State Bank is a renowned and esteemed bank in India, but today I faced the worst service of my life. As a Senior Citizen I feel dejected with the service. I visited State Bank of India, opp. Mandovi, Panaji Branch for the submission of Life Certificate of Myself and My husband. I and I my husband possess a joint account in the Branch. The employees seem to know very little of their policies. One particular employee was asking around to fellow employees. I was humiliated and made to wait for long. The attitude is such that they are giving money from their pockets or we are availing money without any liabilities. I OPERATE MY HUSBAND AND MY ACCOUNT (JOINT ACCOUNT) HENCE MY MONEY, NOT THE BANKS! The bank employees are there on their desks because of our accounts in the bank.

My husband suffered a stroke 15 years back. So he is partially paralyzed, finding it difficult to walk or travel. I provided his thumb impression, attested by a Govt. Gazetted Officer. I was told that they do not know the officer and so they are unable to accept it. With current COVID-19 crisis, i am unable to visit the Govt. Hospital, to the Doctor treating my husbands sickness. no medical professional is free and I a Senior Citizen could be highly susceptible to the widespread corona virus,

State Bank Employees should focus more on giving a friendly Customer Service and not evaluate individuals on their miserable and dejected state.

    I ordered a phone on 26th october 2020 amount has been deducted from my bank account and then I cancelled the order and refund initiated by amazon but not credited into my bank account the reference number is 649982

      I ordered Allan Macho sandal in Amazon on 6/09/20 and I returned on 13 /09 /20 but still refund has not credited in my account.

        Dear sir/madam
        On nov 3, 2020 I tried to pay the academic fees for my 1st semester through SBI collect, I paid the amount through phonepe upi, amount got deducted but SBI collect is showing that the transaction has failed. Please help me with this as it is not a small amount (83000), I need refund urgently so that I can pay fees before deadline.

              This is birendra and i am raising a complaint against wrong ecs
              charges debited from my savings account([protected]). It is happening from last year..[protected]. I had taken a loan with bajaj finserv. Every month their Emi deducts on 2nd day of the month.. But whenever i maintains
              balance in my account for EMI. they deduct charges from before my emi deduction on same date And my EMI get bounces.. they has charded around 10, 000 till today.. they deduct charges multiple of Rs.295

                My name is BHAVESH PATIDAR and I had ordered AMERICAN TOURISTER IVY POLYPROPYLENE TROLLEY BAG of RS.Amount 3159 RUPEE in Amazon on 11oct 2020 and after 15oct 2020 I cancelled this order due to personal reason.On 17 oct 2020 Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 137426 and told me to fill charge dispute form but SBI doesn't have such policy. So
                please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My card number is ending with ****2816

                  I had paid my vtu pdc fees Rs.400/- through SBI Collect by scanning the code through Phonepe UPI. But the transaction is shown as failure with reference to DUD7655441 in SBI Collect. But the Amount got deducted from my account and I did not yet recieve a refund. The transaction was done on 2nd November 2020. The UPI payment proof is attached alongside this complaint. This is very disappointing that there is no sign or notification regarding the thing from the side of SBI Collect and the money is deducted.

                    Currently i do have one ongoing Loan with bajaj finserv ltd. associated ecs with SBI bank. Sometimes i forgot to fund my account with cash for ecs but not neededly. More than Rs.1300 they charged me that mandate fail charges But i mostly deposit money on that same date in which that ecs wont bounce, but even though they had charged saying that money was not on that day. but now they had charged me quoting dated 22/10/2020. in which no ecs will fall on that date and my mandate fail date will be only with 2nd of every month. unwantedly they charged me for last month (october) in which my ecs passed successfully.
                    if you refund my money it would be greatful

                      R/sir,
                      I had applied for sbi credit card on[protected] through your authorised representative sbi j guru Amritsar143115 under application[protected]. Afterword I had received a text message from your end on 11.05.2020 for intimate me in regard to issuance of credit card having ending 4 digit 9903 which has not been delivered till date . I am taken aback to recieve d a message on 11.05.2020 that my ac has been debited with rs 590 as annual service charges and shown overdue rs 590 on my cibil record .you are requested to please arrange deliver the credit card and also waive the services charges which are erroneously being debited my ac which effects my cibil score . Please resolve the matter impromptu otherwise I will be compell to complaint with Banking obudsman.

