MY NAME IS V.SUBRAMANI I WAS GONE TO WITHDRAW IN SBI BANK ATM CENTER IN PALLIPALAYAM NEAR KANNAN DEPARTMENTAL STORES BUT THE MACHINE WAS REPAIR. SO I WENT TO STATE CORPORATION BANK ATM CENTER NEAR THE STATE CORPORATION BANK PALLIPALAYAM I HAD WITHDRAW THE AMOUNT OF RS.200 ON DECEMBER 31 ,2010 AT NIGHT ,ON JANUARY 1 ST 2011., I WAS GONE TO WITHDRAW THE AMOUNT BUT SOMEBODY WAS ALREADY DRAW AMOUNT OF RS.1000, I WAS SHOCKED HOW WAS THIS POSSIBLE PLEASE TAKE ACTION

SBI — MISUSE OF ATM CARD

My self kartik from bhopal.
I've withdrawn rs.2000 from my sbi atm on thrusday(04.11.2010) at 13: 39 and then after when i want to withdraw some more money i again inserted my card at 13 :41 on the same day and i see the message i.e:'SORRY UNABLE TO PROCESS' So i cancelled it.
At that time my balance was 13247.00.Now when i withdraw rs.3000.00 in the evening at 20:40 i find that my balance was rs.8247.00.Somebody has withdrawn rs.2000 from my account.Would you please help me regarding this matter.

    My name is Subash Chandra Kandpal. I am having a saving a/c in SBI Haldwani Main Branch (Dist. Nainital – Uttarakhand) . My a/c No:[protected]. On 8.3.2011, I used my SBI ATM CARD at SBI ATM Machine near the main branch of SBI Haldwani to withdraw Rs 20, 000. But unfortunately, the money could not came out but the amount was deducted from my account.

    Immediately thereafter I made a complaint (8.3.2011) to the Branch Manager, State Bank of India Haldwani Main Branch and further follow ups, but regret to inform you that so far I have neither received the money nor any reply. Since I am defence personnel, it is not possible for me to go every day to the concerned Branch Manager to know the fate of my complaint.

    Kindly look into matter urgently and take necessary action to credit money back to my account

    Amrit lal account number [protected] with state bank of India Cantt brach Amritsar. tried to withdraw Rs.6000 from ATM HFBC NO[protected] Uttam nagar Delhi on 23-12-15 time 4.33 P.M as shown in message but the ATM not delivered me the cash and it was written on the screen transaction timed out.then I tried to get mini statement again the answer was transaction timed out.I asked the guard present their what is wrong with machine he said ATM has some trouble your amount wl be back in your account with in three minutes.then I went to another ATM HFBC No[protected] and withdraw Rs.6000.the slip got from there shows Rs. 6000. already withdrawn..pls solve my problem and refund Rs 6000. in my account which have not been paid to me by bank.

      This is Nitin Kumar Goel and I am Delhi. I have a salary account in SBI salt lake Kolkata account number is :[protected].
      I have purchased some item from RELIANCE FRESH LTD. Pandav Nagar DELHI with used SBI Dabit card. Amount was 319.50 RS.on 16-Jan-2011 but bank has detected that amount two times. Kindly look into attached bank statement.

      I have talked with RELIANCE FRESH LTD. DELHI they told, they have received only one time that 319.50 Rs amount and has told me to communicate with bank only bank will give my refundable amount.

      I had tried call to SBi customer care lot of time but its always show not reachable. I have drop lot of time mails but I don’t get any response from SBI.

      I have talked with SBi Delhi branch they told me they have transfer money 2 times in RELIANCE FRESH LTD and only RELIANCE FRESH LTD will refund you that money and for information you need to be contact with your Kolkata Branch.

      But sir I am in Delhi and I cant go in Kolkata and both party are lying and RELIANCE FRESH LTD. DELHI give me tread they will not give my money if RELIANCE FRESH LTD. Mombai will not refund same amount.

      However i have sign only one transaction slip.

      Request you to kindly take appropriate action and do need full help.

      Reliance Fresh — Not recieving the bill

      sir,
      i shopped in reliance fresh outlet of nizampura area on 19th dec 2011 with reliance fresh card number [protected]. there was a failure transaction of rs. 678/ from the outlet machine and from that day onwards i have been visiting outlet and ICICI bank ( from which debit card amount got deducted) but there has been no intimation from the reliance fresh outlet. the executive also gave me application that they have not recieved the amount at there server and gave me the copy of it to submit in bank which i did. but now when i asked in bank they said that they have not recieved any report from reliance fresh outlet that they have not recieved the payment so in this way on sinle bill i paid twice rs. 678/- the customer care desk person is hopeless and not at all supportive. it has been 5 visits of mine from the date of bill and there is no proper response from reliance fresh.
      reliance fresh even does not have any email where i can submit my complaint . plz help me to get my money back

