SBI downgraded my credit card last year and promised delivery as earlier at office address, since due to the corporate benefit I availed original card submitting all relevant financial documents, which was delivered to office address in 2018.
But after I downgraded this card in december 2019, the downgraded card always sent at home and the courier for downgraded card was never delivered it at office unlike earlier - - courier person told inform SBI about it and he has right to only give the card to me in person and after verifying government id.
I called SBI on this issue that I am at office and can't go home like that whenever courier comes as office distance is more.
After multiple discussions, they confirmed me about delivery at office address, but then too since the parcel wasn't changed at all, it mentioned residential address only... Please assist me in this situation as SBI parallely started charging informing that those are just auto emails ignore them, after delivering and activation only your card is ready for use.
So, due to covid I kept issue on hold, but now since services are functional, I want your help to settle this delivery issue please as I started getting suddenly spam calls from SBI asking for what's the status and why your card is still with us, I can't explain each different SBI caller whole issue again and again, please assist settling the issue and waiver of the charges imposed throughout covid as delivery wasn't provided yet as assured on call and communication

Complaint marked as Resolved On request to nodal officer, SBI provided in mail that card is inactive and no dues pending for it

Updated by Siyiyiy Hi SBI Team, as per our last discussion, can you please resolve this issue finally now? ... Delivery things hampered by Lock down are but obvious and to not be minded of about, many things have been already impacted nationwide, worldwide.
I have no issues with the long resolution time but consider this as a gentle reminder to please close this asap
I have paid my counciling cum admission fees from icici bank through upi to central university of orrisa but transaction status of sbi collect showing failure and amount is debited from my account and no e receipt generated
