I krishan chand, a account holder at sbi naraingarh branch (00614). I have done one transaction on 21/02/2020 at apsdigiambalasbiepay of an amount rs 6077.88/-. But the amount is deducted rs12652.76/- that is money is deducted twice the amount i had payed.

I hereby attaching the documents along this.

    I have been receiving calls for recovery of credit card dues for one of the cards issued to one of my known (Mr aman gupta). He has not paid the amount due and recovery agent is calling me again and again for getting the recovery from mr aman gupta. I has given him the address & mobile number available with me and told the recovery agent to not call me.

    The last call has been received today from [protected]. The recovery agent is using abusive language and told that "tu payment khud kr ya usse kra warna tera jeena haram kr dunga main".

    I would like to take the legal action against the sbi cards and recovery agent.

      I nitin bansal, is receiving calls from one of the recovery agents of sbi cards for the payment of dues of sbi card which is applied by one of my known i. E., aman gupta. I have given him his contact number and address available with me and told the recovery agent to not call me as i am not the party who has defaulted the payment. The recovery agent is using abusive language and forcing me to pay the amount as they were not able to connect with the relevant person, i. E., aman gupta.

      I have received three calls and recovery agent said that "paise dila tu warna tera jina haram kr dunga" and also using the abusive language.

      Last call received on 7th august 20 from [protected].

      I would like to take the legal action against the sbi cards and the recovery agent for the same.

      Kindly suggest me the way to do the same.

          Dear sir/madam,
          This is to inform you that i am undergoing a financial issue due to which i am unable to clear the debts of my credit card payments. My credit card no is:. Xxxx xxxx xxxx1320.

          I am negotiating a settlement with all the creditors on this regard in the past 5 months, i have been facing financial hardships due to corona virus epidemic, loss of old job, medical conditions and treatment of my wife, and an accident in which i almost deteriorated my vehicle. The medical bills of hospital and other such charges that i had to tackle in the past 3 months. I was not aware about the interest rates & all.
          I shall be clearing their dues within the next 4 business days. More than 25% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

            I have done a transaction of rs.399 on 05/08/2020 through google pay. The transaction got failed. But amount was debited from my account. I also haven't received the refund yet.

                I want to inform you that i was using SBi Simply save card for which i have to pay Rs500+GST card fees in a year i am using it for more than 1.5yrs which have limit spend of Rs1, 10, 000/- but in june 2020 i got a call from SBI executive that they will increase my card limit for which i don't have to pay additional fees in june i received new card ending with number 43 and i didn't use it as my simply save card is working perfectly for me in my budget but after a month in 18th july i received a message of RS3, 539/- but i was told that no money will be charged in july i email them by sbicard.com and i got a call from them they told it was miscommunication from our side you don't worry and she said Rs3, 359/- will get deduct fro your account and we will refund the money Rs3, 539/- in your account soon, but after 28 days i am just sending email and they didn't refund my money and saying they will not give i am totally frustrated and angry on the company SBI is making fool of customers in term of credit card please take a strict action against them i work so hard to earn money.

                    Firstly we have misguided by sbi card agent and we have given our documents, then they applied for credit card. After realization we requested for cancellation.
                    Then a reply also received from them that my card is rejected (Attached). Though a courier came to deliver the sbi card, which we had not accepted and returned.
                    But, on 04.08.2020 we have been charged for rs.588.82/- for credit card charges.
                    Now they are not reversing the charges. Nither they are explaining for what and why they charged the amount.

                          deduplication of sbi cif

                          Hi,

                          I hold 2 sbi account (One is corporate salary account platinum and other one regular savings account) with 2 different cif and i request you to merge them into one which is the latest

                          And i'm having internet banking with 2 accounts and i need to close the old cif continue using latest cif

                          When i contacted branch with the request for deduplication i got the response stating as both account...

                          I ordered a product from myntra on 10 july and i had paid rs 1199 for it july but due to delay in delivery i cancelled it on 14 july and on 19 july i got a message from myntra that we have successfully refund your amount with order no. 114623911247500766401 and given reference no.[protected]. But still not get my refunded amount.

                            A sum of rs 34.34 is deducted as dom surcharge/tips/rate diff dtd from my account what is the plus point of going cashless when bank can deduct some amount after the transaction is done. No where is mention that a certain amount will be deducted from account if you pay using card so that consumer can prevent from doing so its like cheating consumer to pay for using card and then later on deduct some amount from there account without giving then any notice or proper information why a certain amount is deducted.

                              My sbi account number is [protected], on 2nd august 2020 my emi amount of 1216 to be debited, i have maintained sufficient balance 2 days above, but emi no t debited and 295 rupees charged, on 5th august 2020 again 295 rupees debited. Please resolve this issue and i need my hard earned money back.

                                  I got cash remittance from third party using CDM. I was surprised to find Rs 25 deducted as CDM Charges. Other private banks like ICICI are not charging this. Why this disparity. It is actually replacing manual intervention and should be encouraged instead of charging. SBI please become reasonable or get cursed from customers like me. Jai Hind
