i am trying to login to sbi online for last 15 days with the help of the user name and password provided by the bank.but i am unable to log in for the first time also.

I have opend an e mail accund in april 2009. at truchirapally, NIT branch 1617. I tryed in my computr the windo never opened. i do not know how to use it this is not first time. i tried in india it self then i got the kit 2 nd time also the same problu m.. please let me know how to use my online banking . thanking you.
Plz tell me the procedure how to login with registration no. and password and at where

    Dear Sir,
    With reference to my SBI card [protected], on receipt of my card statement for the month of 2/9/2007, I found that the bank has debited me with an amount of Rs-10000/- towards some purchases from TOYNICA INTERNATIONAL but I have never made this transection, so I contacted to the customer care regarding the wrong debit and when I asked for charge slip of these transection but the bank could not arrange the same to me nor they still could provide me with the address. Since then I have talked many time about the reversal of this amount but the SBI Bank officials did nothing to resolve the matter.

    So I request you to please do the needful to sort my this problem at the earliest.

      Respected Sir,
      I was used Union Bank Of India ATM Card in the atm of SBI of Tularam Chowk at Jabalpur and withdrawl Rs. 400 but it was come out and the account showing that money was withdrawl. How it is possible. Without giving the money outside how it is debited from the account.
      I was complaint in the Union Bank of India, at High Court Bar Counsel Branch at Jabalpur on dated 07.05.2009 but till today I have not found any responce from the atm team members and no amount is credit in my account also. Please do the needful.

      I agree because I am also facing the problem. Sometimes amount not received by the customer and it is deducted from the account. Some time it is two times deducted the amount. How it is possible.
      It can not be repeatative other wise no one is use to atm in the future.

      Sub.-DEDUCING OF MONEY WITHOUT GETTING FROM ATM

      Most humbly and respectfully . Sir I had withdrawn a sum of Rs 10, 000 on 6th April 09 from UTI ATM RAMGARH [BARKAKANA] but I have not got my money, receipt shows that transaction is cancel but my 10, 000 Rs has cut from my account. I had complaint to my branch but they are not taking it serious. I had submitted the xerox of that receipt and fill the application form but they are not giving any response . Three months have passed now but still I have not got my money.

      So sir I request you to please take strict action against my branch and the defaulter UTI ATM . MY BRANCH DETAIL

        I joined MOSL-SBI net trading offer by paying Rs 5000 up front. then my Rs 25000 were held in lein. the service was not functional, no one at SBI offfice to guide or help, no response to complaints ultimately my Rs 5000 was lapsed without pproviding service and thank God Rs 25000 wasa released after a few months.

        i want Rs 5000 back, Interest on Rs 25000 held in lein for the period and appropriate damages

        Besides adequate publicity of the fraud by SBI-MOSL combine.

          Dear Sir,

          Sub: GE SBI Credit Card #[protected]


          This is regarding one of my very old Credit Card I was holding 4yr back, I used this credit card for 1year period where is found that services are below standards in terms of sending timely statements, crediting payments on statements etc.

          Unfortunately I did not receive monthly statements of credit card timely on my above mentioned address, and I missed the due date of making minimum payments towards the purchase made in earlier months.

          Finally I went to close my card since I was not happy with the services at all, but they had charged Late payments and overdue interest over and above the principal outstanding, I refused to make any payment on charges except principal because it was not my fault.

          After a few months they sent me a letter dated 26th May 2006, where it was mentioned that against an O/s of Rs.8803/- I should pay Rs.4401/- which could close this matter for the full and final, they also mentioned that “my account will stand fully settled and the balance outstanding on my account will be reversed”. I was told to make payment of above amount not late then 30th June 2006, so I did the same and I paid Rs.4401/- on 29th of June 2006.

