1. I have a SBI ATM Card bearing machine No[protected]. On 03 Feb 2011 I was withdrawal Rs 15000/- by this ATM Card at Andul (Howrah) but I got Rs 9500/- . Rs 5500/- has been deducted. The matter was informed to all the branch i, e my nearest SBI Branch (Code No 8556) and also informed to Main Branch of SBI Howrah. Also complained to Bangalore through this phone NO [protected] . Over one months lapsed no responce has been received all above the addressee till date.

2. Due to unemployed person I am serving some financial hardship problem for this facts. Therefore, you are requested to please crediit the above amount at the earliest.

MONEY DEDUCTED BUT NOT CREDIT FROM SBI ATM MACHINE
Respected Sir,

1. I have a SBI ATM Card bearing machine No[protected]. On 31 May 2012 I was withdrawal Rs 5000/- by this ATM Card at Panchkula, Haryana(Sector-25) but I did not got any money. But Rs 5000/- has been deducted. The matter was informed wriitten to my branch at sector-30, chandigarh where I have my saving a/c no .[protected]. Over two weeks lapsed no responce has been received from my branch till date.

2. Due to salaried person I am serving some financial hardship problem for this facts. Therefore, you are requested to please crediit the above amount at the earliest.

    I lodged a complaint (Case ID=[protected] by e-mail with SBI card authority that two fraudulent transactions were made on my SBI credit card on 7 November 2010. I had to take recourse to e-mail since SBI Helpline stands close on Sunday.On enquiry from it's Helpline on 7 March 2011, I understand that the SBI Credit card authority rejected my complaint without assigning any reasons.

    The SBI Card authorrity decision left me poorer by Rs 31, 810/68 since they debited the amount on the strength of direct debit mandate. I started correspondence with the SBI Card authority, and everytime they assured me that my complaint is being considered favourably. Even one Ms Stella assured me favourably over mobile on 4 March 2011, but on 7 March I got a negative reply.

    Fact of the case is that on 7 November, some fraudsters carried out two fraudeulent transactions of Rs.4742/37 (Candyland Bedfordshire ZA 700.80 ZAR) and Rs.27,068/31 (Electro Medics Mayfair West 4,000 ZAR). On getting two SMS on my mobile, I tried to contact SBI Helpline but failed because I learnt -Helpline remain non-operative on Sundays. I sent series of e-mails to 'feedback.[protected]@ge.com entreating them to stop payment to fraudsters.

    Since then I tried to convince the SBI Credit card that how I (an old man of 78-plus) became a helpless victim of fraudsters, but I failed to move the SBI Credit Card authority. Now I seek your help and guidanace to wriggle out from the unfortunate predicament. Please help me.

      RECEIVED LETTER FROM SBI CARD DT 7/2/11. OUTSTANDING AMOUNT RS 12581.48.GIVING OPPORTUNITY TO SETTLE THE OUTSTANDING DUES FOR RS 2926.24 BEFORE 24-MAR-2011.
      I have used credit card for purchasing household goods and i have paid all bills regularly.they have add insurance premium without any reason which also i have paid.till date they have not sent any policy to me.on their toll free number i have requested to cancel the card and they reply to destroy it.after long time recovery agent has phone me and thretening me and abusing like any thing over phone.details of payment made by me was: 21/4/2007 RS 3806 chq no 348852
      6/6/2007 RS 1925 chq no 348855 ,5/3/2007 RS 6171 chq no 219454.
      once they told me that you have to pay the card cancellation charges,but when they have given the card they told that no other charges for life time.

          Sir,
          I was applied for SBI creidt card in jan 2007 . I got the letter first that i am not able to get card.
          After one month teleexecutive from SBI called me that u'r card has been sent.
          I have not got that card till today ( 17th dec 2007).
          but I am getting it's bill statement from feb2007
          after every statement reciept I have mailed them to feedback.[protected]@ge.com
          but i still getting that statement which is now of 9000 Rs.
          I am surprising that how this is going on even though i have not got any cedit card
          no. of card on statement is [protected].
          just 2 days before they sent one high court advocate Mr. bidkar at me.
          I am suffering from this tension of card which i have not recieved.

          I had already paid the due payment for Rs. 436/- by cheque no. 952157 and received a SMS conformation from you. I had talk with Mr. Umagn your representative dated on 01st March and he had confirmed me that there is no due payment from me by any means vide your reference no.[protected] dated 01st March 2008.

          Send me a confirmation from your end that there is no due payment from me. Meanwhile I had already instructed your representative last month i.e. February 2008 that I don’t want to continue with your credit card where he confirmed me that he had cancelled all the transaction between me and SBI Credit Card you may please note.

          Please send a line of confirmation for dis-continuation between me and SBI Credit Card and non due payment from me.

