I have an investment of around 93 units. Under the folio number 6126486 in the sbi magnum taxgain Dividend option scheme. Though I have been getting the Dividend declared regularly, I don't get the annual statement indicating the MAV, Dividend declared etc., .     I am shailendra nagar i took a personel loan from zestmoney that was close on 04-january-2021. but on 01-February-2021. sbi deduct rs.295 for ecs return charge from camden town(zestmony). and they are saying that it is dedcut for 29-august-2020 emi bounce charge. but on that time moratorium period is running so how they charge to me like this plz check and do need full action as soon as possible.
    I am attaching my bank statement also with this note.

        My yono user Id is blocked

        Hi, Today I opened my account in sbi. And they asked me to register in yono app. I registered successfully but later while doing log in they always showed that it is a wrong wrong username and password.
        And later it blocked my yono Id....

        Sir,

        I have made a transaction worth 1648 and the details are Transaction of INR 1648.00 made on Prepaid Card XXXX7801 at ECommerce/FKPAYMENTS /Mumbai /[protected]/ on Sat Jan 30 20:20:24 IST 2021.

        Further, cancelled part of the order worth Rs 1230 and the refund for the same was processed by Flipkart. Refund ID is -Refund ID - CR21013022580419581855302.

        But till date no communication was received from SBI with regard to refund amount.

        Even after multiple times mailing/ contacting customer care no help was made.

        No proper mechanism is there in SBI to resolve SBI UTSAV CARD issues of refunds. No help was made to me till now.

          Sir,
          I did a recharge of Rs.250/= to SBI Fastag thru sbi payment gateway with my SBI Debit Card on 13-Nov-2020. The transaction got failed. But the amount is not refunded yet. I have sent many mails to sbi fastag(attached the mail list). But no reply from them and the amount is also not credited back to bank or to the fastag. I raised the query to bank and they said that merchant has received the amount and they told that you need to contact fastag.

          Please help me to get my amount.

              For the last 40 days or more I am trying for getting a loan disbursement through sbi, the NRI branch located in Pratap Nagar, Jaipur, but neither the sbi agent nor manager of the branch is coperating with me.
              They are not responding to my queries and complaints. Finally, I lodged an online complaint regarding this matter in SBI online complaint, on 30 january2021, but till the date got no response for my complaint, with complaint number 41648811.

                Sub: My Account No.[protected]-292. Different Procedures & Irregularities in SBI Branches in Bank Transfer of Money to Foreign Country (UK).

                I submit that the following Irregularity & Procedure was followed by SBI, in different Branches:
                1. On 13.1.21, I transferred GBP:102 to my Son in SBI Saligramam Branch (Branch Code: 06850), for which the Banking Staff took the following from me:
                a. A written Letter to SBI giving all the particulars of the Transfer, in which she asked me to mention to debit the sum to my account No. 000000-[protected].
                b. Also, She took a Cheque from me for the amount to be debited to my account, in spite of my objection that the Cheque might cause duplicate debit.
                2. On 25.1.21, from my same account No. 000000-[protected], I transferred GBP:6, 762 to my Son, from SBI, NRI Branch, T.Nagar, Chennai (Branch Code: 07684), for which the Banking Staff took 2 nos. of Filled-in Forms from me (No Cheque & No Letter was requested from me).
                I don’t understand why 2 different procedures are followed in your Bank Branches.
                I strongly emphasize that the procedure followed by SBI, Saligramam Branch is not Logical, as there is every chance of duplicate debit to my account.
                So, I request your good selves, to make a Standard Procedure & advice your Staff accordingly, in this matter.

                  The product is. - Altino ultra DJ Sound blast portable speaker.
                  I returned it on 7 January.
                  The refund was initiated on 17 January.
                  But the bank has not credited it

                        I several times have requested the Bank not to clear payments in excess of my available limit. For security reasons RBI has also made it mandatory for the Credit Card issuers to provide facility to its users to change the limits(within the sanctioned limit) according to their wish, so that the fraudulent payments can be stopped.
                        In my Nov'19 Bill for 25121(Limit 35000) a sum of 590/-is charged towards over-limit-Fee for use in Oct'19 Bill for 18616/-(Limit-35000), In Total Purchase of 36525.94, Bank's unwanted excess clearance was of Rs.1525/94- on 28.9.2019 which was cleared on the very next day on 29.9.2019 by paying 17910/-. i.e. advance payment of more than 16000/-.
                        On my contact I was replied that the unwanted Fee reversal can be done once in six months and that has been availed to you hence credit can not be provided.
                        Agony develops in such open Frauds.
                        Refund of 590/-is desired.

                              Atm problem and my money deduction

                              On 16th of january 2021 at 7:56pm i went to sbi atm at mango to deposit my money through machine but due to delay in submission of the money of amount ₹5500/- (Five thousand five hundred only) the machine showed timeout and my money got stuck into it. The amount has not came in my account yet since it has been many weeks.

                                  Dear Sir/Mam one of my refund amount 719/- which send to my account on 8th December 2020 From Myntra. In they send to my account the also provide refund reference number The reference number is:[protected]. I am waiting almost 50Days extra but the amount didn't reflect to my account. I have complained against on my branch but I didn't get proper solution from bank manager. I have complained against it but still it's not reflect in my account.

                                  Dear sir/mam I have including refund details with reference number plz refund my money as soon as possible.

                                  And I am also going to bank but the bank customers are unable to help me and unable to track the reference number and the sites customer are says they didn't help and I am also done 1 rq but they are not give me a proper solution.

                                    In this corona pandemics
                                    I am Goldie Rana, I am having a very bad experience with SBI credit card. I am having a SBI card with [protected]. I completed my full and final settlement of this card 26095 rupees against full amount 43491.30 based on Tracer letter DEL[protected]. Here onwards the problems are starting. After full and final settlement. SBI bank keep generating Due amount. I asked about this to bank, they informed me your final settlement information not updated. Will make it soon. I completed the final settlement in December 2020 and still aim getting the due amount and now it crossed 19000.
                                    Please solve this matter before this is gone huge amount, and I have to take a legal action.