          Surprisingly they have again sent a demand payment notice dated 11-May-2009 of Rs.12264.03
          Which has shocked me badly, this was a fraudulent settlement did by GE SBI CARD.
          Me and my family is harassed by GE SBI Cards for the collection of above mentioned amount.
          We are very much depressed and urge you to take strict action against the company on this issue. Also request you to instruct GE SBI Card to provide apology letter along with No due Certificate of Credit Card Account.

            Dear Sir,

            I would like to inform you that I purchased a few sarees from Adi Mohini Mohon Kajilal saree shop on 13th September 2008. The total amount of the bill was Rs. 7095.00 (bill no. 5169). I made this payment using a State Bank of India ATM/debit card.
            After the purchase, I noticed that this amount has been debited twice from my savings-bank account (S/B no. [protected]). When I informed the bank authorities about this problem, they told me to contact the showroom where I bought the materials and get one certificate of single receipt of the payment. After getting the required certificate from the concerning bank (Citi Bank) of Adi Mohini Mohon Kajilal saree shop, I applied to Mr. Paul (Head cashier of State Bank of India, Beadon Street Branch, Kolkata) on 23.10.2008
            He told me to contact after 45 days, as it is the minimum time to resolve any complain of this nature. After 45 days when I contacted him again he asked me to come after a week. In this manner I visited him quite a few times but the problem remained far from being solved. During one of such visits in February’2009 I found that Mr. Paul has been transferred. In such circumstances I contacted the branch manager (State Bank of India, Beadon Street Branch, Kolkata) Mr. N. K. Choudhury on 7th February’09 and explained the problem to him and gave him a copy of the application. When I again visited the branch on 7th March’09 to check the status of my application, Mr. Choudhury sent some correspondence to the head office of State Bank of India and told me to wait for another 45 days. Although the mentioned period of 45 days is again over, the problem is still to be solved.
            I would like to bring it to your attention that even after waiting for almost seven months and visiting the banks (both SBI as well as Citi Bank) many times, no appropriate action has been taken. In this scenario I request you to consider the matter and take the necessary and appropriate action.

            Since you waited so long, I suggest you to file a complaint to RBI or in Court if there is any such options are available. If the banks are not able to resolve it in 7 months, then it is a big shame on both SBI and Citi Bank.

            Oh ho.. I think I saw this in the right time. I also got into the same issue now. My account has debited two times against a single purchase. Filed the complaint in the branch and they said it will take minimum 45 days to resolve. So what about the maximum? Is this issue increasing with SBI ATM cards?

            Another issue is that, when I report this issue in the branch they asked me to contact the shop and get confirmation letter from them saying they received the payment only once. I was able to do this time but what if I was in a journey? Should I go back to the shop and get the letter for filing a complaint? Then it is better not to use SBI ATM for purchases during journeys.

            Finally I got my money back. I waited for 45+ days and then complained to Banking Ombudsman. I got the money with in 1 week after that.
            I Naresh Jain is customer of your bank.There is an ATM at west enclave Pitam Pura, New delhi-110034 near my house C-2/54, West Enclave, Pitam Pura. Your bank has placed banners and other advertisement of opening of the above ATM and it has started working two months ago.I went many times to withdraw money from the said ATM but i did not get the money because of insuffiency of funds in the ATM machine.I hereby request you to kindly take appropriate action against the responsible officer as there is a deriliction of duty of his part and assure me that serious proper action will be taken on my complaint and also assure me that as and when i go to use the said ATM I will come back with cash in my hand.

            SBI Bank — not getting money which was duble debited from ATM for single purchasing

            I' very frustrated and couldn't find any way that's why writing you about my problem.



            It has been more than a year when i complained on[protected] regarding doble debit of amount from ATM while shopping i.e. on[protected] in SBI sector- 30 branch chandigarh.



            It was said to me at that time that such cases take two months to get your money back, so i went their after 2 months an d they said nothing has been done, it's all in hand of bombay branch. I followed up i again went there and i was getting same old replies and excuses only nothing has been done, it has been now more than a year and i'm suprised how long it should take.

