sir/madam, i have opened my sbi demate account in the past december 2010 but till date i dont get any confirmation notes regarding account number. The time for delivery of a/c number according to the banks was written as 15 days but it is still delay. So, i wonder whether sbi account really work for the people benefit. Thanks

    I AM GOVT EMPLOYEE AND OPENED A NEW SALARY ACCOUNT IN SBI CHOWK BAZAR BRANCH SURAT. MY ACCOUNT OPENED WITH NO.[protected]. AND ALSO APPLIED FOR SBI CREDIT CARD. THE CARD WAS DELIVERED VIA PVT.COURIER AGNECY FIRST FLIGHT,SURAT ON DATED[protected] AND I WAS NOT PRESENT & MY WIFE HAS ATTEND DELIVERY MAN WITH MYSELF ID PROOF. BUT COURIER DELIVERY MAN HAS NOT HANDED OVER IT & BACK. THEN AFTER AFTER SO MUCH CALL COURIER AGENCY DOES NOT RESPOND. HENCE I WANT TO CANCEL MY APPLICATION FOR ISSUE OF CREDIT CARD

    regarding a credit card delivery
    i would like to say that my new credit card through delivered by expressit
    1. not deliverd card at my house by expressit but given report jan-24-2011 at 9:40 pm. concernd person not available. this is not true. because employes duty 8 am to 6 pm expressit employees not put phone and any given information airbill no [protected] ref. no. SB[protected].
    2. no deliverd card at my house by expressit but given report 04/02/2011 at 8.26 pm concernd peroson not available. this is not true because expressit excuative is not go my house.

    two times given report wrong because expressit excuative not go to my house than given report totaly wrong. in India any delivery is 9.00 am to 6.00 pm /

      I have just opened my saving bank A/c in State Bank Of India in Jahangir Puri Branch. Since the time of submitting form for opening new accounf I have to face a lot of issue. First of all the empolyees of the bank behave very bad to the customer. They always use abusing language with custoomer, even the Branch Manager behaves in same manner. This brach has developed some owned rules. When I was submitting my documents for opening new a/c. I had carried all of my required original documents as well as thier zerox. I had also got signed on the form from Guarantor. When I submiited the documents I was asked to submit the address proof of GUARANTOR also. I was surprised because It is not written any where in the forum. When I told the them that it is not written in the form to submit the address proofs of guarantor also, then I was replied that " Har bat form me nahi likhi hoti aur agar tuje A/c open karwana hai to ja ke le aa."
      I was surprised that how can the behave me like this, atleast they should have behaved me in a good manner.

      After all I submitted the address proof of GUARANTOR and got opened my a/c. It is not the end I got my dabit card with the welcome letter and I was instructed to get the pin of ATM from the branch. I am doing night shift Job so normally I get up late. I went bank to get my ATM Pin. On that time I had carried all of my Identity Proofs like my Passport, My Voter I card, My Pan Card and My New Debit Card and the welcome letter which I recieved.
      I asked the emlpoyee to give my ATM PIN, and I was asked to show the Bank Pass Book, I told them that I have not got issued my Pass Book because I don't have any need of passbook because I use Inertnet Banking, Than I was told that to take the permission from Branch Manager. I went to Branch Manager and requested him that I don't have any need of Pass Book, and please give me permission to take the ATM PIN. I told him that I am carrying all the Identity Proofs alongwith the ATM and Welcome letter and they can also check match my signature.
      I was told that" Ja ke Pass Book le el aur ATM PIN le le bina Passbook ke ATM PIN hum issue nahi karte". I told him that it is not written in welcome letter that for collecting PIN you will need Pass Book.

      Once Again I was told that"sab kuch ispe nahi likha hota tu chala ja mera dimag mat kharab kar.

      I am also operating my svaing a/c in HDFC bank for last 20 months and I visited many times in the brach but I have never been behaved like this.

      I am so hurted and surprised.

