With much dismay this is to inform you that each time i try to login into the bank, it automatically gets me out saying that " sesssion expired"

I tried different means but all in vain,

Wasting my time in this "b# " online net banking,..

    My name is suryasakti nayak and i had ordered mobile holder of rs.499 amount { oahu bike phone mount, universal 360 } in amazon on 05. September.2020 and after 15. September.2020 i returned this order due to personal reason. And on 17.05.2020
    Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
    [protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but indian bank doesn't have such policy. So
    Please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My card number is [protected]

      error se003

      I am account holder in sbi. I did not used my net banking for many days. Once i tryied to login, i was asked to change my password. I tried may times i am getting error se003. Even brnach did not solved my issue, unable to get proper solution through customer care also....

      I, abhinav singh, holder of sbi simplyclick credit card having no. [protected] paid my all dues including delay payment interest. They have put the flag of wilful defaulter and written off on my account for the non payment. But on 6th of september when i made the full payment of my outstanding balance they have asked me through mail to pay 6300 rs more as delayed payment interest and after making the payment write us for cibil rectification and no objection certificate. I did the same but again they have mailed me today that 128.40 rs are still pending and i need to pay that and then write us for noc. I have paid almost rs. 30100 till date and now i am tired from paying for nothing and they are not even responding to my emails. Being a law abiding citizen i have performed my duty by performing my part of contract but now they are the ones who are not performing their part. Kindly help me out and do the needful.

        Hello,

        This is to confirm that refund for amount 1705.00 has been successfully processed on[protected] and the amount should reflect in your account by now.

        Refund reference # 523427

        Please contact your bank’s customer care center and quote these numbers to know further about the status of the transaction in case you still haven’t received the credit within 4 business days. Please remember that you will have to call your bank’s customer care center and not visit the branch for this update.

        Some nationalized banks may take more time than normal to credit the amount. If your bank is unable to locate the refund with the reference number provided, please dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed'. At that time, they will see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment processor to locate the refund.

        The mentioned above is the proof with reference number. As they have refunded to my account but not credited yet.

          My mother obtained education loan for my sister (Of amount 2, 90, 000 inr (Two lakhs, ninety thousands only) from state bank of hyderabad (Now merged in sbi in 2016), kg marg branch, delhi in nov. 2004. My mother was co applicant. I was guarantor because i had a salaried job then. From 2011 july, repayment process started as emi of 6300. 00 inr (Actual amount 6280.00inr) per month. After several months we were told emi increased to 8280 inr though we were not informed by the bank. We had only 2 emis with some added charges remaining as outstanding balance we also got know the bank branch was merged to another sbi branch. The address, branch code, phone number, everything changed. During the same time unfortunately we had to move from delhi for some urgent reasons. As we were away we couldn't visit to the concerned branch or have access to correct information, address and other details of the bank. This is also a reason we couldn't contact the bank and pay our remaining 2 emi and perhaps also some added charges. Though my email address submitted to them in very beginning, but bank never contacted me through email neither i received any phone call from the bank's landline number or through any sms. I want to mention here that before merging of sbi kg marg branch to any other branch, the bank employees were very particular in handling our loan matter and they used to give important reminders of payment of emis before the due date now we don't receive any information. So we are too worried about this matter. My mother (Co applicant) died in 2012 l. I don't know about current status of my matter. I don't know how to contact the bank to know my current situation. I donot have any other mode to contact the bank. Please help me to resolve the issue.

              Transaction id: p2009101250337905612800 & arn no 75105170261003169615130. I paid rs 14924 to flipkart on the 10septmber by phonepe. But due to some difficulties i canceled the product. Then my message comes from flipkart that your money is in your bank account within 10 days the money will go in. But today it's been 12 days and no money has been credited to my account yet. I checked the balance and saw that no money has been credited to my account. I have been calling flipkart for four days. Flipkart customer care is telling me that our seller has paid the money into your account. But i haven't received any money yet. No money has come in my account. But i haven't received any money yet. Please 🙏🙏🙏🙏 me sair

                    My name kasa nagini and i ordered product copper master® 5 litre hammered copper water dispenser (Matka) container pot with 100% pure copper and ayurvedic health benefits (5000 ml) of rs. 1729 on amazon.in on 25/08/2020 and after delivery i returned the product due to a personal reason on 05/09/2020. And on 07/09/2020 amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number (630865) and told me contact customer care but sbi doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

                          I have my complaint regarding unknown transection from my account i visited branch but they never took positive response then i left to approach them and applied for fresh debit card which returned back from my house without approaching me i was at my place and no any call received from postman or bank regarding my new debit card when i checked it online then it's back to your head office. Or after that lockdown i have my amount in my card my account number is [protected] and my old card number which i blocked [protected]. Even i spoke in branch to help me to upload my yono app then no one help me in this matter.
                          I am requesting to you if it possible then send my card to my branch from where i can collect my card or solve my monetary problem. And also i have updated my mail id or my contact number [protected] linked in my account. So my complain is that kindly ensure or direct to your branch to keep helping behavior with customers and other side my request is that to solve my issue as soon as possible. My views to mail you to get proper solution in my case. Looking forward for your positive response.

                              Hi, i was buy a product on amazon but for some issue i return it under the return policy. But, i did not get my money back i call them for refund but they said that 'money will debited from us please contact your bank 'and give a reference number. Then i call my bank customer care they also said 'please call to amazon they will help you i, can't help you in this matter'. This same process repeat many time. Please help me. Thankyou.

                                  My name is Bahadur Kumar Mandal, and have an account in SBI with Account No [protected] and IFSC SBIN0000081. I have made multiple complaints to the customer executives and bank workers of SBI about the multiple unnecessary deductions from my account. I am sure mistake can be done once or twice. It has been deducted 9 times. There's no valid reason to deduct. Please look into the issue and refund it as soon as possible.

                                    I was using sbi collect to pay amount to my university. During payment, redirection got failed from my bank to sbi and showed error. Money got deducted and i have not received any receipt. I thought money will get revert back after somedays.
                                    So did another transaction this time every thing for success and received payment receipt.

                                    Next day, i got payment confirmation message that transfer amount to my university from sbi collect for the first transaction.
                                    And there is no receipt this time also.

                                    How to get refund this amount?

                                      Rs.6 to 7 are deducted with every atm card transection of sbi as dom surcharge/tips/rate diff dtd from my account.
                                      Why we should go cashless when bank can deduct some amount after the transaction is done. No where is mentioned that a certain amount will be deducted from account if you pay using card so that consumer can prevent from doing so its like cheating consumer to pay for using card and then later on deduct some amount from there account without giving then any notice or proper information why a certain amount is deducted