            In bank where you can find about one rupree differece where it is, bank is unable to get my money back.



            I know this problem doen't take more than 15 days to get ur money back because this problem happened with my another ATM.



            I'm upset that i have made account in such a poor service bank for so many years.

              I have done some marketing from big bazar through my SBI ATM card but unfortunately they debited the money of amount Rupees two thousand nine hundred eighty eight (Rs.2988/-) only from my SBI account at IIT Kharagpur on 24th October 2008 twice instead of once. But till now(28th May 2009) am not getting my money back despite my several application given to SBI (IIT Kharagpur) and Big Bazar (Kharagpur).

              Kindly tell me what should i do? where should i register a case? How can I get my money back with compensation?

                I, B. Srikanth, having Savings Bank Account in HPCL - Visakh Refinery Branch, Malkapuram, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh vide account no. [protected]. I would like to bring to your kind notice of the following facts on the subejct complaint.

                01. on 16.02.2009 I was trying to drawn money from ATM centre, opp: Waltair Club, under HDFC bank building, Visakhapatnam for an amount of Rs. 4000/- and I got an error message that " timed out - your transaction is cancelled"... here I have tried two times.

                02. Subseqeuntly I have tried another SBH ATM centre opp: Seven Hills Hospital, Visakhapatnam for an amount of Rs. 2000/- and Rs. 500/-and here also I have faced the same problem and anticpated money will be coming by changing denominations. Fortunately the same error message came for which I have not recieved any printed slip from ATM machine.

                03. Further I have tried one more ATM opp: KOTAK school, china waltair, Visakhapatnam here I have taken mini statement and suprisingly found that Rs. 4000/- was shown as with drawn from my account.

                04. on 17.02.2009, I have tried to draw an amount from SBI Main Branch ATM, Opp: Pages for an amount of Rs. 4000/- and I have recieved the said amount and also Rs. 4000/-, Rs. 2000/- and Rs. 500/- i.e. for total amount of Rs. 6500/- was deducted from my account on 16.02.2009 with out withdrawing the money from the above mentioned ATMs.

                I HAVE TAKEN UP THE SAME THREE TIMES WITH CONCERNED BRANCH AND MAIN BRANCH OF VISAKHAPATNAM WITH DULY ACKNOWLEDGED. SO FAR, THE PROBLEM IS NOT RESOLVED AND ALSO I GOT TRANSFEERED FROM VISKHAPATNAM TO MUMBAI.

                I HUMBLY REQUEST YOUR GOOD SLEVES TO TAKE UP WITH THE CONCERNED AUTHORITIES AND DO THE NEEDFUL.

                  No response to emails/phone calls

                  I am an employee with wipro technologies. I had problems with internet banking. I called PBB, Koramangala branch at least hundred times but they never picked up. I mailed 6 times but no response.
                  I mailed to all the email ids provided : sbi wipro helpline, sbi helpline and escalation id also.

                  They provide so useless and third class services that I never received any response from them. It has been such a frustrating...

                  My complain is pending from last year. why the bank not answering or reversal the money. i want the money back as soon as possible first of all the status of my complain. this is my last mail after this i amgoing to consumer court ansd consumer forum. And also which telephone numbers you are given on ur wesite of chandigarh head office not working including tollfree number. all the numbers are temporarily out of service.

                  i have used the hdfc bank jalandhar road(OLD BRANCH)atm on dated 10102008 @ 08:00 am to withdrawal 12000/- through my sbi debit cum atm card. However "Half Transaction Process" message displayed on screnn and only 6500/- dispensed and my a/c balance debited with 12000/-. On contacting HDFC Bank official i was told to wait till evening and check for mini statementto confirm my a/c bal. there has been no reverse transaction till date(10/11/2008) and still now. I contact the Mr. Kaul in sbin bank and he says that in this case we don't do anything. all the work in the hand of hdfc bank. both of the bank not accepting the my application after that i have done the registered post to the both bank local branches. No response from both Banks till Date[protected]. plz solve my problem as soon as possible otherwise i will go to consumer court.