          Before some day i opened my saving account in sbi,Aashram road branch and i have New issued ATM card but when i used ATM card in any machine ..machine gave me mg "Invalid and unauthorized Card"
          and there is still no solution.

          Iam an account holder SBI for the past three years in Ambattur estate Branch, staying now in Kolkata, my ATM card is not working and pls advise is there any other source to withdraw my money without wasting my time and money in traveling to chennai(I don't have my check book).
          I Miss Sonali Oswal a Saving Account holder in Daund branch (00365) of State Bank of India want to lodge a complaint about the inconvenience I am facing regarding my ATM card.
          I had blocked my ATM card on 21st June'11 and as I found my card back in 24hrs I went to the Daund SBI branch to unblock the ATM card but the employees here are unable to do so.
          They are unaware of the correct procedure for unblocking ATM card.I had sent email on Jun 30, 2011 to lho.[protected]@sbi.in regarding this matter.

          Following are my Acc. details:

          ATM card no.[protected]
          ATM card's permanent block ticket no.- [protected].

          Kindly look in the matter and take the required action as soon as possible to unblock my ATM card.

              I was having Rs. 1016/- in my account till 30th dec and on 31st dec december theres a deduction of Rs.225/- as min balance charge, so can any one tell me that what is the minimum balance charge in sbi saving account, and if you have increased min balance amount then someone should inform before deducting the money.

              Please do the needful and solve my query or should i contact some head person of sbi.

              pls contact to the concerned bank where u had opened your account, this is not a big issue, they will show you the leader and tell u the possible solution to ur problem.
              I had told my uncle to put a check of 2L at home town (Bellary, Karnataka) to get money in my SBI account at Bangalore. They charged Rs. 300. Its a loot. they didn't even informed me not the depositor of the cheque. How can Indians biggest and reputed bank can do this? Shame

                State Bank of India Credit Cards — Non-receipt of Readers Digest

                The SBICards sent an offer alongwith their card statementfor subscribing to the Readers Digest for a year at a discounted price. Though the amount has been debited to my SBI credit card more than four months ago, the Readers Digest has not yet started. It appears even the renowned business houses such as Readers Digest are also perpetrating this type of frauds with the help & connivance of State Bank of India Credit Cards Division officials who perhaps for small gains may the endorsing such fraudulent offers which ultimately chaet the innocent customers having faith in the SBI.

                Is there anybody in SBI who can trace this fraud and reply or at least refund the amount charged to the Credit Card.

                    We, M/s Malabar Granite Metals (A Granite Metal Crushing Unit), Mannannur P.O Vaniyamkulam, Ottappalam Palakkad District has been opened a Current A/c with SBI Vaniyamkulam Branch and applied for Internet Banking facility to make our Sales Tax & Income Tax through the same. As per the new tax payment system, we are unable to make any payments manually.
                    From the said bank, we have been allotted a Kit having a temporary user name and password. By the request from the bank personal, we have changed the user name and password from the first login. As per the instructions from him we had set the transaction values with a limit of Rs.2,00,000.00/transaction. there are no more instructions given from him. at the time of our sales tax have to done, we tried to do the same, with the changed login password. But after completing the procedures, the system demanding for a transaction password. as we are new people with the net banking the have to give the detailed instructions at the beggining.now the saying that they are helpless to do any service and if we wants to operate internet banking we have to open a new account and they are not giving any security for the smooth functioning of any new account. Rs. 2,84,000.00 were pending with the account. A/c Details are given below.

                        I used SBI ATM debit card on 31st 2010 in HDFC hadapsar -pune ATM service centre. I tried to withdraw 4000/- rs but after few second i got the message that "Time is out" and I didnt receive cash. Second day when I took ministatment from SBI ATM centre, that showed that 4000/- is debited from account. I tried whloe day to contact SBI customer care but didnt get response.
                        Please look into the matter and credit my amount back to my account. I also talked with HDFC customer care they said that contact to SBI for this issue.