          Hi all,
          I am not a sbi Bank credit card holder. Still i am recieving SMS alert, like this much amount(18000+) is due in my card, make the payment, etc. I have verified with the customer care, whether in my name any card has bee issued or not, and they have confirmed there is no card in my name. Because, i remember, log back i have applied for the card and it got rejected.

          I had a credit card of State Bank of India bearing number [protected] . There was an outstanding amount of Rs.3000 approximate in the year 2006. That time bank sent SETTLEMENT LETTER to me to pay settlement amount Rs. 1532 immediate. As per the settlement letter I was paid the settlement amount of Rs. 1532 .

          The bank transaction is below :

          31/10/2006 SBI check on 170013 INR 1, 532.00

          After 2 years 29/10/2008 bank sent another SETTLEMENT LETTER vide letter no. LB/150/29-SEP/24388 dated. 29/10/2008 to pay the settlement amount of Rs. 1518 before 29/10/2008.

          I contacted by telephone to Mr. Mathur Sharad at[protected] & asked him I already paid that first SETTLEMENT AMOUNT OF RS. 1532 ON 31/10/2006 to the bank. He was told me bring your oldest SETTLEMENT LETER for the further process. I was asked him I don't have the oldest SETTLEMENT LETTER. Mr. Mathur Said I am helpless i[censored] don't have the oldest Settlement letter.

          It is out o[censored]nderstanding for me that how can bank create double settlement against the same credit card while whole money was paid in 2006?

          hi friends, ..i do agree that the behaviour of staff at branch were very bad...yes there is a reason...sbi has a staff structure with many old staffs who are not properly educated and not well trained, i[censored] check the way they operate the computer ...oh god public will laugh at them and most of them are almost past 60years but they are registered with duplicate age records while joining the bank...

          even the higher officials dont check it since they dont bother about it...this thing will not change even in future...

          I had applied for credit card and i wanted to Know the status for the same.

          I wish to bring to the notice of SBI Cards that yesterday I have transferred/paid total outstanding amount towards purchases done. Till this time transaction is confirmed on the site of SBI about my online payment. My card No.[protected]. This is not the first time I have paid to SBI cards like this. The payment received should be immediately confirmed and cardholder should not be kept hanging.

          Hi,
          Three weeks back I got a call from SBI Credit Card executive asking for the interest in taking SBI Credit Card.First I was not agreed because I am already having one HDFC credit card.But after lot of calls from the executive I agreed to take the card. And Igiven the documents for proof like Passport Copy, Pan Card copy, Phone bill, HDFC Credit card Statement and copy of the HDFC credit Card. I got a message from SBI card to my mobile saying that your application for the card is under process and given given me the application number. And this week I got a message saying that they are unable to accept my request as it doesn't meet their internal policy. After this I called the SBI credit card customer care and asked the reason why my application rejected. They are not ready to tell the reason.

          This is a common incident now when I checked with my friends, they also had the same problem with SBI. We are giving all relevant documents to them and after this they will tell they will not be able to accept our request. After getting lot of request from the exeutive, then only most o[censored]s are giving application for credit card.
          So any one receiving call from SBI card be careful before accepting the offer, because we are giving xerox copies of our valuable documents.

          But I got SIlver Credit Card with Credit limit of Rs:10,000/-. I Nedd to Cancel my credit card.

          As mentioned above, I had applied for a SBI Credit Card but never used the card While taking the card the person said that there will be no charges will be debited if I had not used or if there is no dues.

          After a year later I had got a phone call from Pune Office that I have to pay some amount for settlement .

          I had filled application form for SBI gold & more card. Mr Sheban, representative of SBI main office came to our office & helped me to fill the form & had collected my PAN card, Latest salary slip, add proof etc. After 6 weeks when there was no response from SBI Card side & Mr Seban.When i contacted Mr Seban his response was negative, than after repetative querries he told that my application was rejected. When i asked the reason i was told to speak to Mr Suby. When contacted to this gentleman i was told that i have to do a FD with SBI for getting credit card.
          My complaint is that
          : I have given my full financial details & my SBI a/c to SBI. I have no financial default history. Still why they want a FD.
          : If SBI requires a FD for credit card they must make this clear to me in starting. I must not have wasted my time on SBI credit card.

          I had applied the SBI Credit Card and it has issue before 3 month but we don't receive at hand till now.
          Monthly statement are coming on same address since last 3 month.