                  SBI Garhakota — for ATM card

                  I applied for ATM card 180 days ago but ATM card didn't issued . I applied three times .My account number is [protected] in SBI Garhakota. branch code 6138.Mithlesh yadav misbehave with me.
                  Respected sir,
                  I have used SBI Garhakota ( Branch code 6138 ) Distt. Sagar M.P. My ATM card recieved 40 days ago but i didn't got my ATM pin number. I have gone SBI Garhakota every 6th day but employers of SBI Garhakota not supporting. Also SBI branch of Sagar and head office M.P. do not support.                   I have withdrawn sum amount 6000/- Rs from UTI ATM code (S1AC681), Rae bareili (UP). on 06 May 09. my transaction number is 5474 and my Account No. is [protected] (amritsar Rajasansi, ) BUt I got only withdrawl slip not the amount. My complain is pending from 13 May 09.When ever I go to Bank manager he says I have lodged you complain in 'SBI service Desk Request detail NO. 2569634'. Four month have passed but I am listening Same story. why the bank not answering or reversal the money. i want the money back as soon as possible first of all the status of my complain. this is my last mail after this i am going to consumer court ansd consumer forum. And also which telephone numbers you are given on ur wesite of chandigarh head office not working including tollfree number. all the numbers are temporarily out of service.

                      For redeeming the reward points I called up the helpline in Sep - Oct 2008 and I was assured 1 year India Today subscription on redemption of 3714 points. No reward was given thereafterwards. After several mails and telephone calls on helpline on 24th feb.2009, I was informed through mail that the redemption is done and I will get 1 year India Today subscription free. This was followed by a written mail from their credit cards marketing head, Mr.Sahay. In the whole melee I lost 150 reward points for not utilizing them on time. the fact is that till date I have not got the reward and so far there is no reponse from this bank. I wrote to the nodal officer of SBI and he wrote back to me saying that the credit card business is separate and forwarded my communication to the same "feedback.[protected]@ge.com". Regularly I call up the helpline and they say that soon they will take action. The soon has not come in 9 months. I request you to go deeper into the issue and expose the whole going ons - find out whether they really do reward the customers or it is just another unfair trade practice. thanks and regards

                      Though I too have a problem in redemption but am neutral to it. Problem, you dial these guys of sbi
                      they tell go to the website and give your redempiton option, almost 3 months unable to find any site
                      where one can choose the option go for cashing the reward points accumulated. Seriously, do not know what to say. Cancellation of reward points is something like you have money in your account bank has debited your account for nothing.

                      The people has patience to suffer because of autocratic decisions by one's who can take it, sufferer is the consumer, always. Poor consumer donot have time to fight out all these since one is busy in day to day survival.

                      In our country when a normal indvidual will have a say. God Knows only.

                      Dear Sir,
                      I have a Credit Card No [protected] Of HSBC Bank. I have redeemed my bonus points through proper way as were directed to me by bank. But very sorry to say the Bank were fail to deliver my Parcel ( gifts towards my bonus point redemption) to my home address. After making querry to bank, I was answered simply that my home address not in courier company's service Area. This was happned twice with me. Sir, infact my address is very closed to city area and Statement of Bank is reaches to me properly without fail. I have spoiled so many time in querries and complaints to the bank.                       I have tried to make three times user id and password but till it is not validated for activation. I m unable to login. if this is case of one of the Branch Manage, then what will happen to customer. Please try to activate my user id and password.

                      The time of public contact has been reduced from 8 0 clock to 5 0 clock closing time, As a Sbi credit card holder it is very hard to contact your public grievance cell, after coming from our duty.so better change your contact time for customers frequent use between morning 8 to evening 8 .
                      And also i want to intimate that frequently reducing my reward points even though i was requesting you people several times.

