Dear Sir,

I does the last transaction in my account on 02/03/2010 of Rs.2000 from my ATM card, that time after make this transaction amount in my account is Rs.4786. But when i chacked my balance in next month my account balance then this is only Rs. 8.00, All transactions in my account are used by another & these transactions are done at 02/03/2010. which are as "POS PRCH" amount which are used in this transaction. While i did not transaction of this amount Rs.4786.

I complained to this about at my SBI branch on 10/04/2010. But there is no any response.

please follow this complaint & return my account balance.

Complaint : Account Related -, Cash not dispensed in ATM but account debited

I have used my debit card atm card no[protected] of state bank of India kendriya vihar sector 82 noida branch in Corp bank ATM situated at Gulmohar complex sector 15 noida Date 17 may 2010 for withdrawal of RS. 400 Unfortunately no cash delivred by Atm but my Account [protected] debited by some Amounts kindly credit my a bove mentioned account urgently

As per RBI Guidelines banks are supposed to credit any wrong ATM debited charges within 7 days of complaint.
Account holder needs to file this complaint in written within 30 days of transaction.
It does not matter which ATM was used.

    I have got the kit for internet banking i have followed all the instructions in the kit how ever the next day when i again logged in with my changed pass word and new user id it is showing invalid
    what do ? Now iam much worried please help me about this matter.

      Wrongful Deduction of Rs1000 against Locker which I have surrendered more than one year back & informed Bank Manager Mr Sarcar Ph No[protected] but he has not responded properly -My A/C No SB-[protected]-Locker No Surrendered is 56C but the Bank authorities not co-operating for this wrongful deduction & is very callous & unprofessional in their attitude.Locker was surrendered on 17-02-09 but deduction os Rs1000.00 made on 02-04-10 which is highly objectionable.

        i had gone to to open the account of my friend and friend also with me whose account is to be open i was not understand some thing in the form that is why i asked him to help me than he asked whose account is i said my friend he start talking in rough language and after than he called to security. I want what was my mistake . I WAS JUST HELPING MY FRIEND WHO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO IN OPENING ACCOUT. Is it wrong to help the any one?????           I have taken Home loan in the above branch on 2008. I had faced lot of issues in setting up my Savings account linked to my loan account. The EMI was not credited to my loan account for more than 6 months and i have lost around Rs.15,000. Now the issue is that i have to struggle a lot to get the provisional IT certificate every year in April 2010. Even the bank manager, i do not want to name the person, is saying that he is not aware that one exists. Same with the case of amortization schedule. The Branch manager is not even aware of what is amortization schedule. We are not able to transfer our loan to any other branch and i guess it will the case in all other branches.
          Please and please appoint a person as branch manager only if he has knowledge in banking. Otherwise we customers have to suffer a lot. I am really very much upset about their service

              On 06/03/2010 I try to withdraw Rs 10000/- from SBI Vinobanagar ATM's S1SL00007881 and S1AN000078D5 but I did not receive the money and receive advice writting Sorry unable to process.
              The same day I check the account balance and fond that Rs. 10000/- was deducted from my account. Immediately I launch a complain to SBI Customar Care ( Complain No - AT[protected]. Then On 22/03/2010 I submit one written complain at SBI Rangia Branch, but till date I did not get back my money.

                I withdrew 40000 rs from gk1 sbi atm in two seprate transaction. I recieved 2 * 1000 rs torn notes, both have them had one side of the number torn. i cant use this note anywhere and i am very much shocked this can happen from atm machine. my trust on atm is gone and i feel the person handeling the atm should be punished for his negligence or fraud on his part.

                  The CONCERNED Authority.(if any)
                  With due respect I would like to request you to kindly visit the khadki branch of SBI.
                  Not a single Customer information system is working, i.e: Token vending machine, Cash counter Token Display etc,
                  *Could the CUSTOMER please know "Why the systems are installed, when SBI can't maintain it ?
                  *SINGLE Window service: We have never seen all the windows working ?
                  *No sufficient information written on the Counter, as to what services are offered.
                  *The staff just gets up and Leaves the Counter, The Customer STANDS there like a FOOL not Knowing what to do.
                  *Nobody Knows where is the concerned staff & whether the counter will work or not.
                  *The Staff does NOT have their Name tags on their Clothes, (Very SMART) so We can't Complain against them.
                  *NO public announcement system to inform the Frustrated public of any Failure or Change in the Work Counters, The staff Simply gets up and goes and sits on another window, again Leaving the customer Wondering whether the counter will work or NOT.
                  These are just some small observation of the BANKER TO THE NATION. If the Concerned AUTHORITY (if any) feels these issues are to be rectified then kindly do the needful... Because the miserable customer can only forward a humble request to you irrespective of any action. . .