            I have received cheque no. 044656 Rs.1,75,624/- from LIC of India and this cheque was submitted by me in our SBI account no.[protected] on 12.01.2011 at SBI branch badshahpur, jaunpur district, in uttar pradesh. I am very sorrow to inform you that about 2 month goes but my above cheque is not cleared and the same amount is not deposited in my account therefore I loss my bank interest on more amount. I am many times consult to bank in oral and one time in written but bank is not given proper reply/ progress to me about clerance of my cheque and I am very sad to behaviour of this concernd branch officer related to cheque clearance work.

                    i ganesh vitthal bangale & my wife mrs. alka ganesh bangale has joint saving account with bank of maharashtra, buldhana branch. our a/c no. is [protected] & atm card no. is [protected]. on dt.4.3.11 i used this atm card for withdrawl of rs.10,000/- from sbi atm ( atm id S10F[protected] situated near regional office at buldhana. while processing i do not received the cash & received transaction slip showing withrawl of rs.00.00 (zero). but today on dt.5.3.10 it come to my notice that rs.10,000/- was debitted from my above said account on account of above said transaction. kindly credit the said amount of rs.10,000/- debitted from my account due to malfunctioning of sbi atm.

                      SBI ATM COMPLAINTS

                      Dear Sirs,

                      Sub: Error in your accounts
                      Ref: My S.B.A/c No.[protected] with your Srivaikundam (Tamilnadu)Branch
                      My ATM Card No.[protected]

                      On 01.06.09 by 10.52 A.M, I tried to withdraw money from SBT, Chidambaranagar ATM (ATM id:[protected] but the machine was not working and I got the message slip as " Sorry unable to process). Then I tried with IOB, Tuticorin Melur ATM. There my card came out without processing. On 02.06.09, I tried again with IOB, Tuticorin Melur but the result was same that is the card came out without responding my request. Then I withdraw Rs.10, 000/- from Indian Bank, Tuticorin Melur ATM. But I could not ger the transacion slip. To day, on 04.06.09 I took a Mini Statemet from SBT, Chidambaranagar ATM (Transaction No.8103 ). There is an entry as ATM withdrawal Rs.4, 000/- on 01.06.09. I had not drawn that amount Rs.4, 000/-. Please verify and reverse the debit entry under intimation to me.

                                I have issued a post dated cheque bearing Ihave I have issued a cheque dated 28.8.2010 and sent the cheque by post on Aug.9 2010 (e-mail copy enclosed) for the refund of registration fee given by complainant’s friend. After getting the cheque Complainant insisted me to send some cash, so myself deposited Rs.4,000/- on 14th Aug.2010 in his Bank account (e-mail copy enclosed and this can be verified from his Bank Statement) and self requested him to return the cheque. After getting back this much amount, Complainant told me that the said cheque has been handedover to his friend. On 13th Oct. I have paid the balance amount of Rs.500/- thru online bank transfer. On 12th Oct. I stopped the payment and withdrew all the money from my bank a/c (evidence enclosed) . On 15th October Kallimony presented the cheque to Shibasav Nagar Branch of SBI and obtained a Memo from the Manger of that Bank showing “ Insufficient Funds”. There is no any entry in my passbook regarding the bouncing of the cheque . Cheque was issued on 28.8.2010 and the cheque was presented on 15h10.2010 nearly after two months.

                                After my voluntary retirement from a Govt.of India company, I had been providing online/offline data entry jobs since 2007 thru an American company and got lot of contacts all over the country and abroad. Complainant's friend is also one of my online friend (detail enclosed) and I met him only twice in my life in connection with the data entry work and our relationship was very good.

                                When I got a good Data Entry job from a Kolkata based company, self informed Mr Javed about this new data entry job. He has shown interest and given me registration fee Rs.6,000/- for his registration. After some time Mr Javed told me that one of his close friend, namely Mr Ramesh Kallimony, who is a poor man and willing to do this job. I told Mr Javed to send his full details alongwith supporting documents, and money to register his name as Data Entry typist. At that time Mr Javed told me that he (Mr Javed) already told Mr Kallimony the amount of registration fee as Rs.7,000/- instead of Rs.6,000/-(actual registration fee). Excess of Rs.1,000/- is to be parted between us and deposited his share( in the Bank a/c of Mr Nelesh, N Badvannavar,Advocate SBI A/C NO.[protected] as commission (copy of e-mail received from Mr Javed enclosed) Self agreed to that request and Mr Javed obtained Rs.7,000/- from Mr Kallimony and transferred it to my account. (Evidence enclosed) and requested me not to disclose the fact to Mr Kallimony as he is his best friend

                                Mr Javed started to do the work and sent his work CD to the company for validation. On validation it has been found that the work was not upto the mark and they rejected the work resulting loss of payment. . For this, Mr Javed frustrated and asked the company to return the money paid for the registration. As per the clause, the company will not refund the regn fee once registered..
                                At this moment self realized that the work is not suitable for Mr Kallimony, being a poor man (as told by mr Javed), has lot of expectations from this work, but seeing the difficulty of the work and uncertainty of the payment, self decided to refund his money back. On hearing this news from Mr Kallimony, Mr Javed requested me to refund his money too and self replied its not possible now, as his name has already been registered and done the work also. .


