                                      14. after showing foolishness act of the Bank,it has been noticed that aim of the bank is only to collect money from customers whether logical or not, and follow them as mentally pressurized for collection.
                                      15. services of the bank are not proper with customers for there health.
                                      16. It is better for customers to make distance from such type bank.

                                      It is requested to please take necessary action in interest of customers & guide to Bank about their duty/responsibility to provide proper services to the customers, so that they could not play with future of innocent customers.

                                        I was sanctioned the sum of Rs.350,000=00(Rupees three Lacs Fifty Thousand) only as Housing Loan in November,2003 for purchase of One self-contained Flat by the State Bank of India, Dalhousie Square Branch, Kolkata-700 001 under Housing Loan A/C No.[protected] and ,in fact, I drew the said amount from the Bank Vide Banker's Cheque No.123907 dated 13.11.2003 and got the said Flat purchased and Registered.in my name. At the time of sanctioning the said Housing Loan, I deposited four Policy documents of the Life Insurance Corporation of India, Bhowanipur Branch,Kolkata-700 025 as collateral Security as asked for by the said Bank.The said Loan amount along with admissible interest through Equated Monthly Interest was fully repaid, in addition to the sum of Rs.18951=00(Rupees Eighteen Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty One) only was also paid by me as asked for by the said Bank to liquidate the said loan.But the said Bank has still not returned the two LIC Policies deposited with them as also the sum of Rs.34050=00 being the Maturity Value of One LIC Policy matured during the currency of the loan period for which the LIC Authority had remitted the said amount to the Bank being the LIC Policy assigned to them. Since the Loan amount has been fully repaid by me by paying E.M.I. and additional sum of Rs.18951=00, the Bank has no right to keep my two LIC Policies and one Maturity Value of LIC Policy of Rs.34050=00 with them.Hence they have to return and refund the same to me immediately.
