State Bank is a renowned and esteemed bank in India, but today I faced the worst service of my life. As a Senior Citizen I feel dejected with the service. I visited State Bank of India, opp. Mandovi, Panaji Branch for the submission of Life Certificate of Myself and My husband. I and I my husband possess a joint account in the Branch. The employees seem to know very little of their policies. One particular employee was asking around to fellow employees. I was humiliated and made to wait for long. The attitude is such that they are giving money from their pockets or we are availing money without any liabilities. I OPERATE MY HUSBAND AND MY ACCOUNT (JOINT ACCOUNT) HENCE MY MONEY, NOT THE BANKS! The bank employees are there on their desks because of our accounts in the bank.
My husband suffered a stroke 15 years back. So he is partially paralyzed, finding it difficult to walk or travel. I provided his thumb impression, attested by a Govt. Gazetted Officer. I was told that they do not know the officer and so they are unable to accept it. With current COVID-19 crisis, i am unable to visit the Govt. Hospital, to the Doctor treating my husbands sickness. no medical professional is free and I a Senior Citizen could be highly susceptible to the widespread corona virus,
State Bank Employees should focus more on giving a friendly Customer Service and not evaluate individuals on their miserable and dejected state.

I have paid my counciling cum admission fees from icici bank through upi to central university of orrisa but transaction status of sbi collect showing failure and amount is debited from my account and no e receipt generated