                    Please arrange to de-activate my SBI Debit card with immediate effect. I lost my debit card on 7th of May in abroad. I am in London, UK now. My SBI bank account number attached to it is - "[protected]".

                        I want to inform u that I am having a Savings A/c no. [protected] in SBI -BANK AT GOPALPURI BRANCH (GANDHIDHAM - KUTCH-GUJARAT).

                        Further I would like to inform you that on 26.03.2010 I was in Ahmedabad and there I had withdrawn an amount of Rs. 9000/- with my debit card no.[protected] from the ATM situated at RELIEF ROAD,NEAR PETROL PUMP,AHMEDABAD at around 1130 hrs and my balance amount shown in the withdrawl slip was Rs10744/- (withdrawl slip no. 1734) but on the same day in the evening when I was in need of sum more amount and I went to an ATM near Kalupur Railway Station - Ahmedabad I did withdrawn Rs. 500/- and the balance amount showing in my withdrawl slip was just Rs. 5244/-, I was quite surprised as I have not withdrawn the amount, so I went to the nearest SBI Bank and informed them about this. The SBI officers told me to inform the Branch with which I am having my a/c and I did so.

                        I gave a letter dt. 27.03.2010 to the Branch Manager of SBI Bank - Gopalpuri Branch and the Manager told me that they will check and inform me within 10 days , so I waited for their reply. But when I approached the branch the Officer's told me that the amount was actually withdrawn from my a/c and they cannot do anything about this. But I am sure that there is some mistake/fault of the ATM machine.


                        I request u to kindly look into this matter and if any details is required kindly inform me so that I can provide the same.

                        On 1/07/09 i went to withdrew cash from Axis Bank ATM which is nearer to my home . i proceed request for withdrewing 8200 but due to some technical reasons money has not came . than i went to sbi atm and withdrew the money i.e 8200 i saw that there was 2 entry showing of rs 8200 . i was shocked . than i again went to axis ATM and again i tried for rs 100 . same error occurred again but that 100 rs was reversed in my A/c same day. but i had not recieved this money yet after giving written complaint to the branch

                        State Bank of India — Wrongly Debited In A/c

                        Dear Sir,
                        With refrence of our A/c No. [protected] Branch Bhikaji Cama Palace New Delhi, we have issue a chq of Rs.12759/- vide chq no. 601043 dated 22.06.09, to M/s Pro Facility Services Pvt Ltd., this chq was return back to us with reason of insufficient balance in our account on that day.but we had sufficient balance in our a/c on that day( kindly check the attached statement), chq was bounced and returned back to us, and amount has debited from our account. we have the original cheque & payment of this chq already made. how could bank do this.

                        i asked Mr.Ved Prakash (SBI Bhikaji Cama Palace), regarding this matter, he advised me to take this matter to PNB.
                        i have already sent you hard copy of these letters, our last complaint No. is CC[protected],

                        i request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve the same.& kindly reverse the debit entry of 12759/- since the original chq with us.

                        SBI — a/c wrongly debited

                        On 5th september my a/c[protected] is wrongly debited with 19000rs
                        my atm no. is [protected].
                        my mini statement has shows that 19000rs CSH WDL..... but i haven't received that amount.
                        so plz take right investigation about it.

                            State Bank of India — Wrong transfer of amount in Internet Banking please

                            While transfering through Internet Banking of State Bank of India Main, Tirupati(SB Acct No:[protected]), I have transfered an amount of Rs.1000/- (Rupees one thousand only) to Sri. K. Bhanuprakash, SB Acct No:[protected] on[protected] instead of SB Acct.No:[protected].
                            Kindly arrange to trasnsfer the same amount to my SB Account number cited above, for which act of kindness I will be evergrateful to you Sir,

                              My name is Divya Hariharan. I hold a acc. with ATM in SBI Thrissur branch(7479)with a minimum balance of Rs.500. Due to ATM service charge deductions it had gone below 500 from time to time for which my saving acc. is charged at a rate of Rs.200 per quarter. The rules indicate a deduction of only 25 per quarter. Further there has been deductions even when acc. is above min. balance. I have approached the bank manager several time and he aggreed to refund and went back and forth on his word. The bank staff is also misquoting rules and confusing me. Please rectify this problem as it has been happening from Oct 2007 onwards. Rs. 1035 deducted so far. Rs 835 deducted from June 2009 alone.