                        Where to complain about the SBI-complaint office???

                        I wrote following mail to SBI DGM many time, but they are just forwarding my mail from one complaint office to another but no action has been taken yet.

                        Now its 3+ months and my Rs.50, 000/- money is still stuck in SBI and they are not giving me my money.

                        I met the SBI Branch Manager (Sec 2 NOIDA, UP) several times and also gave complaint in written.
                        But i were given excuses like somebody on leave, system problem, some major problem in transaction calculation, we are looking into the matter etc etc.

                        Is SBI going to compensate the losses that i am bearing. What if i were going to invest this amount and getting Rs. 80, 000/- in profit?
                        What if somebody is dying for treatment and the money do not reach the needful?????
                        OR SBI has given my money on loan and earning high interest on it and enjoying profits from my money...!! STRANGE..!

                        HOW CAN SBI DO THIS?????? Please let me know.

                        Kindly consider the seriousness of the matter and RETURN MY MONEY with interest @ of FD along with penalty for causing GREAT TROUBLE to me & my family.

                            I have Housing Loan a/c in SBI . Account N0. : [protected] . The L.I.C. Firozabad directly send Rupees Fifteen Thousand ( Rs.15000/=) by Cheque no. 0010043 dated 28.03.2008 to SBI, Allahabad branch to be deposited in my account, since the policy was pledged with SBI . As per Account statement it is clear that the aforesaid cheque was deposited for collection on 09-May-08 and the amount was credited in my account and the amount was adjusted towards interest and the principal balance. After the depositing the aforesaid amount of Rs.15000/= the Balance was reduced from Rs. 5, 34, 224.63 to Rs. 5, 19, 224.63 . Rs. 103 was also charged as collection charges . But in the next entry immediately after the above entry, the Balance amount is again raised to its previous entry prior to the deposit of Rs. 15000/= and again it has been shown as Rs. 5, 34, 224.63 .

                            I personally contacted the Branch on three occasions, it was confirmed to me that the aforesaid cheque has been cleared on 09.05.2008, It was informed that there is some error, which may be rectified . I personally reported the matter to SBI and complaint was lodged on helpline of SBI, I am suffering a great loss . it is a clear case of misapropration of my money or the embazalment is done by some officer of the bank, who is criminally liable for action .
                            kindlytake up the matter, or I will have to move the courts for criminal and civil actions against the bank .

                            I have deposite cheque no. "223678" dated 06.03.2009 for an amount of Rs. 14376/- of J&K Bank, Residency Road, Jammu on dated 29.04.09 in the State Bank of India, Karchana (1164). I have enquired so many time and had answered by said bank that cheque was sent for clearing but One and 8 days has passed but cheque was not cleared.

                            respected sir, i m a sbi atm card holder .i have my a/c in damanjodi, koraput, orissa.my atm no.3113 and atm id S1AC262 .on 6th june 2009 i was withdrawing Rs.200 here in rourkela but due to out of order i couldn't and because every where it was showing out of process and that time i had a balance of Rs 1000 but on 8th june 2009 when i withdrew Rs200 i noticed that on 6th june it has done transaction of rs200 but i didnt get the money.n when i took out the ministatement i got that i has diducted rs 200 from my debit card either bymistakely or due to some problem in machine . so i request you to please do enquiry about this matter and payback the money which i had lost due to atm machine problems.
                            so i request you 2 kindly look into the matter and take some initiative steps so that i can get my money

                                I had opened an account with SBI, marathahalli branch, bangalore on 7'th of march. There was a lot of issue with this account. First, I didn't get my ATM pin. So I couldn't use the account for a period of 2 months. After some 2 months I got the ATM pin. And for that I had to visit the brach for some umpteen number of times. The manager simply was not considerate enough. But my grievances didn't end here. Then there was issue with transaction rights. They have given me user id password everything but with that I can just see my account details. No transaction allowed. First they asked me to authorize the mobile number. The mobile number on display was my number only so it shouldn't have been required. But then also I registered my friend's number then reverted back to my number. Submitted a form for authorization. They authorized it also. But still the problem is unsolved. I can't transact through my bank.
                                Whenever I call them they just cut the call.
                                Tell me what to do .