                          Yesterday I was at SBI branch Mehkar no 0426to update the transaction details in my saving pass book in queue to proper window.I produced my pass book to man named Shri Dogardiwe working there.After some time he throw the book towards me.When I checked the book ,I found , it was not updated; partial entries were taken in to it.There was a long queue and, due to this I have had to stay in queue again.I reproduced the book to him for further update from Oct 10 onwards.He took it,and was seeing me spitefully, and done some entries in the pass book and returned to me.This time I was assured that all entries might have taken in the book,but I observed that he has taken forward and took the last three entries of Dec 10.
                          I again came from home to the branch and gone to him by queue,then suddenly he snaped me"what is your again and again?what I can do when copmputer is no doing the entries?.I told him to update the book up to Dec10; you have not done it properly.Then he asked me many questions.Why you have not opend current account?,Such huge transaction is not allowed in saving account.,I have made workable entries in your pass book.What you have to see in the pass book?Next I wiil not do it.I was already told him the reason of to update the book.His behaviour to me was totally reluctant.
                          I have an ATM to this account and 90% entries were of the transactions made through ATM.I have taken car loan from the branch and post paid cheques are given for the payment of EMI on this account.It is my responsibilty to check whether the EMI payments are made regularly or not?That's why I was asking him to do the month wise entries up to[protected]
                          But, he didn't cooprated and behave maliciously.I request to admonish him, so that in future,he will not behave with other customers like this

                            Dear Sir,

                            Kindly update by credit record in CIBIl report as payment against the above mentioned credit card is showing as Setteled , I have paid the regular dues for the card but Cheque No: 268720 Amt rs 8000/- dated : 19th July 2007 is showing as Returned (Bounced) in your record, Actualy the said cheque no is cleared from my A/c on Date : 13th September 2007.

                            On 10th october 2007 i received an SMS from sbi card regarding the return of the said for which i logged a complaint in the customer care division on the same date throgh Email (copy attached) in which i mentioned clearly that the matter is to be solved on priority till date i will not make any payments for outstanding, From that day i am continuesly following with them regarding the same but still no revert received from the bank.

                            As the matter was prolonging and outstanding raised upto Rs.53000/- due to non payment (8000 + 6000(actual usage) + interest for the period) then on Nov 2009 i contancted the bank for resolution of matter but they said that 1st pay a lumsump amt then will look into the matter, accordning to that i paid an amt Rs 14000/- on 30th November 2009.

                            From that day i have not received any revert from bank in the matter & i am continusly following with bank for the same.

                            Now in CIBIL report such payment is showing as "SETTLEMENT"

                            Request you to kindly resolve the matter ASAP & update my CIBIL record for clearence

                                I have got my card amt settled (tracer no CALCUTBHU[protected] whereby your people were collecting cheques from me but most of the time were late by days. Refer my finla and last payment of rs 10500 whereby I have asked them to come and collect the cheque on time as they were very reluctant to do so, accordingly have kept a cheque ready for rs 10500 but the same was not collected from me inspite of my repeated phone calls to the person who usually comes to take the payments -ONUS 18D Bapuji Nagar Po Regent estate , Kolkata 700092 cell no.[protected] Mr A ghosh and Mr Pappu . Even I have told that I can go and drop the cheque at any of the Bank drop box but they were insistent and have asked us not to pay or worry as we have the power to hold the same for 60 more days . But as I have settled the same I was insistent and called another person from R G Associates 22, Ananda Palit Road , Kolkata 700014 who also promised tocome before 25th of Nov but came after calling them on 13th Dec'10 . The cheque got cleared at one go as i have kept the money for the same . But yesterday I got a call from your bank asking for more money as the last payment was made late - without any fault of mine . My earnest request to clear the same and releive me from any further hasseles or harresements whatsoever . Regards

                                  On 15th December in my SBI account No [protected], through net banking by hacking the account Rs.4.3lacs were transferred to Mr.MahenderSingh Account in DELHI SBI , Nangalraya Branch bearinn account number [protected].

                                  I had raised an FIR & complaint to the local brach as well as to the chairman of SBI but no responce from Bank front.