                        Rs12134 amount debited from my account to ach dr. Citi[protected] bd CAMDEN but i have no knowledge of this... Why is my amount debited... I give no any right to any one for autodebit... I want all detail of it... Please provide... All the information regarding above mentioned subject. It's very urgent i fell very bad that i am a customer of sbi. Kindly solve my problem if there is no any option taken by the bank i will sue against the worse service and unnecessary debit amount.

                          I have deposited Rs.49, 500 on 11'th Oct 2020 at Alangudi branch ATM, Pudukottai, Tamilnadu @04:05 PM. The transaction got success but while checking with beneficiary they are telling that amount not credited.
                          Hence, I went to branch for assistance but Branch Manager response was making me vain and not treat me well.
                          It's already 1 month over, I don't know where my money has gone.

                            Dear Sir/Madam My Name is Shobhit and i am a Corporation bank Account holder. on 18/10/2020 (1:56 pm) My Debit Card Last 4 Digit is.6737. i had try to withdraw Rs.10000 from Your SBI Atm which is located at- Niti Vihar, Sultan Puri, Delhi ATM id. HFBC[protected]. During the txn atm electricity shutdown and show black screen after wait while I didn't receive any amount as well any receipt. After I received sms that amount is debited from my account...i had also raised complaint to my bank and branch they told me you have to wait upto 1-3 months.. recently they told "Please raise a claim in the atm module immediately on enabling it"...dear sir kindly check cctv footage or ledger and revert back my money to my bank so that they can credit back my money .

                              Dear Sir / Madam

                              On 31st Oct 2020 between 14:17 to 14:20 - i have tried to withdraw amount from SBI ATM which is located in Electronic city - Niladri Road ( below Narayana Multi speciality clinic)

                              I have tried two SBI ATM machines for withdrawing Money Rs. 5000 /- But both the machines have given Time out Error while drawing.

                              So totally Rs. 10000/- withdrawn - but i did not get Cash - Time out Error has come and amount got deducted in my SB Account which i have with Corporation Bank.

                              I also did not get a Transaction slip after that.

                              I have attached my bank statement also in this. I have attached the ATM location image also.

                              Kindly do the needful and reverse back money to my SB account.

                                      Hi Team,

                                      by 17th May while i was going back to my parking after purchasing groceries that is within the society with my wife & mother. A police person at my Society gate issues me a challan saying ask your wife to seat back, i obeyed the person. But later on i found a challan against me.

                                      Why these fraud things are happening, a wrong challan with wrong picture & address, I complained about the same online but nothing happened ticket got closed saying we can do anything.

                                        SBI downgraded my credit card last year and promised delivery as earlier at office address, since due to the corporate benefit I availed original card submitting all relevant financial documents, which was delivered to office address in 2018.

                                        But after I downgraded this card in december 2019, the downgraded card always sent at home and the courier for downgraded card was never delivered it at office unlike earlier - - courier person told inform SBI about it and he has right to only give the card to me in person and after verifying government id.

                                        I called SBI on this issue that I am at office and can't go home like that whenever courier comes as office distance is more.

                                        After multiple discussions, they confirmed me about delivery at office address, but then too since the parcel wasn't changed at all, it mentioned residential address only... Please assist me in this situation as SBI parallely started charging informing that those are just auto emails ignore them, after delivering and activation only your card is ready for use.

                                        So, due to covid I kept issue on hold, but now since services are functional, I want your help to settle this delivery issue please as I started getting suddenly spam calls from SBI asking for what's the status and why your card is still with us, I can't explain each different SBI caller whole issue again and again, please assist settling the issue and waiver of the charges imposed throughout covid as delivery wasn't provided yet as assured on call and communication

                                        On request to nodal officer, SBI provided in mail that card is inactive and no dues pending for it
                                        State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Hi SBI Team, as per our last discussion, can you please resolve this issue finally now? ... Delivery things hampered by Lock down are but obvious and to not be minded of about, many things have been already impacted nationwide, worldwide.

                                        I have no issues with the long resolution time but consider this as a gentle reminder to please close this asap
