I applied a Credit card from Sbi, it took me 25 days to get it by post. CC number is [protected]. I activated it over the ph and completed all the formalities. It did not work, tried to fix the problem through customer care, by visiting branch, meeting with branch manager. Nothing work and the worst part no one knows exactly what went wrong with credit care. I wasted Rs 500 on ph, 500 taxi fare, above all my time and energy on this sbi credit card. The whole thing took me more then 45 days. Finally I surrender my card which was made against Rs 20000/- of fixed deposit. Now they told me that the problem was with the card which was issued durning that period of time. And they need another 10 days to fix it. I did not agree and surrender it. Now inorder to get my 20000/- they have to send me a latter which was supposed to deliver within 20 days. Till now I have not received it and without the latter I won't be able to get my money. Again I tried to fix the problem through customer care, by visiting branch wasting all my energy, money and time. Till date I have not received any latter, email, sms, ph call. So SBI is world worst bank for poor people, poor service. Its too many people too little food. I solved my problem by getting the ICICI Instant Credit Card and it started working within 5 days. Honestly I have an account with ICICI but I could not get the CC because durning that time it was not lauched at shillong. Thank God it was lauched just launched.

SBI — query for annual fee charged
i girraj singh has got the bill for last transaction and my comlain is that the annualfee charged (excl gst 51.50) is not correct. it is charged rs 500.00 but as per my information it should be 250.00 as i am a diffence person . I am serving indian airforce. At the time of applying for the card i am told that the annual charge would be Rs 250.00 only. so kindly revise the bill and do the needy.my email address : [protected]@yahoo.com