                                After sending the money, myself requested Mr Kallimony on phone as well thru e-mail to send back the cheque to me( copy enclosed) but Mr Kallimony told me that the said cheque has already been handed over to Mr Javed, . I have been waiting for the cheque for a long time but in its place I got a Vakil Notice
                                Given below is the para-wise reply to the letter of allegation received from Mr Kallimony drafted by Advocate.


                                1. First of all, its informed that I have no any acquaintance with the complainant Mr. Hareesh and never sought any financial help from him, as he is a poor man as per the information given by Mr, Javed, then how can I request for a handloan from a poor man, and more over, there was/is no need for any handloan for me, as am a retd Govt.of India employee having a very good track record of more than 35 years of service without any taint and never involved with any fraud activities. I have not taken any amount from the Complainant and never returned Rs.8,000/- by me as alleged by the Advocate Mr Neelesh.. The cheque in question has been given to him as refund of the money given to me by his friend Mr Javed (for details copy enclosed for kind perusal) for registration of Off-line Data Entry work. Moreover, the issue date of the cheque is 28.8.2010 and the bounce date of the cheque is 15.10.2010 (No bouncing record in my bank a/c) and the banker didn’t deduct any bouncing charges from my a/c too Normally they used to deduct Rs.100 towards bouncing fee.

                                2. When Mr Javed was frustrated, he asked me to give him back his registration fee also, but I told him that his money has already been given to the Kolkata company for the registration and subsequently he got Data entry work from the company. So self told him that its not possible for me to refund his registration fee as his money has already been paid to the company. On hearing this, Mr Javed told me that “ I will show you how I will get back my money”. Immediately I realized that Mr Javed will present the cheque to the bank on behalf of Mr Kallimony and withdraw the money. Immediately I went to SBI and given a written request for stoppage of payment of this cheque. Also self withdrawn all the money kept in my account .It may please be noted that the cheque was issued on 28.08.2010 and presented after two months,i.e. on 15.10.2010. On 13.10.2010 Final payment was made thru online bank transfer.(bank statement copy enclosed) Its presumed that when Mr Kallimony got the entire amount, immediately they hatched a plan and went to the Sivbasav Nagar,Branch and presented the cheque. I was aware that Mr Javed will persuade Mr Kallimony to present the cheque to the bank that’s why I have withdrawn 20,000 rupees from my bank on 12.10.2010 and blocked the payment of the said cheque on 12.10.2010 as the cheque which has bounced has already been substituted by remitting cash to his a/c. and has become reduntant in view of the refund of payment thereof . Frustrated Javed obtained a Memo from the Branch Manager to file a case against me under Indian Negotiable Instrument Act (section 138) . Advocate Me Nallesh is also a beneficiary of this transaction as Mr Javed instructed me to deposit Rs.500/- to the Bank a/c of Advocate who drafted the NI 138 notice as commission obtained from Mr., Kallimony.(copy of e-mail obtained from Mr Javed enclosed) Mr. Javed , a close friend of Mr. Kallimony, cheated by charging additional Rs.1,000/- extra for registration of his name as Data Entry typist when the actual registration fee was RS.6,000/- (copy enclosed)

                                Section 138 - 'Stop payment' - An offence is made out - However, an accused can prove that 'stop payment' was not due to insufficiency or paucity of funds but payment was stopped because of other valid causes including that there was no existing debt or liability at the time of presentation of cheque then offence u/s 138 is not made out.                                 1. Mr Javed himself was not sincere or faithful to his close friend Mr Kallimony, instead Mr Javed betrayed him for a meager amount

                                Under the above circumstances, its prayed that the defendant never involved in any mal-practices during my entire life. I am a God fearing man and a well wisher for all the mankind, never cheated any body, and never taken any hand loan from any body so far.

                                My earnest prayer is that those involved in this case may be given stringent punishment as per the law to evade such practices in future.

                                  I was approached by SBI credit card person in SBI,SP road branch itself. He has filled up the credit card form againt the FD and later we havent got any communication from them.
                                  Once our FD got matured and we contaced to bank for reniewal , they told me that our a/c is blocked and need a NOC from credit card division.
                                  We have never got any credit card then why is this block , Now I am struggling to even withdrawn my own money. SBI credit card branch (SP Road)is not supportng atall in issueing this NOC. please tell me what to do

                                      With due respect I GAURAV WALIA with A/c no -[protected] Branch-KHIZRABAD DISST -YAMUNANAGAR sbi . that had withdrawn Rs:10000/ from HDFC bank KHIZRABAD ATM but tranction declined even then my acccount has been debited.
                                      So I request the concern people to look in the matter and do the needful as soon as possible.