        I Imran Mushtaq Ahmed Shaikh living in mira road and operating my bank account since 2006 but i am happy with the services of other branches.
        But on 31/01/2011 i was in mira roads branch (SBI) near rassaz cinema at 2:45pm and banks working time is till 3:00pm i applyed for one Demand Draft in this branch and the lady i dont know the name but she is Muslim lady she denied my DD request than i spoken to Bank Manager she explained me after 1:30pm the system is off than i told her to pls give me in writing she accepted my request but that lady(Muslim lady) was asking me ( in ka har baar ka natak hai hamesha late atehai ) They dont know how to speak with customers they are getting salary for that how they denied direcly pls take my complaint seriously

        hello i m one of the bank holders of bank of india, nr.centre plaza, shantipark, miraroad(e).My daughter wanted a DD required for her university admission and so she went to the lady who was responsible for DD work..She was so rude to her, even she scolded her in front of everyone...These people should help the customers do their work, , but this lady i tell you was HORRIBLE.
        Even if one doesn't understand it's their job to make them understand what actually has to be done.
        wo dhamki tak deti hai..ki agli baar thoda sa bhi mistake huaaa to DD banega hi nahi..wo samajhti kya hai apne aaap ko..she might be getting frustated god knows wherever, , and just removes her frustations on dear customers.
        As soon as we enter the bank..it's written that staff should talk softly to customers...someone make that lady understand about that..either she doesn't understand hindi or english.
        I hope you will take some action about this...!!!

          my sbi debit card got damaged due to fell under the wheels of a heavy vehicle. i applied for new one and tried so many times on helpline to block my old debit card no:[protected] valid upto APR 2010.
          hence i requested to block the above said debit card as early as possible

              I had applied for SBI credit card Gold and more. The sales executive who took my details was Mr. Amit (mob no [protected]) around 23rd Dec 2010. SBI people called checked up my residence and other formalities. They also motivated me three times by different people to go for higher card ie Platinum Card. I didnt wanted that so i said i want to go for gold and more card only.

              Till jan 10, i didnt get anything. There were other people with me, who applied after me, but have got the card today. Through out the month of January i told Mr. Amit, about my card, but he was either sick or on leave or didnt know. Finally on 31 Jan i.e. today he gave me a seniors number[protected] Mr. Abhay) who also was equally unresponsive.

              I called up the toll free number[protected] of SBI on 31 Jan 2011. He said, that there no application with regard to me. I said, atleast tell me where is the application, as it has important personal data. He disconnected the call on that.

              I am really not aware what to do next.

                  I have a saving bank account #[protected] with SBI, Jahangira bad Branch (Code 2364) with the facility of internet banking. On 14.01.11, I along with my daughter visited the Branch along with an application for Mobile Number Approval Form (Reference#[protected]. In absence of Branch Manager, I contacted the Accountant, Mr. Sharma for the purpose. The behaviour of Accountant was very much arrogant and rude and he refused to receive the application form on the plea that mobile number once entered cannot be changed. When I protested that change of mobile number is possible he misbehaved with me and my daughter. Later on, BM came to the Bank and he received the application. He told me that change of Mobile Number is possible.But under the influence of Accountant, Branch Manager has not approved the new mobile number so far. I have made on-line complaints to the Bank on 14.01.11, 15.01.11, 18.01.11 and 21.01.11 but the issue has not resolved till date. State Bank of India is amongst top rated bank of Country but how its employees are behaving with the customer is exhibited. Would the concerned authorities like to resolve the issue without further delay apart from action against the erring official. PREM LATA, Mobile#[protected]

                  I thought to start saving account with sbi bank at malumichampatti branch coimbatore along with my friend who is very close and staying in the same place. since the branch is nearer to our residence we have planned to start joint account .Our plan is to start putting some money saved monthly and start business jointly. The bank manager Mrs K.S.Sujatha who was as branch manager spoiled our dream .We met her and requested for account open. She treats us as a beggar not a customer. First time she told us to come on Wednesday[protected] other day cannot open account. We understand from her speech that because of tight work she don't want more customer for the branch. She told us that sbi will not accept for account opening jointly.
                  We dont know why the branch manager behaves like this. Are they trained properly before taking charge. She is not suitable for the responsible
                  post.

                      Returned my cheque without specifying any valid reason & charged me Rs. 55/- also. Caused me harassment & financial loss because of delayed payment to the third party.

                      I issued a cheque bearing number "677424", dated[protected] for amount of 5016/- in favor of Spring Hill CHS Ltd., Thane, towards society maintenance from my savings A/c number [protected]. It has been returned to me day before yesterday stating reason as 'Other Reason'. The reason given is not specific and very ambiguous. The bank has also charged me Rs. 55.50 as a fine. Moreover I have to pay maintenance along with late payment charge of Rs. 85/-. In addition to that my individual prestige & financial credibility is at stake. This has caused me loss of reputation and immense harassment. My mental agony must be compensated financially along with letter of apology.