                                I was having the sbi CC[protected]) which was got closed(Due to unavoidable circumstances) in Oct. 2007 under one time settlement by paying an ammount of Rs. 7500/- vide receipt no. 9479605 under book 189593 of SBI CARDS. No NOC & Clearance Certificate was issued to me inspite of repeated requests at customer care. I was informed telephonically that my acct have been zeroised & I wl not be receiving any monthly statements.

                                I applied for a auto-loan recently & came to know from my banker that I am being shown defaulter at CIBIL,DUE TO NON PAYMENT OF MY CREDIT CARD. I lodged my complaint on 29/04/2010 with SBI CARD H/LINE & I was assured for the compliance of my complaint within three days but i am sorry to convey that no action has been taken so far till today.

                                Once again I talked today but surprisingly came to know that my complaint has not been forwarded & some senior official from SBI will call me after Monday-10/5/2010. The attitude of SBI CARD officials seems to very megalomaniac having tendancy to only harass its customers. Due to non clearance at CIBIL,I am unable to get/process my auto-loan.

                                i will request from your forum to initiate appropriate action on SBI CARD AUTHORITIES.

                                An early action to my complaint will be appriciated.

                                every month all cibil members report credit situation - you owned a card - you did not pay the full amount - you settled the case with the bank - you were a defaulter - cibil report will show you as one - and status will show about that card as settled.

                                go to cibil site download the sample report and understand the terminology - cibil is here for good - if you are responsible about the credit then you will enjoy the rewards else you will get punished for violating the original agreement with the creditor who extended you credit on good faith and you have not lived upto that; it hardly matters what was your situation that you have not paid in full but opted for settlement.

                                the name will remain on cibil report for atleast 7 years and if you want to rebuild your credit again then start working for that .

                                  I have taken loan from SBI pune and by far it has been a night mare for me .I have earlier also taken loan from SBI ,bhopal but that was never a problem.But here in pune the staff is so unfriendly and irresponsible .

                                  For starters they will make you visit Bank for silly things over and over .like Interest certificate ,starting a standing order arrangement for your EMI (you wont believe if you ask for debiting it...

                                  I am the account holder of your bank I have given the complaint for reversal of the ATM transaction charges in your dombivli west branch in January month but till date the amt has been not reversed in my account I have done the transaction form other bank ATM in the month of December total 4 transactions. That is on 20, 21, 25 & 26 December for each transaction I have been charged for Rs 20/- per transaction. For this I have given the complaint but till date the amt has been not reversed in my account. I explained your branch staff that as per RBI for[protected]. cm can do 5 transactions in the month with other bank free of cost. But in my case I have done only 4 transactions and for all the transactions I have been charged. So my request is kindly reversed all the 4 transaction amt in my account asap. Waiting for your revert. & when ever I visited your branch regarding to know the status of my complaint they said it is in progress. But they did not give me any specific time that till what time the complaint will resolve.

                                    About 3 months back I got my saving passbook updated from a branch of State Bank of India, nearer to my new work place. I was surprised to note that Rs. 10 were debited to my account, because my account was with some other branch nearer to residence. Since then, I did not update my passbook and from ATM, I just confirm the balance amount. (I decided to update passbook once or twice a year, instead of fortnightly or monthly, just to save Rs.10 per occasion)

                                    My office timing is such that I cannot go to home-branch during working hours of the bank. There is no other member in my family who can get my passbook printed from home branch. Also, transferring the account to the branch nearer to my new work place, just for this reason is not practicable, because my job is transferable.

                                    With core banking and ATM facility one can withdraw cash from any ATM of the bank (or upto permitted number of transactions from ATM of different bank) without any additional charges Hence, it is ridiculous and not justified that SBI charges extra for non-home passbook printing. SBI should use a bit of broader approach that whether from home branch or non-home branch, passbook printing is only once and in totality there no additional burden on the bank.

                                    According to my information, no other banks are charging extra for non-home passbook printing.

                                    SBI should stop this practice in the interest of the convenience of common account holders

                                    my a/c is with very reknowned reputed sbi bank no.[protected] in sonpur branch 4446. I am very sorry to say that in the above branch nobody cares about customers. I complained many times to the manager but he ignored. But today it crossed all the limit when a staff thrown my passbook when i said him to update the passbook. So i just want to know is their any provision to save the honour of a customer if no i have nothing to say,but if yes then i urge you to do something to save our honour and missbehaviour.

