My Saving Account- [protected], IFSC CODE SBIN0051419 IN STATE BANK OF INDIA . The money RS. 10650 Deuducted from my account on 29/4/2020 without any OTP and my permission. I go to the bank and make complainte and submit application, but the don't help me and provide irresponsible services .
Please help me and refund amonut in my account. i atteched the application also.

      Sir, i invested in sbi life policy on[protected] through sbi suri branch office under cif of swagata das and paid premium of rs.[protected] but on receipt of the policy bearing no 1r[protected] on[protected] the terms and conditions are not commensurate with the assurance given by the cif swagata das posted at sbi suri branch and i returned the policy on the same day through mr. Swagata das for refund of the premium. On[protected] an amount of rs.[protected] refunded to me by crediting to my savings bank account and there was a short fall of rs.3119-01 in refund amount. On enquiry it is revealed that the amount was deducted on account of medical examination fees, but i never appeared before any medical officer nor i underwent any pathological test in this regard. Therefore it is illegal to deduct medical examination fees from my refund amount when no medical examination had been carried out neither by the bank nor by the insurance company. I wrote a letter to the chief manager sbi detailing all the facts with a request to refund me back the amount of rs.3119-01 which was wrongly deducted from my refund amount. I, therefore, request your kind honour to look into the matter and refund me the amount with appropriate interest as per guidelines of irda.

        I received an sms 23:24 P.M. on 29.9.2020 that I have made 2 invalid attempts to login into my account whereas I didn't try to login at that time. Someone else was trying to login into my account. Kindly help me.

          Got a sms from bz-sbiinb that you have made invalid login attempts from your user id. But i have not done such activity. Got panicked if somebody hacked my user id and wanted to check if the source of the sms is correct.

            A refund of 999 rupees was successfully processed on 16 september 2020 at 7:47 pm to my account by amazone. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

            I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

            I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

              Sir I m having a SBI credit card since 2003. I have not defaulted in payment of dues except in some months where payments were delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. Presently I have not made payment for two months which I will pay tomorrow. Meanwhile one of your staff or Custer care executive Mr. Sampath Kumar who had informed me that he is working in M G road branch Bangalore has sent a WhatsApp message to me which is insulting and abusive and unparliamentary language. I m having the WhatsApp message received from his number. When I called him he was very arrogant. The exact message sent by him is as follows "if you don't have capacity then fcuk call me". Please let me know what does fcuk means in this. And I m taking it as insulting. I can provide the WhatsApp message in this regard received from mobile number [protected] belonging to Sampath Kumar. I request you to take action against this unpleasant staff immediately and provide me a reply failing which I will be forced to take legal action against the individual as well as bank. My clnane is Mouli Raj and my contact number is [protected]. My credit card number is [protected]. Kindly also inform me whether a government bank can take recovery measures like this. If you are insulting customers like this, how will it help. Please give me proper reply immediately. I will also be writing a complaint to your bank MD and CEO in this regard.                 State bank of india [sbi] — "you have made 2 invalid login attempts for user name" and then today morning again same message & later after an hour, "3wrong attempts & ur account is blocked for the day"
                Someone is trying to open by internet banking account

                  Hello sir/madam,

                  I am sony from slg, wb. I have closed my bajaj fin loan and received noc also. Today and since last 04 months sbi is charging amount for failed mandate txn by bajaj finance which is 295/-. When i talked to bank they said it has deducted by bajaj fin. When i emailed to bajaj fin they said they are not deducting any amount as loan a/c is already closed. As per bajajfin the amount is deducted by bank. Sbi has deducted 07 times rs.295/- from my account in last 4-5 months. I request you to please refund my all debited amount as soon as possible and also give me clarification on this...

                  Or else i will prefer to switch to any other bank.

                      Sub: Regarding deduction amount during premature closure of my PPF
                      Account

                      Sir,

                      This is to inform you that I had an PPF account bearing no.[protected] at SBI, Chetak Circle, Madhuban, Udaipur - 313001 (Rajasthan).
                      on[protected], I have closed my same PPF account before the maturity date under the ground of Higher Studies of my Daughter.

                      As per the statement, I had to receive an amount of Rs.86860.000.But, I have received Rs. 73, 827.00 and 13, 033 have been deducted.

                      SBI premature PPF closure rule says that only 01 % fine will be charged.

                      I have enclosed herewith the PPF statement.

                      In the statement it is observed that on 25-9-29, during my closure of accounts, under the heading of "To transfer internal adjustment" Rs. 17, 626.00 have been deducted and Rs.4593.00 have been added under “Credit Interest”.

                      Therefore, you are requested to enquire the matter and return the remaining deducted amount.

                      I hope, you will look into the matter and return the deducted amount as soon as possible.