                            State Bank of India — misbehave by branch manager

                            Dear Sir,

                            Today, I visited State Bank of India branch on 19/03/2009 at surajpur Panchkula. I fixed a phonic appointment with branch manager Mr. Ajay Kumar and I confirmed from him on phone that do you need my mother to see because this account is under the name of her. He answered that “no need”. You come alone. It is justified to me.
                            I deposited a sum of 2, 03, 600/- because of his suggestion. It is a full and final payment to close the loan account. After depositing the money, I went to see the manger Mr. Ajay Kumar to collect my NOC however he refused to provide me that document and by showing a rude and unprofessional behaviour; he made an order to come again for collecting the document after three and four days. Further, he said to me “get out from my Branch.’
                            I would like to make a request that the matter and have a action against him.

                            I have completed all formality necessary for interview. But in the last moment I came to know that I am not eligible for the interview because as per officer incharge my degree in BSc. ( Agriculture) is not a Graduation in Science stream (As per recruitment Ad). My candidature is cancelled & made my self ineligible for the interview.


                            Kindly do the needful to provide me the information that the degree in Bsc (Agriculture) is not degree in science if it is not a science graduation then it is OK. If Bsc. Agriculture is a science graduation then punish the officer incharge who has rejected my interview & reschedule my interview as soon as possible .

                            Meanwhile I have clarified from my university that Bsc. (Agriculture) is a graduation in science

                              Dear Sir,

                              We have given a SBI Savings account Kit([protected]) to i am working with TCS office (chennai) with internet banking UserID and Pwd. when we try to login with the provided username and pwd it is displaying an error as Invalid Username/Pwd.Even tried to reach SBIs Customer center but we didnt get any response from them too.

                              Hence we have also reached our Branch which has been issued this Savings Account but still we didnt find any proper response from the branch too....We have reached the bank 3 times regarding the same issue BUT STILL ISSUE REMAINS.Please help us to resolve this issue.

                                On January 25 2011 I have made ATM withdrawal from SBI ATM counter at DRM office at Habibganj Bhopal. I have withdrawn 9000 at that time my balance was 10,550 but later on checking my account I find that someone has withdrawn 10,000 without my knowledge the mini statament is showing ATM withdrawal I have made complaint to the branch that they are not taking interest. I think the guard at the ATM counter is fraud.

                                Debit card — withdrawal from account

                                I had transacted at noida sec-18 ,mcdonalds atm on 20/12/2007, and withdrawn rs .8000, my transaction was declined, for record no. 4058, for that atm with atm id. C1AC0228. but my account was debited for rs. 8000 just then.. time of transaction was 17:24hrs. i request u to return my money as early as possible.ph. no-[protected].

                                I Was Open Saving Account in Your Bank. There was Some people Collected Documents in Our area for opening account in Union bank of India. I was open Account but That Fellows told me Person will come from Bank and Active your card After 15 days,
                                But No body has come to home And Activate card. My card is FINO card and my card number is [protected]. So what should I do for Activation, Please get me some solution.

                                State Bank of India — illegal withdrawal from my SBI Account

                                This is to inform you that I, Pujan Sunwar, account holder SBI Branch- Dwarka Sector-10, New Delhi.

                                Some illegal withdrawl was done for my account on 26th AUG09 of amount Rs. 13,000 and on 31th AUG of Rs. 300 from my account although the Debit card was with me all the time.
                                I had done a transaction of Rs. 1500 only on 25AUG09 through ATM from ICICI (ATM) Munirka, New Delhi.

                                Request if you could look after the situation as soon as possible.

