On 06/03/2010 I try to withdraw Rs 10000/- from SBI Vinobanagar ATM's S1SL00007881 and S1AN000078D5 but I did not receive the money and receive advice writting Sorry unable to process.
The same day I check the account balance and fond that Rs. 10000/- was deducted from my account. Immediately I launch a complain to SBI Customar Care ( Complain No - AT[protected]. Then On 22/03/2010 I submit one written complain at SBI Rangia Branch, but till date I did not get back my money.

    I withdrew 40000 rs from gk1 sbi atm in two seprate transaction. I recieved 2 * 1000 rs torn notes, both have them had one side of the number torn. i cant use this note anywhere and i am very much shocked this can happen from atm machine. my trust on atm is gone and i feel the person handeling the atm should be punished for his negligence or fraud on his part.

      The CONCERNED Authority.(if any)
      With due respect I would like to request you to kindly visit the khadki branch of SBI.
      Not a single Customer information system is working, i.e: Token vending machine, Cash counter Token Display etc,
      *Could the CUSTOMER please know "Why the systems are installed, when SBI can't maintain it ?
      *SINGLE Window service: We have never seen all the windows working ?
      *No sufficient information written on the Counter, as to what services are offered.
      *The staff just gets up and Leaves the Counter, The Customer STANDS there like a FOOL not Knowing what to do.
      *Nobody Knows where is the concerned staff & whether the counter will work or not.
      *The Staff does NOT have their Name tags on their Clothes, (Very SMART) so We can't Complain against them.
      *NO public announcement system to inform the Frustrated public of any Failure or Change in the Work Counters, The staff Simply gets up and goes and sits on another window, again Leaving the customer Wondering whether the counter will work or NOT.
      These are just some small observation of the BANKER TO THE NATION. If the Concerned AUTHORITY (if any) feels these issues are to be rectified then kindly do the needful... Because the miserable customer can only forward a humble request to you irrespective of any action. . .

        Please arrange to de-activate my SBI Debit card with immediate effect. I lost my debit card on 7th of May in abroad. I am in London, UK now. My SBI bank account number attached to it is - "[protected]".
        I tried to reach over the phone but every time it was telling "line is busy" and I couldn't reach you to inform this.

            I want to inform u that I am having a Savings A/c no. [protected] in SBI -BANK AT GOPALPURI BRANCH (GANDHIDHAM - KUTCH-GUJARAT).

            Further I would like to inform you that on 26.03.2010 I was in Ahmedabad and there I had withdrawn an amount of Rs. 9000/- with my debit card no.[protected] from the ATM situated at RELIEF ROAD,NEAR PETROL PUMP,AHMEDABAD at around 1130 hrs and my balance amount shown in the withdrawl slip was Rs10744/- (withdrawl slip no. 1734) but on the same day in the evening when I was in need of sum more amount and I went to an ATM near Kalupur Railway Station - Ahmedabad I did withdrawn Rs. 500/- and the balance amount showing in my withdrawl slip was just Rs. 5244/-, I was quite surprised as I have not withdrawn the amount, so I went to the nearest SBI Bank and informed them about this. The SBI officers told me to inform the Branch with which I am having my a/c and I did so.

            I gave a letter dt. 27.03.2010 to the Branch Manager of SBI Bank - Gopalpuri Branch and the Manager told me that they will check and inform me within 10 days , so I waited for their reply. But when I approached the branch the Officer's told me that the amount was actually withdrawn from my a/c and they cannot do anything about this. But I am sure that there is some mistake/fault of the ATM machine.


            I request u to kindly look into this matter and if any details is required kindly inform me so that I can provide the same.

            On 1/07/09 i went to withdrew cash from Axis Bank ATM which is nearer to my home . i proceed request for withdrewing 8200 but due to some technical reasons money has not came . than i went to sbi atm and withdrew the money i.e 8200 i saw that there was 2 entry showing of rs 8200 . i was shocked . than i again went to axis ATM and again i tried for rs 100 . same error occurred again but that 100 rs was reversed in my A/c same day. but i had not recieved this money yet after giving written complaint to the branch

            State Bank of India — Wrongly Debited In A/c

            Dear Sir,
            With refrence of our A/c No. [protected] Branch Bhikaji Cama Palace New Delhi, we have issue a chq of Rs.12759/- vide chq no. 601043 dated 22.06.09, to M/s Pro Facility Services Pvt Ltd., this chq was return back to us with reason of insufficient balance in our account on that day.but we had sufficient balance in our a/c on that day( kindly check the attached statement), chq was bounced and returned back to us, and amount has debited from our account. we have the original cheque & payment of this chq already made. how could bank do this.

            i asked Mr.Ved Prakash (SBI Bhikaji Cama Palace), regarding this matter, he advised me to take this matter to PNB.
            i have already sent you hard copy of these letters, our last complaint No. is CC[protected],

            i request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve the same.& kindly reverse the debit entry of 12759/- since the original chq with us.