                          My name is gautam gogoi and i have ordered a maono au-a03 condenser microphone of rupees ₹3899 in amazon on 31st of august and after on 11 september i received the item but due to the product issue i requested to refund my amount to amazon and they did accordingly. On 17th of september amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still haven't received the amount yet. Amazon sent me this reference no cited below:[protected]
                          And told me to contact the bank customer care service to cross check by providing the reference number. So please kindly respond to my problem that i have been facing and it's very much crucial and urgent.

                            I am writing this on-behalf of my husband who is seafarer and is on-boarded now. Am, today he received one message on his bank registered mobile "you have made 2 invalid login attempts for username xxxxx
                            On 27/09/2017 at 16.31 pm ist. Login access will be locked fr day after 1 more attempt.
                            He received this message and he never attempted to login at all at this time. We would like to know how this happened, how can we block these kind of behaviors. Is there any way to track from which location its trying to access.

                              I am SBI card holder my card ending number is 0112. Before lockdown I was jobless since Dec 2019 to Fev 2020 and could not pay since Jan 2020. And then the lockdown situation and again I did not get any salary for the month of Mar-20, Apr-20 & May-20. I joined my job since first week of June-20 and salary is almost half of the past and I had to pay pending house rents firstly. And now the situation is, I am not able to pay further 2-3 months as I it will 2-3 months more to have sufficient salary to pay my dues as my current salary is insufficient for basic household requirements. I need 2-3 months extension to pay off my dues and that is also in installments. The same situation shared to sbi card collection agents also but still they keep calling and calling to me and to my nearest as well was away relatives. Kindly suggest me what to do?

                                My name is keshava and i hold two credit card of sbi, i am jobless with no income. Its been really a frustrating and stressful time for me wherein i am not in a position to pay even the emi (Restructure option).

                                The harassment from the collection executive is unbearable wherein he is threating a legal case / other forceful recovery option if minimum amount is not paid.

                                My mother is also been stressed on the same from the collection executive wherein they come down to my residence and start threating.

                                I would seek your help on this as this will be life threating for me.

                                  In our hamiltonganj (Ifsc-sbin0001554) not provide the pmegp and any others goverment loan properly. Many of the application are pending for this bank for loan section. Poor and youth people in our area not started a own bussiness for getting bank loan. Sir, my humble request to you please provide your customer government loan for see their bussiness unit and their credentials. Our honourable prime minister announcement the subsidy for this loan, so please help to develop small scale bussiness.

                                    My self having having account holder of sbi bank since from 10yrs here iam rasing compliant regarding ecs charges, firstly i took loan from idfc bank i was prompt in payment due to covid19 lock down time i lost my job and my sel[censored]nable to pay emi also, but still i paid till april then i directly went to sbi branche to raise request for moratorium, but they said we're u have taken loan u should apply in idfc bank i did the same i went to idfc bank and raise the request for moratorium from may to august 2020 iam unable to pay so pls raise request, but after
                                    Rasing also they have presented ecs monthly 3 times (Though my emi amount was 1290/- rs) from idfc bank till august 31 2020 more over i was in critical condition in daily life i applied for pf wen pf amt credit to sbi saving bank account this sbi bank they charged my amount as a ecs return s charge which was negative during moratorium period as per rule both the bank should not charge but sbi charged. Then i have raised my request for sbi bank but they clear told u won't get reverse money i[censored] applied or i[censored] complaint to consumer court, they have not clear my complaint, but they close my complaint and as resolved so pls iam requesting for bank as a concern this is not fair to loot public money during moratorium lock down this amount will usefull for us during lock down.

                                      In our state bank of india, gudavalli branch, branch code 007164, delay issue passbook. The manager of this bank is not active in this matter. He also told the customer after one week you come for passbook issuance. Even not accepted representation. He also excuse this matter in branch have not available passbook.                                         I paid the amount of 599 to amazon through one of my bhim upi id [protected] on 20th jan 2019. I have also attached the bank statement for your reference.
                                        Due to some problem, i requested amazon for a refund and they issued the refund on 21st sep, 2020. They have also provided me with the rrn[protected].
                                        Normally it takes only 3-5 days for the refunded amount to be reflected my account but today is 26 sep 2020. Still, i've not received the refunded amount yet.
                                        I contacted the sbi customer service via the toll-free number, provided them the refund reference number and requested them to file a dispute as refund not processed but they told me to visit my home branch and told me they cannot resolve my issue. Today i visited my home branch, they also told me they cannot help me in this issue and another irritation statement from them was they can neither accept any transaction dispute complaint nor can find any pending refund. They told me there is no provision for checking the refund status. When i met the higher authority of my branch and narrated my issue, they repeated the same thing and tell me to contact the customer service via toll-free number again. Now the customer service representative is repeating the old words. They cannot help me in this issue.
                                        Therefore please investigate in this matter and find the pending refund and process it as soon as possible.
