    I am KAPIL ANGARE operating a SB Account in Y.N Road Branch with Account Number: [protected]. It was around 6:40 A.M. I tried to make a deposit of 20, 000/- as on date[protected]*200 ) in CDM Machine in Pardeshipura branch I made the deposit with my ATM card. As soon as the money went inside inserted and after a few seconds while the cash counting is taking place it displayed " Hardware error".

    I was shocked and after a few seconds I made ' Balance Enquiry" but the amount did not get credited into my account. I made a call to the Customer Care and they said me to lodge a complaint with the Bank which is associated with the CDM. I also gave complaint my bank account but now also not credit to my amount to my account. Please guide us and help me.

        My name is Rahul singh and I had ordered Realme 7 pro of RS.19999(realme 7 pro ) in Flipkart on 16 october 2020 and I cancelled this order due to personal reason on 16 october 2020 . And on 16 october 2020 in the Flipkart initiated the refund amount to my debit card but I still didn't get the money. Flipkart sent this reference number onus20201017 and told me to fill charge dispute form but SBI Bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.                 When i placed a withdrawal request of 1000 in the ATM, the amount didn't come out, but the account got debited.

                When i checked the transactions online, i can see the above transactions, where Rs 1000 got debited, then automatically reversed and again 1000 got debited. Please help .

                          I withdrew 500 rupees because of a hospital emergency and the fact that i had only this card with me at the time and the hospital wouldn't accept card payments (Card machine wasn't working). I put the money back in the card as soon as i withdrew it. SBI needs to take my special circumstances into consideration. They all are just copy pasting the same thing. You are the worst when it comes to customer service. Learn something from AmEx.

                                I have done online payment to Visvesvaraya Technological University(VTU) through SBI Collect online using UPI as the payment method.
                                The amount of Rs. 400 was debited from my Karnataka bank account through Google Pay and transaction was successful but in SBI Collect the transaction is showing failed.
                                The amount debited can clearly be seen in my bank account.

                                Please resolve my query.
