I returned a product to amazon, for which the refund of (rupees 1, 099)was issued on 10 to 12th of oct.2020. It was supposed to reflect by 12th oct in my account. But i have still not received my money till now. The bank is also not listening to the refund reference no. #870644 provided to me by amazon via mail.

    My name is Smita Sahoo. I had ordered " Lovable Women Girls Cotton Non Padded Non Wired Full Coverage Bra in Black Color-X-Bra - Black" of Rs 355.00 from Amazon.in on 23rd October 2020. On 28th October 2020, I returned the product due to some personal reasons. On 29th October 2020, Amazon initiated the refund to my card which was expected to be credited within 3rd November 2020. But I still have not received the refund. Amazon has sent this refund reference number- 05170 and asked me to file charge dispute. But the SBI helpline number is not working and neither the associates are helping with this matter. Kindly respond to this complaint since it is very urgent. My card number is [protected].

          I have ordered one product from amazon.com through online Phone Pe (SBI bank )payment of ruppes 595.00
          The order ID is :[protected]
          Order date is :- 24-Oct-2020
          As told by amazon customer care executive While delivering the product the product get damage so its get return by its self ...and the amount will get refund in 4 to 5 days
          But the amount is didn't get refunded till now its allready 8 days over,
          They have given Reference number :-

          They amazon said that..they have added refound money to UPI, But from UPI the money is not received in Bank.

            This is afzal atchhutmalpur my SBI account number [protected] bedited INR 958 with the name of dmi finance prevTR for DDR INSTALMENT as INSTALMENT this transaction is not authorised by me and I did not get any prior intimation about that transaction, I not even about that deduction of that both payments
            i already call toll free and already visit sbi bank but no solve this matter and no help me.

              I had filed my accidental insurance of the car MARUTI SUZUKI VITARA BREZZA. All the recovery (DENT.PAINT, PARTS) got me to expenditure of 41000 RS.

              NOW the company is willing to claim only 13000, that is, they are willing to pay only the front Bumper part. which is Just Stupid service from the SBI GENERAL INSURANCE. I had my car got accident while running when a cow suddenly came onto road and while loosing balance My Right side of the car was rubbed and thereby damaged, RIGHT FRONT GATE, RIGHT REAR GATE, QUATER PANEL AND TAIL LAMP. All the parts have been repaired in the workshop Where I placed my car.

              Now the issue is, I had the several conversation with SBI GENERAL AREA MANAGER, GOBINDA MANNA: +91-[protected]. This guy thinks he is the boss of the universe, He doesn't have etiquettes to talk even. And he talk rubbishly that we can only give you front bumper recovery, but as MY INSURANCE with this company is ON Zero DP. And thereby All right side recovery charges should have been approved. This is just a fraud that this company is holding themselves from claiming my Claim amount.

              Please Get this rectified as soon as Possible. i AM PARRALLELY taking this to social media to reach out to SBI GENERAL BOARD OF MEMBERS I want this guy GOBINDA MANNA To realise his responsibility to serve their customer.

                      Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

                        I have a car loan in SBI which I have taken in 2016-Dec. The interest rate that I am being charged now is 9.15%. The same SBI offers new car loans at the rate of 7.75% - 8.45%. Can you please pass on the new rates to existing customers as well.

                                I have been requesting for a NOC on my cord since 2nd November. Every time i email or call, I get an automated response- we will get back to you in 2 days. These 2 days never come. They also gave me a SR# which was supposed to be completed on 5th Nov, but i have not received any acknowledgement or response from them.
                                I have visited the office in Aggarwal Millennium Plaza, NSP, New Delhi on 3rd Nov, but was not allowed to meet anyone. I was told i would get a call back in 1 hour. The call came in next day and the guy was in such a hurry. He gave me my account no and an email and disconnected.
                                I emailed on Customer service head email, got an automated response as usual.
                                The card i am talking about, i had in[protected]. I made late payments but the completed the payments and there was no dues. the same was confirmed by the guy on the phone. but i have no idea why are they taking this long to email a NOC letter. My friend had a similar issue with HDFC back and they issues NOC in 1 day of request.

                                  I have been charged with 2, 950.00/- on 05 nov 2020 for non submission of rc book copy against my car loan account.
                                  1) Neither the bank has intimated me regarding the same nor they told me during documentation of loan.
                                  2) No even got any message or mail to submit RC copy to avoid charges within deadline before deduction.
                                  3) Debited amount from my account without my permission

                                  This clearly shows the pathetic service of sbi. I will sent mail to bank also.
                                  Requested for early reversal of amount.

                                      Subject: charge dispute "refund never processed"

                                      Dear sir

                                      A refund of 523.45 and 416 rupees was successfully processed on 22Ooct, 2020 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                                      I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the u Refund reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                                      I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                                      Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.