            On 5th september my a/c[protected] is wrongly debited with 19000rs
            my atm no. is [protected].
            my mini statement has shows that 19000rs CSH WDL..... but i haven't received that amount.
            so plz take right investigation about it.

                State Bank of India — Wrong transfer of amount in Internet Banking please

                While transfering through Internet Banking of State Bank of India Main, Tirupati(SB Acct No:[protected]), I have transfered an amount of Rs.1000/- (Rupees one thousand only) to Sri. K. Bhanuprakash, SB Acct No:[protected] on[protected] instead of SB Acct.No:[protected].
                Kindly arrange to trasnsfer the same amount to my SB Account number cited above, for which act of kindness I will be evergrateful to you Sir,

                  My name is Divya Hariharan. I hold a acc. with ATM in SBI Thrissur branch(7479)with a minimum balance of Rs.500. Due to ATM service charge deductions it had gone below 500 from time to time for which my saving acc. is charged at a rate of Rs.200 per quarter. The rules indicate a deduction of only 25 per quarter. Further there has been deductions even when acc. is above min. balance. I have approached the bank manager several time and he aggreed to refund and went back and forth on his word. The bank staff is also misquoting rules and confusing me. Please rectify this problem as it has been happening from Oct 2007 onwards. Rs. 1035 deducted so far. Rs 835 deducted from June 2009 alone.

                    I was having the sbi CC[protected]) which was got closed(Due to unavoidable circumstances) in Oct. 2007 under one time settlement by paying an ammount of Rs. 7500/- vide receipt no. 9479605 under book 189593 of SBI CARDS. No NOC & Clearance Certificate was issued to me inspite of repeated requests at customer care. I was informed telephonically that my acct have been zeroised & I wl not be receiving any monthly statements.

                    I applied for a auto-loan recently & came to know from my banker that I am being shown defaulter at CIBIL,DUE TO NON PAYMENT OF MY CREDIT CARD. I lodged my complaint on 29/04/2010 with SBI CARD H/LINE & I was assured for the compliance of my complaint within three days but i am sorry to convey that no action has been taken so far till today.

                    Once again I talked today but surprisingly came to know that my complaint has not been forwarded & some senior official from SBI will call me after Monday-10/5/2010. The attitude of SBI CARD officials seems to very megalomaniac having tendancy to only harass its customers. Due to non clearance at CIBIL,I am unable to get/process my auto-loan.

                    i will request from your forum to initiate appropriate action on SBI CARD AUTHORITIES.

                    An early action to my complaint will be appriciated.

                    every month all cibil members report credit situation - you owned a card - you did not pay the full amount - you settled the case with the bank - you were a defaulter - cibil report will show you as one - and status will show about that card as settled.

                    go to cibil site download the sample report and understand the terminology - cibil is here for good - if you are responsible about the credit then you will enjoy the rewards else you will get punished for violating the original agreement with the creditor who extended you credit on good faith and you have not lived upto that; it hardly matters what was your situation that you have not paid in full but opted for settlement.

                    the name will remain on cibil report for atleast 7 years and if you want to rebuild your credit again then start working for that .

                      I have taken loan from SBI pune and by far it has been a night mare for me .I have earlier also taken loan from SBI ,bhopal but that was never a problem.But here in pune the staff is so unfriendly and irresponsible .

                      For starters they will make you visit Bank for silly things over and over .like Interest certificate ,starting a standing order arrangement for your EMI (you wont believe if you ask for debiting it...

                      Dear Sir,

                      I am the account holder of your bank I have given the complaint for reversal of the ATM transaction charges in your dombivli west branch in January month but till date the amt has been not reversed in my account I have done the transaction form other bank ATM in the month of December total 4 transactions. That is on 20, 21, 25 & 26 December for each transaction I have been charged for Rs 20/- per transaction. For this I have given the complaint but till date the amt has been not reversed in my account. I explained your branch staff that as per RBI for[protected]. cm can do 5 transactions in the month with other bank free of cost. But in my case I have done only 4 transactions and for all the transactions I have been charged. So my request is kindly reversed all the 4 transaction amt in my account asap. Waiting for your revert. & when ever I visited your branch regarding to know the status of my complaint they said it is in progress. But they did not give me any specific time that till what time the complaint will resolve.

                      I could not make withdrawal from the ATM (SBI ATM in Ansari Nagar) due to power failure in between the transaction process. I had entered Rs. 5000/- (Rupees Five thousands only) for withdrawal but when the money was about to come, sudden power failure in the ATM occurred. Later on when I checked the amount Rs.5000/- was debited from my account.
                      Please look in to the matter urgently.

