Not receiving otp for any internet banking transactions for the last 3 days. Not able to reach to the cuistomer service team of sbi as well. Struggling to pay my bills and do recharges.

    My transaction through SBI Collect failed however the amount got debited from my account. It's about 24 hours now still the amount has not been credited back to my account. Details are:

      Frequently receiving SMS from VK-CBSSBI. Getting frustrated, This is disturbing, mentally over-stressed. I am being restless for the last one week due to this SMS. This kind of crime is subject to penalty. Please take necessary action.

        Sir, i had already complaint to your site about annual charges of SBI credit card since last 07 years. That card i didn't use never seen and received the card
        I had wrote to SBI nodal officer but he denied to refund the past year charges which is not my fault. If I don't have received the card than how he charged to me.
        Kindly take suitable action against sbi credit card section. I hope for favour please.

          Dear sir my name is ashutosh pandey i have credit card and i have used sbi credit card in year 2019 there after i have blocked the credit card by mobile application. As i am not using credit card thenafter bank charging me credit card dues of amount rs 2025 till date. I do not have any dues at the time of blocking credit card. I will send all card details if you demand so.

            Dear sir

            Refund from amazon for amount rs. 299.00 and rs. 320 has been processed on 27th september 2020. Refund reference number[protected], rs.299.00 and refund reference number[protected], rs.320/- respectively has been processed on 27th september 2020. The refund is not credited in my account till now. Conversation with amazon regarding this from my gmail account is attached.

            Please see a pending refund and follow the path back to amazon payment processor to locate the refund under charge dispute as 'refund not processed'.

            I have also filed a complaint with sbi (Cms) with ticket no. [protected]

              My name is hitesh meena and i had ordered invictus men blue & white slim fit cotton linen checked casual shirt of rs. Amount 804.00 in myntra on[protected] and after[protected] i returned this order due to personal reason. And on[protected] myntra initiated the amount to my account but i still didn't get the money. Myntra sent this reference number[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but state bank of india doesn't have such policy. So

                Hello, my name is bhanu pratap singh. I have recently opened a current account in sbi bank sirsi road branch. I have credited a good amount of money in my account and got my account up and running and ready to use as per the branch manager.

                I had to pay salary to my employees so i tried to make a transaction but found an error "debit not allowed with lcpc scrutiny" which i had no idea about what it is so i tried several times and had no good so i contacted to bank manager who is saying we need to scan your signature and all other staff and it will take 1 month to resolve the issue which i don't thing is a proper hierarchy to be followed.

                Now i have to pay the salary to my employees which i have no options but to do it with my savings account which is again not a good practice to be done

                  I have done pos transaction at saravana store for rs.1282 and the transaction failed but the amount got debited from my account. Please resolve this issue asap and provide me refund.

                      I had enrolled for m. Phil program in university of madras. I had paid the application fees of ₹1000 through sbi bank collect. Amount is debited from my bank account but when i visit sbi collection page, it shows the payment status as failure. I had visited the university today, they are asking me to pay it again.

                          Hello, this complaint is for state bank of india rewardz points which we receive for transactions. I used to get good rewards points earlier, but from past year how much ever transaction i made, the points are same and much lesser than before.

                          I made complaint to customer service [protected]@statebankrewardz.com, with complaint number #346686 on june 28th, 2020 and its not yet sorted out.

                          When ever i send reminder, they reply its sent to concerned department and still no solution provided.

                            I have recently opened a current account in sbi kasrawad branch they provided me internet banking id and password but i am not able to do transaction on sbionline because it shows debit not allowed without lcpc scrutiny i have compained in branch about this issue but they always avoid and say it will work in 1-2 days they are saying it from many day. My funds are also stuck there. I am having too much problems in transferring funds.

                              Dear team,

                              Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- total amount is 1475rs has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really don't have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unnecessarily the amount is debited which we don't know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

                                  LCPC scrutiny pending from many days

                                  Hi,

                                  I opened a new current account with SBI on 25th September and received the Netbanking access on 28th September. Since then, I am trying to transfer funds, but it always shows "Debit not allowed with LCPC scrutiny"

                                  On asking the Branch manager he said he will do the needful. The branch manager personally visited my home for verification, and forwarded his certificate via Speed post to LCPC branch on 3rd...

                                    I have recharged for rs. 449 on[protected] and a recharge of rs.98 on[protected] through sbi yono app from my registered mobile number. I didn't get both the recharge done untill now, and also the subsequent amounts were not refunded yet.

                                      My name is gurubachan and i had ordered a product of rs.799 amazonbasics nylon braided usb a to lightning compatible cable - apple mfi certified - dark grey (3 feet/0.9 meter) in amazon on 3rd july 2020 & i returned this order due to personal reason. And on 19 september 2020. Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money.