                                  I am attaching all tha details of the complaint & FIR.

                                  Details of the happening is on 15th Dec'2010 , SMS was received at 12.55 from SBI INB , (Details Enclosed) & after that the entire amount of 4.3 L were transferred & immediately withdrawn.

                                    Ref loan sanctioned [HL a/c:[protected]] dt:05Dec-2009 in 'p' segment advances[my home campaign]in respect to Mr HARSH DEEP SHARMA.
                                    The loan of Rs1148000/-[Eleven lakh fortyeight thousand] for purchase of Propertyi.e FlatNo 2,situated at ground floor,SHEETAL APARTMENTS,Phase III,[BDA Enclave] Tanda Road,vill:Reru,Tehsil and Dist Jalandhar was sanctioned to Mr Harsh Deep Sharmas/o Sh Rajender kumar sharma after checking all relevent documents by your legal expert i.e Mr P P Singh[Bank panel lawyer] who took considerable time to check all the documents that were asked for.But however it is brought to your notice that the property i.e Flat No 2 ,had been sold earlier by Mr Sudesh Kapoor S/O Sh Rattan Chand on 14 Dec 2007 to MrSunil Gupta.
                                    Complaint against Mr Pankaj Kapoor s/o Sh Sudesh Kapoor s/o ShRattan Chand had been forwarded to The Commissioner of Police on 09 Aug 2010 in writing,the case has been investigated by the CRIME and ANTI FRAUD department of Punjab Police Jalandhar and case is being registered against Mr Pankaj Kapoor[ person who sold the Flat No:2 Sheetal Appartments to Mr Harsh Deep Sharma and recepientof the draft from Bank] and his father Mr Sudesh Kapoor[person who had sold the same flat to Mr Sunil Gupta on 14 Dec 2007].
                                    It is submmited as to kindly investigate as to how such an activity could take place when such stringent procedures are in place in your system.All legal documents were provided to the lawyerMr PP Singh which he asked for.

                                    I have been paying my instalment since last one year despite knowing the fact that the Flat no:2 Sheetal Appts does not belong to me ,till the police investigation did not get completed.NOW it is REQUESTED that the instalment repayment may be stalled till the case is investigated at your end and the real CULPRITS are not charged .Copy of the FIR shall be forwaded shortly.

                                    A favourableand JUST action is expected.

                                      When I took the SBI Credit card:[protected] in 2007, I received a demand draft (no. 624880) for an amount of 8000 (eight thousand) which I never asked for.

                                      I had never made any call requesting for this draft or never send any email request to send this draft to me, but still I surpised to see the draft issued in my name.

                                      Since I never asked for this draft I have called up the sbi customer care and enquired about what to do with this draft and they have instructed me to drop the draft in any of the nearest SBI dropbox and I have done the same.

                                      But even after returning the draft, I could see this amount reflecting in my statements received and later started getting calls from various people introduced themselves as sbi credict card personals asking for the card payment which I have never used for.

                                      I have even written a mail to feedback.[protected]@ge.com to cancel this draft and revert all the charges applied but I never received any response to my email.

But till this time the draft has not been cancelled and the interest and other charges are not reverted. So i request you to do the necessary action and confirm the status this same mail address.                                       I have never used the card or the draft but still I have the outstanding amount of 38,000 which I have been asked to payback immediately. Recently I received a call from a person who introduced himself as deputy police commissioner and was asking me to talk to their advocate. I have even called up this so called advocate and he was forcing me to do a settlement and was offering help to get a discount as well.

                                      I keep on getting the calls every week and facing the mental harrasement. Even they call in my residence number where my parents are also facing the same mental torture.

                                      Last week, I have called the SBI customer care again and lodged a complaint(call ref.no.[protected] and they have asked me to call after 10 days.

                                      I have been mentally tortured since a long time for an outstanding amount of 38,000 which I have never used.

                                      Can anyone help me to get rid of this pain which I can not take any longer?