                        Rs.10 per occasion charged by bank for non-home passbook printing

                        About 3 months back I got my saving passbook updated from a branch of State Bank of India, nearer to my new work place. I was surprised to note that Rs. 10 were debited to my account, because my account was with some other branch nearer to residence. Since then, I did not update my passbook and from ATM, I just confirm the balance amount. (I decided to update passbook once or twice a year, instead of fortnightly or monthly, just to save...

                        abe gadhe - jab credit card surrender kiya tha uske baad koi bill aaya tha ? check kar ? jo tujhe phone karta hai use bula aur saare poore statement manga from the date of opening to closing of the card.

                        Agar tune last bill ke payment nahi ki hai to wo he aa raha hoga aur har baar late fine aur interest charge ho raha hoga.

                        baat kar uss madharchod se jo tujhe phone karta hai pooch saare dues kis cheez ke hai agar wo na de to - uske phone number aur naam ko rbi ko mail kar de. saale jab credit card liya tha to fine prints nahi pade the aub marwao apni.

                        agar tune last bill pay nahi kiya tha aur wahi aa raha hai to baat kar settlement ke for the actual amount used on the card wo maan jaayega. aur dar mat ye saale kewal dhamki dete hai kuch kar nahi sakte. rbi ne enke haath aur paair dono baandh rakhe hai.

                            main branch, andhrapardesh. a/c no [protected]
                            when i tried to withdraw rs 15000 from my a/c

                            [protected] on 18th april around 7 pm from the sbm

                            atm chithanyapuri,hyderabad at the time atm machine

                            switched off so that i could not recievd any money

                            nor any reciept from the atm .
                            but when i checked the balance from the other atm

                            after an hour the balance was deducted from my a/c.

                              I used the tatsky website for recharging the tatasky account through SBI net banking. But it seems from record the the amount of 3050.00 has been credited to the airtel billdesk [protected] account even the payment was done through tatasky site .How it has happened?. If this has been done please try to reimburse the same/ credit to my account again or to tatasky by debiting from airtel bill desk account .Though the tatasky transaction was successful and confirmed. my sbi account no is [protected]

                              this problem is also happened with me...
                              i recharged for tata docomo 31 Rs. ...
                              and also for idea for 10 Rs.
                              31 and 10 is not much but the transaction is not secure you may lost your money...

                                Dear Sir,

                                Regarding withdrawl of money from ATM,I have done two transactions,among which only one transaction was successful.and during second transaction money didn't came out from ATM due to some problem.I have registerd a complain(COMPLAIN NO. AT [protected]) to SBI custumor care on 19th May 2010,but still not a single action taken for that.

                                Kindly do the needful.

                                  I am Writing to inform you that myself Rajnish Rana Lecturer in Govt.Education Department in Himachal Pradesh.Presently posted at Govt.BSS School Solan. I have an account in SBI Solan Branch with Account No [protected]. Further i submitted on 07/04/2010, i use SBI ATM The Mall Solan and try to Withdraw Rs.25000/- by using state bank of Patiala ATM Card ( Account No.[protected]) but machine is not working properly and i get slip of sorry/ regretted, after some time i got massage from SBOP on my Mobile in which show the transaction of Rs.25000/- has been successfully completed which is not true.Than i wrote a letter on 08/04/2010 to the SBOP Solan in which i mention how the SBI ATM machine create problem for me. After one month i came to know that on SBI record transaction has been show's successful completed.After so many time request to the SBI The Mall Solan especially dealing hand Mr. Naresh linger on my request and refused to show CCTV Camera Clips. There are lot of complaints regarding SBI ATM are there and sufferer are treated badly and due to harassment Himachli Customer never complaint fruther.We are going to form manch (plateform) of all customers who sufferer by the SBI ATM The Mall Solan.
                                  You are reqested to find out the CCTV Camera Clips so that i get justice.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I am using SBI Card since last Three Years I had purchased one Book 30 minutes a day to healthy heart”. from Reader’s Digest Books & Home Entertainment (I) Pvt. Ltd. on 27.02.2010 for Rs. 499/- which is correctly debited in my card statement as on 02.03.2010. But when i received my card statement as on 02.04.2010 I found that another Rs. 300/- debited to my card statement. But i would like to draw your attention that i had never purchase any book nor given any authority to any body to debit Rs. 300/- which was debited on 25.03.2010. I spoke any time with SBI Card customer care and also at helpline of Reader's Digest but they are helping and giving vauge reply. In month of May they have debited Rs. 550/- toward finance charges as i have not made the full payment of April 2010. (I have paid Rs. 744/- against Rs. 1044/- i.e. after deducting Rs. 300/-)