                                    i am having a sving account in sbi bazzar branch at tuticorin in last 10 years 1 year back i Ask a mobile activation but he say within two days it will activate so you will give one application. I gave a application to him after one also it is not activating I enquiry bank he say you give one more application I told I gave a application in last month . then also he ask application then I gave one more application then also not activate then I went so many times then only I got activatie mobile sms. Some 5 months back I gave one application that internet banking he say ok it will activate within 2 days then it is activated but only view not a money transfer rights then I ask bank they ask another application.23 augest 2010 I want to transfer money from this account to another branch of sbi I gave filled withdraw slip &pay in slip cashier(counter no-2) told if you have cheque book you can’t do money transfer then I told ok I withdrawn (30, 000)money only cashier gave all 100 rupees note I ask Rs 500 or 1000 notes if you give I can carry easily .cashier told not available, print also you take next counter then I take a print in next counter that counter also having Rs 1000 & 500 notes but I request cashier for exchange RS100 to 1000 or 500 notes but cashier not gave I came very difficuly to carry money by bus. I traveled by bus and deposit by another branch of sbi account. Sbi staffs are not giving guidelines to account holders I am not satify the sbi accont. Same important rules can be displayed in bank then every body can knows I waste my times if bank not having RS1000 or Rs500 where we get. Some other people withdrawn money 1000 rupees notes but I can”t get

                                    SBI Account Holder — Printer not working in SBI bank Branch : UR House

                                    Today morning in the SBI Bank situated in Avibnashi road Branch : UR House, I went for making entry in my SB A/c pass book after a long time of checking with printer they confirmed that the printer is not working. I just want the Printer to be ready.
                                    today i went to print my non home branch saving a/c passbook in shahlam darwaja SBI branch(code : 3046), , , , the clerk was refused me to issue the new passbook to carry forward the entries after completion of my original passbook... when i contacted to the branch manager . he also supported to the staff and told me that you are not authorised to issue the new carry forward passbook. from this branch... because this is not your home branch... and so you are not entitled to print the next pages from here and we are also having a shortage of passbook stationary... you have to visit your home branch... finaly i have came back return without full passbook printed...

                                    Sir, My Mother holding 3 accounts in SBI Saving, Pension and RD. as we r shifted from the Home branch to other place after her retirement. I have taken the net banking just to understand the balance if required, which she is not operating. My working place surrounding with all main banks including the SBI, I always use to send my office peon to get pass book print. Today I send him for printing the same as I wanna show all entries to my Mother to understand her about saving/accounts and got surprise that they told him it will be charges rupees 114 / for per pass book print as it is other branch. My peon called me and I shocked what stupid this is why they charging so much, R they seating to help the customers or to make the money from this sources. Whenever we visit the Home branch there also they put the board that mention the Date and timings to get print the Passbook, which is not suitable to us. As SBI is the nationalized bank we put our money with lots of trust. Why they are giving such service to all the customers. As it's government they staff also working as that. Why our PM wanna growth in our country? If this will happens we have to depends on Private banks which are not Indians. Hope this email / complaints will improve the services in SBI.
                                    I am not SBI bank account anymore. I update myself but not barcode passbook so other branch charge many rupees. so i decide not to print passbook but come back. i will go home branch and print so save money. SBI is not good printer. my home branch printer not working. clerk go down and switch off the printer and saying no printer working come next day. also long entries get angry not printing passbook too fast but after very long time.

                                      abe gadhe - jab credit card surrender kiya tha uske baad koi bill aaya tha ? check kar ? jo tujhe phone karta hai use bula aur saare poore statement manga from the date of opening to closing of the card.

                                      Agar tune last bill ke payment nahi ki hai to wo he aa raha hoga aur har baar late fine aur interest charge ho raha hoga.

                                      baat kar uss madharchod se jo tujhe phone karta hai pooch saare dues kis cheez ke hai agar wo na de to - uske phone number aur naam ko rbi ko mail kar de. saale jab credit card liya tha to fine prints nahi pade the aub marwao apni.

                                      agar tune last bill pay nahi kiya tha aur wahi aa raha hai to baat kar settlement ke for the actual amount used on the card wo maan jaayega. aur dar mat ye saale kewal dhamki dete hai kuch kar nahi sakte. rbi ne enke haath aur paair dono baandh rakhe hai.