                                  I am a Student and the ATM closest to my clg is ICICI ATM in sec-62 Noida . So i withdraw my money from that Atm .

                                    i have tried to withdraw a sum of rs 4000 from an atm of punjab national bank through my SBI debit card on 06/04/2009 but at taht time my account was been debited with the same amount but no cash was deleivered to me .i had made an compalin with the atm officer of both the branches i.e. Branch of SBI (RAIRANG PUR, oRISSA) and the branch of pnb( Madhunban Delhi) the atm manager of my branch assured me that the amount would be refunded to me within 15 days but its a long period passed on i have severally met the same officer even i have made a compalin of this to the loval head office of the bank but nothing happend

                                    my reg.no.929621, i have bymistakely entered my category as obc and its general, i have submitted my form, what should i do now?

                                    SBI wrong debit of money — Wrongly debited from my account

                                    I have a saving a/c in SBI AF Station Tughlakabad, NEW DELHI.

                                    On 29/10/09 SBI has debited Rs 25000/- from my account against a cheque no 750157 which is not yet presented.

                                    A written complaint is given on 09/12/09 but no action is taken by the concered bank

                                    State Bank of India — cash wrongly debited but not yet refunded

                                    I beg to state that on 16/10/09, when I approach to withdraw Rs 10000 from Indian overseas bank ATM at Kolkata port trust branch, my attempt was failed for two times. Thus Rs 20,000 was debited from SBI savings account no-[protected]. I reported the matter on 19/10/09 to the branch manager SBI Elgin road branch. He received my application but as it yield no result till 6/11/09, I met him again .He told me that as I have enjoyed the facility of ATM banking, I have to suffer the disadvantages also and advised me to wait for unlimited time. Then I approached to the Ombudsman, RBI Kolkata stating my grievances on 9/11/09. They also received my application but after waiting for three months on 16/2/10 when I met one official of Ombudsman ,RBI Kolkata ,he told me to wait for unlimited period and advised me to go to Consumer Forum Court, if I have the hurry to get back my money . Being despaired I met one sr officer of RBI Mr. Balakrishnan to redress my harassment. He advised me to collect G.P.LOG from Indian Overseas Bank, otherwise there is no possibility to get back my money early. I met I.O.B. officials at Port Trust Branch and Hare street branch to get the G.P.LOG, but they told me that they are not aware about the G.P.LOG. Even they do not know what G.P.LOG is.
                                    Sir, I am a monthly wage earning person, my sole income is salary from my service. I have three kids, one of them studying B.TECH (EE), another studying MCA. I have to bear the entire educational cost from my monthly salary.
                                    Under the circumstance your goodness may imagine my economic condition and realize my suffering for loss of my said money.
                                    Hence you are requested to redress my suffering as early as possible by paying me the money.

                                      i have lost my sbiatm, branch-hajipur(bihar)before 3months.my a/c no is [protected]. i applied new atm
                                      card in branch on18/2/2009.another apply on22/3/09.reapply on04/05/09 but there is no respose.my 1st

                                      I am a customer of your bank my account no.is[protected] my name is Mukesh Balani Branch Code No.4566, Branch Name Sipri Bazaar, Jhansi. Dist.- Jhansi(Uttar Pradesh) my atm card no. is[protected] sir I had entered to draw the amount of Rs. 6500/- Dated[protected] time 13:45. But The ATM machine have not working properly and I have not received the said amount but in ministatement it is showing that the acount is deducted.
                                      So, sir I request you please solved this problem. it, s very urgent.