                                Personal — illegal withdrawal from SB account

                                I have an SB account with Pandaveswar Branch, SB a/c. no. [protected]. On dated 21.08.2009 I withdrawn Rs.5000/- (Five Thousand) only from SBI, ATM (S1AN[protected] at 06:49 Hours, the available balance was then shown as Rs.13517/- (Thirteen Thousand five hundred and seventeen) only. Again I withdrawn Rs. 5000/-(Five thousand) only from SBI, ATM at B. C. Road, Burdwan (S1AN[protected] on the same day at 17:23 Hours and this time the available balance was shown as Rs. 3017/- (Three thousand and seventeen) only, where as it should be Rs. 8517/-. I brought the matter in the notice of The Pandaveswar Branch Authorities on 22.08.2009 but they replied me that an amount of Rs. 5500/- has been withdrawn by me and they provided me statement of ATM withdrawal wherein it is shown that a withdrawal has done from my account at 06.50 Hours from the other ATM at the same booth. After my repeated requests the authorities said me that video photos may be available of the withdrawals at the ATM on that day and if it is found that it is being withdrawn by me then I have to bear the cost of the same and I give my consent to obtain the video photos of the said date and time and agreed to bear all costs involved in the said process, if it is found that the second withdrawal at the same booth was done by me on that date. The authorities agreed to provide me video photos of the said date. I was asked to see ATM Manager (Mr. Roy) on 10.11.2009 to have the video photos, accordingly I visited his office on the said date and on this occasion I was said that video photos are available for other days but no photo is available for dated 21.08.2009 so it is not possible to supply me the same or to refund the said money. So, far it is presumed by me that these authorities are playing some short of foul play in this regard. It is therefore to request to take appropriate action so that I may get back the amount of Rs. 5500/-which has not been withdrawn by me on 21.08.2009.
                                I am having state bank of Hyderabad, Lallaguda Branch, Secunderabad, with saving bank account No.[protected] and obtained debit card. The debit card was lost near Nacharam Market on Saturday ie., 3rd September, 2011 at 4.00 pm I have searched the debit on Sunday, then I came to know that being sunday the bank will having public holiday, somebody has used debit card and debit the amount from account by using debit card on 4th September, 2011 withdrawal of amount Rs.20, 000/- amd Rs.15, 000/- at SBI, HPCL with ATM No.8267 and 8268
                                My account No is [protected] and I recd a PIN for SBI GOLD card for defence as SBI[protected][protected] directly. But crad not yet recd.

                                  Hi,

                                  I got a call from SBI rail way credit card '' saying that iam a premium customer for them and they are going to offer me SBI Railway credit card".The executives explained me first year membership fee will be Rs 500 p.a and there on every year renewal fee will be Rs Rs 300 p.a..The executives explained me the other terms and conditions of the credit card ,After that i agreed for the terms and conditions.The ececutive personally came to me with the application.I filled the application " Application No S[protected]" .Then after the bank executives made the back ground verification etc.After one and half months,i contacted the customer care for knowing my applications status.Now the customer care executives are telling that, iam not eligible for the card and further as per the policy of the bank they should not explain the reasons for that.

                                  As leading bank,doing this types of practises need to be corrected.
                                  If iam not eligible for the card,why they have to contact do the above process?

                                    Abnormal interest rate of 3.35% per month which works out to 39.73% p.a on a yearly basis. I feel that the rate of interest charged is exorbitant & is not a healthy rate. The rate has been charged by the company for the past two years and i have been constantly calling them to get it rectified. My transaction with the SBI card dates back from 2000 and there has been no instances og any irregularity in the conduct of the account or any delay in any one instant. If the company is not going to charge nominal rate i will be forced to take up the complaint with Obustman.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                                      I am an army pensioner retired on 31.05.1982 from 10th Garhwal Rifles and drawing my pension from Saving Bank A/C No.[protected] from 00697/SBI Dhara Road Pauri branch, Uttrakhand. I am not getting my pension since November 2007.

                                      2. The Live Certificate (attested by Gazetted officer) was sent to SBI Dhara Road Pauri (PDA) by post in July 2010. Again I personally visited to SBI, Dhara Road Pauri branch on 22.11.2010 and submitted my life certificate, withdrawn Rs.10,000/- from my account.

                                      3. I contacted the SBI, CPPC, Chandni Chowk on 10.11.2010 and 15.12.2010 in this regard but no information received so far.

                                      4. Further I wrote to PGO, PCDA (Pension), Allahabad on 29.12.2010 but their action is still awaited.

                                      5. I am a Diabetic and suffering from suspected Alzheimer’s Disease. In April 2010, I met with an accident and found my hip fractured and after the surgery, I am unable to walk freely. Presently I am getting my treatment in Delhi and staying with my elder son at his residence at H-2/114, 2nd Floor, Sector-16, Rohini, Delhi-110089. I have no other source of income except the pension and now I am facing the financial hardship.

                                      6. It is requested that kindly take up my case to the concerned authorites to release my pension from November 2007(and revised pension w.e.f.1.1.2006) . It is also requested that the present status of my case and expected time to regularise my pension may kindly be intimated to me. My details are as under:

But if the students give their guardian’s confirmation letter for the same, then what objection the bank would have ?

                                        Thus, their aim is to use this ATM is due to their stay at hostels and the students and their parents would not have any difficulties in transaction of money from home and must not have any trouble and also their parents are ready to take responsibility about the misuse of ATM by those students. But your official Mr. Sitarambhai do not justify their request and he misbehaved with those students with guilty conscience and the person like us who come with sufficient information, were instead of giving co-operation Mr. Sitarambhai behaved like dictator and irresponsible person.

                                        So, we appeal your honour to take necessary actions/steps against Mr. Sitarambhai and satisfy us about our needs.
