I have paid my college fees to State bank collect by UPI payment using QR code . amount have been deducted from my account .but the payment status in SBI collect is showing failure . kindly solve this issue .my sbi collect reference no : DUD7290795....

RESPONSE PENDING FROM NETWORK

I used SBI Collect to pay my college fees of 1050 to GEC Bhavnagar on 24/10/2020 through BOI Net Banking and the money was debited from my account but the sbi collect payment history is showing Status-PENDING and Transaction Description- RESPONSE PENDING FROM NETWORK. Kindly look into this matter as I need my fee receipt for registration on 26/10/2020. MY REFERENCE NUMBER IS- DUD7325109.

Misbehaving by sbi warisaliganj (bank code 01240)bank staff. His behavior is very bad with customer. He abused and angry to costumer....

When i placed a withdrawal request of 1000 in the ATM, the amount didn't come out, but the account got debited.

I withdrew 500 rupees because of a hospital emergency and the fact that i had only this card with me at the time and the hospital wouldn't accept card payments (Card machine wasn't working). I put the money back in the card as soon as i withdrew it. SBI needs to take my special circumstances into consideration. They all are just copy pasting the same thing. You are the worst when it comes to customer service. Learn something from AmEx....
