Wrong credit card bill and worst support

I had been charged an amount of INR 4740.09/- as first EMI on account of a purchase of an insurance policy from Policy Bazaar of amount INR 52792.52/- on 17th August and it reflected as a debit in the September statement. The Policy had been cancelled and the amount had been credited back to SBI card on 25th August. I had called the Customer care notifying that i have been overcharged.The team logged a tkt that the EMI plan would be cancelled...

I paid my electricity bill through net banking of SBI. The money got deducted from my account but the transaction was aborted and I had to pay bill again. The amount deducted earlier is not refunded yet it's been more than 48 hours. Please resolve...

Refund hasn't credited yet

I've ordered a Redmi 9 mobile worth Rs. 10635 from flipkart on 6/10/2020 and paid the amount by Debit card and cancelled the order on the same day. Later I received message saying "Refund is successfully completed by thursday october 2020" but the amount is not credited to my account.

Transaction failure but amount got deducted

I used SB Collect to pay my college fees of 22805 to Bhaskaracharya college of applied sciences (DU) on 15/10/2020 through google pay upi at Google pay it shows successful payment and amount was also deducted from my account but the sbi collect payment history is showing Please Kindly look into this matter as I need my fee refund by 17/10/2020.

SBI Collect payment failed but amount is debited from my account

I have done online payment to Visvesvaraya Technological University(VTU) through SBI Collect online using UPI as the payment method.
The amount of Rs. 2000 was debited from my HDFC bank account through Google Pay and transaction was successful but in SBI Collect the transaction is showing failed.
The amount debited can clearly be seen in my HDFC bank account.

I have done payment of fees 35000 on SBI COLLECT through amazon pay UPI at Amazon pay it show successful payment and amount is deducted but at the sbi collect it's show failure I call both of customer service but they both said we are not responsible for that and blaming each other I m frustrated to it . I make payment at 15/10/2020 in few day if it not successfully submitted then my admission will be cancelled please take it in concern that...

Refund amount is not received

This is to bring you a kind Reminder that an order for product/order no. [protected]-5771531 was placed on[protected] and was cancelled by amazon office due to unavailability of product on 17th nov 2018 and refund was initiated on the same date which is still not received till date. Failed transaction but amount debited

Money deducted from account then also shows transaction failed status

I paid my college fees 8777 through SBI Collect portal completed transaction procedure and used UPI for fee payment I did transaction it money got deducted from my account then also it shows pending status after and wait for hour l. After hour again I checked for thr status this time it shows transaction failure....

State Bank fi txn @csp outlet

Yesterday I have checked my account through phone banking app and there are 3 unauthorized transaction showing mentioned CSP outlet and there are 3 unauthorized transaction done on 7, 8 and 12/10/2020 Which is not done by me.. they deducted my money and when i call customer care they asked me to visit home branch and there i don't get any resolution...

Accouny Problem

I open my Regular Savings Account in SBI Edayanchavadi in July 2020. I got my atm card, net banking. I deposited 25000 Rs to my account. But now I can't withdraw/debit monry from my account It's showing "CIF not scrutinized by lcpc". I have to pay my College fee in September 2020.But due to this issue I have 3 penalty for not paying college fee. It's frustating. I visited the branch more than 70 times. One 200 note retained for verification
